The Game Still Can’t Find A Win In His Sexual Assault Case

The Game’s sexual assault accuser Priscilla Rainey is moving forward in their case to collect the court’s $7 million default judgement against him, but he doesn’t want to cough it up. Despite multiple attempts to prevent them from seizing his assets such as his home to cover the judgement, the court still rules against him. Per court documents reportedly obtained by AllHipHop, United States District Judge Mark C. Scarsi denied the rapper’s requests to dismiss an order for him to sell off his house in Calabasas and to order the Marshal to remove the levy on it. In addition, the judge also canceled a court date in January of next year that was going to address these motions.

“An order to show cause why an order for sale of a dwelling should not be made is pending,” U.S. District Judge Mark C. Scarsi reportedly wrote. “Judgment debtor Jayceon Terrell Taylor [The Game] filed a motion to dismiss the order tho show cause. The Court deems the motion appropriate for decision without oral argument. The Court takes off calendar the hearing on the motion set for January 6, 2025.”

“No individual delivered any court papers to me on August 22, 2024 at any location,” The Game reportedly stated concerning claims that a process server allegedly sent a notice of levy, writ of execution, and other legal documents to him and his associate Wack 100, “No individual approached me on August 22, 2024 at any location and stated anything that would suggest to me they were attempting to serve me with court papers. I ultimately became aware of the Order to Show Cause Why Order for Sale of Dwelling Should Not Be Made from media reports about it.”

Meanwhile, this continues a streak of bad luck for The Game, who recently lost $100K after a car burglary in Los Angeles. While this all became a very complex legal matter, hopefully things can come to a close soon in a fair and just manner, as things seemingly won’t get any easier outside the court, either. Hopefully that changes for him and he can find better luck elsewhere.

Lil Xan Ordered To Pay $27K After Threatening Tupac Fan With A Gun

Lil Xan may not be the internet sensation he was back in 2020, but he’s still dealing with the legal ramifications of his commercial peak. The rapper was forced to pay $27K in damages to a man he threatened with a firearm at a gas station. TMZ reported that the man who was threatened, Anthony Sanchez, feared for his life and promptly filed a lawsuit against Lil Xan following the confrontation. The raper failed to respond to the lawsuit, however, which led to a default judgement.

The confrontation between Lil Xan and Sanchez went semi-viral in 2020. Footage of the gas station argument was captured, and saw the former walk up to Lil Xan and insult him. Lil Xan had previously made headlines for his derogatory comments about Tupac Shakur. Sanchez didn’t like these comments and proceeded to call the rapper a “b*tch.” The two men went back and forth, culminating with Lil Xan taking out a gun and waving it in Sanchez’s direction. The rapper then sped off in his car.

Lil Xan’s Confrontation Was Sparked By His Tupac Comments

This was not the only time that Xan’s comments about Tupac got him in trouble. The rapper had to be escorted a Del Taco in Redlands, California after a mob of students gathered around him. He was taken to a nearby YMCA until the students dispersed. To Lil Xan’s credit, the rapper has since recanted what he said about Tupac, though his original comments were not as blasphemous as some would lead you to think. He called the L.A. legend “boring” in 2018, but told AllHipHop that he regretted it during a 2023 interview.

“I was angry at that time,” Lil Xan explained. “And all that came down to was a result of me just trying to get the interview done quicker.” The rapper also claimed that he respects what Tupac stood for, and the viral comment was a result of him trying to have fun with the interviewer. “That was just a little mishap,” he asserted. “It was the result of me not being as mature as I am today. Inexperienced with interviews a lot, too.”

Quavo Ordered To Pay $700K For Valet Assault

Quavo recently received a lawsuit from a Louisiana rapper who claims the former Migo stole a QUAVO HUNCHO track from him, but that’s sadly not the end of his legal troubles for this month. Moreover, a Las Vegas court and jury recently ordered him to pay $682K to a man he and his entourage seemingly assaulted in 2018, according to KLAS. For those unaware, surveillance footage captured the moment in which the Georgia rapper and his colleagues jumped valet Antonio Henry at the Encore Hotel & Casino due to an argument. The jury found Huncho liable for the damages, and his lawyer reportedly and dismissively called Henry’s move the pursuit of a “hip-hop lotto ticket.”

