Blueface Spotted In Court As New Photos Of The Rapper Surface Online

Blueface has been going through it these days. Overall, this is due to the fact that he is currently in jail. He landed himself in jail a few months ago after breaking the terms of his probation. For now, it appears as though he will have to remain locked up until July. However, on Thursday, he had himself a court hearing. During this court hearing, he was supported by none other than Chrisean Rock. At this stage, it appears as though he and Chrisean are back together. Although it remains to be seen how long that is actually going to last.

Meanwhile, with Blueface in court, some photos were covertly taken of the artist. In the post below, you can see that Blue was wearing his orange jumper, and didn’t seem to be in the greatest mood. Considering the circumstances, it is easy to see why this would be the case. For now, his release from jail remains up in the air. While his family would prefer for it to happen sooner rather than later, a timeline has not been made clear.

B.G. Had Permission To Perform With Boosie Badazz Before Arrest, His Attorneys Claim

Last month, it was revealed that B.G. was arrested for an alleged probation violation, only months after he was released from prison following a 12-year sentence. Reportedly, the rapper was accused of “associating unnecessarily” with convicted felons, namely Boosie Badazz and Gucci Mane. He teamed up with Boosie for a Vegas reunion show in February and joined forces with Gucci for a collaborative album, Choppers & Bricks. He was released shortly after his arrest but could face additional time behind bars in the future.

According to his attorneys, however, he should have never been arrested. In new court documents filed yesterday (April 5), his team claims that he was given permission to perform with Boosie, and asks that he remain on supervised release instead of going back to jail. B.G. is scheduled to appear in court on April 8 to address the situation.

These people trying to lock B.G. up for rapping, bro,” he told viewers on Instagram Live. “This gotta stop. We gotta fight for our people. This man has passed every drug test, community service. Kodak Black Throws Rock At News Reporter Upon Release From Jail

Kodak Black’s much-anticipated release from jail took an unexpected turn as video footage surfaced of the rapper throwing a rock at a news reporter. The incident unfolded outside the jail, with the reporter detailing the unexpected aggression from Kodak Black, who had just spent time behind bars since December. The video captures Kodak Black emerging from the jail, seemingly agitated. The news reporter covering the story remarked, “He’s been behind bars since December,” providing context to the rapper’s release. However, what transpired next shocked everyone on the scene.

According to the reporter, Kodak Black not only threatened to punch him but took it a step further by picking up a rock and hurling it at their photographer. The reporter expressed astonishment, stating, “I’ve never seen anything like this, someone coming out threatening to punch a reporter, hitting him in his ribs.” Moreover, the video footage depicts the exact moment when Kodak Black, visibly upset, throws the rock at the reporter. The unexpected act of aggression raises questions about the rapper’s state of mind and the circumstances surrounding his release. “Kodak Black is that one bad ass kid that makes the whole class stay inside for recess,” one person wrote as a reaction to the video.

Kodak Black Was Upset

For context, initially, law enforcement intended to file charges against Kodak for cocaine possession following his arrest in December 2023. During which a “white chunky substance” was discovered in his vehicle. However, authorities ultimately opted for an oxycodone possession charge, leading to a violation of his probation. Kodak later admitted guilt to one count of failing to report police contact. Furthermore, while Kodak Black’s frustration with the media is not uncommon among celebrities, resorting to violence against reporters is a concerning development. The incident highlights the challenges of navigating fame and public scrutiny, as well as the thin line between maintaining personal boundaries and reacting impulsively.

The news reporter’s account of the incident adds a layer of immediacy to the situation, emphasizing the shock and disbelief at Kodak Black’s actions. The incident serves as a reminder of the potential consequences of the media’s constant presence in the lives of public figures, even during moments as sensitive as their release from incarceration. As Kodak Black re-enters the public sphere post-incarceration, the incident raises questions about the rapper’s coping mechanisms and how he manages the pressures associated with his celebrity status. In conclusion, the release of Kodak Black took an unexpected and chaotic turn as he threw a rock at a news reporter covering the event. Let us know your thoughts on HNHH!

G Herbo Discusses “Taking Accountability” With Three-Year Probation Sentence

Last month, G Herbo finally learned his fate after pleading guilty to two charges in 2023. He admitted to one count of wire fraud conspiracy and another count of making false statements to a federal official. The sentencing follows his and his crew’s 2020 indictment, which saw them be accused of “booking trips, services, and other luxurious purchases while using stolen identities” and more.

