Stephen A. Smith Gleefully Mocks The Cowboys To Marcus Spears’ Face

“They will find a way. What can go wrong, will go wrong,” Stephen A. Smith gleefully said of the Cowboys on First Take. “Just be patient, just wait. It’s coming. Because guess what, Marcus? You just gave me an additional reason why the Cowboys ain’t going to win this year. I get to point to their lack of maturity.” Of course, Smith is about as far from a fan of the Cowboys as one can get. After their latest loss on Sunday night, Smith simply posted a video of himself laughing long and hard as the Cowboys loss.

Despite opening the season with 40-0 and 30-10 wins against the two New York teams, Dallas was unable to overcome the then-winless Cardinals. The Cowboys never held the lead and looked completely out of sorts against a Cardinals team they really should have crushed. Dallas hosts the Patriots on Sunday night as they look to get back on track.

Stephen A. Smith Approves Of Travis Kelce And Taylor Swift

At the other end of the spectrum, something that Stephen A. very much does approve of is the rumored romance between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. “He could do worse and that’s saying a lot because look up the name Kayla Nicole. I’m a fan. She knows that. You know what I’m saying. No shade on her whatsoever. Having said that, he knows that. You understand what I’m saying? But having said that, she knows that too. Travis Kelce’s a good brother, man. I love me some Travis Kelce. That’s his business. I don’t know what’s going on. But anything that makes Travis Kelce happy, I am a supporter of,” Stephen told Mina Kimes on First Take last week.

Swift attended a Chiefs game this past weekend, having accepted an invite Kelce extended on The Pat McAfee Show last week. “I just thought it was awesome how everybody in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her. She looked amazing. Everybody was talking about her in a great light. And on top of that, the day went perfect for Chiefs fans. To see the slow-motion chest bumps, to see the high-fives with Mom, to see how Chiefs Kingdom was all excited that she was there — that shit was absolutely hysterical. It’s definitely a game I’ll remember, that’s for damn sure. I know I brought all this attention to me. What’s real is that, you know, it is my personal life. I want to respect both of our lives,” Kelce said on his podcast this week.

Stephen A. Smith Trolls Dallas Cowboys After Brutal Cardinals Loss

Stephen A. Smith poked fun at the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night, after the team’s shocking loss to the Arizona Cardinals. He joked that they’re “the gift that keeps on giving” as he’s continued to doubt their legitimacy as a contender over the years. In a post on social media, he shared a video of himself watching the game while hysterically laughing.

“I keep trying to tell y’all. You don’t wanna listen,” he said, while continuing to mock Cowboys fans for believing their squad to be the best in the NFL. The latest loss comes after a dominant start for Dallas, who beat the New York Giants 40-0 and the New York Jets 30-10.

As for Sunday’s loss, Dak Prescott described it as “humbling” while speaking with the media afterward. “Y’all put us on top of the world,” he said. “We knew who we are. In that same sense, I’m sure the media got what it wanted. For us, there hadn’t been but one undefeated team. It sucks, it’s humbling, but to say it’s a wake-up call, we knew we had a lot of adversity and we just didn’t get it done. It just goes back to myself, the offense, in the red zone. We get better there, we win this game. But we’ve got to fix that area, period.” Prescott and the Cowboys were just 1 of 5 in the red zone throughout the game.

Stephen A. Smith Calls Out The Cowboys

Head coach Mike McCarthy added: “That’s the challenge of this league, you know, every game is so unique to the specific matchups and so forth. This has been a rough week on a lot of fronts. I think the amount of adversity you go through, your preparation process, and we didn’t have enough today. The discipline and the penalties. We have to learn from this. It’s going to be an every-week challenge.” The result also comes after the Cowboys lost star cornerback Trevon Diggs for the season.

