Theophilus London has been located after his family filed a missing persons report in Los Angeles.
Ths musician’s cousin, Mikhail Noel, released a statement on Instagram announcing that London was found “safe and well.”
“We have found Theo he is safe and well,” Noel wrote. “At this time the family would love prayers and privacy. Thank you all!!!”
Noel, also one of the contacts listed in the initial announcement, thanked everyone who showed support during this time.
“Truly appreciate everyone’s support in finding my cousin,” Noel added. “It’s refreshing and rewarding to have such a strong support system of family and friends!!! God bless each and everyone of you all.”
Friends and family of Theophilus London had not seen or heard from him since last summer. On Dec. 27th, they filed a missing persons report with the Los Angeles Police Department while Secretly Group issued a statement.
“Over the last few weeks, friends and family of Theophilus London have been working together to piece together his whereabouts,” the statement read. “The last time someone spoke with him reportedly stretches back to July 2022 in Los Angeles.”
Theophilus’s father, Larry London, also issued a statement, via NBC Los Angeles, after his son was located in West Los Angeles by friends. Larry said his friends took him home and the musician will return to New York City to reunite with his family.
“Theo is in Los Angeles and heading to family in New York for a grandmother’s funeral and after that we want him to go to Trinidad to recuperate and to regenerate and get himself together,” Larry London said. “He’s been through an ordeal. His mind is fragile. He needs to get back to writing his music.”
Theophilus London’s released three albums so far, including 2020’s Bebey, and has worked alongside artists like Kanye West and Travis Scott.

Theophilus London is safe, in a new report from his family. London, who disappeared for months, was reported safe on Wednesday night.

London’s family reported him missing last week, filing an official police report with the Los Angeles Police Department. According to the family, they have not seen or communicated with the 35-year-old artist since July.
London is a Trinidad and Tobago native who has collaborated with Kanye West, Travis Scott, Azealia Banks, Tame Impala, and many others. He has also been at numerous international and North American music events, earning praise from music critics across the board.
According to TMZ, at the time, London’s father said, “Theo, your Dad loves you, son. We miss you. And all your friends and relatives are searching for you. Wherever you are, send us some signal. No matter what we will come get you son.”
London released his debut album, Timez Are Weird These Days, in 2011. It was followed by Vibes (executive produced by Kanye West) in 2014 and Bebey in 2020.

A little over a week ago, the news broke that Theophilus London was reported missing by his family. A statement said he was last heard from in July 2022. Now, the evening of January 4, it has been confirmed that London has been found.
On Twitter, the producer Machinedrum, whose real name is Travis Stewart, confirmed: “Theo has been found and is safe with family

Mikhail “DjKellz” Noel, London’s cousin, also confirmed the news.
The artist, who has collaborated with Tame Impala and Kanye West, had friends and fans worried after the release of last week’s statement about his unknown whereabouts.

Theophilus London has been reported missing by his family. A statement from his label, Secretly Group, was shared today, December 28, explaining that he was reportedly last heard from in July in Los Angeles. His family is urging people with information to reach out to his cousin Mikhail Noel on Instagram at @iamdjkellz or the LAPD.

His last album was 2020’s Bebey. He has collaborated with a range of artists, including Tame Impala and Kanye West.
Hip Hop is concerned this evening after a report surfaced about Theophilus London. According to several surfacing reports, the famed rapper’s family has been searching for him.
A press release states that they haven’t had contact with London since sometime in July. With the holiday season quickly closing and still no contact, they decided to file a missing person report.
TMZ states that London’s loved ones filed the report yesterday (December 27). London was born in Trinidad and Tobago, so it’s said that several of his relatives made their way to Los Angeles to connect with the authorities face-to-face.
In a statement, the rapper’s father, Larry Moses London, made an emotional plea to his missing 35-year-old son.
“Theo, your Dad loves you, son,” said the patriarch. “We miss you. And all your friends and relatives are searching for you. Wherever you are send us some signal.” He added, “No matter what we will come get you son.”
The circumstances involving this disappearance remain unclear, including the last time he made contact with loved ones. The public is quickly sharing information about London in an effort to hopefully find him sooner than later.
