The Game Continues To Fight For His L.A. Mansion With Final January Hearing

Jay-Z isn’t the first rapper to tell someone they won’t get a single red cent; The Game has been saying it for years, dealing with his ongoing 2015 sexual battery lawsuit. AllHipHop broke the news on Saturday (Dec. 14); according to new court documents, The Documentary creator has been ordered to appear in court on January 27, 2025. He must file a brief outlining his defenses by January 6, while the plaintiff, Priscilla Rainey, has until January 13 to submit her response.

Priscilla Rainey, a former contestant on VH1’s She Got Game, has spent months pursuing the collection of a $7.1 million judgment awarded to her in 2016. U.S. District Judge Mark C. Scarsi, who issued the December 13 ruling, stated this will be The Game’s final chance to present his case. The legal battle has ensued for nine years. She alleged he reached under her dress and touched her inappropriately during an off-camera date for the reality show. When the rapper failed to appear in court, a judge issued a default ruling in Rainey’s favor, granting her the multi-million-dollar settlement. Rainey has since taken aggressive steps to collect, targeting The Game’s Calabasas property and accusing him of transferring the deed to his manager, Wack 100, to avoid payment.

The Game Isn’t Done Fighting For His Home Against Priscilla Rainey As Final Hearing Orded

In June, Rainey served a notice of levy and a writ of execution to both The Game and Wack 100. The rapper denies being served, claiming in court documents that no individual approached him or delivered any legal papers. He only became aware of the court’s Order to Show Cause through media coverage. The Game previously requested the court dismiss the Order for Sale of Dwelling.

Despite the mounting pressure, Game remains defiant, continuing to deny the allegations and vowing not to pay Rainey a dime. As the January hearing looms, the battle over his home and reputation shows no sign of resolution.

The Game Continues To Fight Against Potential Home Seizure In Court

Back in 2015, The Game was sued by a former contestant of the VH1 show, She Got Game. Priscilla Rainey accuses him of sexual assault, alleging that she was groped nonconsensually during an off-camera date. After the rapper repeatedly failed to show up for court, the judge ruled in Rainey’s favor. She was awarded $7 million. She’s had a difficult time collecting the judgment, however, and began going after his house in August.

In new documents filed earlier this week, obtained by AllHipHop, he asks the court to dismiss the Order for Sale of Dwelling and order the Marshal to release the levy. Rainey accuses The Game of transferring his home’s deed to Wack 100 to prevent it from being seized. He denies being personally served paperwork about the potential home seizure at all.

“No individual delivered any court papers to me on August 22, 2024 at any location,” he alleges, per the outlet. “No individual approached me on August 22, 2024 at any location and stated anything that would suggest to me they were attempting to serve me with court papers. I ultimately became aware of the Order to Show Cause Why Order for Sale of Dwelling Should Not Be Made from media reports about it.” In the documents, The Game’s team also questions the man who claims to have served him, alleging that this isn’t the case.

The potential home seizure isn’t the only financial blow The Game has been up against lately, however. Last month, his car was also broken into in Los Angeles. Law enforcement sources told TMZ at the time that he was robbed of roughly $100K in jewelry and designer bags.

The Game’s Calabasas Home Closer Than Ever To Being Sold After He Fails To Appear In Court

Almost two months ago, AllHipHop exclusively reported that The Game was going to appear in court to keep his Calabasas home. The hearing was scheduled for yesterday, October 7 in Los Angeles and it was going to allow for him to share why he feels the property should not be sold off. The reason why it’s been in jeopardy of being taken is because Priscilla Rainey, a contestant on his She’s Got Game VH1 reality show, filed a lawsuit against him for sexual battery.

She’s been seeking $7,000,000 worth in damages for several years after the judgement was awarded to her. It’s been a real struggle for Rainey, with The Game being steadfast throughout this whole ordeal. “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines. Cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s***! Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. [They] kicked [her] off the show,” he said in 2016.

Well, even though he was needing to present himself in the courtroom, he did not show. AllHipHop gathered from a minutes entry, “The court notes that the judgment debtor failed to appear or alert the court of the non-appearance. The court will issue an order to show cause re: sanctions this week.” Because of this, this is now the closest The Game is to losing his asset. With a new update coming later in the week, what should/will he do?

