Soulja Boy Faces Call To Be Banned From The U.K. Over His 21 Savage Comments

British rapper K-Trap wants Soulja Boy banned from entering the United Kingdom after his recent remarks while feuding with 21 Savage. He had made fun of 21 for being born in Great Britain, arguing that he wouldn’t be scared of someone from the region.

“We can’t let Soulja Boy come to the U.K.,” K-Trap said during an interview with Billy the Goat as caught by AllHipHop. He added: “That was disrespectful. Any [American rappers] that’s come and locked in with real street n****s know it’s serious.” K-Trap also mentioned rappers from the United States always staying in luxury hotels when they visit London.

As for Soulja’s beef with 21 Savage, he was upset with the rapper for defending Metro Boomin as the two were going at it on social media. “You think I’ma let a p*ssy-ass n***a from Britain talk to me crazy? You lame as f*ck, n***a,” he said on Instagram Live. “Take your p*ssy ass back to Britain, b*tch.” 21 fired back “I been in Atlanta since 1st grade lost my virginity there got shot there in and out of juvenile there. I went from the hospital in London straight to the projects yall think London is rodeo dr lol.” Soulja even continued to go after 21 despite eventually apologizing to Metro Boomin.

Travis Scott & Tyga’s Alleged Cannes Fight: What Happened?

The glamorous backdrop of the Cannes Film Festival took an unexpected turn when an altercation involving some big-name celebrities erupted. According to initial reports, Travis Scott and Tyga had allegedly gotten into a public fight. Naturally, this sparked significant buzz and speculation. This was especially true due to their shared history with reality TV star Kylie Jenner. However, new information has revealed that it wasn’t actually Tyga that Travis had gotten into a scuffle with. So, what really happened?

The Incident At Cannes

According to a source who spoke to E! News, Alexander “A.E.” Edwards fought with Travis at a party. On May 23, 2024, Travis Scott and Tyga were at “The After” party hosted by Richie Akiva, following the 2024 amFar Gala. Travis, Tyga, and A.E. were all on stage being introduced by the event’s host. The clash reportedly began when Travis allegedly snatched the mic out of Richie’s hand and threw it to the floor. A.E then tried to de-escalate the situation but Travis walked off stage, only to return with rapper and record producer, Southside. According to the source, Southside became aggressive with A.E., which led to him getting punched by A.E. The source stated: “Southside began to become aggressive with people on stage and pushed A.E… Things escalated when Southside decided to not calm down, so A.E. eventually punched Southside.

You may be wondering what all this had to do with Travis Scott. Well, the rapper became part of the incident when he allegedly tried to push A.E. off the stage. On the other hand, Tyga was spotted standing behind the DJ booth, seemingly unfazed by everything going on.  Security eventually intervened and managed to break up the fight without any serious injuries. After the incident, Travis Scott and Southside promptly left while A.E. and Tyga chose to stay and enjoy the party until the early morning, according to the source.

Is Kylie Jenner To Blame?

Videos of the scuffle soon circulated online, showing the chaotic scene and drawing widespread attention. Fans quickly speculated that the brawl began because of Tyga and Travis’s past connection to Kylie Jenner. Tyga and Kylie Jenner dated publicly from 2014 to 2017, during which time their relationship was often in the media spotlight. After their breakup, Kylie began dating Travis in 2017. The couple have two children together and finally split in 2023.

This shared romantic history has occasionally fueled rumors of rivalry between the two rappers. However, there has been no evidence to prove that the scuffle was because of the model. After all, Travis Scott and Tyga have had a few interactions over the years that have not led to fights. Both have also maintained successful music careers and have crossed paths at various industry events. For example, in 2022, Tyga supported Travis by attending Travis’s first performance since his 2021 Astroworld Festival. Altogether, the two rappers are evidently amicable and cordial with each other, at least in public. In the wake of the Cannes incident, neither Travis Scott, Tyga, A.E., Southside, nor Richie have made a public statement.

NLE Choppa Reveals Who Won Drake & Kendrick Lamar Battle

Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s lyrical feud continues to make headlines as it dies down. Countless social media users and peers have shared their take on the viral debacle, and who they believe came out on top. The consensus is that it was Kendrick, who unleashed “Meet The Grahams” on Drake less than an hour after “Family Matters” dropped. The cherry on top was “Not Like Us,” which has arguably become the most successful track to come out of the beef.

In a sneak peek of an upcoming interview with Billboard, NLE Choppa weighed in on who he believes won, but his answer may not be what one would expect. According to him, it all comes down to how each of the artists feels at the end of the day. Moreover, he thinks the real win would be if they teamed up to do a song together, which would undoubtedly leave fans in shambles.