The judge handed him a three-year probation sentence last month, meaning that Herbo wouldn’t have to spend any more time behind bars than he already has. In addition to his sentence, he was ordered to pay nearly $140K in restitution, as well as a $5.5K fine. While probation and fines certainly aren’t ideal, his fate could have been much worse. Reportedly, he could have been looking at up to 20 years in prison, and prosecutors were pushing for at least one.

G Herbo Says It Took “A Lot Of Money To Stay Free”

During his recent appearance on Drink Champs, G Herbo opened up about the sentence, explaining that for him it was all about taking accountability. “You know God, man, for real,” he began. “I’ve got to give all praise to God for sure. But you know just staying alone, staying the course, and a lot of money for sure. You feel what I’m saying? A lot of money to stay free. At the end of the day, I was taking accountability for a minor role in some sh*t.”

“Just me being a kid and being naive,” he continued. “I barely even know how to use my cell phone, like, I ain’t never committed fraud against nobody. I was accepting full accountability for whatever my role was in the whole situation.” What do you think of G Herbo’s comments about his probation sentence on Drink Champs? Blueface Is Wanted In Nevada For Alleged Probation Violation

Earlier this month, Blueface kicked off the new year by turning himself in to authorities in LA for violating his parole, and has been behind bars ever since. Unfortunately for the “Thotiana” performer, however, his legal problems don’t end there. According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, a Nevada judge is now looking for him. He’s being accused of violating his probation in Las Vegas, which stems from his November 2022 strip club shooting.

He received a suspended sentence at the time, meaning that he wouldn’t have to serve any jail time as long as he didn’t violate the terms of his probation. It looks like he allegedly has, however, and the judge wants him locked up. Reportedly, the judge has issued a bench warrant for Blueface’s arrest. This means that once he completes the sentence he’s serving now, he could be taken straight to Nevada to serve time there.

Blueface Plans To Turn Himself In Again

As for what he did to violate his probation in Nevada, his lawyer Kristina Wildeveld claims it has to do with a run-in he and Jaidyn Alexis had with a fan. In December, a woman threw ice at the then-couple during their performance in Salt Lake City, UT. This prompted Blueface to invite her onstage, and things escalated from there. Once she got up there, he allegedly pushed her to the ground and told Jaidyn to “get her.”

The incident resulted in an investigation, though Jaidyn argues that it was a simple example of “business getting stood on.” Wildeveld claims that Blueface is cooperating with law enforcement, and plans to turn himself in once his California sentence is complete. What do you think of Blueface getting accused of violating his probation? What about a Nevada judge issuing a warrant for his arrest? Joseline Hernandez Receives Sentence For Big Lex Altercation

Things popped off at John Gotti III and Floyd Mayweather’s fight back in June, but unfortunately, the boxers weren’t the only ones throwing hands. Joseline Hernandez famously got into a heated brawl with one of her reality show castmates Big Lex, as well as the officers who tried to detain her. Now, the Joseline’s Cabaret star has learned her fate in the case.

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ detailing Hernandez’s plea agreement, she pleaded not guilty to various charges. These charges include resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and more. She was sentenced to two years of probation. She’s also been ordered to have no contact with the victim and her family, and to write an apology to the officers involved in her arrest.

Luckily, it doesn’t look like the personality will have to spend any time behind bars. She will, however, be subjected to random drug tests while she’s on probation. She’s also been ordered to complete a 29-week program that aims to teach batterers de-escalation techniques. Hopefully, the program will prevent Hernandez from getting into any more brawls any time soon. She’s also been open about her sobriety journey in the past, so the drug tests are likely to act as an incentive for her to stay clean.

Almost immediately after it took place, footage of the infamous altercation began making its rounds online. Unfortunately, the footage is far from flattering. Hernandez can be heard yelling various racist and homophobic remarks at responding officers. Eventually, she even had to be carried away from the situation by officers. What do you think of Joseline Hernandez getting sentenced to two years of probation for her fight with Big Lex? Are you surprised by her sentence? Blueface is currently in L.A. County Jail following an arrest that occurred a couple of weeks ago at this point. Overall, Blue is currently in jail because he broke the terms of his probation. This all stems from a 2021 assault case that could have been a lot worse for the rapper. Regardless, he is now behind bars, and he is scheduled to be there for quite some time. In fact, it is believed that he will have to remain in jail until July. That means he will be away for a total of six months while drama continues to follow him.

