Boosie Badazz Reveals He Gets Paid $40K Per Podcast Appearance: ‘Way Safer Than Club Money’

Boosie Badazz is on all of the podcasts. He is most notably seen on Vlad TV for what seems to be a residency. Turns out Boosie has a very good reason. Every time he is on a podcast, he pockets $40,000, and he says it is a way safer decision than hosting at the club.

Hopping on a live stream, Boosie revealed why he is so quick to be on a podcast.

“$30-40,000 to sit on a couch and talk? That’s way safer than that club with all them guns in that bitch,” Boosie said. “I’m in front of somebody who ain’t gon’ hurt me. I think y’all should be happy I’m doing podcasts. I’mma live long doing podcasts. Way less dangerous than doing podcasts.”

He added, “Would you rather do a show for 60 or podcast for 45? I made that decision the other day. I took the 45 over the 60.”

Boosie said taking the smaller bag also helps him in saving on expenses like flights and hotels.

In one of his most recent podcast appearances, Boosie revealed he once was planning a joint album with T.I., but is now nixing that, blasting The King of the South over a past case.

In a 2020 episode of his expediTIously podcast, self-proclaimed King Of The South T.I. admitted to snitching on a dead family member in order to get out of an illegal gun case.

T.I.’s cousin, Toot, was killed before the two could go to trial for a gun case caught in the early 2000s near ATL’s Lenox Mall, but Tip says Toot’s beyond-the-grave blessing made it ok to use his cousin and production collaborator a posthumous scapegoat.

“We caught those gun cases, Toot died. My lawyer said, ‘Well, you know, I could make everything go away if it was Toot’s, it was Tremel’s,’” he said. “After he had passed, I had a talk with him. Toot said, ‘I’ll take all the charges you got! If you can walk away free and put it on me, goddamn right! ‘Cause I’ll be damned if they gon’ come and muthafucking extradite me from here!’”

Returning to his online residency on VLAD TV, Boosie reflected on the moment and aired him out.

“With the T.I. situation, if he did that – you a fucking rat too,” Boosie said. “I don’t spare no muthafuckin’ body. Because if you doing anything wrong, you doing anything criminal and you cooperate with law enforcement to get you out of trouble – that means you’re cooperating. That means you’re a rat.”

Boosie added, “When I saw that, I think, ‘T.I. fucking lying.’ I think he went up there and just got to fucking talking. You think something happen at 17, 18 years old. You gon’ hold that in all them damn time? All this damn time for 20 some years, you gon’ hold that in? And it finally came out?”

If the story from Tip is true or false, Boosie will live like it’s a fact. Canceling the album. “My real fans like, ‘Boosie you the last one left. You cannot put this album out.’ My uncle, OG call me … ‘N*gga that album ain’t coming out.’”

You can hear it from Boosie below.

Thankfully, cooler heads prevailed between the two.

Nelly Is Starting His Own Music Festival And Of Course It’s Named After One Of His Biggest Hits

It seems like every star in music has their own music festival these days. J. Cole’s got Dreamville, Tyler The Creator’s got Flog Gnaw, and Usher has taken over the Lovers And Friends Fest. Well, another contender has thrown their name in the ring, and like Usher, he’s a millennial favorite who’s named his event after one of his biggest hits and stocked its lineup with a bunch of his contemporaries.

Nelly‘s Hot In Herre festival is aimed for June 24 at Toronto’s Downsview Park with a lineup consisting of millennial favorites like Akon, Chingy, Fat Joe, Ja Rule, Keri Hilson, Ne-Yo, Rick Ross, and T.I. Not bad for a one-day festival that isn’t in any of the booked artists’ usual stomping grounds. You’d think it’d be in St. Louis, right?

In the press release, Nelly sort of explains the location. “Toronto is one of my favorite cities to perform in, and the fact that I get to come back and bring all the people that came up with me in the industry means everything,” he says. “We have a lot of surprises in store for you, Toronto, and the Hot in Herre team can’t wait for this summer.”

General admission tickets are already online starting at $170. You can find more information on the official website.

Charleston White Trolls T.I.’s Paperwork Party In Atlanta

YouTube personality Charleston White has made quite a name for himself and his unapologetic ways this past year. His brief bout with Soulja Boy made headlines in July 2022 after he allegedly maced Soulja’s 12-person team. The mace came back out last Friday, apparently, during Charleston’s latest visit to Atlanta. White pulled up to T.I.’s paperwork party prepared to troll after comments he made toward’s his son, 18-year-old King.

