Patrick Mahomes Sets The Record Straight On Eric Bieniemy

Patrick Mahomes is currently on top of the world right now. Overall, the Kansas City Chiefs are Super Bowl champions for the second time in four seasons. Consequently, Mahomes is being looked at on the same level as legendary quarterbacks like Peyton Manning and Joe Montana. He still has a lot of work to do before he gets to Tom Brady, however, he is most definitely on the right track. Heading into next year, the Chiefs are the favorites, and with Mahomes at the helm, it is impossible to deny their strength.

Although, the Chiefs will now have to go into next season with a new Offensive Coordinator. Eric Bieniemy has been passed up for numerous head coaching jobs, and some believe it is because of Andy Reid. As a result, Bieniemy decided to leave the Chiefs to pursue the Offensive Coordinator role in Washington. Subsequently, Bieniemy got to face the media yesterday, where he was asked all sorts of questions. For instance, he was asked about LeSean McCoy who had some bad things to say about the OC.

Patrick Mahomes Speaks

Bieniemy handled the question with class and showcased how he plans to take the high road on these matters. Patrick Mahomes was impressed with Bieniemyā€™s response and took to Twitter to demonstrate just how great his former OC truly is. ā€œThere should be no questions on how great of a man/coach Coach Bienemy is,ā€ Mahomes wrote. ā€œHis leadership has a direct impact on the player/person i am today! 10+ years learning under one of the greatest coaches of all time.. and i cannot wait for him to continue to prove doubters wrong!ā€ With Mahomes giving Bieniemy the stamp of approval, it is clear that McCoy is just salty.

Now, Bieniemy will get to prove himself with an offensive core that definitely needs work. There is no telling what the Commanders can accomplish next season. However, the NFC East is wide open and there for the taking. If he can elevate those players to just a fraction of what the Chiefs are, then we are looking at something special. Patrick Mahomes Set To Star In New Netflix ā€œQuarterbackā€ Doc

Patrick Mahomes is easily the best quarterback in the entire NFL. At this point, you simply cannot deny this to be true. Overall, he has won two Super Bowls, has been to three, and even has two MVP trophies. Moreover, he already has a season in which he threw for 50 touchdowns. These numbers are simply astronomical, and we cannot wait to see how Mahomes develops. At this point, he is a star on the same trajectory as guys like Tom Brady and Joe Montana. Even if you hate the Chiefs, it is hard to hate Mahomes.

Subsequently, Mahomes is set to become the face of the entire league. With that being said, it only makes sense that the NFL would want to market Mahomes in every way possible. As it turns out, that is exactly what they are set to do with a new Netflix project. This project was developed by NFL Films, Omaha Productions, and even 2PM Productions, according to Ian Rapoport. Fittingly, this new project is called Quarterback.

Patrick Mahomes x Netflix

The entire premise of the show is quite simple. If you have seen Formula 1: Drive To Survive, you will get it right away. Basically, Netflix micā€™d up three quarterbacks throughout the entire season. These QBs include Mahomes, Marcus Mariota, and even Kirk Cousins. Overall, the only one who had a compelling season is Mahomes. If you are a Falcons or Vikings fan, you will probably want to forget that the 2022 season even existed. That said, this promises to be a very interesting show that details the day-to-day existence of a quarterback who plays in the National Football League.

So far, very little else is known about the project. Given this season is finished already, one would assume that the first season of the docuseries will come this year. Perhaps even before training camp starts up again. Netflix has given us plenty of amazing Docuseriesā€™ in the past, so we hope this is more of the same. Let us know what you think of the premise, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the sports world.

Ice-T Says Heā€™ll Never Bet Against Patrick Mahomes

Ice-Tā€™s 2023 has already been quite an eventful one. Along with getting his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, he was also recognized at The Grammys. In early February, he performed in the Hip-Hopā€™s 50th Anniversary celebration at the award show. From Queen Latifah to Lil Uzi Vert, all eras of rap were acknowledged in their performance. As a matter of fact, in a recent episode the Holdinā€™ Court Podcast, Ice-T says more artists were meant to be included. ā€œWhen we did the show, Lil Wayne was in the show, but then he didnā€™t actually do the performance,ā€ he said. ā€œSomething happened on the red carpet. Future was sitting at my table. He was supposed to perform (too), he didnā€™t perform.ā€

