Damson Idris & Lori Harvey Wish Fans A Happy Easter After He Lands Movie Role Opposite Brad Pitt

Damson Idris’ most notable project to date (aside from his ongoing romance with Lori Harvey) would have to be his work on FX’s Snowfall. Aside from taking on the role of Franklin Saint, he also made waves with his appearance in Donald Glover’s Swarm. Though it was short-lived, his steamy sex scene with Chloe Bailey certainly kept the English actor fresh in viewer’s finds. Now, to top all of that, Idris has more celebrating to do with the announcement of his casting opposite Brad Pitt in an upcoming original film from Apple.

The news came on Friday (April 7), via Deadline. Joseph Kosinski will be directing, and Idris will reportedly play the role of a race car driver in the F1-oriented story. It’s been said that dozens of actors were considered for the coveted part, but ultimately, the 31-year-old won producers over with his charm. “The untitled feature follows Pitt as a racer who comes out of retirement to mentor a younger driver and take his final stab at glory on the track as the younger driver’s teammate,” the outlet reports. Not only are fans of Idris celebrating the big news, but his girlfriend made sure to give the actor his flowers too.

Damson Idris’ Career Continues to Soar

Reposting an announcement from The Hollywood Reporter on her Instagram Story this weekend, Harvey praised her man with a simple but effective “!!!!!!!” Seeing as the two are currently on the baecation of their dreams together, it’s likely she was able to shower him with much more praise during their time soaking up the sun together. Following that, the model also shared a sweet selfie with her man, showing them both sun-kissed and smiling in the tropics.

“Happy Easter 🤍,” she wrote in small white font near the bottom of the screen. While some haters previously claimed that Lori Harvey and Damson Idris were lacking chemistry during their red carpet debut, the couple has been proving the opposite to be true in recent weeks. Blac Chyna’s Easter Photos: Model Worships Massive Cross In Stunning Gown After Baptism

If you thought Blac Chyna, now known as Angela White, was joking about returning to her religious roots, her latest Instagram posts will certainly shock you. In celebration of today’s Easter holiday (April 9), the mother of two donned an over-the-top pink and white gown with matching gloves to model alongside a massive cross. Her feed began lighting up earlier this morning, the first of her three posts simply showing off her designer dress in all its glory. “‘Watch, stand fast in faith. Be brave, be strong.’ 1 Corinthians 16:13,” she also wrote in the caption, quoting a popular bible verse to her 16.9M followers.

Shortly afterward, White added another photo to her grid, this one showing off the back of her outfit as she stands at the foot of a larger-than-life crucifix. “And he said to them, ‘Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified,’” the description on this post reads, referring to another bible quote. “‘He has risen; he is not here. See the place where they laid Him.’ Mark 16:6.” Thus far, the comments seem to mostly be from those those welcoming the Californian back into her faith, which she’s been enthusiastically embracing as of late.

Blac Chyna’s Extravagant Easter Outfit

To end off her series, the Rob & Chyna reality star shared an edit of her posing, arms up and eyes closed, as the image of the aforementioned image cross overlaps her figure. “‘For I am with you, no one will attack you to hurt you.’ Acts 18:10,” White wrote alongside that one. It remains unclear exactly why she chose each verse, though the final one is interestingly timed following her mother, Tokyo Toni’s apparent attempt to wish death upon her daughter. While the hate from her own maker is undeniably difficult to deal with, the former OnlyFans creator was able to shake it off in a recent interview.

“That’s just the devil, that’s just the enemy and guess what I’m not going for it,” Angela White declared earlier this month. “I’m a really intelligent person. If you look at her video she always says ‘Chyna, my daughter Chyna. She never says my daughter Angela. So guess what those gifts that she’s trying to send this way, they’re not directed towards me. My name is Angela. My name is not Chyna. So direct that somewhere else.” Keep scrolling to see the entertainer’s Easter IG photos, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.
