Usher has announced a limited-time Super Bowl collection capsule to celebrate his upcoming halftime show at the Super Bowl this weekend. “I can’t wait to hit the stage at the Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show for a 30-year celebration of my music in Las Vegas. There is no better way to get fans pumped about the performance than with a one-of-a-kind merchandise collaboration with the NFL, with designs that embody my style. I hope to see all my fans decked out in pieces from the collection,” Usher said in a press statement.

The capsule includes various clothing items such as t-shirts and hoodies. However, there are also a number of specialty items as well. The Hall of Famer posed in a letterman jacket decked out in the Super Bowl LVIII colors. Furthermore, Montana – who is looking absolutely great at 67 – also donned a cream sweater bearing the OVO logo. The NFL and Drake’s fashion brand have teamed up several times now, with the letterman jacket being a play on an existing product customized by team. However, it’s unclear if the Super Bowl variant will be publicly available.

Montana was chosen due to his unique connection to Super Bowl LVIII. The two-time MVP played for just two teams during his career – the 49ers and the Chiefs. While he won all four of his Super Bowls in the Bay Area, he did led the Chiefs to the AFC Championship game during his first season in Kansas City. The Super Bowl takes place on February 11 in Las Vegas. The Chiefs are hoping to become the first repeat Super Bowl champions since the Patriots in 2005.

Newton is originally from Atlanta but played college football in Florida and Alabama before being drafted by the Panthers.

Newton has not suited up in the NFL since 2021 when he briefly returned to the Carolina Panthers. Once seen as a generational talent, Newton’s career hit an ignominious end. A string of injuries limited Newton’s ability to harness his signature dual-threat capabilities. His 2021 campaign saw him go 0-5 as a starter as the Panthers rotated between Newton, Sam Darnold, and P.J. Walker. However, it’s unlikely that the Falcons, currently quarterbacked by second-year starter Desmond Ridder, will be offering Newto a contract. Usher says he’s planning to pay tribute to iconic Black artists of the past with his Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. He discussed his plans for the show with Good Morning America for an interview on Friday.

“I think about what our country has kind of represented for Black artists,” Usher said. “You know, having to at some point go through kitchens to even be able to perform for an audience, but they had to leave back through that same door, fear for their lives as they went to the next state to do the same thing. So I’m coming through the front door with this one.”

However, collabing with the NFL is not the only thing that Drake has been up to lately. The rapper also recently revealed to Adin Ross how much people need to cough up to catch a ride on “Air Drake”, Drizzy’s luxury private jet. Per a dial-in to Ross’ recent stream, the rapper revealed that prospective passengers have to put $3M up to come aboard and jet set with him.

Air Drake is a customized Boeing 767-200 that Drizzy acquired through a commercial partnership with Cargojet. It features a sky blue and white livery designed by Drake’s late friend, Virgil Abloh. The fully customized interior has been likened to a five-star hotel and features at least three private suites and two living rooms. Drake and Cargojet entered into their arrangement in 2019. Mark Andrews Saves Woman’s Life During Mid-Flight Medical Emergency

Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is being hailed as a hero after helping save a woman’s life. During a flight from Baltimore to Phoenix, an unidentified woman suffered a medical emergency and became unresponsive. As onboard medical personnel feared the worst, unable to find a consistent pulse, Andrews offered the use of his diabetes testing kit. With the use of the kit, flight staff were able to stabilize the woman’s heart until the flight could land. The was first made public by Baltimore resident Andrew Springs, who was also on the flight.

However, Andrews has waived off any hero labels for himself. “In addition to the fast-acting flight attendants, the real heroes are the nurse and doctor who also happened to be on the flight. Thankfully they were able to provide the woman the quick assistance she needed,” Andrews said via a statement released by the Ravens.

Mark Andrews is a three-time Pro Bowl tight end for the Ravens. He was also named to the All-Pro First Team in 2021. He was drafted by Baltimore in the third round of the 2018 draft. Before declaring for the NFL Draft, he won the John Mulkey Award, awarded annually to the nation’s best college tight end. Andrews was actually the second tight end the Ravens had taken in the draft, following Hayden Hurst in the first round.

Patrick Mahomes has responded to the viral “dad bod” meme that arose in the wake of the Chiefs AFC Championship win last weekend. “Yoooo why they have to do me like that!?!?!? #DadBodSZN,” Mahomes wrote on X, formerly Twitter. The QB was responding to footage from Inside the NFL that went viral amid the Chiefs win. The footage showed a shirtless Mahomes celebrating in the locker room and the angle gave the star player a bit of a gut.

This of course went wild on NFL socials, with fans eagerly sharing the images and changing their handles to things such as “Fatty Patty” and similar names. The Chiefs leaned on their defense to shut out the Ravens in the AFC Championship Game. Mahomes threw for 241 yards and a touchdown in the win.

Meanwhile, Mahomes also spoke on the beef that has emerged between himself, Travis Kelce, and Ravens kicker Justin Tucker. Mahomes said Tucker’s behavior has become a regular occurrence when the Chiefs and Ravens play. “I’ve had seven years of doing that same warmup routine and there’s only been like three occasions where there’s been a kicker that wasn’t moving out of the way. It was in Baltimore all three times. He does that to get under our skin. I asked him to move his stuff and he got up and moved it I think two inches but didn’t move it out of the way. I was going to let it slide but Travis moved it for me and after that I wasn’t going to let him put it back down,” Mahomes told local sports radio in Kansas City.

Meanwhile, Travis Kelce also blamed Tucker, saying he had broken an “unwritten rule”. During the latest episode of New Heights, Kelce explained that Tucker had been a “f-cking d-ck” and had been purposefully messing with Mahomes and Kelce as they warmed up. “If you want to be a f-cking d-ck about it, you keep your helmet and your football and your f-cking kicking tee right where the quarterbacks are warming up and they’re dropping, eyes are looking left and they’ve got a helmet down by their feet,” Kelce told his brother.
