Kanye West and Taylor Swift have a very long history in the public eye. Of course, Kanye interrupted her speech at the VMAs after winning best music video. Furthermore, he had some not so nice words for her on his song “Famous.” Overall, it is easy to see how Swift might not like Kanye and vice versa. In fact, this makeshift feud led to some interesting rumors after the Super Bowl. For instance, it was said that Swift had him kicked out of the game after he took a seat in front of her sky box.

Additionally, after Kanye posted his music peaking above Taylor Swift on the charts, there was a concerted effort from Swifties to get Ye out of the number one spot. West saw this and immediately took to Instagram where he addressed a whole plethora of headlines. For instance, he spoke about the Super Bowl, his prior beef with Swift, and he even spoke about Shaq who dissed him in a recent Instagram post. “REMEMBER I WAS ON TAYLOR’S SIDE WHEN SCOOTER BOUGHT HER MASTERS BEHIND HER BACK,” Ye wrote. “SHE AND BEYONCÉ ARE BIG INSPIRATIONS TO ALL MUSICIANS WE ALWAYS SAY HOW BOTH SELL OUT TOURS AND MOVIES. Usher Developing TV Series Inspired By His Music

Usher is developing a television series inspired by his music and is partnering with Universal Content Productions to do so. According to a new report from Variety, the series will focus on “Black love in Atlanta and individuals looking to find a place to call home.” Additionally, it will tackle “music, style, sex, romance, and secrets that threaten to tear relationships apart.”

“My 30-year catalog has resonated with so many people no matter where they were in their lives,” Usher said in a statement. “I’m happy to be working with UCP to bring the music to life. I hope the series resonates with you the way my music continues to.” Selwyn Seyfu Hinds, Katie Zucker, and Kenny Meiselas will serve as executive producers.

News of the television show comes after his performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show on Sunday. It secured the second-highest TV audience in U.S. history behind the 1969 moon landing with 123 million viewers. The performance featured many of his biggest hits including “My Boo,” “Caught Up,” “U Don’t Have to Call,” “Superstar,” “Love in this Club,” and more. He also welcomed several guests such as Alicia Keys, H.E.R., and Ludacris, among others.

Usher Gets Huge Streaming Jump On Spotify After Super Bowl Halftime Show

Usher’s music is getting a huge boost on streaming services following his performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show, last Sunday. HipHopDX reports a 550 percent increase in his Spotify streams while four songs in particular moved up 1000 percent. “Caught Up” got the biggest boost with a 2000 percent jump in streams. His Super Bowl Halftime set was the second-highest TV audience in U.S. history behind the 1969 moon landing with 123 million viewers.

On stage he performed many of his biggest hits including “My Boo,” “Caught Up,” “U Don’t Have to Call,” “Superstar,” “Love in this Club,” and more. He also welcomed several guests such as Alicia Keys, H.E.R., and Ludacris, among others.

One of the many headline-grabbing moments from the show came when Usher embraced Alicia Keys on stage. Many viewers felt it inappropriate, considering she’s married to Swizz Beatz. Swizz, however, didn’t seem to have an issue with the move and chalked it up to showmanship on Instagram afterward. “Y’all talking about the wrong damn thing !!! y’all don’t see that amazing dress covering the entire stadium,” Swizz wrote. “Tonight’s performance was nothing but amazing with 2 amazing Giants! Congrats @usher and my love @aliciakeys that song is a classic. We don’t do negative vibes on this side we make history. Go see GIANTS at @brooklynmuseum it’s open until July blessings.”

In addition to the Halftime Show, Usher dropped a new album titled Coming Home. Outside of music, Usher has also been winning in his personal life. In fact, some tried to make the argument that this was akin to cheating with more than just one other person.

Following the performance, Swizz Beatz hopped online and defended his wife from scrutiny. He felt like there was nothing to criticize and that people should back off. However, recently, Wack found himself at the center of an ongoing feud with Bricc Baby. It was alleged that Wack was caught up in an altercation with Bricc Baby during the Super Bowl. This subsequently led to Wack going on Instagram where he addressed Bricc Baby directly. Although as you will see below, he did so in the most disrespectful way possible. He even dissed the dead family members that Bricc has lost over the years. Moreover, he urged the man to come pull up at the No Jumper studio.

Wack made this declaration as just like himself, Bricc Baby is a regular on No Jumper. They always appear on the show at different times, although Wack is now inviting him to see him face-to-face. It all seemed threatening, although fans are a bit skeptical of Wack 100 and his motivations. “The day we all stop giving grandpa attention, will make the world better,” one person wrote. “This some police shit so come time Thursday all the police gone be up there,” said another. That said, they had plenty to talk about following the Super Bowl. There was one report making the rounds yesterday which alleged how Taylor Swift had Kanye West kicked out of the big game. This news came from Brandon Marshall and it was met with skepticism. In fact, as we have already explained, the story was proven false by a source associated with Kanye West. Regardless, Cam and Mase speculated on what took place and even took sides. As Cam and Mase explained, they can easily see why Taylor would want Ye to be removed.

“[He] tried to diss that young lady years ago, and she ain’t forget about it. She don’t want to be seen with you, let alone on the Super Bowl screen,” Cam’ron said. “That man got up there embarrassed Taylor Swift at them awards, tried to go Beyoncé crazy.” Later on, Cam’ron took Swift’s side, saying “If she makes a call and says ‘I’m leaving if he don’t get out of here,’ he got to go.” In the end, it is all a moot point as none of this ever happened.

Fans were thrilled to hear that her new album ACT II is dropping in late March. The project was set up by two new singles “16 CARRIAGES” and “TEXAS HOLD EM’.” Just as fans were digesting the surprise of a new album announcement, another surprise hit. The two singles she released see her shifting her sound into a very unexpected new direction. The two tracks and seemingly the album that’s on its way see Beyonce pulling from the world of country music. According to new reports, Usher was paid just $671 for his performance. It’s a far cry from the kinds of paydays he’s likely used to pulling in from his performances. But as you’d expect, there’s a catch. Performing on one of the largest possible stages comes with its own kind of benefits. A different new report emerged after the Super Bowl, citing it as the most-watched big game ever. As a result, Usher is expected to rake in more than $100 million between increased streams of his music, tickets to his upcoming tour, and endorsements stemming from the performance.
