North West Seen Wearing Similar Kanye West Outfit In Kim Kardashian’s TikTok

The daughter of rap superstar Kanye West and megastar model Kim Kardashian is rocking a very familiar outfit. In a recent TikTok video from Kim and North’s joint account, the two are having a blast in Tokyo, Japan. Some of Kim K’s friends are with them on this trip, but that is not what is interesting here. North West’s choice of clothing is what has some people talking and saying “Wait a minute!?” For those who are Kanye West super fans, back in the early 2000s, he was known for rocking jeans and striped polo t-shirts.

North is sharing some heavy influence from her daddy’s early interview before the release of his debut album. Kanye wore a striped orange and blue polo over a green button-up underneath, along with a pair of jeans. The daughter of the aspiring lawyer is skipping through the streets of Tokyo wearing almost an identical set and lip-syncing to Estelle’s smash hit “American Boy.” Ironically, that song features Ye and talks about Estelle wanting to meet a man who can take her around the world. Kind of like how Kim and North traveled across the globe to an unfamiliar place.

North West was inspired by Kanye’s interview, but which one specifically? Well, it was a sit-down he did with MTV back in March of 2004. The then budding star appeared on TRL, which stands for Total Request Live, to promote his first commercial effort, The College Dropout. It of course went on to be a terrific success, with making its appearance in the No. 2 slot on the Billboard 200 album chart.

Kim Kardashian Plays Jump Rope With North’s Braids In New TikTok

Almost any time that Kim Kardashian and North West post anything to their mother/daughter joint TikTok account @kimandnorth it becomes viral news. A recent video showing off North’s oversized braids is no different. First, Kim shared a video to her Instagram of her daughter in a sleek kimono hitting an adorable pose. The video also showed off her very long pink braids which both were clearly very proud of. That same joy popped up again in a TikTok the pair posted shortly after. The clip features Kim Kardashian seemingly having a great time spinning and jumping rope with North’s braids. Check out the clip below.

Kim Kardashian recently reignited some old rumors by showing up to one concert in particular. During her marriage to Kanye West, the rapper repeatedly accused her of having an affair with Drake. While she denied the allegations each time they popped up, the thoughts persisted in many fans heads. Earlier this month a new documentary hit HBO Max. The doc explored the details of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s messy public divorce following the rapper’s public fall from grace last year. The doc was widely criticized for failing to go in-depth on either figure and for its sources being surprisingly removed from the pair.

Kim Kardashian has also been vocal about the case of C-Murder. She shared a statement expressing support for Master P’s brother to get the opportunity to prove his innocence with the release of new laws. Kim and Kanye’s oldest daughter North West got a chance to meet Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas of the iconic group TLC, and beamed with excitement.

The 10-year-old looked ecstatic in a series of snapshots her mom posted to Instagram on Sunday, in which she and Chilli appeared to be hanging out in their kitchen.

In the pics, North is smiling as she shares a hug with the singer, and in one photo the pair pose together with North’s adorable puppies.

Kim, captioned the post, “Dreams do come true @therealchilli.”

North’s dream of getting to meet Chilli came true after she and her friends dressed up as the R&B group last Halloween.

In her slideshow post, Kim shared a promo photo of TLC, followed by a photo of North and two friends dressed like the bandmates — with North portraying Chilli.

While the post was super cute, Kim’s sister, Khloe Kardashian took to the comments to express her disappointment that she wasn’t invited over to say hi.

Khloe commented, “What!!!!! And you didn’t call me to come over!!!!!” Khloe wrote, later commenting, “Oh you’re in trouble.”

Kim Kardashian Says Failing The Baby Bar Three Times Helped Her Bond With North West

Kim Kardashian’s journey into the legal profession began way back in 2018. Citing her late father as her inspiration, Kardashian explained that she wanted to follow in his footsteps. A distinguished attorney, Robert Kardashian Sr. is perhaps best remembered for his role as part of OJ Simpson’s legal team.

One of the first major obstacles for any aspiring law student is passing the “baby bar”, a seven-hour exam typically taken at the end of your first year of study. The test covers contracts, criminal law, and torts. A passing score is 560 (70%). When Kardashian took the exam in June 2020, she failed with a score of 474. She failed again in November, getting a 463. Additionally, she failed a third time with an undisclosed score in June 2021. Most applicants give up after the third failure. However, Kardashian persevered. Furthermore, she has said that the failure helped her bond with her daughter.

