“Had fun last night at the next gen game with the @mapleleafs” Bieber captioned an Instagram post. He also included two pictures taken during a recent Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game. The first picture of the bunch features the pop star and his boo both sporting some Maple Leafs merch. But in the comments, Drake popped up with a hilariously passive-aggressive comment about not being invited to the game. “Wow guy doesn’t even invite me to see some puck bunnies eh,” his comment reads. Last week, Drake released the new music video for his song “You Broke My Heart.” The track was a standout from the Scary Hours 3 addition to his album For All The Dogs earlier this year. It closes off the EP and has racked up nearly 40 million Spotify streams since the addition to the album dropped back in November.

But the video attracted some controversy for one particular cameo. The biggest superstar in all of country music and one of the biggest-selling artists of 2023, Morgan Wallen, makes an appearance alongside Drake in the music video. Many still take issue with a 2021 incident where Wallen was caught using the N-word on video taken by someone’s doorbell camera. The Empire Polo Club Grounds in Indio, California, has become one of the most popular locations for live music. This year alone, the inaugural rock festival Power Trip called it home. Next year, Stagecoach Festival will set up shop for its multi-day programming. But the most popular outdoor event held on the grounds is Coachella. With the extravagant two-weekend scheduled to take place in April, curious minds want to know who is headlining.

As of Monday, December 18, the headliners for both weekends, April 14 to 16 and 21 to 23, have not been announced. However, organizers are feeling the pressure based on this year’s atrocity of a set by Frank Ocean (who later dropped out of weekend two). Although Frank did not live up to the hype surrounding his festival return, fans are open to Justin Bieber filling the top slot.

Last year, Bieber postponed his Justice World Tour due to his battle with health complications brought on by Ramsay Hunt syndrome. Now, it appears that he could be up to the big feat. Some are also theorizing that given the success of Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour, it would make sense for her to headline next year’s Coachella. Another name that has been bandied about is Olivia Rodrigo.

It appears ticketholders will have to hold out for just a few more weeks until the confirmed lineup is revealed.

After more than 40 years, racing made its return to Las Vegas and in true Vegas style, it was a spectacle on and off the track. The Las Vegas Grand Prix, which forms part of the Formula One World Championship, took place on Saturday with celebs gathering to watch some of the top racers in the world on a specially-designed track, which included parts of the Las Vegas strip.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky joined the Ferrari team where they wore headphones to hear the drivers communication with their teams. Justin Bieber had the honor of waving the checkered lap for the final lap of the race, which was won by Max Verstappen of Team Red Bull.

Other A-listers in attendance included Anthony Mackie, Steve Aoki, Chad Ochocinco, Axl Rose, Brad Pitt, Paris Hilton, David Beckham, Wayne Newton, Heidi Klum, Donny Osmond, Shaquille O’Neal, Cara Delevingne, and Patrick Dempsey, and more.

And even though Tom Brady, an avid racing fan, could not be there in person, he Facetimed some words of encouragement to Logan Sargeant, a rookie driver for Williams Racing.

The last Formula One race, the Caesars Palace Grand Prix, was held in Las Vegas in 1982 while the last street race held in the city since was the Vegas Grand Prix Champ Car in 2007. The race came with a great deal of controversy including construction costs and delays and interruptions to other Las Vegas businesses and residents. In addition to reports that fans also tore down view-blocking screens to get a glimpse of the race, others who actually purchased tickets are also upset that they did not get their money’s worth. The race has already been hit with a class-action lawsuit on behalf of the 35,000 people who bought tickets for Thursday’s practice session that was cancelled when Carlos Sainz’s Ferrari was damaged by a loose drain cover.

Will Justin Bieber Perform With Usher At The Super Bowl Halftime Show?

Rihanna’s performance at Super Bowl LVII was a rarity among Super Bowl halftime shows: there wasn’t a single guest. Will that be true for Usher, too?

At the moment, he’s the headliner — and the only announced performer — for Super Bowl LVIII, which goes down on February 11, 2024 at Nevada’s Allegiant Stadium. But according to the Daily Mail, the “Yeah!” singer is trying to get a “yeah” confirmation from Justin Bieber to join him.

“Usher has been doing his residency in Vegas and has most of his ideas ready for his big halftime show performance,” a source said. “He really wants to prove himself worthy of such an honor because he definitely sees that the excitement level for him doing it is not at an all-time high. He has asked some of his friends who are artists to help him out and join him on stage, and he has thrown a few ideas towards Justin.”

Usher helped Bieber sign his first record deal and became his music industry mentor, but the “Love Yourself” pop star had to cancel his Justice World Tour earlier this year after he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome. “After getting off stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realized that I needed to make my health a priority right now,” Bieber explained on social media. “So I’m going to take a break from touring for the time being.” He hasn’t appeared on stage since March 2023 when he joined Don Toliver at Rolling Loud.

Bieber is reportedly flattered that Usher reached out “but he is leaning towards letting Usher do his thing and Justin would rather have the opportunity to do the Super Bowl on his own in the future if he were to be asked,” the source added. Maybe in 2025 (assuming Taylor Swift doesn’t want it).