Jay-Z Roasts Stephen A. Smith About Botched Yankees Pitch Via Text

Jay-Z reportedly texted Stephen A. Smith after his terrible first pitch at last night’s Yankees game. According to Smith, the rapper texted him a picture of an article discussing Smith’s picture with a collection of sad face emojis attached. “He’s supposed to be my guy,” Smith said sadly. Furthermore, Derek Jeter reportedly told Smith “don’t mess this up” before the pitch. After the pitch, Jeter called Smith back and told him to claim he was playing “cricket not baseball”.

Smith has attempted to deflect criticism of his terrible first pitch at last night’s Yankees game in a video posted this morning. In the video, Smith is seen to a child in catcher’s gear near the dugout. This was presumably the warm up for his first pitch. However, there are just a few problems with the video. Firstly, Smith’s form is just terrible for a pitcher. Secondly, he appears to be much closer to his catcher than the pitcher’s mound is to home plate. Thirdly, and most importantly, just because you through some strikes beforehand doesn’t mean your first pitch didn’t suck.

Steve Harvey Roasts Stephen A.

However, Jay-Z wasn’t the only person dunking on Smith. “Brother, man, I love you, dog. But I could not believe what I saw. Listen man, I don;t know if anyone who has called in today has actually thrown out a first pitch. I have thrown out a first pitch, at a Cubs game. I walked up to the mound, I’m actually 10, 12 years older than you. I leaned up back, I put some pepper on it. What you did yesterday…oh my god,” Steve Harvey said during a minute-long rant at Smith.

What has made this incident all the more funny is just how confident Smith has previously been about acing his first pitch. Earlier this year, Smith went on a mini-rant on First Take in which he extolled the perceived excellence of his hypothetical first pitch. “I would throw a strike,” Smith told his co-hosts back in July. However, no amount of practice throws is going to make up for the fact that Smith choked about as hard as the Yankees have this year.

Stephen A. Smith Defends Terrible First Pitch With Warm-Up Video

Stephen A.

Smith’s pitch barely made it to the dirt in front of home plate, let alone anywhere resembling the strike zone. Stephen A. Happy To Be Single

In non-failure news, Smith also recently boasted about how he’s happy to be single. “I’m 55 years old. I’ve never been married and I’m happy about it. Now, one could easily surmise that a past rife with some degree of promiscuity might, dare I say, contribute to my desire to be single. But that’s not the reason. I am not upset about being single. Jeezy, how he filed for divorce from his wife, Jeannie Mai, after only two years, former friends are saying she’s after his money. If Kevin Costner’s monthly child support entitles the children to maintain their quality of life, why should he have to pay to maintain the quality of life for the wife that’s no longer with him?” Smith recently said on his podcast.

In classic Stephen A. fashion, he kind of loses his point towards the end of the rant. However, as best we can tell, Stephen is happy to be single. Furthermore, part of that is because he doesn’t want to get his bank account drained if things end in divorce. Smith has two daughters and was once engaged but things “didn’t work out”.

Stephen A. Smith Throws Terrible First Pitch At Yankees Game

Stephen A. Smith finally got his wish to throw out the first pitch at a baseball game. Unfortunately for the ESPN star, he embarrassed himself on national TV. Smith strode up to the pitcher’s mound with all the confidence in the world before delivering a pitch that barely made it to the dirt in front of home plate. In fairness, even Smith looked disappointed with his effort. The Yankees went on to beat the Blue Jays 5-3, ending a three-game slump for the team. The Yankees will play a home series against the D-Backs this weekend before closing out the season with road series against the Blue Jays and Royals.

However, what makes the situation even funnier is how much shit Smith has talked about what a great first pitch he would throw. Earlier this year, Smith went on a mini-rant on First Take in which he extolled the perceived excellence of his hypothetical first pitch. “Not only would I throw out the first pitch, I would throw a strike,” Smith told his co-hosts back in July. Maybe next time, Stephen.