Either way, the Grammys Hip-Hop display was still an excellent one. Furthermore, while still speaking on the Holdinā€™ Court Podcast, Ice-T talked a little bit about the recent Super Bowl. After the Kansas City Chiefs knocked off the Philadelphia Eagles, Ice-T had tons of praise for Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Ice-T Marvels At Mahomes

ā€œI made a point never to bet against Mahomes. Heā€™s a magician,ā€ Ice-T said. Mahomes threw for 182 yards and 3 touchdowns in the 38-35 victory. Additionally, he ran for 44 yards on 6 carries. What made this feat particularly spectacular was that Mahomesā€™ ankle was injured all throughout the playoffs. He re-tweaked the injury during the Super Bowl, but continued playing. However, Ice-T was skeptical about the severity of the injury.

Referred specifically to a late-game run Mahomes had to seal the victory, Ice-T was not convinced Pat was debilitated. .ā€I think that was an okie-doke,ā€ he said. ā€œThe 42 fake. He went on the sideline like, ā€˜Oh no Iā€™m hurt. Iā€™m hurt.ā€™ He ran like 30 yards! He said, ā€˜I bet they think Iā€™m hurt. Oh, Iā€™m gone!’ā€ Regardless of the legitimacy of the ankle injury, though, Ice-T still respected Mahomesā€™ talent. ā€œBut he does magic. Iā€™ve seen him with 3 minutes left, score 38 points,ā€ he said. ā€œHeā€™s special, and he doesnā€™t even look like a football player. He has an arm, and heā€™s very accurate.ā€ Check out Ice-Tā€™s full discussion about Patrick Mahomes above.

Patrick Mahomes Almost Gave Away The Lombardi Trophy

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are world champions yet again. Just a few days ago, the Chiefs went out and won the Super Bowl, against all odds. Overall, it was a phenomenal championship game that fans were more than excited about. As underdogs, the Chiefs were being told that the Eagles were simply too good. Moreover, with the Eagles up by 10 at halftime, it became clear that the Chiefs were in tough. That is when Patrick Mahomes took over and played one of the best halves of football in his entire career.

This past week, the Chiefs got to celebrate their epic Super Bowl win with a parade in Kansas City. Thousands upon thousands of fans joined the team in the streets for what was an amazing celebration. All of the players were getting drunk and interacting with the fans who supported the team all year long. Moreover, there was an incredible speech at the end that included the Chiefsā€™ best players. Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and many others got to talk and it was an amazing time.

Patrick Mahomes Faded

As for Mahomes, he was definitely one of the more faded players at the parade. This is completely understandable when you realize how he was the Super Bowl MVP and had a lot to be excited about. In the clip above, however, Mahomes almost completely gave away the Lombardi trophy. As you can see, he poses for a picture with a fan and then gives that fan the hardware. He then walks away before the video cuts off. Simply put, he forgot the most important trophy of all. Eventually, someone from the team came and got it, which meant a disaster was avoided.

Overall, it seems like the Chiefs have been having a great time following their big win. They are a team that has the potential to win many more Super Bowls, and it is a safe bet that they do. Hopefully, Mahomes makes sure to avoid the mistake he almost made on Wednesday. Be sure to stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the sports world.

Patrick Mahomes Gives Epic Speech At Chiefs Parade: Watch

Patrick Mahomes was the shining star of the Super Bowl. Of course, his opponent Jalen Hurts was also very good and in some ways better. However, the world will always remember the quarterback who came through with the win. This year, that quarterback was none other than Mahomes, whose Chiefs are on the verge of becoming a dynasty. In just six seasons in the NFL, Mahomes has won a total of two Super Bowl championships. Additionally, he has two Super Bowl MVPs and he even has two league MVPs. Needless to say, he is the future of the league.

On Wednesday, Mahomes and his teammates took to the streets of Kansas City for their Super Bowl parade. Overall, it was a truly epic celebration as thousands of people took to the streets to show support for their team. Although it was a cold day in February, the fans came out in droves. It was an amazing celebration of team pride and there was no doubt that Mahomes was the focal point for many.

