Last month, footage of a fight in Cannes between Travis Scott, Southside, and Alexander “AE” Edwards went viral. Early on, it was reported that Tyga also threw a few punches, though it was quickly clarified that he wasn’t directly involved despite having been nearby. Reportedly, it all started at Richie Akiva’s party when he gave them a shout-out that rubbed Scott the wrong way.

As a result, he smashed the microphone and stormed off, prompting Edwards to try to calm him down. Unfortunately, this didn’t work out in his favor, as Scott left and soon returned with his friend Southside. They all began to throw hands while Tyga sat unscathed behind a DJ booth. Nobody was seriously injured in the viral clash.

Well, anyway, at least Ice-T kept it short and simple with his response to the guilty verdict, and he also took some time to respond to some angry supporters of No. 45 who took issue with his jest. First, he posted a picture of a jail with one of the watch towers labeled as “Trump Tower” with the caption “The Internet is undefeated. But I doubt he ever does a day inside… Cold Game.” “Damn Ice. Looks like you picked your side,” one fan replied.

“I NEVER EVER liked dude… Criminals can spot Criminals,” Ice-T responded. “Has Ice t been to epstien [sic] island? [thinking face emoji],” another user clapped back, seemingly insinuating that his dislike of Donald Trump indicates his allegiance to the Illuminati or something like that. Joe Budden Reveals Why He’s Unimpressed With Apple Music’s Top 100 Albums List

Earlier this month, Apple Music unveiled its list of the 100 best albums of all time, unsurprisingly sparking a major debate. Lauryn Hill’s 1998 LP The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill came out on top, followed by Michael Jackson’s Thriller, The Beatles’ Abbey Road, and Prince and the Revolution’s Purple Rain. They put Frank Ocean’s Blonde in fifth place, one of the more controversial choices of the entire list.

Now, as reactions to the list continue to roll in, Joe Budden has shared his take on his podcast. According to him, he agrees with some of the rankings, such as Kendrick Lamar‘s good kid, m.A.A.d city making the top 10. Budden says, however, that Apple Music did R&B as a whole dirty. He noted how some of the most iconic albums of the genre are far too low on the list or omitted altogether.

Joe Budden Thinks Apple Music Disrespected R&B

“Just talking about solely R&B, what they did with [Sade‘s] Love Deluxe, [Usher‘s] Confessions, [SZA‘s] Ctrl, Prince and [Michael Jackson] is egregious,” he explained. “This list is disrespectful to a lot of R&B actually. There’s a lot of phenomenal R&B albums [missing]. [Marvin Gaye‘s What’s Going On not making the Top 10] tells you that they disrespected the rest of R&B.”

Budden isn’t the only one who feels like Apple Music’s R&B rankings were out of whack, however. Last week, Jermaine Dupri took to Twitter/X to share his take on the now-infamous list, similarly stating that R&B was overlooked and disrespected. “Looking at this @AppleMusic top 100 albums list is sad, the disrespect to R&B is CR*ZY!!!!! According to them, the entertainment system in question is allegedly still in his possession despite him not paying for it in its entirety.

His mother was taken into custody on the scene, though Kingston himself wasn’t home during the raid. Hours later, he was arrested at a concert in California on fraud and theft charges. Now, Turner’s mugshot has surfaced online, and unsurprisingly, most social media users are being anything but nice.

She shared her first reaction to the clip itself, and once her name came up, her mouth was either fully agape or covered by her hand in shock. Then, the Special singer spoke on how she made it far enough in the music industry to where now Trey Parker and Matt Stone know who she is and know that a segment on her would at least hit popularity-wise. As controversial as the clip may be for some, it’s South Park: what did you expect?

“Guys, my worst fear has been actualized,” Lizzo began her (presumably) TikTok video, facing the camera with a pretty blank expression. “I’ve been referenced in a South Park episode. I’m so scared. “Not the f***ing album!” Lizzo exclaimed when a character in the parody advertisement held a vinyl that read “Special.” “Period,” she said when a character spoke on the power of “not giving a f**k” that the “prescription” offers. “That’s crazy!” the Detroit native expressed. “I just feel like, damn, I’m really that b***h. I’m really that b***h! I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f**k to the point where these… men in Colorado know who the f**k I am and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years. Whenever folks drag Lizzo for unwarranted reasons online, she usually responds in a pretty dismissive and unbothered manner. As such, this reaction to the South Park episode comes as no surprise.
