The Hip-Hop streets are still waiting on the Clipse reunion album, Let God Sort Em Out, and we may be closer. Hitting Instagram, Malice took a picture in front of a monitor reading “Def Jam Welcomes Clipse.”
According to HipHopDX, the duo have inked a deal with the label.
Earlier this year, King Push revealed to Complex he has been working on music in Paris.
Journalist Jordan Rose asked Push about the status of his Gangsta Grillz project and more. King Push gave insight into his creative process.
“I will say, there’s been a lot of work happening in Paris here lately, and it ain’t just fashion,” Push said. “People have been seeing the Clipse and seeing myself walking fashion shows and I’ve been in Paris a lot here lately. But it ain’t been all fashion. I will say that much.
“And shout out to DJ Drama. When it comes to the DJ Drama brand and Gangsta Grillz and how he feeds the streets, and what I do lyrically, bringing that together, we can hit any bar set.”
He later gave a timeline regarding solo Push or a return of Clipse: “I would 100% bet that you’re going to get new music from one of those entities that you just named. It’s going to be a win-win situation.”
Gucci Mane has delivered an all killer and no filler mixtape in the form of Greatest Of All Trappers. However, he isn’t alone on this release, as the legendary DJ Drama is back alongside the Atlanta native, making this a Gangsta Grillz Edition. Here, you are receiving 12 tracks of straight-forward trap bangers, all of which further prove why Guwop is one of the greatest trap artists to ever pick up a microphone. While this project doesn’t have any other goals besides getting you hyped, the mixing and production quality certainly feels album worthy. It all sounds crystal clear and snappy, something that you cannot say about past Gucci mixtapes. Although, that’s why those projects have so much charm and a cult following.
So, if you are looking for that type of listening experience, you may be let down. However, if you are here for slappers, you will leave satisfied. Gucci Mane announced this mixtape about 48 hours ago via social media, writing, “Greatest Of All Trappers the GangsterGrillz mixtape dropping Friday hosted by @djdrama all real Gucci fans drop a if y’all ready!! Hardest project of the year!!! #GreatestOfAllTrappers ”. After doing some digging though, this seems to just be phase one of this project. Another version is coming in the middle of October, the 17th to be specific. It will have 24 tracks, with disc one presumably including these Gangsta Grillz Edition cuts, and disc two being all new material. For now, though, check out this version with the links below.
It’s 2009 again. Any Gucci Mane fan will tell you that when he and DJ Drama link up, magic happens. Fans of the trap star, get ready for another dose as he and Dram have announced the new Gangsta Grillz mixtape, Greatest Of All Trappers.
“Greatest Of All Trappers the GangsterGrillz mixtape dropping Friday hosted by @djdrama all real Gucci fans drop a [goat emoji] if y’all ready!! Hardest project of the year!!! #GreatestOfAllTrappers,” Gucci announced.
Gucci Mane has grown to become quite the icon in trap music and part of that is due to his extensive mixtape catalog. Overall, he has countless miniseries such as Wilt Chamberlain, East Atlanta Santa, So Icy, and many more. However, if there’s one thing to know about Guwop, it’s that he will always be ready to drop something new. That will be the case this coming weekend when Gucci Mane and DJ Drama put out Greatest Of All Trappers. As it is most of the time with the latter, this will be a Gangsta Grillz tape and fans can expect it Friday, August 16.
These two have plenty of tracks and projects together, so the chemistry should be extremely effortless. Gucci Mane made the announcement on his Instagram about 24 hours ago with tons of excitement. “Greatest Of All Trappers the GangsterGrillz mixtape dropping Friday hosted by @djdrama all real Gucci fans drop a if y’all ready!! Hardest project of the year!!! #GreatestOfAllTrappers ”. A lot of trap superstars were in the comments section getting hyped about the release.
Metro Boomin, Zaytoven, Quavo, Quality Control’s CEO, and more were all giving this announcement a stamp of approval. The tracklist sits at 12 songs and includes the singles “Chanel Bag” with JT, and his Diddy diss track, “TakeDat”. Interestingly, this looks to be a two-part release. On Apple Music it shows a separate cover and a much later release date. A 24-track version is apparently coming on October 17, and it looks to include this first set dropping on Friday. Greatest Of All Trappers will follow up on Gucci’s collab effort with B.G. and his 16th studio album, Breath of Fresh Air, both of which were released last year.

Florida’s C Stunna is coming through this summer with his latest work. On July 26, the rising star released his highly anticipated Gangsta Grillz mixtape, Still Stuntin. The tape is his first of 2024, and his first since 2021’s Stone Cold Stunna. The legendary hip-hop tastemaker and creator of the Gangsta Grillz series DJ Drama hosts the tape. This is the latest in Drama’s Gangsta Grillz revival, which began when Tyler, The Creator enlisted him for the Grammy-winning Call Me If You Get Lost in 2021. Still Stuntin places heavy emphasis on C Stunna’s flexing, as well as his ability to provide high-energy, heavy-hitting tracks, a trademark of Florida hip-hop.