Patrick Mahomes Gets Lit

According to TMZ, Mahomes made an epic speech once they got to the end of the parade run that leads to a grand stage. Throughout this speech, Mahomes spoke about how no one believed in the Chiefs this year. Moreover, he spoke about the teamā€™s ā€œrebuildā€ and how he doesnā€™t even know what that is supposed to mean. ā€œIā€™mma be honest, I donā€™t know what rebuilding means,ā€ 27-year-old Mahomes said. ā€œIn our rebuilding year, weā€™re world champs!! I just wanna let yā€™all know that this is just the beginning. We ainā€™t done yet.ā€ Overall, it is clear that this franchise has a ton of confidence in its ability to win.

For the coming years, the Chiefs could very well become the new Patriots. If you are a fan of any other team in the league, it is probably going to frustrate you to hear this. However, it is ultimately up to teams like the Cincinnati Bengals and the Buffalo Bills to stop KC in their tracks. Let us know your thoughts on the impending Chiefs dynasty, in the comments down below.

Stephen A. Smith Reveals If Patrick Mahomes Is A Top 3 QB All Time

Stephen A. Smith didnā€™t have a ton of belief in Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs to win the Super Bowl. Overall, Smith had the Eagles winning the game as they had a better all-around team. However, Mahomes and the Chiefs went on to prove everyone wrong. Of course, Mahomes won the game with a last-minute field goal. Moreover, he won Super Bowl MVP thanks to a three-touchdown performance that Chiefs fans will be remembering for a very long time. At this point, it is hard not to admit Mahomesā€™ greatness.

Throughout this entire week, pundits have been giving their hot takes on Mahomes and what he means to the Chiefs franchise. Furthermore, many have been attempting to rank Mahomes on the all-time quarterback lists. Of course, there are some people who believe that he still has a ways to go before he can crack the top 5. However, there are others who are ready to crown him as a top 3 QB ever. As it turns out, this debate was had on First Take this morning.

Stephen A. On Mahomes

In the video up above, Stephen A. took the position that Mahomes, was, indeed, the third-greatest quarterback ever. Although, he has his work cut out for him if he ever wants to get close to Tom Brady. In second, Smith had Joe Montana who has four Super Bowl titles. Needless to say, if Mahomes can get himself two more titles quickly, then he will likely surpass Montana fairly quickly. It also helps that Mahomes already has over 200 touchdowns and that he is a third of the way to Brady in just five years of being a starter.

The path for Mahomes to become the GOAT is set. Of course, it is not going to be easy, especially since the league is filled with talented players. However, if anyone could get to Brady, it would have to be none other than the Chiefs gunslinger. Let us know what you think of Stephen A.ā€™s position, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the sports world.

Patrick Mahomesā€™ Wild Superstition Revealed

Patrick Mahomes just wrapped up his sixth season in the NFL and his fifth as a full-time starter. Overall, Mahomes has made the most of this as he has gone to five AFC title games, three Super Bowls, and has even won two of them. Moreover, he has won two league MVPs, which is massive. At this point, there are some people who believe he is already the third-greatest quarterback in the history of the NFL. It is hard to deny that considering he has done so much in such little time. In fact, it is pretty well set in stone that he will end up winning more Super Bowls at some point.

On Sunday, Mahomes secured his second Super Bowl title. Furthermore, he was able to win Super Bowl MVP thanks to a three-touchdown performance. It was a phenomenal showcase from Mahomes, and there is no doubt his career will only get better. Although, when you are so good, you have to have some tricks up your sleeve. While speaking to Adam Schefter for his podcast, Mahomesā€™ backup Chad Henne revealed some of those tricks. As it turns out, Mahomes is a very superstitious guy and has quite a few quirks.

Patrick Mahomes Is An Interesting Character

Henne, who retired after the Super Bowl, told Schefter that Mahomes always needs his notes written a certain way. However, this isnā€™t the wild part of his superstitious ways. Essentially, Mahomes wears the same red underwear during every single game. He has never deviated from these undergarments, and he reportedly never will. They have allowed him to enjoy a ton of success, and until Mahomes starts missing postseasons, he will likely wear them forever.

At this point, you have to appreciate Mahomesā€™ commitment to the bit. Although, we sure hope he is washing that underwear. Otherwise, that locker room probably smells crazy. Although, when the underwear are winning your teammates Super Bowls and National acclaim, the stench is probably easier to stomach. Let us know what you think of this superstition, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.