Failures Brought Kardashian Closer to North

“That’s one of my favorite episodes too. My daughter was there with me,” Kardashian said, referring to the episode of The Kardashians where she learned she had passed the bar on her fourth attempt. “For a long time it was difficult for [North] to understand why I was studying all the time. “She saw me fail and cry, she saw how I was no different than her when she was worried because of a test. But when she saw me cry from joy, I knew she understood how important that achievement was to me personally.”

Kardashian passed the First-Year Law Students’ Examination, aka “the Baby Bar” in December 2021. “I go in the car because if I’m upset I don’t want to have everyone stare. You are only allowed to take the baby bar a certain amount of times. This was the last time I could ever take it, so if I don’t [pass] then this law school journey is over for me.” While there are consequences to passing after the permitted three attempts, Kardashian reportedly remains undeterred. According to the latest update in Kardashian’s legal studies, she is aiming to take the full bar exam in Spring 2025.

Kim Kardashian Admits North West Dressing As Ice Spice Was Wrong

Kim Kardashian says that her daughter, North West, was wrong to dress up as Ice Spice for a controversial video on TikTok that went viral in March. Speaking with Time magazine, the SKIMS founder admitted that Kanye West may have been right to call her out in that one instance.

“Every day, the kids get to switch of whose music they want to plug in and listen to on the way to school and North was listening to Ice Spice,” Kim explained. “And I didn’t know who that was at the time. And I was like, this is the moment when I feel really old and my daughter is now teaching me what’s cool. I then had the idea to put [Ice Spice] in a Skims campaign. So that all came through North and what she liked. I think it’s always tough when you’re co-parenting and someone wants something and someone doesn’t.”

She continued: “The Ice Spice videos, she said, ‘Mommy, can I post this?’ “I was out of town, so I had my… nanny was there [and] allowed it. And as soon as I saw the words and everything, I was like, ‘Oh, no no. We’re taking this down.’ She totally understood. So, I think that’s the trial and error sometimes.”

From there, she admitted that her ex-husband may have been correct about their daughter’s TikTok usage in this case. The Ice Spice song featured in the post included graphic depictions of sexual intercourse. “And, you know, then I saw on the Internet, it’s like, ‘Kanye was right.’ You know? And maybe he was, you know?,” Kim added. “In that instance. But in the creative side where she loves making slime videos and doing her little hair tutorials, I will fight for her to be creative in those ways. So, it’s always a compromise. No one’s always gonna agree and you just have to do the best that you can as a parent and try to protect your kids, but also let them be creative.”

Kanye first complained about North having a TikTok account back in February 2022. In an Instagram post from the time, he remarked that his daughter was on the site “against my will.”

Kim Kardashian Explained Why She Deleted The Controversial North West And Ice Spice TikTok Video

Earlier this year, Ice Spice and one of her biggest fans, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West, linked up and filmed a series of TikTok videos. One in particular raised eyebrows, as it featured the 9-year-old mouthing along to Ice Spice and PinkPantheress’ “Boy’s A Liar Pt. 2,” specifically the line, “Sayin’ he home, but I know where he at, like / Bet he blowin’ her back / Thinkin’ ’bout me ’cause he know that it’s fat.”

The clip was later removed from TikTok and now Kardashian has spoken more about making the decision to delete it.

In a new interview, she told Time, “As soon as I saw the words, I was like, ‘Oh no, we’re taking this down.’ I saw on the internet, [people saying] ‘Kanye was right,’ and maybe he was in that instance, but she loves making slime videos and doing her little hair tutorials, and I will fight for her to be creative.”

After the video was shared, an older clip of Kanye resurfaced, in which he spoke about his frustrations with North spending time on TikTok and how he didn’t want her to be “used” by the social video platform.

Kim Kardashian went all out to celebrate her daughter North West’s 10th birthday. She did so by treating her to a luxurious Dior shopping spree. The mother-daughter duo visited Dior’s “Dioriviera” pop-up at the Beverly Hills Hotel. There, they explored various items as part of the birthday festivities. Their shopping experience was captured and shared on TikTok. The video can be seen below.

During the visit, Kim Kardashian and North West showcased matching J’Adior friendship bracelets adorned with the Dior logo and “Beverly Hills,” which cost $420. North took her time admiring the jewelry display before choosing a pearl choker with a gold “CD” pendant in the center, priced at $830. The pair captured a joyful selfie, with North proudly displaying her new designer necklace. North and her friends, who joined the shopping trip as part of a joint birthday celebration with her friend Eva, also showed interest in several Lady Dior handbags.