Smith Joins Victor Wembanyama In Bad First Pitches

Of course, Smith is not the first person to throw a bad first pitch. Hell, Smith isn’t the only person in the last few months to throw a bad first pitch. Prior to the NBA Draft, first-overall pick Victor Wembanyama was also invited to throw out the first pitch at a Yankees game. Wearing the home team pinstripes, and his giant hands dwarfing the ball, Wembanyama took up a position on the pitcher’s mound. While he attempted something of a wind-up, his lazy throw went wide left, almost missing the batter’s box entirely. Accepting his effort, Wembanyama smiled and embraced the catcher.

Both Smith and Wembanyama had bad throws. However, 50 Cent still remains the king of terrible first pitches. Infamously, 50 Cent sort of just threw the ball off to the side while throwing out the first pitch at a 2014 Mets game. Maybe it’s just something in the air in NYC?

Stephen A. Smith Completely Dismisses The Cowboys’ Hot Start

Stephen A. Smith has always been a staunch critic of the Dallas Cowboys. Although the team has been strong in recent years, Smith is not a believer. Overall, there is good reasoning behind that. For instance, the team has not been fantastic in regard to the playoffs. More often than not, the team plays poorly once we get to the postseason. They haven’t made it to the NFC Championship game in ages, and fans are starting to get a bit upset about it.

However, every year seems to start off the same way for the Cowboys. They begin the year showcasing a lot of poise and talent. Although once the end of the season rolls around, they start to show some cracks. Moreover, Dak Prescott seems to falter in the big moments, which has led to a lack of playoff success. It has been heartbreaking for Cowboys fans, but now, they think they may just have the best team in the NFL. Stephen A. on the other hand, would have to disagree.

Stephen A. Speaks

After a 40-0 win against the New York Giants and a 30-10 win against the Dallas Cowboys, Smith is less than impressed with what he is witnessing. Instead, he believes that the Cowboys are a product of their weak schedule. Smith believes that the 49ers are the team that deserves all of the love right now. They are also 2-0 and have gotten to play some much better teams. The Steelers and the Rams are the two teams they have defeated, which Stephen A. sees as a whole lot more impressive.

It is too early to say how the Cowboys will do this season. The Washington Commanders will prove to be a challenge for them. Moreover, there is this sense that they Eagles are still too strong for the Cowboys to overcome. Hopefully, they just give us some entertaining football. Stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.

Kyrie Irving Chimes In On Stephen A. Smith’s Feud With Terrell Owens

Kyrie Irving recently spoke on Stephen A. Smith’s ongoing feud with former NFL star Terrell Owens, asking both of them to settle things “like grown mature men” and move on. Smith told Irving that he doesn’t know the details with all due respect.

During a back-and-forth between Smith and Owens on Twitter, in which Smith accused Owens of foul behavior “behind the scenes,” Irving tried to calm things down in the replies. “Can y’all call each other like Grown Mature Men and Clear the air without all of the extra social media back and forth? Get what you need off your chest and move on. #Therearemoreimportantthingstodo,” Irving wrote.

Kyrie Irving Descalates Stephen A. Smith-Terrell Owens Beef

The feud between Smith and Owens picked up after Smith’s recent appearance on The Joe Budden Podcast. During the appearance, he admitted to getting Max Kellerman fired from First Take. Afterward, Owens shared an old video of him on the show, criticizing Smith during a segment on Colin Kaepernick. Smith replied to the video: “Now….as for this dude, that’s an entirely different story. You know how I feel about your sorry ass @terrellowens and you know why! You should thank your Heavenly Father I haven’t zeroed in on you with the trifling s— you tried to pull. Tell folks to ask ESPN what your desperate ass tried to pull. Keep on talking. Eventually, you’ll expose yourself! #REALFACTS.” From there, the two exchanged several heated posts aimed at one another.

