Today, it was reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic that Brooks is not coming back to the Grizzlies.

James Harden had himself an incredible night on Monday. His Philadelphia 76ers were taking on the Boston Celtics in what should have been an easy Celtics win. Every time he gets dressed before a game, he thinks about how he can get fans riled up. On Monday, that was most definitely the case. Overall, his outfit was wild and he immediately went viral for it. That said, it seems like the outfit proved to be a good luck charm. Chris Paul Hit With Injury Bug As Suns Drop Another Game

Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns are not having a very good time right now. Overall, the Denver Nuggets have proven to be a lot tougher than they expected. Moreover, the Suns have no depth. Aside from Paul, Devin Booker, and Kevin Durant, the team has no bench. We saw that in Game 1 as the bench scored a grand total of seven points. On Monday night, they weren’t much better as they scored eight points. Subsequently, the Suns lost again as the Nuggets put on a defensive clinic.

At this point, the Nuggets are up 2-0 in the series, and there isn’t much hope that the Suns can recover. Sure, the series is going back to Phoenix, but this could very well be a case of too little, too late. Furthermore, things are going from bad to worse here as Chris Paul found himself with a groin injury during the third quarter of Game 2. In the clip down below, you can see Paul clutching his groin area before leaving the game entirely. He never came back, and the Nuggets subsequently came back and won the game.

During the first 25 minutes of action with Paul on the floor, he scored eight points. Overall, this is not a lot, but he is an effective facilitator for guys like Booker and KD. Now, there is a ton of uncertainty considering whether or not he will play in Game 3. If Chris Paul is officially out, then consider this series over. In fact, this could end up being a full sweep. The Nuggets are just too powerful right now, and Nikola Jokic is on another level. At this point, it is clear who the real MVP is.

Just five years ago, James Harden was the most impressive scorer in the entire NBA. However, there have been a few narratives surrounding him. Firstly, he never performs in the playoffs. Bryce James just came off of his sophomore season with Sierra Canyon. Overall, it was his first season with the varsity team. Meanwhile, Bryce is going to be entering his Junior year of high school. At 15 years old, Bryce has proven to be an impressive young star with a lot of hype behind him. Although some people think he will be better than Bronny, there is no predicting how the younger James brother will fair as he gets older.

That said, all eyes were on him this weekend. Bryce James was in Phoenix as part of an Elite Youth Basketball League showcase. Overall, these showcases are a great way for young stars to show off their talents. The best high school players in the country can be found at these events, which means it is a good test of how solid of a prospect someone is. Subsequently, all eyes were on Bryce during his time in Phoenix. After all, he is the son of LeBron James and the younger brother of one of the biggest NBA prospects in the world.

Ime Udoka Signs With The Rockets, Fans React

Ime Udoka found himself in a bad spot back in the Fall as it was revealed that he allegedly slept with a staffer on the Boston Celtics. Overall, this became a National story given his engagement to Nia Long. Subsequently, Long broke up with Udoka. Moreover, the Celtics decided to suspend the head coach for the entire season. There was a sense that he could potentially come back after the year was up. However, the Celtics eventually made it clear that they would just rather him go somewhere else, entirely.

Throughout the year, there were moments in which it seemed like Udoka might get a job. For instance, he almost ended up with the Brooklyn Nets, although it fell through after further evaluation. Jalen Green and Kevin Porter Jr. are a duo that does not play winning basketball. Consequently, the team found itself at the bottom of the standings again. That said, they could very well end up with Victor Wembanyama. Furthermore, rumors are saying James Harden could end up back with the team next season. If all of this happens, then Ime Udoka could very well have a solid squad to compete with. Whether or not that squad could make the playoffs, still remains to be seen.
