According to TMZ, Woods hired Herman in 2014, which led to a relationship. Once the couple arrived to 2017, Woods forced Herman to sign a non-disclosure agreement “or else be fired from her job.”

Herman’s attorneys state the requirement of the NDA led to sexual harassment due to the nature of their relationship.

A second incident was said to have occurred in 2022, citing Woods kicking her out of the home as a moment of sexual harassment, once again due to the nature of their relationship.

“The landlord made the availability of her housing conditional on her having sexual relationship with a co-tenant,” the docs read. “That conduct amounts to sexual harassment under federal and Florida fair housing laws.”

Herman is seeking $30 million in damages from Woods.

Tiger Woods Responds To Ex-GF’s $30 Million Lawsuit

Tiger Woods is currently in the midst of a few issues involving his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman. Firstly, we reported on how she was trying to have her NDA with Tiger revoked. Overall, Herman believes the NDA is invalid due to the Speak Out Act. This is an act that invalidates NDAs in instances of alleged abuse. Moreover, Herman launched a $30 million lawsuit against Woods. Within this lawsuit, Herman claims that Tiger had kicked her out of his house, despite a verbal agreement stating that she could live at his mansion for five years post-breakup.

In Herman’s lawsuit, she claimed that Woods’ people took her to the airport, claiming she was going on vacation. Subsequently, they told her that she was kicked out of the house and wasn’t allowed back in. Allegedly, they had changed the locks in an attempt to get her out of there. These were some heavy allegations that certainly painted the golfing legend in a bad light. However, he and his legal team are now clapping back.

According to TMZ, court documents from Woods claim that a verbal agreement never existed between the two. “During their relationship, Mr. Woods invited Ms. Herman to live with him as his guest in the Residence. Mr. Woods never negotiated an oral tenancy agreement with Ms. Herman,” the statement read. “Nor was there ever a written tenancy agreement between Mr. Woods or the Trust, on the one hand, and Ms. Herman, on the other hand. Mr. Woods never transferred to Ms. Herman any ownership interest in or rights of possession to the Residence.”

Additionally, his lawyers are saying that Woods gave Herman a large sum of money. This money was so that Herman could go out and get herself a house. Either way, it is clear that this is a he-said-she-said situation right now. It is a developing story, so be sure to stay tuned to HNHH for updates. Tiger Woods’ Lawyers Speak Out Amid Legal Battle With Ex Erica Herman

PGA Tour star Tiger Woods is making headlines after allegedly tricking his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, into leaving his Jupiter, Florida mansion where they lived together for six years. According to reports, Herman, 38, is suing the 47-year-old professional golfer following their breakup in October for $30 million amid claims she had an oral agreement with Woods’ “Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust,” which is the legal owner of his mansion. The alleged agreement Herman stated allowed her to live at the property for 11 years and claims there is a “breach of duty” that has left her suffering “severe” emotional damages.

Herman’s lawsuit, handled by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Martin County, Florida, claims she should have been allowed to live in the property for five more years and that Woods is “terrified” over claims of “another scandal.” In the alleged oral agreement, Herman claims she provided “valuable services” at Woods’ request as part of the “oral tenancy agreement” to reside at the Florida mansion for the specified duration. However, the athlete’s lawyers told officials that the two never had a written or oral tenancy agreement and that his ex lived at the Florida residence as a “guest.”

In addition, they claim the trust owns “only a limited remainder interest” in his Florida mansion. The report adds that Herman’s specified grievances are against Woods and not the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust that owns the home. Attorneys for the 15-time major golf champion reportedly filed a motion to intervene amid claims that Herman sued the trust to avoid an agreement she had made with Woods to arbitrate all disputes.

According to ESPN, Herman, who worked as a general manager of Woods’ restaurant before entering into a personal relationship with him, is requesting a judge to remove her from an NDA she signed back in August 2017. Herman states the nondisclosure agreement, reportedly signed by both Woods and the plaintiff, was wrongfully forced upon her and cited the “Speak Out Act.” In her court filings, she alleged that the 82-time PGA Tour winner sexually abused her. Reports say that there were no provided details as to what the alleged abuse entailed.

According to the latest court filing notes, Woods started arbitration proceedings on Dec. 22 to establish that Herman has no right to live in his residence and is not entitled to monetary damages from him. However, ESPN reports those proceedings stopped on Jan. 26 after Herman stated her claims alleging breach of an oral tenancy agreement involve a “sexual harassment dispute” and cannot be compelled to arbitrate. Tiger Woods Sued For $30 Million By Ex-Girlfriend: Details

Tiger Woods is currently in the news right now and it is all because of some developments involving his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman. According to TMZ, Herman is now looking to sue Woods for $30 million. Overall, this is because she alleges that he tried to kick her out of his house. Although the two lived together for six years, Herman revealed in her lawsuit that she never paid rent. However, she claims to have performed “valuable services” which ultimately allowed her to earn her keep in the home.

Herman is accusing Tiger and his people of concocting an elaborate scheme to kick her out. Essentially, despite their break up, they had an oral agreement that allowed her to stay in the home for five more years. However, she was then convinced to pack her bags for a solo vacation. As TMZ reports, she then got to the airport where she was told that the locks had been changed at the house. Additionally, they allegedly took $40K from her and accused her of getting it through dubious means. Tiger’s people have issued a response claiming that no such oral agreement ever existed.

Tiger Woods Allegations

Yesterday, we also reported on another filing by Herman. Woods’ ex-girlfriend wants her NDA with Tiger revoked. She is trying to use the Speak Out Act, which makes all NDAs invalid when there is evidence of some sort of sexual abuse. Moreover, Herman was claiming that Tiger’s trust was intimidating her into not speaking out about the relationship. Overall, these are some massive insinuations, and it could all get very ugly.

As for Tiger Woods himself, he has yet to comment on any of this. This remains a developing story, and we’re sure more details will come out very soon. That said, stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest news and updates. Additionally, let us know what you think of this situation, down below.
