As the amount of lawsuits filed against Diddy continues to rise, so, too, does the number of stories about his allegedly shady past.
A source told US Weekly that back in 2003, Oscar-winning actor Denzel Washington and his wife, Pauletta, attended a party where Diddy was also in attendance. The couple “had been partying until dawn [with Diddy], and they had seen something and stormed out,” according to the insider, who added that Washington reportedly told the rapper “you don’t respect anyone.”
A few years before the alleged incident, Diddy predicted to Entertainment Tonight that his parties would eventually get him arrested. “They’re going to probably be arresting me, doing all types of crazy things just because we want to have a good time,” he said in 1999. “Whenever you bring up a different element into people’s environment, things that broaden people’s horizons, people get intimidated. It’s a lot of people out there that feel intimidated by it.”
Diddy — who has been denied bail — is currently locked up in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after being charged with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution. He also faces “at least 120” new sexual assault lawsuits, according to HuffPost, including 25 underage individuals.
Yesterday, the stack of lawsuits against Diddy will increase by 120, according to a report from TMZ. Tony Buzbee, one of the biggest lawyers in the U.S., revealed this in a press conference. He also says that 25 of the accusers were minors at the time of these supposed acts of sexual assault and more. One of the alleged victims claims they were just nine years old. Buzbee even went as far as to say, “The names we are gonna name are names that are gonna shock you“. Following that announcement, he also encouraged anyone listening to call the Sexual Assault Hotline (1-800-200-7474) if they have any further evidence. This “Diddy Hotline” really set off Charlamagne tha God and the rest of The Breakfast Club.
Overall, they feel this decision to tell the public to call the number is going to lead to more problems than answers. Charlamagne finds it hard to believe that the split was 50/50 in terms of alleged male and female victims. Furthermore, what really set him off in particular is that hardly anyone in this day and age is going to call the “1-800 Diddy R*aped Me Hotline” in “good faith”. In fact, he goes as far as to say that this decision from the judicial system is a “joke”.
Charlamagne Tha God Says No One Will Call The “Diddy Hotline” In Good Faith
Additionally, and perhaps most astutely, Charlamagne feels this going to invalidate actual sexual assault victim claims in general, and especially against Diddy. They all agreed on that point and added that going through the hotline is going to be a terrible option. On the flip side, though, DJ Envy feels that most of these potentially real victims aren’t going to be able to afford an attorney, so this “Diddy Hotline” could be their only option. Time will indeed tell who is being truthful and who is not.
What are your thoughts on the comments from Charlamagne tha God and The Breakfast Club about the “Diddy Hotline”? Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced this week that he is representing more than 120 individuals, including 25 minors, who accuse Bad Boy Entertainment CEO Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of severe and abusive misconduct. During a press conference held in Texas, Buzbee revealed that his clients have come forward with allegations ranging from physical abuse to claims of sexual misconduct.
Among the most alarming accusations are those from individuals who were minors at the time of the alleged incidents. The accusations have sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry, given Combs’ influential status in music and business. However, the details of the claims remain largely undisclosed as legal proceedings are yet to begin.
In response, Diddy has vehemently denied the accusations. According to ABC 7 NY, Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, released a statement addressing the escalating situation:
“Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” Wolff said. “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
Wolff also referred to the growing controversy as a “reckless media circus” and stated that Diddy is prepared to contest any claims brought against him in court.
Despite Diddy’s denial, the public attention surrounding the case continues to intensify. Buzbee, known for his high-profile legal work, has taken on the case with a promise to seek justice for the alleged victims, emphasizing that many of the accusers have faced significant trauma.
As of now, no formal legal complaints have been filed, but the possibility of a court battle looms on the horizon. Both sides have expressed their readiness to present their cases, setting the stage for what could be a highly publicized legal showdown. With the number of accusers and the nature of the allegations, this case could have major implications not only for Diddy but also for the entertainment industry as a whole.
Wendy Williams has long criticized Diddy’s actions during her media career. Now, she is giving her opinion on his current legal battle.
Speaking with The Daily Mail, Williams revealed that people have contacted her, stating, “Wendy, you called it.”