Mad Dog Dedicates “First Take” Rant Segment To Stephen A. Smith And Shannon Sharpe’s Bromance

Chris “Mad Dog” Russo took a couple of shots at the new First Take bromance in his latest “What Are You Mad About?”, his weekly rant segment on First Take. After ranting about the Giants, he took aim at the Stephen A. Smith-Shannon Sharpe bromance. “I really felt we’d come a long way since I got a text a year and a half ago saying “Doggy, can you come in and do First Take,” MD began his third point of the segment. And then all of a sudden, Shannon Sharpe is his blood brother? He takes him to Boulder, Colorado. He didn’t ask me to go.” Mad Dog’s rant became more and more unhinged as he pointed out all of the special treatment things Smith and Sharpe received while in Boulder over the weekend.

Obviously, the whole thing was in good faith and Smith was nearly crying with laughter as Mad Dog lost it more and more. However, it’s nice to see what an expanded and good-natured family First Take has become. Smith has really cultivated a good atmosphere within the Bristol-based group and it’s really paying off in both the entertainment value and the ratings.

Smith Drops Sharpe Bombshell

However, Mad Dog’s reaction is not the only thing about Smith and Sharpe that has been making headlines. During a recent conversation with Joe Budden. During the podcast episode, Smith claimed that he doesn’t view his acquisition of Shannon Sharpe as poaching or anything like that because Sharpe “didn’t leave of his own volition”. It’s the first major behind-the-scenes claim about the atmosphere at Undisputed prior to Sharpe’s departure.

However, it makes sense. It’s an open secret at this point that Skip Bayless has been seeking more and more control over his flagship show at FS1. It’s likely that Bayless wanted Sharpe out so that he could restructure the show to once again put himself at the top of the pecking order. This is supported by the fact several people were considered and rejected to replace Sharpe and most were rejected on the basis that they would be too much of an equal opponent for Bayless. Instead, Bayless reportedly wants easy wins when it comes to his debate partners.

Sharpe Still Acclimatizing To First Take

Meanwhile, Sharpe appears to still be getting used to his new life at First Take. Earlier this week, Sharpe once again called Smith “Skip” during a debate. While Sharpe was evidently embarrassed about it, Smith brushed it off. It’s happened a couple of times since Sharpe began appearing on the show on September 4. It’s become something of a minor meme at this point. Furthermore, Smith even went as far as to defend Sharpe from the people calling him out about the mistake.

“Will folks calm the F$&@ down please. The man (@ShannonSharpe) worked with Skip for 2 1/2 hours every single weekday for 6 1/2 YEARS! I’m surprised he hasn’t called me Skip more. Honest mistake. Nobody is fazed this way! So long as he shows up to @FirstTake when I ask, we are good! #TRUST,” Smith wrote on X. How do you think Sharpe is doing? Let us know in the comments. Stephen A. Smith Excuses Shannon Sharpe For Calling Him “Skip” Again

Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe are now partners on First Take, and fans are loving it. Mondays and Tuesdays have turned into the best days to watch the show. With Shannon breaking down the NFL season, there has been much more legitimacy to the coverage. Furthermore, Shannon and Smith have amazing chemistry, and you can see their respect for one another. Overall, the know how to play off of each other, and it has led to some great moments thus far.

Today, Smith and Shannon got to talk about the problems with Aaron Rodgers and his injury. Moreover, they spoke on Karadius Toney and the recent comments he made about his Giants teammates. During this segment, Sharpe accidentally referred to Stephen A. as “Skip.” Sharpe was upset and embarrassed about it, especially since it happened twice before. However, Stephen A. was very forgiving. Again, the clip went viral on social media, and Smith decided to speak out and defend his new co-host.

Stephen A. Says It’s Okay

“Will folks calm the F$&@ down please,” Stephen A. began. “The man (@ShannonSharpe) worked with Skip for 2 1/2 hours every single weekday for 6 1/2 YEARS! I’m surprised he hasn’t called me Skip more. Honest mistake. Nobody is fazed this way! So long as he shows up to @FirstTake when I ask, we are good!#TRUST” It was a nice gesture from Smith, especially since you could tell that Sharpe was upset at himself. Regardless, we’re sure he will get the Skips out of his system, sooner rather than later.