Furthermore, the news footage below indicates that Quavo’s lawyer claimed that Antonio Henry did not sustain any injuries and that this case doesn’t appear on any court record at press time. This is some pretty tough news for the trap MC, but it’s also not something he can’t make up in due time. For example, he recently appeared in the trailer for the new film Takeover, his latest crossover into the world of small and silver screens. Still, it’s a streak of bad luck in the courtroom, although that copyright lawsuit remains open.

Quavo Hit With $700K Judgement Over Valet Assault

Elsewhere, there’s other news in Quavo’s life that is much more important and heartening to report on. He and Offset had a call following Rich Homie Quan’s tragic passing, further squashing the mysterious beef between the former Migos teammates. Of course, many fans likely remember that this isn’t the first time that they reconciled due to tragedy. Similar hatchet burials took place after Takeoff’s loss, but it seems like they still had (and possibly have) a lot to discuss.

Back to Quavo’s extracurriculars, another recent film crossover of his was his Ty Dolla $ign collab “IF I FALL” off of the Transformers One soundtrack. We’re sure that some more music releases are on the way, and that he will continue to address any legal issue promptly and responsibly. On that note, we’ll see what comes of that copyright lawsuit, and at least this valet issue is over six years later.

Diddy Earns Minor Legal Victory After Judge Dismisses $100 Million Judgement From Michigan Inmate

Diddy may be in federal custody right now, but at least he’s not going to have to fork out $100 million. According to a recent report from TMZ, Judge Anna Marie Anzalone is tossing out the sexual assault lawsuit from current Michigan inmate Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith. The reason being is because Mr. Cardello-Smith “failed to prove he effectively served the lawsuit in accordance with Michigan law”. The mogul’s attorney, David Fink, was the one who was able to orchestrate this victory.

If you remember, Mr. Cardello-Smith says he experienced a sexual assault encounter with Diddy back at a Detroit, Michigan party in 1997. The time in between the act and the filing of the lawsuit is key here for this reason too. Judge Anzalone is also removing the motion from the convicted felon that would have prohibited Diddy from selling assets to cover the costs. She’s doing this because she’s almost 100 percent certain the Bad Boy Records founder will win this case based on statute of limitations alone.

Prior to this new update, Diddy was going to have to pay installments of $10 million, but that’s only because he didn’t issue a response. On September 12 was when he filed the motion that was accepted today to have it waived. Now, Diddy will most likely request to have this entire lawsuit wiped, but always stick with us no matter what the next step is.

What are your thoughts on Diddy securing a small win against the Michigan prisoner? Is this going to be the only legal issue he wins moving forward? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Diddy. 6ix9ine Hit With Harsh Penalty Following “Stoopid” Copyright Judgement

6ix9ine has lost a copyright infringement case related to his song “Stoopid” after the United States District Court ruled against him in a lawsuit brought by Seth Gordon. The case settles around the use of Gordon’s “Yung Gordon Intro” musical composition, for which he owns the copyright registration. The radio drop plays for nine seconds at the beginning of the track.

The case came down to a default judgment against 6ix9ine, as the controversial rapper failed to respond to the lawsuit in an appropriate amount of time. In addition to turning over profits from the song, “Stoopid,” he must also use profits from his album Dummy Boy to cover the judgment. The damages amount to 1/13th of the profits from the album, amounting to $61,538.46. He’ll also have to pay Gordon’s legal fees, which add up to another $12,000.

