Diddy’s Alleged Drug ‘Mule’ Was Arrested At A Florida Airport After Seemingly Carrying ‘Contraband’

Things just seem to be getting even wilder in the Sean “Diddy” Combs news over the past 24 hours. According to a new article from Rolling Stone, a 25-year-old man named Brendan Paul was arrested yesterday (March 25), as he is accused in a lawsuit of being Diddy’s drug “mule.” Paul was reportedly arrested for cocaine and marijuana possession while at the Opa-Locka Airport.

Paul was arrested, as he was accused in a lawsuit from producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones of “acquir[ing] and distribut[ing] Mr. Combs drugs and guns.” Police on the scene reportedly found “the contraband inside his personal travel bags.” He is now claimed to be held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center for a $2,500 bond on two charges.

The article points out that the officers of the Miami-Dade Police Department were working with Homeland Security, the latter of which also raided Diddy’s properties in Miami and Los Angeles as part of an ongoing federal sex trafficking investigation.

Shortly after Diddy’s homes were raided, he was spotted in Florida — as he was also stuck at the airport and seemingly not permitted to go on his plane to the Caribbean. Homeland Security reportedly seized his phones. However, Miami’s police department told the outlet that Diddy was not arrested, and they have no record of such.

The news against Diddy first kicked off back in November, after Cassie filed a lawsuit accusing him of abuse and assault — leading several other women to do the same.

At this point, to say that the fallout from all the lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs is “settling” would be a massive misnomer. According to The Telegraph and The Standard, two UK-based outlets, Prince Harry was one of the many celebrities named in Rodney Jones’ $30 million lawsuit against Diddy for sexual harassment. Lil Rod, who had worked with Diddy on his last album, Off The Grid, makes a number of eyebrow-raising allegations against the music impresario in his suit, from violent shootings to hosting sex parties. One of the names mentioned by Jones as one of Diddy’s connections is the Duke of Sussex himself, Prince Harry. Yesterday was an eventful day for rap record mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The music impresario saw his homes raided and family members detained as part of an investigation into alleged sex trafficking that arose as a result of a slew of sexual assault lawsuits against him.

It was also, coincidentally, the anniversary of two albums heavily connected to Combs’ musical legacy: The Notorious B.I.G.’s Life After Death and The Diplomats’ Diplomatic Immunity. Cam’Ron and Mase commented on the “eerie” timing of the raids on the latest episode of their sports podcast It Is What It Is, calling Diddy’s misfortunes “reparations” as they gloated over their former business partner’s legal troubles.

“Reparations is getting closer and closer,” Mase chuckled during the show’s intro. “I ain’t got nothing to do with that money, that’s all yours,” Cam responded. He also noted, “The last year has really been the been payback for you.”

The crux of their comments was Mase’s ongoing financial disputes with Combs, which started in the early 2000s and continued until last year, when Combs finally sold Mase the publishing rights to his music recorded under Bad Boy, along with a slew of other Bad Boy artists. Mase, of course, heavily contributed to Life After Death and became the Bad Boy golden child in the wake of B.I.G.’s 1997 murder, but felt that he was never paid fairly by Diddy, resulting in stints as a pastor and rapper on other labels.

In the prior week’s episode of It Is What It Is, Mase said he had to “escape” Bad Boy, recalling, “Even though I made those decisions and it cost me money, that’s why [when] I got with [Cam’Ron], [God] gave me the money back. I didn’t [really] lose no money. Destiny.”

Where is Diddy? That is the question at the top of everyone’s minds.

On March 25, Homeland Security raided the Bad Boy Records executive’s mansions in Los Angeles, California, and Miami, Florida. According to a report published by the New York Post, several individuals were detained on the scene, including Diddy’s sons Justin and Christian “King” Combs. However, no outlet has confirmed whether or not Diddy was actually in custody. Thus, the manhunt for his wearabout began.

Did Diddy Escape The Country To Cape Verde? (Or Antigua?)

Well, TMZ has exclusively reported that Diddy’s lavish aircraft has taken quite a few international trips in the last few days alone. Specifically, the platform outlined the latest flight activity for the aircraft as making stops at the Sacramento Executive Airport on the evening of March 24. Then, Palm Springs went to Van Nuys Airport the same night. As of March 25, by 9 a.m., the jet departed for Antigua, where it supposedly was forcibly grounded.

However, the outlet alleged that although it appeared that Diddy had escaped the country for the Caribbean Islands, that isn’t quite true. The jet may have landed in Antigua, but Diddy reportedly wasn’t aboard when it landed.

Instead, TMZ asserts that a video it has secured shows Diddy on the ground at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport around 3 p.m. PT after the raids. However, another publisher has not yet authenticated the video.

In a statement shared with TMZ, a source didn’t provide much detail about the incident, only confirming the raid. “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners,” read the note. “We will provide further information as it becomes available.”

However, an insider revealed to the New York Post that the raid was connected to the sex traffic allegations made against Diddy (which he denies). The same source told the outlet that the federal officers had one pressing priority — “seize Diddy’s phones and computers.”

It is unclear at this moment what’s true as online rumors have begun to spiral out of control. For now, those interested in finding the truth should await further details from law enforcement agencies.

In the videos circulating online from the raid of Diddy’s Holmby Hills mansion in Los Angeles, California, multiple individuals were escorted out of the home. Ultimately, TMZ alleges three people (one unidentified woman and two men) were detained onsite. The New York Post identified the two men as Diddy’s sons, Justin and Christian “King” Combs.

So, were Justin and Christian actually arrested? This is where the details get fuzzy. On camera, you can see the two men, believed to be Justin and Christian, seeming handcuffed, speaking with authorities. However, the outlet alleges that neither was formally arrested.