NLE Choppa Says “The Real Win” Would Be Drake & Kendrick Coming Together To Do A Song

“I think the win is like, you know, how Kendrick go home and feel about it, and how Drizzy will go home and feel about it. I think the win would be like both of them coming together and doing a song together, I think that’s one of the most beautiful wins,” he explained. Kendrick and Drake’s beef isn’t all he discussed in the interview, however. He also opened up about his own issues with Blueface.

“I can kill you on the beat and then I call you and be like ‘Hey bro, I’m done f*cking with you,’” he explained. What do you think of NLE Choppa’s take on Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s beef? Do you agree that the real win would be them coming together to make a song, or not? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Kendrick Lamar & Pharrell Link In The Studio In Resurfaced Clip, Fans Relate It To Drake Beef

A clip of Pharrell praising a young Kendrick Lamar in the studio is resurfacing on social media amid the two rapper’s beef with Drake. Fans believe Pharrell was unhappy with Drake dissing him on the track, “Meltdown,” which prompted Lamar to call out Drake for doing so on his song, “Euphoria.” In the old video, Pharrell shares some advice for Lamar.

“All that jazz sh*t that you have in your music, that’s the sh*t man. Do not lose the producers,” Pharrell advises Lamar. “It’s interesting to me that you guys did harder music but with like the chords.” When Akademiks shared the clip on Instagram, fans had mixed responses. “Idc who you are, beefing with Pharrell is top tier cornball sh*t,” one user wrote. Another added: “Pharrell don’t give a f*ck about those chains lmfao. Drake acts like he stole it off his neck lmfao goofy.”

Following the release of Lamar’s Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, Pharrell labeled him one of the greatest songwriters of his generation during an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music 1. “Kendrick is one of the greatest writers of our times, and he is a great writer because he knows how to be very disciplined with a subject matter,” Pharrell explained. “He knows that stickiness is important, and he knows that it has to feel great. So when we were making Mr. Morale, I watched the rhythms hit him and I watched it just bubble to the surface, whatever the song was making him feel, and I watched him commit to that, and I watched him stay disciplined. He’s different.”

Machine Gun Kelly & Millyz Come Face To Face To Settle Their Long-Running Beef

Machine Gun Kelly and Millyz met up with one another in Cleveland over the weekend to put an end to their long-standing feud. In a clip from the meet-up shared by DJ Akademiks on Instagram, the two go off on their own to discuss their relationship before returning to a room of their peers to dap each other up.

Fans in the comments section loved to see the two rappers handle the situation amicably. “N***s won’t respect this. But this how it really should be. We meet up. Let’s talk about it cuz have the time it even that serious,” one fan wrote. Another added: This what I like to see!! There’s enough money for everybody. Millyz previously dissed Machine Gun Kelly during an appearance on DJ Cosmic Kev’s The Come Up Show Live, back in November. While rapping over the beat for N.O.R.E.’s “Blood Money Pt. 3,” he labeled MGK “goofy” and defended Jack Harlow after Kelly dissed him. Before that, Millyz took aim at the Cleveland native during an interview with VladTV in 2022. “MGK is garbage,” he said at the time. “He can’t rap, but he got a good rockstar image, but like I’m a real rapper. I really break down bars, syllables and words, so I look past image and flow. A lot of white rappers just came through and did that fast flow and said nothing, so he came in with a rockstar image and all of that, but you’re not nice though.”

DJ Akademiks Isn’t Happy With Lil Yachty’s Stance On Drake & Kendrick Lamar, Says Drake Needs A “Delusional” Friend

DJ Akademiks doesn’t think Lil Yachty is the type of friend Drake needs right now and instead wishes the Toronto rapper had a “delusional” friend who would back him up no matter what the context. He made the comments in response to Yachty discussing the feud on his A Safe Space podcast and admitting he has respect for both Drake and Kendrick Lamar.

“Yachty, and I f*ck with you, but I gotta agree with this fan,” he began, referencing a user critiquing Yachty for not sticking up more for Drake. “If I’m Drake, I need a delusional friend with me. I need the friend that I’m mad drunk in the club with and I’m stumbling all over the place and I stepped on somebody’s foot by mistake but then that person shoves me and rather than tryna figure it out like, ‘Oh, actually you stepped on his foot first,’ my delusional friend just comes over my shoulder with a punch. ‘Why the f*ck you touching Ak?!’ We can talk about the other sh*t later my n***a. I need my delusional friends right now. That’s what we need. I’ma keep it a bean, Drake needs one of those.” From there, Akademiks argued Drake needs to start making some new friends.

Lamar actually name-drops Yachty on his diss track, “Euphoria,” accusing him of ghostwriting for Drake. He admitted on his podcast that he wasn’t happy with the mention. “So many people kept calling and texting me with excitement of my name being used and for me it kinda just felt like… I really didn’t want anything to do with it,” Yachty confessed. “I got a ton of respect for both of these guys. Honestly, it was a cool thing to watch. I learned so much. It was an honor and blessing to be able to experience it firsthand.”

