Antonio Pierce Set To Be Next Raiders Coach

Antonio Pierce will be the next head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. Pierce took over from Josh McDaniels around midseason and went 5-4 in his first nine games. A former Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champion, Pierce had been working as the team’s linebackers coach prior to being elevated to interim head coach.

The Raiders locker room has experienced a massive turnaround under Pierce, who is a much-loved figure within the organization. “It’s legendary. When you have the right culture, a guy like A.P. that embraces the history of the Raiders, it’s special. … A ton of legends [visit] consistently because of the amount of respect they have for him. So it makes you, as a player, want to go out there and show who you are. You know what I mean? You want to be at that level one day,” Maxx Crosby said after the team’s regular-season finale.

Gronk Backs Bill Belichick Amid Falcons Rumors

Meanwhile, Rob Gronkowski has said that his former long-time head coach Bill Belichick is still a “powerhouse”. “I think, 100 percent, he’s still the great Bill Belichick. No doubt about that. If he goes to a team with great players with great talent, he will be successful. Because he’s still the powerhouse coach that we all have seen throughout the years,” Gronk told TMZ this week. However, Gronk also praised Belichick’s New England replacement – his former teammate Jerod Mayo.

However, some former Patriots have offered a warning to Belichick’s next team. Asante Samuel told Belichick’s next employer to keep the legendary coach as a coach only and not, as he had been in New England, general manager also. “If any owner would give Bill Belichick that power again, that would be crazy,” Samuel, who played for Belichick between 2003 and 2007, told TMZ. Belichick served in the dual role of head coach and general manager since taking the helm at Foxoboro in 2000. Over time, Belichick the GM often got in the way of Belichick the head coach. After picking eight Pro Bowlers (and one Hall of Famer) in the first round between 2001 and 2012, Belichick has drafted just one first-round Pro Bowler in the last 11 years.

OnlyFans Model Danii Banks Speaks On Viral Raiders Flashing Incident

OnlyFans model Danii Banks has broken her silence on being removed from a Raiders game last weekend after being caught flashing her breasts. Banks acknowledged why her post, which she published in censored form on her public social media, received so much negative attention. However, she pushed back against the hate. She stated that she was confident no children had been inadvertently exposed to her topless foray. Banks claimed that she was in an adult-only section of Allegiant Stadium. Furthermore, she claimed that the only people who took issue with what she did was event security.

Despite this, Banks did offer an apology to any parents whose children did end up seeing her breasts. Furthermore, Banks explained that the incident came about as a result of some good-natured banter with a nearby bachelor party. Additionally, Banks noted that she had received “thousands” of new sign-ups to her Only Fans after news of the incident broke.

OnlyFans Boxer Refutes Claims Of Flashing Ban

However, Banks isn’t the only OnlyFans star who has faced consequences for flashing an unsuspecting audience this year. Back in July, Daniella Hemsley caused a stir on social media after appearing to flash her breasts after winning a fight at a Kingpyn Boxing event in Dublin. The promotion subsequently released a statement apologizing for the incident. Furthermore, Kingpyn stated that Hemsley would not participate in the finals of the event. Additionally, the statement said Hemsley would be “taking some time away from boxing.” To many, this appeared to suggest that Kingpyn had barred Hemsley because of her post-fight stunt.

Despite this, Hemsley denied that she had been “banned” for flashing. “After my fight, [I] came out, got into the medical room and I’m being checked out by the doctor. He’s doing the eye checks, the everything checks, and he’s taking my wraps off on my hands. And I said to him, ‘I think I’ve broken my thumb.’ I literally even now I can like barely move it and I think I’ve also broken my elbow. I literally can’t straighten it. Which brings me on to say, there is a lot of speculation in the media at the moment about me being banned. I am not banned from Kingpyn, I have simply decided to take a few weeks off from training. [This is in order] to recover my body. I plan on coming back fighting again hopefully in the winter.”

Raiders Locker Room Atmosphere Greatly Improved By Josh McDaniels Firing

There has been a massive shift in the locker room of the Las Vegas Raiders after the firing of head coach Josh McDaniels earlier this week. Davante Adams was seen shooting hoops, several of the O-Lineman had an impromptu wrestling tournament. Overall, everyone was just having a good time. “I think [interim coach Antonio Pierce] just let us kind of be ourselves and let our hair down. Just have fun playing football again and not just walk on eggshells everywhere. Just go out there and enjoy playing like we’re kids,” wide receiver Hunter Renfrow said.