What are your thoughts on The Game not showing up to court regarding his Calabasas home? Do you it will eventually be sold off to satisfy Priscilla Rainey? The Game Gets Served By Private Investigator In Sexual Battery Case

Back in 2015, a former contestant from The Game’s VH1 reality show She’s Got Game, Priscilla Rainey, sued him. She accused the rapper of sexual battery, alleging that he groped her under her clothing without consent during an off-camera date. A jury later awarded her about $7 million, a judgment he insisted he would never pay.

“Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines,” he wrote at the time. “Cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin sh*t! Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her.” Now, however, AllHipHop reports that he’s been tracked down by a private investigator who served him with multiple legal documents.

Priscilla Rainey Hires A Private Investigator To Track Down The Game

A proof of service filing obtained by the outlet shows that The Game was served earlier this month. The documents included a notice of a right to a homestead exemption hearing, an order regarding the proposed sale of a dwelling, and more. The news arrives shortly after it was revealed that Rainey plans to seize the rapper’s Calabasas home as part of her asset collection approved by the court. It also comes after she subpoenaed his children’s school district for proof of residence and attendance records in July, seized his publishing and label, and more.

The Game is currently scheduled to appear in court on October 7 to argue against the possible home seizure. What do you think of The Game getting served by a private investigator earlier this month? Rick Ross Feels The Game’s Wrath After Mocking Him For Potential Home Seizure

Earlier this week, it was reported that The Game could lose his home, as his alleged battery victim Priscilla Rainey takes steps to collect her $7 million judgment. While this is certainly bad news for the “How We Do” performer, it appears to have put a pep in Rick Ross’ step. He took to Instagram recently to share an AllHipHop article about the potential seizure, seemingly mocking him for it. Unsurprisingly, The Game wasn’t happy about this, and quickly took to his DMs to fire back.

“Even if I lost my house, which I’m not.. you still gone be a fat b*tch n***a!!!!!” he told Ross. “That Ozempic gone kill you before the twinkies do hoe a** n***a.” He went on to share the DMs on his Instagram Story, tagging Ross. “Since we @’n n***a,” he added. “Here you got b***h!!! @richforever.”

Ross went on to fire back with a video on his own Instagram Story, making it clear that he has no sympathy for The Game. “One thing, man, if your money ain’t right, man, you gotta plan years and years and years and years and years ahead,” he explained. “That’s why you hustle, right? You hustle hard, you hustle wise. Can’t be an emotional square l*me n***a ‘cause n****s is gonna sit back and toast. Toast! I mean they can’t wait to toast to your demise.

The Game’s Sexual Battery Accuser Subpoenas His Kids’ School In Attempt To Get $7M Judgement

Priscilla Rainey, who previously sued The Game for sexual battery, has subpoenaed his kids’ school district for proof of residence, attendance records, and more. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the former contestant on the VH1 reality show, She’s Got Game, is pressing the rapper over a $7 million judgment she won in the case. The allegation stems from her time filming the show in Chicago.

“In May 2015, while the show was filming in the Chicago area, Taylor took Rainey on an off-camera date to Adrianna’s Sportsbar in Markham, Illinois,” she claimed in her lawsuit. “Taylor sexually battered Rainey that night, including by reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare v##### and buttocks in front of a crowded room of onlookers.”

The Game Celebrates Release Of “Drillmatic”

The Game has allegedly been uncooperative throughout the process. In a lengthy rant on Instagram about the situation, he wrote that he’ll never give up the money. “Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her,” he wrote. “She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started. She was begging for my attention the entire time we shot the show & was given the ultimate Major League Baseball CURVE ball so that upset her & made her lil wee wee hard so she did what all chicks like her do when life gives them no other options…. They sue you!”

His lack of cooperation eventually led to an appeal in 2019 falling through. The judge in that decision remarked that he didn’t “take the litigation seriously.” “He evaded process, trolled Rainey on social media, dodged a settlement conference, and did not bother to show up at trial,” Judge TK Sykes said. While struggling to get at his assets, Rainey eventually filed a second lawsuit and accused him of hiding his assets. She won that lawsuit in 2023. Be on the lookout for further updates on The Game on HotNewHipHop.

