This includes Sauce Walka, who took to X today to weigh in on the results of the election. Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung released a statement today, per Washington Post, confirming that Harris and Trump spoke today and that she congratulated him on the win. “President Trump acknowledged Vice President Harris on her strength, professionalism, and tenacity throughout the campaign, and both leaders agreed on the importance of unifying the country,” Cheung said. Reportedly, they also “discussed the importance of a peaceful transfer of power and being a president for all Americans.”

Not everyone is disappointed by Harris’ loss, as several social media users and peers have also had positive reactions to the news. 50 Cent, for example, recently took to Instagram to congratulate Trump on his victory. “I don’t care how the fight goes, I’m leaving with the winner s***. This was far from all Cardi had to say about the election results, however. In a now-deleted video, she also suggested that some states might experience hurricanes as a result of their Trump support. “This is why some of y’all states be getting hurricanes,” she said. It remains unclear exactly why Cardi decided to delete the video. It’s possible she was receiving backlash for it, or thought she had taken her shade a bit too far.

Her remark comes just days after she shut down a Tweet from Elon Musk, who called her a “puppet” for speaking at Harris’ rally. “I’m not a puppet Elon,” she wrote at the time, “I’m a daughter of two immigrant parents that had to work their a** off to provide for me! YG & Nipsey Hussle’s “FDT” Remains A Major Anthem For A Lot Of Americans Today

It’s another divisive day in America as Donald Trump just won the 2024 election overnight. The Republican representative won and in pretty convincing fashion, taking 277 of a possible 538 electoral votes. Kamala Harris made things interesting in the final stretch, ultimately finishing with 224 votes. Some are rejoicing and others are fearful for what the next four years will look like in the U.S. Overall, presidential elections are always going to lead to a lot of stress regardless of how qualified the candidates are or not in the eyes of the general population. That was definitely true in 2016 when Trump first got into office with many musicians (especially hip-hop artists) voicing the concerns for the country.

YG and Nipsey Hussle were pretty much the voices in that regard of the anti-Trump movement back then with their West Coast anthem, “FDT.” Since last night, many have been running to social media already to tag YG asking for a part three or asking Amazon Alexa to play the track. The song released as a single back on March 30, 2016 and would eventually land on his excellent record from that same year, Still Brazy. “FDT” became an immediate target for the Secret Service for its blatant lyrical jabs at the now current POTUS, with certain lines getting cut. The music video was also a major story, as the video shoot was interrupted by local police. No arrests were made, but numerous citations were handed out. YG and Nip might have ruffled some feathers, but they gave a voice to those who didn’t have enough standing.

Ross’ first stream with Trump took place in August, and various clips from it quickly went viral. Ross even gifted Trump a Rolex and a custom Tesla Cybertruck at the time. Shortly after the stream, Trump took to Truth Social to acknowledge the record-breaking interview. “Congratulations to Adin and his wonderful mother, father, and family, who I had the pleasure to meet,” he wrote in part. “Thank you also to Barron Trump for the introduction to your friend, Adin. Young people are the future of America.” A few days later, Ross announced that he’d be doing another stream with Trump if he won the election.

Fani Willis Wins Reelection Despite Brutal Night For Democrats

Fani Willis, the Georgia prosecutor known for bringing charges against former President Donald Trump over his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election as well as spearheading the case against Young Thug and his YSL associates, has won her bid for reelection in Fulton County as the District Attorney. In doing so, she defeated Republican challenger Courtney Kramer. Fulton County, which is home to much of Atlanta, has been a Democratic stronghold in the state of Georgia.

Despite the victory for Willis, it was a rough night overall for the Democratic party. Donald Trump declared victory by 2:30 AM, EST after the Associated Press called that he clinched at least 277 electoral college votes, passing the threshold for victory. During that speech, he promised to usher in a “golden age of America,” while labeling his campaign the “greatest political movement of all time.”
