Diddy has been hit with countless disturbing allegations in recent months, and recently, Suge Knight added even more to the list. During a new interview with Michael Franzese from prison, the Death Row co-founder accused the Bad Boy mogul of sexually abusing both Usher and Justin Bieber. According to him, the alleged sexual abuse wasn’t a secret either, as he accuses several of Diddy’s associates of being involved.
“Everybody knows what Puffy did. There’s not one person that didn’t know that Puffy was f*cking Usher. It was the saddest thing in the world what they did to Justin Bieber […] They had sex with him. I hate to say that because I really like Justin Bieber. I feel bad for Justin Bieber,” he alleged. Knight continued, providing more details of Diddy’s allegedly inappropriate relationship with Bieber.
Suge Knight Discusses Diddy In New Michael Franzese Interview
“He could have been bigger than Michael Jackson, but the question of the drugs and the stuff, what [Diddy] allowed these grown men to do to this little boy was unhealthy and f*cked up. No grown men are supposed to be getting high and doing drugs and drinking with kids […] He had grown men would take Justin Bieber when he was young to a romantic vacation, showing pictures on Instagram with no women — nobody else but grown, successful men and this little kid […] Not only is it a bad look, it’s sad,” he alleged.
Knight then switched his focus back to Usher, alleging that Diddy molested the artist when he was a teenager. “Usher spent the night with him and Puffy being in the same bed when they did an album,” he alleged. “They never put out one song at that time.” These are far from the only accusations Diddy’s been hit with as of late, however. During a recent appearance on The Stephen A. Smith Show, Shyne also accused him of setting him up to be the “fall guy” in a 1999 nightclub shooting. A rep for Diddy responded on his behalf yesterday, calling the allegations “unequivocally false.”
The number of Diddy lawsuits and allegations is simply dumbfounding and it’s going to continue to grow. Tony Buzbee, a high-profile Houston attorney who’s worked against clients such as Deshaun Watson, is helping contribute to that stack of legal papers by representing 120 alleged sexual assault/abuse victims. It’s worth noting their cases have yet to be filed. Earlier this month, he revealed this in a press conference and spoke with a sense of urgency and encouragement. “This is an important matter that we intend to aggressively pursue. We will leave no stone unturned to find all potentially liable parties, to include any individual or entity who participated in or benefitted from this egregious behavior,” he began.
“As we do this important work, we ask that the public understand it is very difficult and takes an incredible amount of courage for victims to come forward. I ask that we treat these brave individuals with the dignity and compassion that they deserve as they go through this trying time.” Following these statements, Buzbee then implored any one with potential allegations against Diddy to call the Sexual Assault Hotline. This instruction has led to some pretty negative reactions from other media personalities and the internet at large. Charlamagne tha God, along with the rest of The Breakfast Club, were quick to label it as a “joke” and that it’s going to discredit people who might have actual stories to tell.
Well, there’s a good chance that Buzbee and whoever else was responsible for opening up the phones are going to prove these critics right because the number of callers is jaw-dropping. According to HOLLYWOOD UNLOCKED and E! News, the attorney says that since that aforementioned press conference, the hotline had received 12,000 in just 24 hours. “When I made an announcement that I was going to pursue this case, the floodgates really opened. In a 10-day period we got 3,200 calls and then from the press conference we had yesterday, we had 12,000 calls in about 24 hours… I was not expecting the high volume of contact that we’ve gotten in the last 24 hours,” Buzbee said. Of course, this doesn’t mean that all of them are in “good faith,” so it will be interesting to see how all of these unfold.
What are your thoughts on attorney Tony Buzbee saying the Diddy Hotline has received 12,000 calls? Do you think this is going to ruin any potentially real victims’ chances of receiving justice? How many of these do you think were actually real callers? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. 50 Cent says Meek Mill needs to stop concerning himself with the rumors about his sexuality and instead worry about whether Diddy was recording his behavior at his infamous parties. Taking to Instagram, 50 shared a headline that reads: “Meek Mill Says The Rumors About Him And Diddy Is Confusing His 12-Year-Old Son ‘People Saying His Dad is G*y.’” In the caption, 50 remarked: “Got Damn it. People don’t think you are gay @meekmillnews they think you on them tapes. Old boy was filming every room even the toilets.”
The story stems from a series of tweets Meek put out in which he complained about his son hearing about the rumors. “I don’t believe no Diddy story once they lied about me now!” he wrote in one post. “I don’t care but yall confusing my son he’s 12 with people saying his dad gay it’s sick.” In another, he added: “Yall call it trolling I call it I have 2 young kings papi and czar plus my other son I raised zah that see magnified press … to know they can be whatever they want but their dad represent one thing and if I was gay they probably wouldn’t be living!”
