Subsequently, LeBron is going through an offseason filled with hard decisions. At this stage, his Los Angeles Lakers are looking for a point guard. Chris Paul and Kyrie Irving are available, however, Trae Young has also been floated around. Moreover, Draymond Green is currently a name that is being said as well. This is because he just declined the last year of his contract with the Warriors. Considering Green and James are friends, some believe that a union on the Warriors is imminent.

Apparently, these two were seen at dinner together on Sunday. Overall, this should not be a surprise to anyone. These two are great friends off of the court. However, one would be naive to think that neither of them spoke about basketball and their future moves.

Whether or not these two actually unite on the same team, still remains to be seen. At the end of the day, the Lakers do not have a ton of cap space to work with. If it was a choice between Draymond Green and someone like Kyrie Irving, then the Lakers would probably choose Kyrie. Either way, this is going to be a very interesting offseason. In fact, last night, she threatened to leak Zion’s sex tapes.

As many fans pointed out here, what Mills is describing is actually very much against the law. Leaking someone’s sex tape is considered revenge porn. Of course, fans are divided on this suspension. Although some believe it is a good length, others seem to think that this is just way too much. Either way, it is going to put the Memphis Grizzlies in a considerable hole next season. It is going to take them a while to get back into the swing of things. Additionally, who knows how good Morant will be after so many months off? It could be a truly rough season, and now, reports are circulating that he and his current/former associates are upset.

While he does have a lot going on off the court, it is on the court where there has been little to no action. This is because Zion is constantly injured. Additionally, the Pelicans are even thinking of trading him. As Redick explained, however, trading Zion could be premature. Although, he did get brutally honest about Williamson and his commitment to playing basketball.

JJ Redick Gets Real

While Redick firmly believes in Zion as a talent, he also knows that the Pelicans’ big man is never in great shape. Once he starts taking his body and heath seriously, only then will NOLA actually become a real contender. “The Pelicans will never reach their full potential with [Zion] on the roster until the preparation, the training, the diet, the sleep [all click, which are] required to go play basketball,” JJ Redick said. It was a harsh assessment, albeit one that Zion probably needs to hear at this point.

JJ Redick has been critical of Zion Williamson in the past. However, this is probably the harshest he has been. Throughout the past four seasons, Zion has been unable to deliver, and the fanbase in New Orleans is getting tired. Hopefully, he can turn things around, next season. Bradley Beal Trade Roasted By NBA Twitter

Bradley Beal and the Washington Wizards weren’t exactly a match that was working out. Although Beal was able to secure the bag from the Wizards, the team was never able to surround him with solid assets. Kristaps Porzingis and Kyle Kuzma are not going to help you contend for a championship. Furthermore, they couldn’t even get this team to contend for a playoff spot. Overall, it became clear that Beal was not going to be with the team for long. After all, when you’re scoring over 25 points per game, it’s difficult to want to stay with a team that is going nowhere.

Throughout the past couple of days, there had been rumblings that Bradley Beal would be traded to either the Phoenix Suns or the Miami Heat. In the end, however, it was the Suns who came out on top. They ended up trading Chris Paul and some other minor pieces to get him, which for a guy like Beal, is a pretty small price. In fact, the Wizards couldn’t even get a first-round pick, which is a huge indictment of the Washington front office.

Following this trade, a lot of fans took to Twitter to sound off on all of this. Overall, there are two targets of the roast session here. Firstly, you have the Wizards who look completely incompetent here. After giving Beal a supermax that included a no-trade clause, the Wizards have egg on their face. Furthermore, the Suns now have a top-heavy big three with no bench. Their roster was already top-heavy, but now even more so. For some fans, this is just not going to work.

Ja Morant Reportedly Refused Skip Bayless & Lil Wayne’s Attempts To Help Him

Now, a lot of people are trying to help Ja and give him some much-needed guidance. Although, it doesn’t seem like Ja Morant is interested in hearing this. According to Skip Bayless, Morant even turned down the help of Lil Wayne. On his podcast, Skip revealed how Wayne reached out to him first. “Lil Wayne texted me,” Skip began. “He said, ‘Hey, can you connect me with Ja? Because I could help him. I’ve been there. I’ve done all this. I wound up in prison on Riker’s Island. [Wayne] knows what happens. I know where you can go wrong and I know what’s right.’”

Subsequently, Skip found a way to reach out to the Memphis Grizzlies star. Would you talk with Lil Wayne?’ Wayne would fly to Memphis in a heartbeat tonight. Wayne would private plane it and go right to Memphis if he thought he could save a career and a soul,” Bayless went on to explain. Needless to say, Ja Morant is keeping things private right now.

Hopefully, Morant is able to turn things around for himself. A lot of people are down on him right now, and it could be a while before he builds that trust back up again. Recently, he got to spend some time with one of his players, Paul George. Overall, this was for George’s podcast, Podcast P. During the conversation, Jerry West had an incredible revelation about his time with the Memphis Grizzlies. As it turns out, in 2004, Kobe Bryant expressed his desire to join the Grizzlies. However, despite being the team’s GM, West advised against it. Ultimately, he wanted Bryant to play in Los Angeles, as he believed that’s where he belonged.

You know, it’s just you belong somewhere out here.’ And even though he would have never played there, I just want to reassure him that don’t feel like you have any obligation with me or the Grizzlies to play here and because he would have never played there, it wasn’t gonna happen.”

Had Kobe Bryant gone to Memphis, it would have completely changed the NBA. However, he stayed in L.A., much to the delight of Lakers fans.