The tape features the buzzing single “Curtis Jackson” with Philadelphia rapper Skrilla. The video for that song has over 2.2 million views on YouTube since C Stunna released the song in April. “Lose Control” features Real Boston Richey. The two of them rap over a bass-heavy beat in line with the current sound coming from C Stunna’s home state. It is not surprising that they brought the energy, as it’s what they do best. “No Pad or Pen” features a verse from a fellow rising star, former XXL Freshman Luh Tyler. He is on the road to releasing his own project in August. Still Stuntin is a confirmation of C Stunna’s rise through the ranks over the last few years. Above all, the mixtape is a celebration of the effort he’s put into building his career, effort rewarded in part by receiving a DJ Drama co-sign.

Louis Vuitton has named rapper Pusha T its latest house ambassador, showcasing Pharrell Williams’ knack for merging fashion and pop culture. Pusha T, renowned for his work with Clipse, has long been linked to Williams, who produced several tracks on his latest album, It’s Almost Dry. The relationship dates back to the Clipse’s debut album, Lord Willin’.
Pharrell Williams, the creative director of menswear at Vuitton since last year, continues to bring high-profile figures to the French fashion house. Pusha T, born Terrence LeVarr Thornton, and his brother No Malice were featured in Williams’ first show on the Pont Neuf bridge in Paris last June. This appointment highlights the deep-rooted relationship between the two Virginia Beach natives, cementing Pusha T’s influence in the fashion world.

With a thriving career spanning over two decades, DJ Drama has made a significant impact in the world of hip-hop. This remarkable figure results from his versatile talents as a DJ, record executive, and music producer. In this article, we will delve into the key aspects of DJ Drama’s career that have contributed to his impressive net worth.
DJ Drama Net Worth
As of 2024, Celebrity Net Worth estimates his net worth to be around $12 million.
Early Beginnings And Mixtape Success
DJ Drama, born Tyree Cinque Simmons, started his career in the late 1990s. He gained recognition in the early 2000s with the release of his iconic Gangsta Grillz mixtape series. These mixtapes featured well-known hip-hop artists such as Lil Wayne, T.I., and Young Jeezy. DJ Drama’s mixtapes played a crucial role in promoting these artists’ careers and helped establish his name in the industry.
Record Label
In addition to his success as a mixtape DJ, DJ Drama co-founded Generation Now, a record label, in 2013. The label has signed several prominent artists, including Lil Uzi Vert, Jack Harlow, and Skeme. Through Generation Now, DJ Drama has played a significant role in the success of these artists, contributing to his net worth.
Radio And Television Appearances
DJ Drama’s work in radio and television has also contributed to his net worth. He has hosted various radio shows, including his own show on SiriusXM’s Shade 45 channel. Furthermore, he has appeared as a guest on popular television shows such as RapFix Live.
Endorsements and Other Ventures
DJ Drama’s net worth is further boosted by his brand endorsements and partnerships. He has been associated with top brands such as Beats by Dre. These partnerships have not only helped increase his wealth but also solidified his reputation as a tastemaker in the music industry.
Outside of music, Drama has explored other ventures, including real estate investments. While the details of his property investments remain private, it is assumed that this aspect of his career has contributed to his net worth.
Conclusion/TLDR
DJ Drama’s estimated net worth of $12 million in 2024 is a testament to his hard work, versatility, and business acumen. From mixtapes and music production to record label management and brand endorsements, DJ Drama has consistently made an impact in the music industry. As he continues to grow his brand and explore new ventures, it is anticipated that his net worth will only increase in the years to come.
Pusha T and DJ Drama’s upcoming Gangsta Grillz mixtape is one of the most anticipated hip-hop projects right now… or is it? Of course, fans want it to hit physical and digital shelves, but a recent and confusing update suggests that it might be in limbo. Moreover, Drama responded on Wednesday (October 18) to a fan asking about the record on Twitter. Given that he only included a thinking emoji in his quote-tweet, fans quickly assumed that he might be “wondering” or “waiting on” an update just as much as fans are. Still, this is purely speculative, and it’s borderline impossible to tell what the Philly legend actually meant.
Considering the incredible run that both artists have had in the 2010s and 2020s, in addition to their decades-long careers, this Gangsta Grillz tape can’t be anything less than flames in fans’ eyes. Pusha T has multiple acclaimed albums under his belt, both recently as a solo artist and historically as a member of Clipse. On the other hand, DJ Drama is more in-demand than ever, with projects like Tyler, The Creator’s CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST and a first-ever Latino Gangsta Grillz mixtape with Puerto Rican trapper YOVNGCHIMI contributing to his strong presence in rap these days. He’s always been here, but more and more people are putting respect on his name that he deserves.