Pierce, a former Super Bowl-winning linebacker, was promoted from linebackers coach to head coach ahead of a matchup with the Giants this weekend. He will look to salvage a 3-5 start to the season that was achieved under McDaniels. Furthermore, Pierce will have to coach rookie QB Aidan O’Connell as Jimmy Garroppolo remains benched by the team. It remains to be seen whether the team can turns things around before the end of the season.

McDaniels Fired After Season And A Half

If you missed it, the Raiders effectively cleaned house earlier this week. Following a 26-14 loss to Detroit, the team fired head coach Josh McDaniels, GM Dave Ziegler, and offensive coordinator Mike Lombardi. As mentioned, linebackers coach Antonio Pierce will serve as interim head coach, while quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree will be promoted to offensive coordinator. Pierce won a Super Bowl as player and has been coached at various levels of the game since 2014.

Reacting to the news on First Take, Stephen A. Smith gave a very astute prediction of where McDaniels is likely headed next. “Bill O’Brien, I hope you enjoy your one year with the Patriots. Because move aside, Josh McDaniels is going to come back to the one place where he’s found success,” Smith said. McDaniels has spent a combined 16 years working with the Patriots organization, including multiple stints as a Super Bowl-winning offensive coordinator.

Raiders Look To Turn Over A New Leaf

At 3-5 on the season, the Raiders decided that changes needed to be made. The front office will likely decide to hire a separate head coach and offensive coordinator in the offseason, instead of the dual-responsibility role as it existed under McDaniels. There will also be serious questions to be made about team structure, such as whether to draft a QB of the future or stick with Jimmy G. The Raiders are expected to give rookie Aidan O’Connell another chance under center on Sunday against the Giants.

However, the current situation is just another punchline for the laughingstock that is the Raiders. On Sunday, Pierce will become the 12th person in the latest 20 years to coach a game for the Raiders. That sets the Raiders as the team with the highest coaching turnover in the NFL in that span. It’s one more than the Browns, who are widely seen as the epitome of failure over that timespan. Since moving to Vegas in 2020, the team has only had one winning season. Last year, the Raiders went 6-11.

Chandler Jones Released By Raiders After Vegas Arrest

Chandler Jones has officially been released by the Raiders following his arrest earlier this week. “[We are] hopeful that Chandler Jones receives the care that he needs. He, his family, and all those involved are in our thoughts,” Raiders said in a statement. Jones, a first-round pick in 2012, was in the second year of a three-year contract with the Raiders. However, he had been away from the team since Labor Day Weekend and had alleged malpractice on the part of senior team officials. In a series of tweets, Jones accused owner Mark Davis of covering for an unnamed individual who had allegedly molested Jones’ goddaughter.

Jones’ arrest around midnight on Friday came after a turbulent series of posts on social media. After a livestream in which he burst into tears after saying Aaron Hernandez didn’t kill himself, Jones shared a positive interaction with Antonio Brown before leaving social media to go to a strip club. He was reportedly arrested for violating a domestic violence protective order and posted bond later on Friday. He is reportedly due back in court on December 4.

Jones Alleges Forced Hospitalization

Meanwhile, it’s been a wild week in the Chandler Jones saga. It all began with Jones claiming that he had undergone a forced hospitalization. In journal entries posted to X, Jones recounted his ordeal. He claims to have been taken from his open by a group of firemen and injected with an unknown substance in the back of an ambulance. From there, he was taken to Southern Hills Hospital and later transferred to Seven Hills Behavioral Health Hospital. Jones reportedly refused medications and was not told why he had been hospitalized.

Furthermore, Jones alleged that he had called Raiders GM Dave Zeigler “6 to 7 times asking for help and I wondered if he had me put in here, but he never answered.” Jones has claimed that he is simply seeking answers about the behavior exhibited by the Raiders. “I’m still confused on what I did wrong. I’m stuck here, I’m very sane, I’m to strong of a person to be mentally broken.” The Raiders, LVFD, and LVPD all declined to comment on the situation.

Chandler Jones Claims Raiders Sent A “Crisis Team” To His House

Chandler Jones’ beef with the Las Vegas Raiders appears to have significantly escalated. In since-deleted posts on his Instagram story, Jones claims that the team sent a “crisis team” to his house. Alongside an account of what happened, Jones posted a picture of what appeared to be the expired badge of a Las Vegas CRT officer.