Baka Not Nice Seemingly Addresses Kendrick Lamar’s “Weird Case” Diss In Cryptic Statement

Baka Not Nice has seemingly addressed Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” diss, in which the Compton rapper accuses the longtime OVO member of having a “weird case.” In 2015, he pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman and was sentenced to six months in jail. Additionally, he was charged with forcing the woman into prostitution, but that case was dropped when she refused to testify.

On Sunday, he shared a picture of himself on his Instagram Story with a caption that seemingly addressed the situation. “I STAY WITH INTELLIGENT PPL I’M NOT A FOLLOWER YOU CAN’T LEAD ME TO NO SLAUGHTER MEN LIE WOMAN LIE BUT PAPERWORK CAN’T,” he wrote.

Baka isn’t the only member of OVO that Lamar brings up on the song. He raps: “They tell me Chubbs the only one that get your hand-me-downs / And Party at the party playin’ with his nose now / And Baka got a weird case, why is he around? / Certified Lover Boy? Certified pedophiles.” Drake fired back in response to the remarks with the song, “The Heart Part 6,” which he dropped a day after Lamar’s track. He raps: “Just for clarity, I feel disgusted, I’m too respected / If I was f*cking young girls, I promise I’d have been arrested / I’m way too famous for this sh*t you just suggested.” In the weeks since the chaotic weekend during which both artists dropped several diss tracks, the two have been silent.

TI Recalls Hearing Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” For The 1st Time At Usher’s House

TI says that he was at a barbecue at Usher’s house when he heard Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” for the first time. He detailed the moment the party caught wind of the diss track during a recent interview on Big Boy’s Neighborhood.

T.I. began by revealing that he’s been hearing the song played in the clubs. “I was at Usher’s house. We were having a little get-together. A barbecue or what have you,” he began. He added: “Any social circle you gather during that time period, that’s gonna be the conversation. So everybody was, just as you said, listening to the records as they dropped.” He then explained that as they were listening to “Family Matters,” T.I. noticed that “Not Like Us” dropped. “Those are moments that hip-hop created,” he said. From there, he revealed that they all went to the club and both diss tracks played. “It all stimulates the attention of this thing that we do, what we know and love so much. So, I think that any time you got two giants in a field that are worthy opponents, you know that can match wits with one another, I feel like it’s gon’ be good for the game,” he said.

Layzie Bone Isn’t Enjoying Kendrick Lamar & Drake’s Beef: “I’m A Fan Of Both Of Theirs”

Layzie Bone says he isn’t enjoying the battle between Kendrick Lamar and Drake and says hip-hop beefs in general are “counterproductive.” He discussed the feud during a recent appearance on The Maikon Show as caught by HipHopDX.

“I totally don’t like [Kendrick and Drake’s beef] because I’m a fan of both of theirs,” Layzie began, “I love Drake. I really, really admire Drake, I think his wordplay is immaculate. The music he put out is dope. I love Kendrick Lamar. Really love Kendrick Lamar. I would rather see them come together as a force as opposed to tearing down. I know a lot of people say [Hip Hop] was built on beef and all that – yeah, cool fine and dandy but I saw what that did to N.W.A. I’m cut from that cloth. I was fortunate enough to be a kid on the block living that life, that story they was telling. Having that be my favorite group and then that time they spent beefing and wasting.”

He continued: “I also got to see Eazy-E wanting to put his group back together but they couldn’t because they wasted so many times and he ended up passing away. I saw what it did to Biggie and Pac. It’s divisive. To me, it’s counterproductive to where we could really be. It’s cool, I could battle rap. I could write a rap about you and what I think is funny and make people laugh or humiliate you and try to make you seen in a light that you don’t wanna see yourself in. But I don’t feel like… Maybe I’m older. But it’s not a place that I wanna be in because if you really gon’ beef, I think you should try boxing or MMA or something like that. Soulja Boy Apologizes To Metro Boomin For Making Fun Of His Late Mother, Says He’s Going To Therapy

Soulja Boy has apologized to Metro Boomin for bringing up his late mother in several posts on Twitter in recent days. Additionally, he says he’s going to start going to therapy. He started going after the producer in response to a resurfaced tweet from 2012 in which he threw shade his way. “I apologize to @MetroBoomin for over reacting over an old tweet,” Soulja began on Wednesday. “Condolences to his mom. I’m going to seek therapy and anger management. I’m done responding to hate, new or old.”

When The Neighborhood Talk shared the post on Instagram, fans weren’t quick to forgive Soulja. “This isn’t funny. It’s disgusting. His mother was murdered in cold blood by someone who was supposed to love her. And on top of that he took his own life so Metro will never get justice,” one user wrote. Another added: “Some things even apologies can’t fix.”