To mark North’s milestone birthday, Kim Kardashian organized a pajama party and “beauty brunch” for her and her friends. The event took place at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel. It featured delicious treats and Anastasia makeup lessons from founder Anastasia Soare. The guests also received matching pink pajamas and custom black hoodies reading “North + Eva” from Los Angeles-based shoe store Visions Studio. The venue was adorned with shoes from the store and a personalized welcome sign. The attendees enjoyed sleeping in pink tent beds decorated with twinkle lights, Hello Kitty pillows, and custom black duffle bags.

Besides Kim herself, notable guests included North’s cousin Penelope Disick and Jessica Simpson’s eldest daughter, Maxwell. North’s siblings Saint and Chicago were not mentioned in the videos, but her youngest brother, Psalm, made a brief appearance. Interestingly, Kanye West did not appear in any of the videos, indicating that he did not attend the party. Prior to the celebration, Kanye was spotted having lunch with Bianca Censori, in Santa Monica. Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021, and their divorce was finalized in November 2022, over a year later. It would appear that things are still not so friendly. Elsewhere we’ve seen the mother of four navigating the single life after her breakup with Pete Davidson, even revealing her biggest turn-on to the cameras as she continues her search for the perfect man. “Teeth are, like, one of my biggest turn-ons,” Kim explained in a confessional. “The straighter, the hornier I’ll get. Bianca Censori And North West Hold Hands At Kanye West’s Birthday

Kanye West married architect Bianca Censori in January 2023. The announcement came just months after the controversial rapper divorced Kim Kardashian. West and Kardashian have four children together – North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. While the ex-couple reportedly have minimal contact, they have been seen engaging in co-parenting in recent months. The fallout of Kardashian and West’s divorce is currently a major plot point on the currently-airing third season of The Kardashians.

West turned 46 on June 8, and celebrated with a blowout bash in Los Angeles. While the party was not the star-studded affairs of yesteryear, many famous faces were in attendance. The likes of Chloe Bailey and Ty Dolla Sign were both spotted amongst the partygoers. Unsurprisingly, none of the Kardashian family were spotted at the event. However, eagle-eyed photographers caught a glimpse of at least one of West’s children in attendance.

TMZ has published images of Censori and North West holding hands outside the party. It’s not the first time they’ve been spotted in close proximity, however. Last week, the pair were spotted during a family outing to Universal Studios. That outing marked the first time Censori had been seen in public with any of West’s children. The day after the Universal outing, West was seen yelling at the paparazzi as he attended church with Censori and Psalm.

However, the images released by TMZ have caused some concern upon first viewing. North can be seen with what appears to be extensive bloody grazing on the side of her face. Despite this troubling detail, TMZ confirmed that they had been informed it was make-up. North, who is currently nine years old, has apparently developed a love for makeup effects. The grazing is reportedly simply an example of her work. The images of Censori and North appear to point to a growing relationship between West’s children and his new wife, whom he is still reportedly not officially married to. He’s been showing off his curves in so-called “yeggings” over the past few weeks alongside his new wife, Bianca Censori. Apart from that, we’ve also seen the couple in “sock shoes,” which are quite the opposite of his winter attire.

Earlier in the week, West stepped out with the Australian architect in their questionable outfits, causing photos and reactions to go viral online. For the most part, users have been comparing him to a Roblox character due to the larger-than-life shoulder pads he’s been rocking on a regular basis. Regardless of what the haters have to say, however, the Yeezy founder continues to keep all eyes on him with his bold looks. On Friday (May 26), he was joined by his two eldest children, North and Saint West, for a trip to the Griffith Park Observatory in Los Angeles.

For the outing, the father of four donned a black t-shirt reading “Polizei,” or “police” in German on the front, his shoulders obviously emphasized. He stayed comfortable in a pair of sweatpants, once again opting to forego normal footwear in favour of his new favourite sock shoes. Ye’s offspring also looked comfortable, wearing Yeezy shirts and shoes with their cloth shorts.

It remains unclear what the Atlanta-born lyricist is planning with his daring decisions as of late, though his ex Kim Kardashian has made it clear that she thinks his antics will have more of a long-term impact on their kids than her past sex tape with Ray-J.