Rick Ross Feels The Game’s Wrath After Mocking Him For Potential Home Seizure

Earlier this week, it was reported that The Game could lose his home, as his alleged battery victim Priscilla Rainey takes steps to collect her $7 million judgment. While this is certainly bad news for the “How We Do” performer, it appears to have put a pep in Rick Ross’ step. He took to Instagram recently to share an AllHipHop article about the potential seizure, seemingly mocking him for it. Unsurprisingly, The Game wasn’t happy about this, and quickly took to his DMs to fire back.

“Even if I lost my house, which I’m not.. you still gone be a fat b*tch n***a!!!!!” he told Ross. “That Ozempic gone kill you before the twinkies do hoe a** n***a.” He went on to share the DMs on his Instagram Story, tagging Ross. “Since we @’n n***a,” he added. “Here you got b***h!!! @richforever.”

Ross went on to fire back with a video on his own Instagram Story, making it clear that he has no sympathy for The Game. “One thing, man, if your money ain’t right, man, you gotta plan years and years and years and years and years ahead,” he explained. “That’s why you hustle, right? You hustle hard, you hustle wise. Can’t be an emotional square l*me n***a ‘cause n****s is gonna sit back and toast. Toast! I mean they can’t wait to toast to your demise.

The Game Might Have To Give Up His House To His Battery Accuser After Legal Loss

The Game just faced another legal hurdle in Priscilla Rainey’s case against him, which stems from an initial 2016 lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery. Back then, he lost the case and faced a default judgement of a little over $7 million for failing to show up in court. However, after Rainey accused the rapper of creating shell companies to avoid fulfilling these obligations for compensation, she won a second lawsuit against him alleging this behavior. Now, according to alleged court documents reportedly obtained by AllHipHop, she served him and his manager Wack 100 and plans to seize his house as part of her asset collection approved by the court to get the $7 million judgement.

Furthermore, a process server reportedly notified The Game and Wack 100 of a notice of levy, writ of execution, and more on Priscilla Rainey’s behalf. The home in question is in Calabasas, California, and both men appeared under the same address. Rainey had accused the Los Angeles native of giving the home’s deed to Wack in an attempt to prevent its loss in her judgement pursuit. Also, she subpoenaed his kids’ school district for proof of residence and attendance records after seizing his publishing and label.

For those unaware, Priscilla Rainey was a contestant on The Game’s reality TV show She’s Got Game on VH1, and he expressed previously that he didn’t want to pay his debt to her. “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines. Cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s**t!” The Game expressed on Instagram in 2016 concerning Rainey’s sexual battery lawsuit. “Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her.

“She got kicked off the show. As a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show ever even started,” The Game went on. “She [begged] for my attention the entire time we shot the show & [I gave her] the ultimate Major League Baseball CURVE ball so that upset her & made her lil wee wee hard so she did what all chicks like her do when life gives them no other options…. They sue you!

Nicki Minaj’s Team Called Out By Concert Promoter To Collect Lawsuit Judgement

Nicki Minaj left the Met Gala only to find herself in another legal tight spot, although this seems like it has little to do with her own actions or statements. Moreover, according to court documents reportedly obtained by RadarOnline, a former concert promoter by the name of BS Associates Company Limited (BSA) requested a L.A. Superior Court judge to provide access to third-party witnesses for questioning in their attempts to speak to her team about her assets as they try to collect a million-dollar judgement from her. They previously received a $1.4 million award from Minaj’s company, Pink Personality, for a 2018 deal to perform in China that fell through.

Furthermore, BSA requested that Nicki Minaj’s business manager, an accountant from the NKSFB firm, a William Morris Endeavor agent, and her financial advisor be ordered to appear in court to answer questions about the rapper’s assets. BSA also wants access to Pink Personality records and those of its affiliates in order to “aid the satisfaction of the Judgement” by any means necessary. This includes not only looking at her own assets and business partnerships, but that of Pink Personality and the affiliated parties that either got a mention in this filing or escaped it. However, the judge in this case still hasn’t ruled whether the court will allow this proposal to rope the wider team into this.

