The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Wins Second Lawsuit Against Him

The Game just lost a second lawsuit against him from Priscilla Rainey, a former contestant on his 2015 She’s Got Game reality TV show. Moreover, she sued him for sexual assault in 2016 after he allegedly touched her without consent on a date. The rapper lost this case due to his failure to attend court for scheduled hearings, resulting in a default judgement of $7.1 million owed to Rainey. But in 2021, she opened another lawsuit and claimed he opened various shell companies to avoid complying with this ruling and hide assets. Now, the court reportedly sided with her, and the 44-year-old must fully account for this missing payment.

Furthermore, Rainey alleged that he gave up his role as manager at the company JTT Holdings and instead passed the torch to his manager, Wack 100. Another way in which The Game allegedly gamed the system to not look like he had that many assets was, according to the former reality TV contestant, giving up ownership of his Los Angeles property. Her victorious second lawsuit claimed that she only received $500K of the amount established by the default judgement. As such, Rainey seeks to seize this eventually and asked the court to delegitimize these shell companies so she could access her owed funds.

The Game Loses Second Lawsuit Concerning Sexual Assault Case

According to reports, the court held a hearing on December 13 to discuss this, and both the plaintiff and The Game’s manager Wack testified. The music executive and provocateur told authorities that his client gave him his Los Angeles house due to a personal debt between them, and nothing more. According to Radar Online the court ended up siding with Rainey and established the California MC’s inability to avoid payments, unless he wants more consequences down the line. For example, Rainey would now be able to file a lien against his L.A. home or sell it, now that it’s reportedly back under his legal ownership and part of his seizable assets.

Meanwhile, what do you think about this whole debacle? Is Evelyn Lozada’s daughter’s possible flame going to get out of this or is this the final straw in Rainey’s journey? However you may feel, let us know in the comments section down below. For more news and the latest updates on The Game, stay up to date on HNHH.

Diddy Scores Legal Win In Diageo & DeLeon Tequila Case, Will Move Forward

In the ongoing case of Diddy versus Diageo, the company that allegedly mismanaged his DeLeon tequila brand and was discriminatory, he just scored a significant victory. Moreover, the liquor conglomerate motioned to dismiss the case altogether or reach private settlement, according to court documents from Thursday in New York state court. The Bad Boy mogul watched as Judge Joel M. Cohen rejected these proposals, thus moving the case forward into state jurisdiction and opening the trial to the public. Sean Combs initially filed this lawsuit in May. It claimed that the company breached its partnership deal by failing to support profits and promotion,

Furthermore, this also prompted accusations of racism from Diddy, as he claimed Diageo mistreated their agreement due to his race in comparison to their other lucrative deals. In June, the company denied any and all claims, accusing the musician, executive, and businessman of trying to squeeze even more money out of them. They severed ties with him, alleging that he “repeatedly undermined [their] partnerships. [He] threatened to publicly defame Diageo if [they] did not meet his unreasonable financial demands,” according to a spokeswoman.

In addition, Diageo labeled Diddy as “an unreliable and untrustworthy business partner” who did not fulfill his responsibilities in the deal. Simultaneously with these claims, they motioned for dismissal or closed-doors settlements, given that the parties signed a binding arbitration agreement. Still, the judge did not grant these requests after hearing arguments on both sides for over 90 minutes. “This case has always been about getting fair and equal treatment,” John Hueston, Combs’ lawyer, stated. “Today’s decision is an important step in the right direction. Diageo tried to end this action. Today the judge soundly rejected that effort.”

“I’m fighting for fair and equal treatment for everyone,” the hitmaker chimed in. “This isn’t just about me. I look forward to continuing this fight in court. We all deserve the same 24 hours.” Here’s what a spokesperson for Diageo had to say about this. “While we are disappointed with yesterday’s procedural decision, it is important to underscore that this is not a ruling on the merits of the claims, which we maintain are false and baseless. We are currently considering all legal options.” On that note, check back in with HNHH for the latest updates and more news on Diddy.

Ezra Miller Blasts Child Harassment Allegations

Ezra Miller has spoken publicly for the first time since the lifting of a temporary harassment order. The controversial actor was accused of inappropriate conduct with a non-binary child. The child was 12 at the time of the purported misconduct. Recently, Miller made their first public appearance in several years at the premiere of The Flash. Miller, and the film, has been surrounded by controversy for several years. Miller has become famous for their erratic behavior. Meanwhile, Warner Bros. received criticism for having Miller do reshoots while actively wanted by law enforcement.

“I’m encouraged by today’s outcome and very grateful at this moment to everyone who has stood beside me and sought to ensure that this egregious misuse of the protective order system was halted. I have been unjustly and directly targeted by an individual who the facts have shown has a history of such manipulative and destructive action,” Miller wrote on Instagram.

The statement comes after a district court in Massachusetts lifted the temporary harassment order filed by Shannon Guin. The original claim was filed in June 2022 for Guin’s child Tokata Iron Eyes. Guin and Miller had reportedly been a couple. However, Miller had been accused of holding Guin and her daughter against their will while they evaded law enforcement. Original court documents claimed Miller used “violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over [the child].” Miller was accused of influencing Tokata to come out as non-binary and transgender.

Miller’s lawyer, Marissa Elkins, also issued a statement following the legal victory. “Frustratingly for Ezra, Guin lodged her false allegations at a time when Ezra was struggling with significant mental health issues. [They were] unable to come to court to defend themself against the spurious claims made by this individual.” Furthermore, Elkins continued. “Had Ezra been able to appear in court last year and share the truth about their very limited interactions with Ms. Guin, I am confident the original order would have never been issued.”

Gervonta Davis See Domestic Battery Charges Dropped

In the midst of a career renaissance, boxer Gervonta Davis has been facing a variety of legal issues. He was recently sentenced to 90 days of house arrest and three years probation for his role in a November 2020 hit-and-run incident. Furthermore, he was arrested on domestic battery charges in December 2022, after the mother of his child called 911, claiming that Davis was “going to kill her.”

The woman did initially walk back the allegations, allowing for Davis’ fight with Héctor García to go ahead. However, prosecutors continued to pursue the case. It was not the first time that Davis had been linked with allegations of domestic battery. In February 2020, Davis was arrested after being seen grabbing his ex-girlfriend and dragging her by the shirt at a University of Miami basketball game. He was ultimately not charged for that incident.

As mentioned, Davis’ alleged victim walked back her claims soon after Davis’ arrest. “While the emotions were high I made an unnecessary call to law enforcement in an intense moment while I was frantic. Gervonta did not harm me or our daughter,” the woman wrote on social media. Meanwhile, Davis vehemently denied the charges. “I NEVER PUT MY HANDS ON MY CHILD MOTHER NOR MY FUCKING DAUGHTER ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY!!” IM NOT A MONSTER,” Davis wrote on social media.

Despite this, prosecutors pursued the case, hoping to get the woman to press charges. However, she remained persistent in not wanting to pursue legal action for the incident she had walked back. This led to the charges against Davis being dropped on May 21. However, Davis will continue to serve his house arrest for the hit-and-run incident. This means that Davis’ next fight will not happen until the fall. Potential opponents for Davis include Shakur Stevenson, Devin Haney, and Vasiliy Lomachenko.
