Nicki Minaj’s appearance on Kai Cenat’s stream gave a serious boost to his number of Twitch viewers. It even broke the record for Cenat’s channel. In total, Chart Data’s social media account reported that over 362,000 users tuned in to watch the two of them hang out.

Her appearance was only announced yesterday, but the two had talked before, interacting on an Instagram live back in October.

“The fact that some people still don’t understand me and Kai relationship chi,” Nicki shared on Instagram, according to HotNewHipHop. “We from the same county, we can both take it. Pauz. Or my relationship with funny Marco. Some people be thinking Marco is a random crazy man on the live. Like that man is a star with his own brand.”

The recent joint stream between Kai Cenat and Nicki Minaj has set a new record for concurrent viewers for Cenat’s channel. Viewership of the stream peaked at 355.3K according to screenshots of the stream. This is reportedly a new record for Cenat. However, data from Stream Charts disputes the figure, stating that the peak was 348,593. Cenat typically averages around 34K for a regular stream. His previous record was just over 306,000 viewers.

The stream with Minaj was a wild time. Minaj was loving the chaotic vibes and wealth of attention. At one point, Minaj sent chat wild by furiously twerking at the camera. Minaj is coming off the success of her new album, Pink Friday 2. The project, her first in five years, is expected to shoot to the top of the Billboard Album Chart this week. Kai Cenat Trolls Rubi Rose

Elsewhere, Cenat continued his charade of pretending that he had bought Rubi Rose a genuine Birkin bag. The streamer called up the rapper and influencer to show her the bag while he was live. Rose appeared skeptical, saying she knew it was from Temu. However, Cenat insisted it was real and appeared to get Rose to believe him. Despite this, Cenat laughed giddily and slapped his desk multiple times after ending the call, confirming the bag was indeed a fake.

The ruse was put in motion a few weeks ago when Cenat hit up Rose, Corinna Kopf, and Pokimane with the offer to buy them all Birkin bags. However, while talking to the three women, he was simultaneously showing his stream chat his screen, which was on the dropshipping website Temu. It’s unclear if the three women are in on the joke or are victims of Cenat’s prank.

She just unveiled her new album Pink Friday 2 last week, so the duo will surely have plenty to discuss. This won’t be the first time the two of them went live together, however. Back in October, they joined forces on Instagram Live. Elsewhere, Offset recently explained why he abruptly pulled out of appearing in Cenat’s recent week-long prison livestream. “I didn’t do the jail thing because I really had to think about it. I really come from that. It’s really bros and homies struggling with that. It’s not really a game, it’s a serious thing. I understand content. I salute it, but I just couldn’t be a part of that content because if ya’ll remember, I come from jail. I know how it feels. It ain’t the right feeling. I got real homies that can’t get out ever. So I didn’t want to make a mockery of them. My world and [Cenat’s] world are different,” he told The Morning Hustle.

However, Cenat has not been a fan of the criticism about his livestream. “Y’all n-ggas just going off the clips you saw. But were you there when we brought in the baddest kids in the community and sat down and spoke to them? What about the thousand times I said ‘hey this is bad, I don’t wanna be here’? Or me waking up at 6am shivering, back hurt, eating wack-ass food, saying this is why you don’t want to be here,” Cenat argued on a November stream.

Offset Explains Dropping Out Of Kai Cenat Stream From Prison

Offset recently explained his decision to bail on Kai Cenat’s “7 Days In,” in which the streamer recorded from inside a jail for a full week. Speaking with The Morning Hustle, the Migos rapper said that he wasn’t offended by Cenat’s negative review of Set It Off. Instead, Offset said he felt uncomfortable making prison into “a game.”

As for the rumors he was offended by Cenat’s Set It Off response, Offset said: “Not really ’cause at the end of the day he’s giving his honest opinion. He liked the first eight songs. At the end of the day, that’s my homie.” He further explained: “I didn’t do the jail thing because I really had to think about it. I really come from that. All the while, Cenat shows his chat that he is buying the bags from Temu. Temu is a Chinese-owned shopping site similar to AliExpress and is notorious for scams and counterfeit goods. It experienced a wave in popularity earlier this year.

It’s notable that Rose was one of the women that Cenat that “treated”. She has been an object of affection for a number of streamers in recent weeks. She recently linked up with N3on, with their semi-flirtatious exchanges sparking rumors that the pair were romantically involved. However, she would later refer to him as a “Make-A-Wish Kid” on multiple occasions during their link-up.