DJ Drama’s Vague Pusha T Gangsta Grillz Tape Update
Back in February, DJ Drama got things fired up during a Complex conversation on the 2023 Grammys red carpet. “The Pusha T Gangsta Grillz definitely gonna be spicy,” he said. “I feel like it could potentially be the next mixtape to win a Grammy.” Meanwhile, this is what the Virginia spitter had to say about the project in an interview with XXL this year. “I’m working on a special mixtape,” he remarked. “To have the fun I want to have. What I’m trying to do is restore the feeling in every aspect of this subgenre of music. And just of this cloth, of this taste level. I’m just trying to make people realize how viable this is. To show people that I can’t do what you do, but you definitely can’t do what I do. I have to show those differences. That’s the whole premise behind the mixtape.
“I just feel like to me, the Gangsta Grillz and the whole mixtape culture and scene is what I’m about,” Push continued. “That’s the purest form of hip-hop to me. The fact that Drama is having so much success, the fact that that’s what I love in hip-hop, I want to merge those worlds and see what happens. I’m going to be honest with you, seeing Drama’s mixtape with Tyler and how they won a Grammy, I was like, ‘Man, mixtapes really won a Grammy.’ So I’m trying to be a part of that culture as well.” For more news and (hopefully) more solid updates on DJ Drama and Pusha T, log back into HNHH.
Yo Gotti and his CMG team are ready to deliver another set of bangers. Hitting Instagram, Gotti announced Gangsta Art 2. This is the second collaboration project from the full label.
On Instagram, Gotti revealed the project will drop this Friday. The first single on the project is “Big Dawg,” pairing Moneybagg Yo with Sexyy Red. Additional singles will feature GloRilla, EST Gee, Big Boogie, Lil Poppa, Blac Youngsta, and more. You can see the announcement below.
Most recently, Yo Gotti, the Memphis native and CEO of CMG, dropped his latest Gangsta Grillz mixtape, I Showed U So, featuring collaborations with Moneybagg Yo and Rich Homie Quan. The 10-song mixtape with DJ Drama displays Gotti’s versatility, transitioning from gritty tracks like “Pop My Shit” to more romantic rhymes in “The One,” where he vulnerably raps about love and butterflies in his stomach.
The mixtape also reunites Gotti with Rich Homie Quan on their new collab, “Mandarin,” after their hit single “I Know” from Gotti’s acclaimed album “I Am” ten years ago.
I Showed U So is a long-awaited follow-up to Gotti’s breakthrough Gangsta Grillz project, I Told U So, released in 2006, which marked a turning point in his career. Now, 17 years later, Gotti celebrates the manifestation of his dreams and accomplishments.
The mixtape’s release follows Gotti’s “No Fake Love” single and video drop featuring Angela Simmons.
Additionally, I Showed U So marks Gotti‘s first solo release since his 11th studio album CM10: Free Game in February 2022, which achieved the highest-charting album of his career, debuting at No. 3 on the Billboard 200.
This week marks an exciting week for music, as fans and music enthusiasts anticipate a wave of fresh releases. CMG (Collective Music Group) head honcho, Yo Gotti, has unveiled the highly-anticipated sequel dropping this Friday (Sept. 29), Gangsta Art 2. This project is a follow up to his 2022 CMG compilation album, Gangsta Art. Now, Gangsta Art 2 is on the way, and audiences have something to look forward to. This announcement was made a few days ago via Gotti’s IG, where he posted a video clip that started by showing off the CMG logo. The entire video clip was in black in white, and had classical music playing in the background. Each CMG signee was also featured in the video.
Last summer, the first installment of Gangsta Art graced our ears, setting a precedent for what was to come. With 27 tracks of music for audiences to vibe out to, the project did not disappoint. It also featured several star-studded guest appearances, such as Kodak Black, Coi Leray, and more. Each artist signed to the label got a moment to shine. Now, the forthcoming sequel, Gangsta Art 2, raises the stakes even higher. It is poised to continue the legacy of its predecessor while offering an entirely new tracklist. Yo Gotti has meticulously crafted this project to be a testament to his commitment to artistic innovation and creativity.
As fans eagerly await the release of Gangsta Art 2, they can look forward to this showcase of not only Yo Gotti’s lyrical prowess but also his ability to curate a musical experience with his label that resonates with a diverse audience. Having successfully carved his own path in the music industry, Yo Gotti has demonstrated his commitment to supporting aspiring artists through his CMG label. In one a recent gesture for example, he gave a lavish Maybach as a birthday surprise to GloRilla, the talent behind the chart-topping hit “F.N.F.” This act of generosity exemplifies Gotti’s dedication to taking care of the artists on his team.
However, it’s not all about giving back for Yo Gotti; he’s also keen on maintaining the spotlight for himself. In a highly anticipated move, the Southern sensation has recently unveiled a sequel that has been long-awaited by fans. Teaming up once again with the acclaimed DJ Drama, they delivered their highly-anticipated Gangsta Grillz tape, aptly named I Showed U So. This project dropped in July of this year. And it serves as a testament to Yo Gotti’s evolution as an artist and his unwavering dedication to delivering music that resonates with his audience.