According to info from the TikTok clip, Charleston White was in town for his own event when he passed T.I.’s new Trap City Cafe. White and his friends can be heard taunting the rapper from their car as they pass. After spotting T.I. and his luxury car parked outside, a woman in the vehicle asked if she should call his attention. “If you want to… You’re ready to fight?” White asks her amidst their laughter. “S**t, I got my mace.” Later, he goes on to fake-praise the rapper for capitalizing off his ongoing snitching rumors, nicknaming him “Tippy” in the process.

Charleston White Stops By T.I.’s Trap City Cafe For Laughs

Soon after, Charleston makes note of the droves of people lined up outside of T.I’s eatery and his adjacent Trap Music Museum. “That might hurt Boosie,” White says in regard to their current beef. The two southern legends were scheduled to release a collab album, which Boosie shelved after allegations that T.I. put a gun charge on his late cousin. The party he held Friday was his second attempt at maintaining his innocence. The King had recently shown proof of the false claims on Instagram after Boosie called him a rat during an interview with VladTV.

In light of this, Charleston White got thrown into T.I.’s line of fire after sparring with his son online. King called White a “b***h boy” and threatened violence toward the social commentator. In response, Charleston says King should be put in jail for threatening “a senior citizen.” T.I. almost immediately chimed in, resulting in a phone call between the two that didn’t go smoothly. “F*** you and that ugly a** 18-year old son of yours,” he told social media after their chat. He continued to show no fear toward Tip in a later interview with Dede McGuire. White tells the radio host “He ain’t never been to jail for killing nobody. I’m scared of ni**as that done killed people.”

Boosie Badazz Dishes Homophobic Insults After Terrance “Gangsta” Williams Suggests He’s A Snitch

Boosie Badazz made two enemies when he called out T.I. over the video clip surrounding his late cousin. Terrance “Gangsta” Williams, Birdman’s half-brother, put Boosie on blast for referring to T.I. as a rat for his supposed hypothetical story about pinning a gun charge on his dead cousin. Ultimately, this led to a back-and-forth between Boosie, T.I., and Williams, who recently dug up some footage of Boosie to paint him as a hypocrite.

Williams shared a video of Boosie discussing charges against the Biloxi police, who he believed robbed him of $1M worth of jewelry. “We’re getting all our private investigators to go down there, build our case. It’s a criminal case and a civil case,” Boosie said in the clip. “This is only the beginning.” For someone who frequently disavows snitches, Terrance Williams questioned whether his stance on cooperating with authorities stands in this instance.

Boosie Badazz Vs. Terrance “Gangsta” Williams

Shortly after T.I. called out Boosie for failing to show up to verify his paperwork, Terrance Williams asked whether Boosie’s criminal case towards the police counted as snitching. “I understand the civil case , but do real street Steppas get a pass when they give statements on criminal cases? Is this the only time they can get on the stand and it will be okay sending someone to jail?” he captioned the post. It didn’t take long for fans to point out the difference between Boosie’s case against the police and those involved in the streets cooperating with authorities.

Boosie didn’t hesitate to chime in on the matter, dishing out homophobic insults to Williams to strip him of his street credibility. The Louisiana rapper shared an old photo of Terrance Williams sitting on the lap of a man. “You a ponk n a certified rat,” he wrote. “You was n Yazoo getting f*cked n f*cking n***as… Boy you a bitch.” Afterward, he stated that the city of New Orleans should denounce Williams entirely. “New Orleans should band this dude!! This is the worst kinda n***a!! He a rat, a family snake n homosexual playin’ gangster,” Boosie wrote. At this point, Williams has yet to respond but we’ll keep you posted if he does.

T.I. & Boosie Badazz Continue Their Beef

The beef between T.I. and Boosie Badazz continued this weekend as the former sent the latter scathing shots both live and on the Gram. Moreover, their beef started after Boosie claimed T.I. snitched, and therefore pulled their idea for a joint album. Then, the Atlanta trap star clapped back at those claims, calling them false and bringing up the receipts. “Let a motherf***er know that the paperwork was present,” he said at a live setting to many fans. “I’ve been waiting on one special invited guest to show up, but he ain’t showed up yet. But he ain’t here to see my paperwork. So come on if you got something to say. I wanna see who wanna see, you hear me?”