“RAIDERS SENT HER TO MY PLACE SAID .. YOU NEED TO COME WITH US ‘YOU’RE IN DANGER’ 😂. THEY HAD ME OUTSIDE IN MY DRAWS LOL.. NAKED. THAT LADY WAS RUDE. THEN I GOT TO SHOWING HER SOME OF THEM TEXT. AND THEN SHE SWITCHED UP..BUDDY FROM THE RAIDERS TRIED TO GIVE ME THE LOOK..LIKE ‘DON’T SAY ANYTHING’ NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY PLAYERS TURN TO SOCIAL MEDIA. AT FIRST I FROWNED UPON IT. BUT IT’S OUR ONLY OUTLET. IF I DIDN’T DO THIS, IT WOULD’VE BEEN KEPT UNDER WRAPS.. ANYBODY INTERVIEW THEM AND ASK WHY I’M NOT ON WITH THE TEAM? BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW”

Chandler Jones’ Situation With The Raiders, Explained

Jones, who is entering the second year of a three-year, $51 million contract with the Raiders, was absent from a handful of practices late in training camp due to undisclosed reasons. Then, on August 18, Jones posted what appeared to be text messages between him and head coach Josh McDaniels. In one text, Jones appears to say that he “won’t say anything else” if McDaniels guarantees that he will play in the Raiders’ season opener against the Broncos. Jones later told media that he no longer wanted to play for the Raiders

McDaniels declined to answer any specific questions when asked about the situation on September 6. “Right now, we’re going day to day … so we’ll kind of take it one day at a time,” McDaniels said in his Wednesday media conference. “It’s a private matter and, you know, if there’s something to report on it, then we’ll do that. But as of right now, there’s nothing. I’m not going to get into this. It’s a personal situation. It’s a private matter. If you want to talk about the game on Sunday, I’ll be excited to talk about the game.” This is a developing story and we’ll have any updates as and when they emerge.

Carl Nassib, NFL’s First Openly Gay Active Player, Retires

Carl Nassib, who made history as the first openly gay active player in the NFL, has announced that he is retiring. “This is a bittersweet moment for me but after seven seasons and just over 100 NFL games, I am retiring to focus on my company Rayze,” Nassib wrote on Instagram. “It really feels like just yesterday starting out as a walk-on at Penn State. Football has given me more than I ever could have imagined. I can truly hang up my helmet for the last time knowing I gave it everything I had.”

Furthermore, Nassib spoke to People that he would like to remain connected to the NFL in some way. “Maintaining that relationship shows that the NFL is continuing to support me,” Nassib said. “They’ve supported me so much over the last two years, and I really couldn’t have done it without that support. I think that I can provide a very rare and specific view of how life is for an out gay player, and I think that there are some amazing opportunities that I can also learn.” Nassib’s company, Rayze, is an app that helps people find charities and non-profits that match their interests and passions.

Carl Nassib Retires

Drafted by the Browns in 2016, Nassib made history in 2021 when he came out as gay. While he was not the first gay NFL player, he was the first to come out while still an active player. The NFL very much embraced Nassib, matching his $100,000 donation to The Trevor Project after he came out. Playing with the Raiders at the time, Nassib spent the 2022 season with the Buccaneers. A free agent entering 2023, Nassib revealed to People that the thought of retirement actually came to him last season.

49ers & Raiders Fans Brawl At In-N-Out Leads To Stabbing

If you are an NFL fan, you know that those who support the 49ers and the Raiders don’t exactly love each other. Overall, these fans used to just be a bridge away from one another. On one hand, you had the 49ers fans in San Francisco. Subsequently, the Raiders fans were in Oakland. These days, however, the Raiders fans are in Las Vegas. That said, there are still quite a few supports in the Bay Area with lots of resentment towards those in San Fran. Unfortunately, that showed at a Santa Clara In-N-Out over the weekend.

According to TMZ, fans of the 49ers and the Raiders were at the local In-N-Out when all hell broke loose. Fans started brawling in the middle of the dining area, and bodies were flying. Additionally, some patrons were left bloody as cops had a hard time pulling people from each other. Overall, it was not a great scene, especially since it was reported that two people were also stabbed. They were subsequently taken to the hospital and treated for injuries. Thankfully, they are going to be okay.

