Milagro Gramz Responds To Megan Thee Stallion’s Lawsuit Over Her Tory Lanez Coverage

Milagro Gramz addressed Megan Thee Stallion’s decision to file a lawsuit against her in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday morning. “I’ve been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion,” she wrote before sharing an excerpt of a notice she received. “Of course we’ll chat about it. They threw in the tape too.” Megan filed the lawsuit earlier in the day, labeling the YouTuber a “mouthpiece and puppet” for Tory Lanez, who has allegedly been “churning out falsehoods” about the criminal case in which Lanez was convicted of shooting her.

Megan’s attorney wrote in the filing, as caught by Billboard: “Enough is enough. Ms. Pete—a victim of violent crime and champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide—will no longer stand for the defendant’s campaign of harassment.” They went on to accuse Milagro of cyberstalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.

Her lawyers also cited several falsehoods about the case that Milagro allegedly spread. “Defendant Cooper’s statements recklessly disregarded the truth and suggested that the firearm was never presented in court because it had allegedly disappeared. It has not. The firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department,” they wrote in part.

Megan Thee Stallion Is Suing A YouTuber For Spreading Disinformation About Tory Lanez’s Assault Case

Although Tory Lanez was convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion almost two years ago and sentenced to 10 years in prison, Megan is still dealing with the legal fallout of the case. According to Billboard, the Houston rapper has filed a lawsuit against a YouTuber named Milagro Gramz for allegedly spreading disinformation about Megan and the case.

The lawsuit accuses Milagro Gramz — whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper — of being a “mouthpiece and puppet” for Tory Lanez, using her platform to “denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements” about Megan. The lawsuit also alleges that Cooper shared a pornographic deepfake of Meg, along with cyberstalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.

Among the disinformation allegedly circulated by Cooper was an assertion that the gun used by Tory to shoot Meg in the foot had gone missing. However, according to Meg’s attorneys, “The firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department.”

This isn’t the first time Megan’s legal team accused Tory of using surrogates to attack her in the media and undermine her credibility. Tory was found guilty of committing assault with a firearm causing great bodily injury; concealing a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle; and discharging a firearm with gross negligence after the July 2020 incident, which left Meg with bullet fragments in both feet. Despite this — or perhaps because of it — Lanez has amassed a more dedicated following of supporters who seem much more interested in trolling Megan than they ever did in streaming or buying Tory’s music.

Meanwhile, Meg isn’t the only rap star irritated by Gramz’s antics; in June, she also got into a Twitter tiff with Cardi over Cardi’s comments about the BET Experience in LA.

Cardi B Slammed The ‘P*ssy Ass’ Production Team Of BET Experience 2024 After Her Set Was Riddled With Technical Issues

As the kids say, Cardi B is back outside. The “Enough (Miami)” rapper is positioning herself to release her long-awaited sophomore album.

Yesterday (June 28) Cardi put her best foot forward during the BET Experience 2024 concert series. Unfortunately, in Cardi’s eyes, the set didn’t have the bang she wanted. So, during the show, she took a moment to slam the production team in charge of her stage effects.

“Production, y’all messing up my pyros,” she said. “Y’all messing up my music. F*ck am I paying y’all p*ssy ass n****s for? What am I paying y’all for?”

While many fans jumped to the defensive, others, including YouTuber Milagro Gramz, weren’t fond of her comments. “I understand that people have families to feed, but I wished we lived in a better world because no one should ever be disrespected like this in a workplace environment/at all,” she wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Cardi immediately clapped back. “Girl shut up,” she wrote. “When you do a show you don’t pay after, you pay before. I paid 350,000 up front the least they could do is get my pyro ready and turn the fans on because guess what??? At the end of the day, that money is not returnable… don’t half ass my show because you comfortable when I definitely don’t half ass when it comes to paying.”

The two went on to get in a heated exchange over resurfaced commentary from the YouTuber. View the exchange below.

Cardi B closed out by doubling down on her onstage remark after a supporter backed her. Read her detailed about of the technical issues below.

Thank you for understanding. Let me tell you about yesterday! I spent $100k on pyro, that we couldn’t use because the production team failed to have the fire marshall go over safety with my team which is so simple to do. Spent days in rehearsal learning choreography just for them to have the wrong mix, and we had to swap it out. Booked four fans so they could be turned on during ‘Bartier Cardi’ and that never happened. You wanna know why? Because they didn’t bother to show up to rehearsal while hundred thousands of dollars was put into this show. Don’t play with my money in this economy, honey.

The 2024 BET Awards are scheduled for June 30. Hopefully by then, the production team has ironed out any technical hiccups for the other acts.

Megan Thee Stallion Slams ‘Fake Ass’ Seemingly AI-Generated Sex Tape Circulating Online

While Megan Thee Stallion’s Hot Girl Summer Tour is smashing records all across the country, trolls online are looking to crush her spirit. But in the words of her mentor Beyoncé, the “Boa” rapper won’t let them break her soul.

Today (June 8), Megan found herself at the center of another celebrity AI-generated deepfake controversy. A seemingly doctored clip of a sex tape video circulating online claims to feature the Grammy Award-winner. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Megan slammed the accusation and threatened to take action against anyone pushing it as authentic.

“It’s really sick how y’all go out of the way to hurt me when you see me winning,” she wrote. “Y’all going too far, Fake ass shit. Just know today was your last day playing with me and I mean it.”

The origins of the video remain unknown. However, it gained popularity after blogger Mílagro Gramz liked the upload on X, then jokingly encouraged users to check it out. Fans of Megan quickly chimed in to encourage, the rapper to take legal action against not only the creator but Mílagro as well.

“Please sue them,” wrote another. “We’re begging. We tired of them playing on your name.”

“Translation, TAKE THEY ASS TO COURT,” penned another.

“Cardi B, give her your lawyer’s phone number, sis,” seemingly referring to Cardi’s defamation lawsuit victory against fellow blogger Tasha K.

Mílagro took to her page to clap back at users. She went on to claim she could not be held legally liable as she did not repost or create the clip. “And that’s not illegal,” she wrote. “Suck it.”

It is unclear if Megan Thee Stallion plans on taking legal action.