“After you see what you need to see, it’s on you now,” T.I. continued. “Now go straighten that s**t up, ’cause n***a, you got too far in your jaw. You got too much dip on your chip.” Furthermore, the Baton Rouge rapper had this to say about the “Live Your Life” star’s story about his cousin. “If he did that, you’re a fuckin’ rat, too,” he expressed to DJ Vlad. “I don’t spare no-mothafuckin’-body… if you cooperate with law enforcement to get you out of trouble… that means you’re a rat.”

T.I. Unleashes On Boosie At Live Event

Despite T.I.’s boasting and him posting court documents to prove haters wrong, he’s kind of going a bit harder than you’d expect. For example, he commented on Boosie’s post as he enjoyed an Atlanta Hawks game. “Say boy u posed to be up here @trapcitycafe,” he commented, referencing the earlier clip of him at a live setting. “Checking dis paperwork and straightening yo face or else you flaw…. according to the convict law.”

Afterwards, Boosie replied to his comment with a simple “I text U,” adding a green checkmark. Whereas T.I. is seemingly blowing this up every chance he gets, Badazz seems a bit hesitant. However, we don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes, so maybe it’s not as one-sided as it appears. After all, with a few rappers siding with T.I., maybe Boosie realized he bit off more than he could chew. At the end of the day, it’s just a social media beef that probably won’t define either of their careers. Regardless, check out their Instagram exchange below and return to HNHH for the latest on T.I. and Boosie Badazz.

Boosie Responds To T.I.’s Comment Amid Beef

T.I. Posts Court Paperwork To Shut Down Haters

Every so often, T.I. past becomes a topic of conversation. In Hip Hop, snitching is a hot topic as artists have found themselves on the wrong side of the law. T.I. has faced off against his peers who have weighed in on his prior legal troubles. Some have claimed he cooperated with the authorities. Tip has denied each allegation, but more recently, he had to face off with a friend after Boosie Badazz called his integrity into question.

Boosie spoke openly about a viral video that showed T.I. blaming a crime on his dead cousin while speaking with the authorities. The Louisiana rapper questioned if T.I. was a snitch for the display, which came as a surprise because they were reportedly planning on releasing a joint album. Boosie called off the collaboration, and in turn, T.I. clapped back in a lengthy response.

Because of their close relationship, T.I. was angered that Boosie would discuss him so freely. “My number the same & my address the same my n***a,” said Tip. “To get on da net & speak on sh*t you’ve never spoke to me about is leaving me to believe you been hiding ya heart the whole time,” he added. “I’d NEVER speak ‘certain disrespect’ on your name/reputation bout a ‘IF’ homie. da convict code say When in doubt…pull the paperwork out!!! & ‘IF’ you ain’t did that.”

The self-proclaimed King of the South encouraged his former friend to come to him directly in the future. “I expected more from you. This sh*t ain’t solid. obviously I thought we WAS something we WASNT.” Boosie has yet to reply, at least publicly, but T.I. didn’t wait on a response. He returned to Instagram to show off his paperwork. The Rap icon posted photos of court documents and delivered a final thought on the topic—at least, for now.

T.I. Is Open To A “Paperwork Party”

“FYI…Can’t Nobody Who Got dey name in other people’s paperwork question me about mine!!!!” T.I. wrote. “I got it on me…. we can have a paperwork party PULL UP…or [shh emoji].” Check it out above.

[WATCH] T.I. Claims He Was Joking About Snitching On His Dead Cousin

Screen Shot 2023 02 23 at 1.56.26 PM

This week, Boosie Badazz broke the internet when he announced his album with T.I. was canceled. The Baton Rouge rapper canceled the highly-anticipated collaboration after he found out that T.I. snitched on a dead relative to avoid jail time.

Now T.I. shares he was just kidding about being a snitch. In a new interview with Rich Trapper, T.I. says he was embellishing claims that he snitched on his dead cousin to avoid jail time and that the truth is the case was dismissed.

T.I. says he was clearly being sarcastic and that the joke went over everyone’s head because he said that he “spoke” to his dead cousin and got his permission to snitch.