49ers And Raiders Fan Fight Gets Out Of Hand

At the time of writing this, no one has been charged for the fight. However, the man who stabbed two people is currently on the run. Police are looking for him, but for now, they have yet to get anywhere. As you all know, fights between fanbases happen all the time. However, they usually take place at the stadium where the two teams are playing. Instead, this incident was far from the arena, after a preseason game that didn’t even involve the Raiders.

Hopefully, fans start to calm down a bit over the coming years. It feels like these fights have gotten out of hand, especially with two people being stabbed. Let us know how you feel about these displays of fandom, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.

Tom Brady Would Be Allowed To Play For The Raiders If Needed

Will Tom Brady ever fully retire? It’s a question that has divided scholars for a number of years now. Of course, Brady initially retired in 2021 before un-retiring to play another season in 2022. After that season, Brady again retired and appeared to be done for good. He expressed excitement about beginning his broadcast deal with Fox in 2024 and spending time away from football. One of the few football things he has publicly done is buy a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders.

Speaking of the Raiders, they are having an interesting offseason. After parting ways with long-time starting quarterback Derek Carr, the Raiders searched high and low for his replacement. Maybe they could trade up in the draft or trade down for one of the many young exciting backups already in the league? Maybe they could go big after one of the veteran free agents? Instead, the Raiders signed Jimmy Garoppolo, the 31-year-old veteran fresh off a season-ending foot injury. In fact, the Raiders hedged so hard on Garoppolo that they had him sign an injury waiver.

NFL Confirms Ownership Doesn’t Bar Brady From Playing

With Garoppolo’s waiver clause, and the news that the foot injury will need surgery, rumors about Brady suiting up in the Black and Silver began to silver. Behind Jimmy G, the Raiders current QB room is career backup Brian Hoyer, fourth-round rookie Aiden O’Connell, and 2022 undrafted free agent Chase Garbers. Not exactly inspiring but could be worse. However, that has led a number of people, including TMZ, to wonder if Brady could legally take the field for the Raiders as a last resort.

Turns out that the answer is yes. According to an NFL spokesperson who answer questions from TMZ, as long as Brady passes two votes from the NFL owners, he could both own the Raiders and start under center for them. The first vote is one that Brady needs to pass regardless of any desire to play. That’s the vote from NFL ownership to approve his purchase of an ownership stake in the Raiders. However, the second vote, again taken by the NFL owners, would specifically be about whether they would approve of Brady taking the field. Furthermore, both votes hold a three-fourths majority threshold, meaning Brady would need the support of 28 NFL owners. While the first vote is expected to pass easily, there is definitely a chance that the owners would object to Brady retaking the field. Of course, all of this is purely speculation as Brady, for now, is very keen to stay retired.

Tom Brady Becomes Part-Owner Of The Raiders

Tom Brady is easily the greatest player in the history of the NFL. Overall, he has seven Super Bowl rings and countless records. However, he is no longer an active player. For the first time since 2000, we will be subjected to an NFL season without Brady. Ultimately, this is going to take a lot of getting used to for a lot of NFL fans. Although, for those who hate Brady, this is definitely something to be thankful for. Now, he will no longer be able to terrorize some of your favorite teams.

Subsequently, he has a lot to think about in terms of his life away from the game. Of course, he has his contract with Fox which is supposed to kick in as of 2024. Although reports circulated claiming that he would back out of the deal, Brady appears to be on track to hit the booth. Furthermore, he has been tied to the Las Vegas Raiders in a potential ownership role. Today, Tom Brady got one step closer to officially being an owner in the league that he loves.

Tom Brady Is Still Active, Even In Retirement

According to TMZ, Tom Brady and the Raiders have agreed to a deal. This would help make him a minority owner in the team. However, 75 percent of the league will have to approve the sale. This means 24 of the league’s other owners are going to have to vote yes on Brady. Although, it doesn’t seem like that will be an issue. Brady is a respected individual, and there is no reason for anyone to deny him this opportunity.

For now, it remains to be seen what kind of role he will have with the team. Perhaps he will get to make decisions on their quarterbacks and maybe even the rest of the offense. Or, he will simply take a backseat and allow his investment to accrue interest. Let us know what you think of Brady’s latest move, in the comments below.