Instead, he is in the “administrative segregation area.” Furthermore, he has his very own cell to himself and he is allowed to leave it for up to seven hours per day. G Herbo Receives Sentence After Pleading Guilty To Wire Fraud

Back in 2020, G Herbo and his associates were arrested and indicted on fourteen charges. Among the charges the Chicago rapper and his crew faced was “booking trips, services, and other luxurious purchases while using stolen identities.” In 2021, Herbo was indicted again for lying to authorities. He ultimately decided to accept a plea deal, admitting guilt to one count of wire fraud conspiracy and another count of making false statements to a federal official.

Now, after a bit of a delay, the artist has finally received his sentence. He appeared in court today, where he was handed a three-year probation sentence. On top of probation, G Herbo has been ordered to pay nearly $140K in restitution, as well as a $5.5K fine.

Probation and hefty fines surely aren’t a walk in the park. On the bright side, however, he won’t have to spend any more time behind bars than he already has. He could have been looking at 20 years, with prosecutors pushing for Herbo to serve at least one.

“On social media, Mr. Wright boasted an extravagant lifestyle. He gave the impression that his use of private jets, luxury cars and tropical villas were the legitimate fruits of his booming rap career as ‘G Herbo,’’ attorney Joshua S. Levy explained in a statement. “This case should serve as a stark reminder that breaking the law leads to prosecution and accountability, regardless of who you are, how many likes you rack up or how many followers you have.” What do you think of G Herbo getting three years of probation after pleading guilty to wire fraud charges? Jay-Z & Meek Mill’s REFORM Alliance Gets Pennsylvania Probation Bill Passed

Jay-Z and Meek Mill’s REFORM Alliance recently scored a major win in Pennsylvania, bringing a probation reform bill before Governor Josh Shapiro. Senate Bill 838 intends to reduce recidivism, making the state’s probation rules easier to follow. Shapiro has reportedly promised to sign the bill. “It’s long past time to reform our system as a whole and put responsible limits on probation terms,” he explained. “You’ve passed that bill before. And I hope you’ll do it again. Put it on my desk and I’ll sign it.”

Senate Bill 838 is “an Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in sentencing, further providing for order of probation, for conditions of probation and for modification or revocation of order of probation and providing for probation review conference.”

Meek Mill shared a statement about what the bill means to him in a press release, reflecting on his own time on probation. “My experience on probation reflected millions of other stories that go unheard,” he says. “So when the world saw my case and the absurdity of sending people to prison for non-criminal technical violations, it sparked a movement. It’s an honor and a blessing to see this change come to my home state. I am deeply grateful to the lawmakers and advocates for their hard work over many years to get this done. Thank you, truly.”

In 2020, Jay-Z and Meek Mill’s REFORM Alliance brought about a similar change in the state of California. “I want to thank Governor Newsom for his leadership in signing AB 1950, the most transformative probation bill in this country to date,” JAY-Z explained at the time. “This is a first step that I hope introduces a wave of much-needed change throughout the country.” What do you think of Jay-Z and Meek Mill’s REFORM Alliance bringing Senate Bill 838 before Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro? NLE Choppa Takes Plea Deal, Receives Sentence In Gun And Drug Case

Today, NLE Choppa appeared in court in Broward County for his drug and gun case. Back in 2021, the rapper and other masked men were caught hopping a fence at a tow yard, and later pulled over by police. Officers found two loaded guns in the vehicle, as well as a backpack containing marijuana and Xanax. He was arrested for burglary, drug possession, and carrying a concealed firearm. At the time, he admitted the backpack was his, but claimed he wasn’t aware of the guns in the vehicle.

The 21-year-old pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges and received a sentence of one year of probation. Per their plea deal, prosecutors dropped his gun charge, and reduced the others to misdemeanors. In addition to probation, NLE Choppa will have to complete 40 hours of community service and a firearm safety class. His probation won’t stop him from working, however, as he’s free to travel both domestically and internationally.