Meek Mill & Diddy Party During Memorial Day Weekend
The rumors about Meek Mill stem from Lil Rod’s sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy, in which he claims the Bad Boy mogul bragged about having sex with a rapper from Philadelphia who previously dated Nicki Minaj. The filing never mentioned Meek by name and Diddy has denied all of the allegations. Even 50, who has been using the lawsuit to troll Diddy relentlessly, recently admitted it might be false.
50 is currently working on a docuseries about the situation. Be on the lookout for further updates on 50 Cent as well as Diddy and Meek Mill on HotNewHipHop.
Back in 2016, former music executive and politician Ronald Savage came forward to accuse Afrika Bambaataa of molesting him in the late 70s, when he was between the ages of 12 and 14. After he shared his story, various other alleged victims spoke out with similar accusations. One of his former bodyguards even suggested that he may have witnessed some concerning activity. As a result, Bambaataa was kicked out of Zulu Nation, an international hip-hop awareness group he founded himself in 1973.
Now, one of Bambaataa’s anonymous alleged victims, who accused the artist of child sexual abuse and sex trafficking in a 2021 lawsuit, is urging the judge to make a ruling. According to an exclusive report by AllHipHop, John Doe previously filed a motion seeking a default judgment. In new court documents from earlier this week, he asks the judge for an update.
Afrika Bambaataa’s Anonymous Accuser Wants An Update
“From 1991 to 1995, Plaintiff was invited to Defendant’s apartment, located in the BRH, where he was repeatedly subjected to sexual abuse consisting of mutual masturbation and sodomy,” the lawsuit alleges. “During the same time period, Plaintiff was transported by Defendant Taylor, to other locations and offered for sex to other adult men in exchange for money. Defendant Taylor, intentional sexual assault of Plaintiff was for his own sexual gratification and without regard for the Plaintiff’s well-being. Defendant Taylor, performed the aforementioned actions for his own sexual gratification and without Plaintiff’s consent.”
Allegedly, the victim was only 12 years old when the abuse began. He later sued Bambaataa for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and gross negligence. Universal Zulu Nation and XYZ Corp were additionally named as defendants in the suit. What do you think of Afrika Bambaataa’s alleged victim urging a judge to decide on their motion for a default judgment? Diddy’s attorney Aaron Dyer released a statement addressing the raids the following day. “Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated,” he said. He added: “This unprecedented ambush – paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence – leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. In the last few weeks, multiple sexual assault lawsuits have been filed against several men in politics and entertainment. As the final wave of accusations rolled in, New York Mayor Eric Adams was caught in the overwhelming wave. Significantly, these lawsuits have been filed under the Adult Survivors Act (ASA), a legislation that had a one-year look-back period. Within that period, the statute of limitations for adult sexual assault cases in New York was suspended. As a result, victims of sexual assault would be able to file lawsuits against their former abusers.
It also didn’t matter how long ago the incident happened. Explicitly, as long as the victim was 18 years or older at the time they were abused, they would be able to file a lawsuit under the ASA. The ASA was enacted on November 24, 2023, and expired exactly a year later, on November 24, 2024. However, before the deadline was reached, many women spoke up and sued their alleged abusers. After that, within a week, prominent figures, including Jamie Foxx, Andrew Cuomo, and Jimmy Iovine, were all hit with lawsuits. Mayor Eric Adams has since denied the allegations against him.
Mayor Eric Adams Accused Of Sexual Assault
On November 22, 2023, court filings accusing Eric Adams of sexual misconduct were submitted at the New York County Supreme Court. The accusations against the mayor were made by an unnamed woman who allegedly worked with him 30 years ago. The court filing explicitly states: “Plaintiff was sexually assaulted by Defendant Eric Adams in New York, New York in 1993 while they both worked for the City of New York.” Furthermore, NBC News reports that the court summons states that the woman “experienced sexual assault, battery, employment gender discrimination, retaliation, a hostile work environment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
Per USA Today, The New York City Police Department’s transit bureau and the Guardians Association of the NYPD are also listed as defendants in the legal filings. Additionally, three other unidentified entities are also listed as defendants. As a matter of fact, the ASA allows institutions that harbored abusers to be listed as defendants. Before becoming mayor, Eric Adams worked as an officer in the NYPD for 22 years.
Therefore, the plaintiff is within her rights to list the aforementioned NYPD institutions as defendants. Adams began serving as a transit officer in the department but eventually rose in the ranks and became a captain. Subsequently, he also became the head of the aforementioned Guardians Association.
While it’s now apparent where Adams worked in 1993, it remains unknown in what capacity the woman worked for New York. She may have been a colleague of Adams’s in the department. However, unless she eventually confirms that, we will remain in the dark about how exactly she worked with the mayor. In the meantime, we know that the plaintiff seeks at least $5 million in damages, according to CNN’s report.