A Judge Reportedly Ruled In Favor Of The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser In ‘Shell Company’ Lawsuit

Just as Cardi B refuses to let up on Taska K in pursuit of her court-decided judgment, “How We Do” rapper The Game has found himself in the same piping-hot financial waters. According to Radar Online, The Game lost his latest legal battle against his sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey.

On December 29, Rainey argued that The Game has been imploring sneaky business tactics to avoid paying out his $7 million judgment. In the paperwork, Rainey alleged that The Game transferred several high-value assets, including his California mansion (estimated at $2.8 million), trademarks, and even cash funds to shell companies (JTT Holdings, Inc, F12 & Associates, 5th Amendment Entertainment, and Pass Go 2 Win LLC) then his manager Wack 100, to avoid being seized by the courts on Rainey’s behalf via a lien.

Even though Wack 100 testified that he received these items due to debts The Game previously owed him, the judge ruled in Rainey’s favor, urging The Game to resume payment towards the remaining balance. Rainey stated in court that The Game has only paid $500,000 toward the massive seven-figure total so far.

The Game maintains that he did not sexually assault Rainey during the filming of his then-reality show, She Got Game, which aired in 2015.

The Game Could Have To Forfeit Crypto Wallet

Like many out there, The Game similarly wishes he never got involved in the crypto market in the first place. According to HipHopDX, his crypto wallet could end up going towards payment he owes for a 2016 sexual assault lawsuit. In 2016 She Got Game star Priscilla Rainey won $7.1 million in a lawsuit against The Game. Overall, the lawsuit stemmed from an incident that happened on a date between the two that Rainey was led to believe was part of the reality show she was on. Apparently, she’s only received around 5% of the money she’s owed in the years since.

Subsequently, Rainey targeted his crypto holdings to get her money. The rapper has always been an advocate for the crypto marketplace and has quite a bit in digital assets and NFTs. Although, this isn’t the first time his involvement in crypto has come back to bite him either. In 2021 he was part of a multi-million dollar lawsuit related to Paragon Coin Inc. The company committed to an unregistered initial coin offering in 2017. For his role in the incident, The Game consequently had to pay $12 million.

Much like Kim Kardashian has with her daughter North, The Game has faced accusations of being a bad parent for his daughter’s social media antics. After his 12-year-old daughter shared a TikTok of her singing Sexyy Red’s “Pound Town,” The Game came under fire. Afterwards in a social media post, however, he came to his daughter’s defense.

Additionally, it was only a few months ago that The Game last dealt with the fallout from his case. In January, Rainey took aim at Universal Music Group, Game’s label. Rainey is seeking the money she’s owed from the label directly. What do you think of the newest development in The Game’s attempts to not pay for the lawsuit? Let us know in the comment section below.

The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Goes After UMG

The Game’s sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey, is now targeting the rapper’s label, Universal Music Group. She previously won a $7.1 million judgment against Game, but claims he only paid $383,502.39 of the royalties he owes. Rainey is hoping that UMG will help her receive the rest.

“Rainey respectfully requests that a post-judgment writ of garnishment be issued commanding Universal Music-MBG NA LLC, the Garnishee named above, to answer the writ of garnishment according to law, along with such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper,” court documents obtained by AllHipHop read.

Rainey alleges that The Game sexually assaulted her while she was a contestant on the reality show, She’s Got Game. When she made the accusation in 2015, she explained that she believed herself to be on a “required after-hours date”. The Game allegedly got drunk and forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”

In 2019, a judge granted Rainey $7.1 million in post-judgment interest. The Game was to fork over his royalties until reaching the figure.

More court documents read: “Any and all rights, title, and interest of Defendant from the following companies in the form of, among other things, commission, royalties, contract receivables, deferred compensation, income, wages, payroll, salary, and accounts receivable: Sound Exchange, Inc., 733 10th Street NW, 10th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20001; and Entertainment One U.S. LP, Attn: Michael Healy, 22 Harbor Park Drive, Port Washington, NY 11050.”

The Game has previously stated that he doesn’t intend to pay up while Rainey accuses him of trying to hide his money. Last year, Rainey claimed Game was hiding royalties from a collaboration with Kanye West.