Initially, BSA filed an arbitration claim against Pink Personality in 2022 over allegations that Nicki Minaj agreed to a September 18, 2018 concert. They claim that they sent a seven-figure amount for her CAA agents to hold in an escrow account. Not only that, but the suit alleges that Queen Barb asked for them to release $250,000 from this account two weeks before the scheduled show, which they complied with. Still, she did not go to the concert, and the promoter’s accusations also included the supposition that they attempted to reschedule the show.

Meanwhile, this filing also claims that Nicki Minaj considered a rescheduling but only if they released “additional funds” from the escrow as a “sign of good faith, which they allegedly did through another $250K release. But despite reportedly repeated attempts, she did not reschedule the performance, and BSA got $1.4 million in judgement from Pink Personality in arbitration, plus interest. Following a November 2023 request for L.A. Superior Court to confirm the arbitration award and begin the collection process, it seems like BSA is now on the hunt for their due cash. We’ll see whether this is just a bump in the road or a larger issue for the superstar.

The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Claims He’s Only Paid $500K Of $7M Judgement

The Game’s 44th birthday recently came and went, an occasion that actually had him feeling quite emotional over his love for his daughter, Cali. However, that celebration quickly became a point that shielded him from other issues in his legal life. Moreover, Priscilla Rainey- who accused the rapper of sexual assault back in 2015- claims that he’s only paid $500K of the $7 million judgement that the court entitled her to. This is according to court documents reportedly obtained by Radar Online, and the incident itself dates back to his VH1 dating show She’s Got Game. At that point, the California MC allegedly sexually abused her, claims which he has denied for almost a decade at this point.

Furthermore, this claim of innocence fueled The Game and his manager Wack 100 to eschew payments to Rainey. For those unaware, this case led to a failure to get her lump sum in the lawsuit, but still won the $7 million judgement. After this failure for Rainey to reimburse and a dismissed motion for a new trial, she reportedly gained access to royalties from his album Born 2 Rap and ownership of his independent label, Prolific Records. Wack stood by the claim that he still owns those royalties, whereas his client’s often said in interviews that he doesn’t plan on coughing this dough up.

The Game’s Sexual Assault Case Isn’t Finished Yet, His Accuser Claims

Not only that, but back in 2021, Priscilla Rainey motioned to access his revenue from The Game and Wack 100’s alleged “shell companies,” and accused her alleged abuser of committing fraud by flip-flopping money, finances, and asset rights between these businesses and his management. ““To date, after years of multi-state litigation to discover and executive on [his] assets, Rainey has collected approximately $500,000.00 on the $7,130,100.00 Judgment, which is exclusive of interest and costs,” her attorney expressed via written statement in her latest motion’s filing.

“[Wack 100] and [The Game] conspired together to transfer and conceal [The Game’s] assets by transferring them among themselves and shell companies under their control,” the motion continued. “No one need guess about [their] intent to not pay the Judgment owed by [him] to Rainey, as they have made it abundantly clear in various social media posts that they never intend to pay a dime to Rainer on her judgment.” Earlier this year, she seemed to also try to use Universal Music Group to seize these assets and finances. A trial to settle this debt will commence later in December, if the schedule remains. For more news and the latest updates on The Game, come back to HNHH.

Cardi B And Tasha K’s Legal Battle At A Standstill

Last year, a judge awarded Cardi B nearly $4 million in her defamation lawsuit against Tasha K. Back in May, the internet personality filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and her documents unveiled her assets. It quickly became clear that the gossip blogger had no way of paying off her debt to Cardi anytime soon.

In August, Tasha K offered the rapper just a small fraction of what she owes her, $220k. She proposed this as part of a payment plan, which had to be submitted within a month of her bankruptcy filing. The “Bongos” performer turned down her offer. She stated that Tasha K had chances to take back the damaging claims she made about her, but didn’t. “Defendant was given multiple opportunities to retract the false and defamatory statements and videos, but Defendant steadfastly refused to do so,” Cardi’s objection filed by her lawyer reads.
