Ski Mask The Slump God Takes To The Streets Of ‘Shibuya’ On His New Single

Ski Mask The Slump God has made a long-awaited return. Tonight (March 15), the elusive rapper kicked off the chapter of his upcoming album, 11th Dimension, which is set to arrive later this year. Signifying the new beginning is the album’s lead single, “Shibuya.”

Over a technological, video game-like beat, Ski Mask reminds everyone that while six years have passed since his debut album, Stokeley, he’s not leaving the rap game anytime soon. He maintains his brash, rough delivery — making it feel that although he’s been away for a minute, it’s like he never left.

“For the right price, he’ll do ya / That’s my right-hand man / We out in Shibuya, outside in Japan / Striped sweater on me like Krueger, huh, what’s it to ya? / Introduce you to my new gun, this Ruger in my pants,” Ski Mask raps on the song’s chorus.

“Shibuya” marks Ski Mask’s first solo single in two years, his most recent being “Ooga Booga.” He also appears on the Lyrical Lemonade album All Is Yellow on a track called “Fly Away” with Sheck Wes.

This Sunday (March 17), Ski Mask will perform at Rolling Loud for a 45-minute set on the Ethika Stage.

In the meantime, you can see listen to “Shibuya” above.

Flo Milli, SZA, And Cardi B Bring Feminine Mystique To Their ‘Never Lose Me’ Remix

At long last, Flo Milli has shared her long-awaited sophomore album, Fine Ho, Stay. To celebrate the milestone, the Alabama rapper has shared a remix to her viral hit, “Never Lose Me.” On the remix, Flo is joined by Cardi B and SZA — and the three of them issue a reminder that they’re not the ones to take for granted.

Flo’s verses remain the same as those on the original, however, SZA gives the song a little bit more romantic flair.

“Hit me up, I’ll blow your mind / He speed in a Jeep with his hand on my booty / He touchin’ on me, I get goofy / From the ‘burbs, actin’ bougie,” she rap-sings on her verse.

Cardi steps in with some more heat, and as one can expect, adds some clever, yet hilarious one-liners.

“He love me, ain’t no need for no groupies / Hit Miami, I’m struttin’ my two-piece / On the beach, actin’ bad, we on Tubi / He don’t never ever wanna lose me,” Cardi raps.

You can listen to the “Never Lose Me” remix above.

Fine Ho, Stay is out now via RCA. Find more information here.

Cardi B is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.

Wendy Williams’ Guardian Shares New Details Of Her Condition In Unsealed Docuseries Lawsuit

Fans have been up in arms about Lifetime’s new docuseries Where Is Wendy Williams? since before it was even released. Early previews gave viewers an intimate look at some of the personality’s most vulnerable moments. She opened up about her financial struggles, clashed with her staff, and more. It didn’t help that only days before the first episode of the doc came out, it was revealed that Williams was diagnosed with dementia and aphasia in 2023. Of course, this prompted even more suspicion that the icon was exploited by producers, though they deny knowing of her diagnosis before filming.

Last month, Williams’ temporary guardian Sabrina Morrissey filed a lawsuit against Lifetime’s parent company in an attempt to prevent the doc from coming out. Ultimately, her attempt was unsuccessful. Now, however, previously sealed documents from the suit have been unveiled. The docs reveal details of Williams’ current condition, as well as Morrissey’s argument.

Sabrina Morrissey Claims Wendy Williams Needs Daily Supervision

Wendy Williams attends the 50th anniversary celebration of Wilhelmina with co-host Patti Hansen on November 14, 2017 in New York City.

In her suit, Morrissey claimed that Williams wasn’t capable of handling her own business affairs when she signed the contract. She also said Williams couldn’t handle her executive producer role to ensure she was portrayed in a dignified light. According to her, Williams needs constant supervision to “ensure her safety, well-being, and comfort, and to preserve her dignity.”

Morrissey maintains that the docuseries was pitched to her as an uplifting comeback story. She also claims that she believed she’d have an opportunity to watch the final cut before it aired. Obviously, that didn’t happen, and countless fans and peers think producers did the beloved talk show host dirty. What do you think of Where Is Wendy Williams? Cardi B Weighs In On Going 50/50

While it appears as though fans will have to wait to hear more about her and Offset, she did recently share her take on relationships in general. Specifically, she weighed in on partners splitting finances 50/50, revealing that she’s in full support of it. According to her, it’s unreasonable to believe that someone can support two people by themselves, particularly in this current economy. She emphasized couples working together to reach their goals, financial and otherwise, noting how social media can skew the public’s expectations in relationships.

While that sentiment alone hasn’t gotten her too much pushback, some viewers are taking issue with the fact that she said she’s “not a feminist anymore.” Fans and critics alike are sounding off in The Neighborhood Talk‘s comments section to share their own opinions. “And boom just like that I’m team Nicki,” one commenter says. “Girl bye,” another writes. Others think what she’s saying is fair, and some urge others to just focus on their own relationships. What do you think of Cardi B’s take on going 50/50? Do you agree with her or not? What about her claiming that she no longer considers herself a feminist? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.