The Best Footwear Moments From Super Bowl LVII

Super Bowl LVII was eventful. The Kansas City Chiefs won in a tremendous turnover with 24 points in the second half. Rihanna carried out an iconic performance while simultaneously announcing her second pregnancy. Diving deeper into the footwear, there were several noteworthy cleat moments from this Super Bowl.

Starting with Jalen Hurts, the quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles. Hurts is known for his swaggy style on and off the field. He began the night with Air Jordan 11 cleats in the first quarter of the game. The cleats were predominantly white with both the mudguard and collar coated in ā€œEagleā€ green. This is a hue that is identifiable with the Eaglesā€™ signature colors. The Air Jordan 11 is known for its sleek look, with its classic black and white ā€œConcordā€ style. It was previously worn by Hurts in past games this season. Micheal Jordan also sported the shoe during his time with the Chicago Bulls.

Jalen Hurtsā€™ Air Jordan 11 & Air Jordan 1 Cleats

Hurts then changed into another favored Air Jordan silhouette, the Air Jordan 1, during the second half of the game. Due to the slippery conditions of the field, these were a better alternative for Hurts. The Air Jordan 1 cleat was dressed in the same green, black, and white colorway as the Air Jordan 11 cleat. In true Eagle style, of course.

Patrick Mahomesā€™ Adidas Freak Ultra Cleats

Footwear Moments

Next up on the list would be the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomesā€™ Adidas Freak Ultra. Mahomes is an Adidas ambassador so it is no surprise that he flaunted his collab with the German athletic giant in a victorious fashion. The cleats were dripped in matching white, yellow, and red hues, similar to the Chiefsā€™ signature colors.

Jerick McKinnonsā€™ Nike Kobe 8 Cleats

Footwear Moments

Runningback for the Chiefs Jerick McKinnonā€™s cleats honored late basketball legend, Kobe Bryant. McKinnon wore a custom pair of cleats designed to look like the Nike Kobe 8 ā€œWhat the Kobeā€ colorway. The cleat was created by artist and designer Mache. The cleats make a statement on the field while honoring one of the greatest basketball players of all time in the process.

Although we are not picking favorites, we cannot help but admire all of the cleat choices from this Super Bowl. Specifically, Jalen Hurtsā€™ iconic switcheroo moment. This Super Bowl was one to watch. If you did not get the chance to watch the game or the unforgettable halftime show, you are now up to speed on all of the best footwear moments from Sunday nightā€™s game.

Patrick Mahomes Reveals How He Was Banned From Rihannaā€™s Halftime Show

Patrick Mahomes was fantastic in the Super Bowl just two days ago. Overall, the Kansas City Chiefs ended up winning the game after coming back from a 10-point halftime deficit. It was not an easy win, although it was definitely deserved. Mahomes threw for three touchdowns throughout the game. While he may have only thrown for 182 yards, he was incredibly efficient, and fans were singing his praises. At this point, it is hard not to consider him one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play in the NFL.

Following the game, Mahomes got to go to Disneyland with his entire family. At the end of the day, it was a huge celebration for everything he has accomplished this year. No one expected the Chiefs to win it all this year, however, they defied the odds and made it happen. Now, Mahomes will get to enjoy the offseason as the Chiefs attempt to improve their roster for a run next year. If you are a fan of the franchise, you canā€™t help but be immensely excited about the future.

Patrick Mahomes Speaks

While speaking with Jimmy Kimmel on Monday night, Mahomes made some interesting revelations about the Super Bowl. For instance, he and his teammates were not allowed to watch the halftime performance by Rihanna. As Mahomes explained, the ban came from his own head coach, Andy Reid. ā€œCoach Reid told us, he said, ā€˜If you go out to watch the performance, just keep walking because youā€™re not playing the rest of the game,’ā€ Mahomes explained. Needless to say, Reid wanted to keep everyone focused as the team had a comeback effort to construct. In the end, his tactics worked as the team went out and won it all.

As for the halftime show, weā€™re sure Mahomes and everyone else on the Chiefs will go and watch it on YouTube at some point. After all, you can pretty well find everything over there. Moreover, winning the Super Bowl is a nice consolation prize for not seeing the performance live. Let us know what you thought of Rihannaā€™s halftime show, down in the comments section below.