The Response
Since the accusations were made against him, Mayor Eric Adams has strongly denied the claims. “That is not who I am, and that is not who I’ve ever been in my professional life. It’s just something that never took place,” he said in a video posted by a Fox 5 New York reporter on X.
Additionally, a City Hall spokesperson also promptly addressed the allegations against the mayor. On November 23, 2023, they told CNN, “The mayor does not know who this person is. If they ever met, he doesn’t recall it. But he would never do anything to physically harm another person and vigorously denies any such claim.”
Hollywood superstar Jamie Foxx has found himself caught in the web of the Adult Survivors Act (ASA). Between his unspecified medical emergency earlier in the year, and the lawsuit he now faces, Foxx has certainly had a turbulent 2023. Without a doubt, the ASA has shaken up the entertainment, sports, and even the country’s political industry. The legislation was enacted on November 24, 2022, and is meant to last a one-year period. Within that time, victims of sexual assault would be able to file a lawsuit against their alleged abusers. As long as they were 18 or older at the time of their abuse claims, they could sue their alleged abusers no matter how long ago they were abused.
Notably, over 2,500 lawsuits were filed under the ASA while it was active. However, there was a noticeable surge in the number of lawsuits filed within the act’s final weeks. Celebrities and politicians, including Cuba Gooding Jr., Jimmy Iovine, and Andrew Cuomo, among others, were hit with lawsuits. Jamie Foxx, too, was accused of sexual misconduct under the ASA before it expired. Foxx has since denied the claims.
On November 22, 2023, two days before the ASA’s deadline, Foxx was sued for sexual assault by an anonymous woman. The complaint was filed at the New York Supreme Court and alleges that the victim was assaulted at a rooftop bar in 2015. In detail, the incident allegedly happened at Catch NYC in August 2015, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. The lawsuit details the events of that night, and how the actor allegedly sexually assaulted the victim.
The woman has chosen to remain anonymous and will be referred to as Jane Doe. The suit alleges that she saw Mark Birnbaum, a co-founder of the establishment, having drinks with Foxx “one table away.” Afterward, at approximately 1:00 a.m., she claims to have walked up to the actor, accompanied by her friend, to ask for pictures with him. According to the suit, he replied, “Sure baby, anything for you,” after which he took “several photographs” with her.
The Incident
The suit contains claims from the alleged victim that Jamie Foxx “seemed intoxicated.” According to the document, he began to make moves on Jane Doe. She claims that he passed several comments, including “Wow, you have that supermodel body,” “You smell so good,” and “You look like Nickie.” He allegedly clarified that “Nickie” was Gabrielle Union after Doe asked him who that was.
In time, Foxx allegedly grabbed her by the arm and pulled her to the back area of the rooftop bar. She said that it was at this back area that Jamie Foxx sexually assaulted her. As soon as they reached a secluded area, Foxx “placed both of his hands on her waist, moved them under her ‘crop top’ and began rubbing her breasts,” alleges the court filing. While Jane Doe claims she attempted to step away, she alleges that the actor proceeded to slide his hands into her pants. Furthermore, she claims she noticed a security guard “some distance away who saw what was happening but walked further away.”
In addition, she claims that when Foxx slid his hands into her pants, her friend came outside. Afterward, he allegedly stopped and walked towards the aforementioned security guard. In the lawsuit, the woman claims to have required medical treatment and advice. She was allegedly “injured [and] was rendered sick, sore, lame and disabled.” Furthermore, she alleges that she “was unable to pursue her usual and regular activities.” It also claims that she has had “to undergo great conscious pain.” Finally, the suit states that she “will permanently be affected by the injuries and emotional distress she incurred as a result.”
Additionally, she claims it caused her “severe emotional distress and anxiety, humiliation, embarrassment, post-traumatic stress disorder and other physical and emotional damages.” The suit alleges that Birnbaum and Catch’s employees “had knowledge of Foxx’s propensities for aggressive behavior towards females.” Furthermore, it was alleged that they also knew Foxx’s “bad disposition when consuming excessive alcohol.” Following the filing of the lawsuit against Jamie Foxx, the woman is now seeking unspecified damages.
A Spokesperson For Jamie Foxx Addresses The Lawsuit
Soon after the lawsuit was filed, a representative of the Oscar-winning actor refuted the accusations in a statement. “The alleged incident never happened. In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then. We are confident they will be dismissed again. And once they are, Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action.”
Subsequently, Jane Doe’s representative, Michael S. Lamonsoff responded as well. In a statement of his own, he stated, “Our client and our firm will not be intimidated by Jamie Foxx’s age-old tactic of lies and threats against survivors of sexual assault,” he said. “Thankfully, the ASA was passed, allowing our client to demand accountability for the abuse and mental anguish she had endured since the time of this heinous assault.”