“What is really weird is that I have been told by so many people, ‘Wendy, you called it,’” Williams said. “Including some people from my family who have said the same.”
She added, “It is about time. To see this video on TV of [Cassie] getting pummeled… it was just horrific. But now you have to think, how many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible.”
In May, on a recent episode of comedian Andrew Schulz’s Flagrant podcast, Charlamagne Tha God alleges that Diddy got troubled talk show host Wendy Williams fired from Hot 97 over claims that the Bad Boy founder was homosexual.
Charlamagne delves into the almost thirty-year history between his mentor, Williams, and Diddy.
“Wendy’s whole thing was Diddy was gay,” Charlamagne said. “That’s why Wendy got fired from Hot 97. Wendy got fired from Hot 97 by Diddy ’cause that’s when Bad Boy was smoking hot. She got fired for putting that out there.”
The former Wendy Williams Show host supposedly had a photo of Diddy in an intimate situation with another man, suggesting that Diddy was gay, which ultimately got her fired from the radio station in 1998.
Charlamagne speaks on Diddy allegedly having sexual relations with actor Reginald VelJohnson, who played Carl Winslow on “Family Matters,” and confirms that Diddy got Wendy Williams fired from Hot 97 in 1998 for claiming he’s gay.

While announcing forthcoming lawsuits of over 100 people who claim to be victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs, attorney Tony Buzbee stated there will be additional enablers to go down with the mogul.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said. “The day will come when we will name names other than Sean Combs, and there’s a lot of names. It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure — damn sure – that we’re right before we do that.”
He added, “The names will shock you.”
The lawsuits are expected to roll out across various states within the next 30 days and highlight those who were bystanders or encouraged the behavior. “I would imagine that as we speak here, there are a myriad of people who are very nervous. You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever. I would expect there are many people out there right now who are desperately searching their memories as they delete their texts and data.”
Victims are allegedly as young as minors, including someone who was 9 years old.
In the eyes of many in Hip-Hop, Katt Williams kicked off all the chaos in 2024. Hitting the stage after Diddy’s arrest, Williams commented on the news, stating, “They put the drugs in the baby oil.”
Katt also had some smoke for Diddy’s attorney, who attempted to blame the massive amounts of oil on Costco’s selling practices: “P. Diddy’s dumbass lawyer said, ‘He probably got it at Costco.’ Costco hit right back, ‘We don’t even sell baby oil.’”
According to Page Six, another warning alarms Diddy’s celebrity friends as Williams believes Diddy is “about to snitch on everybody.”
And this echoes the moment that kicked off 2024:
When this interview aired, Everybody and they mama thought Katt was either on drugs again or just being dramatic.
Months later we have 1000 bottles of drug laced baby oil, 120 possible sexual assault victims.

Lil Rod saw the writing on the wall. The musician and producer filed a lawsuit against Diddy months before the mogul was indicted on multiple federal counts. He’s seeking $30 million from Diddy, but has been met with opposition. Diddy’s legal team has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. But Lil Rod, born Rodney Jones, did not budge. In fact, he doubled down on his accusations. He threatened Diddy’s team by claiming to reveal the name of his co-conspirators if he wasn’t willing to pay up.
Lil Rod’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, contested Diddy’s motion on September 30. He issued a statement to the court, according to AllHipHop. He noted that Diddy’s credibility is at an all time low. Diddy doesn’t have much to offer, or combat Rod’s heinous accusations. Furthermore, Blackburn noted that his client declined to name some of the people that have aided Diddy in his alleged criminal exploits. This was by design. If Diddy refuses to settle the lawsuit, however, Rod has no problem calling them out.
Lil Rod Is Seeking A $30 Million Payday From Diddy
“Plaintiff has opted not to name these individuals in this opposition to the motion to dismiss,” the lawyer noted. “If, in their reply, the defendants decide to foolishly ‘look a gift horse in the mouth,’ then plaintiff will gladly supplement this opposition memo. And provide the court with the identities of the individuals.” Blackburn effectively dared Diddy to challenge his client, so that they can replead the case and make it even more difficult for the mogul.
“The plaintiff will gladly replead and include the identity of the defendant’s accountant,” he asserted. “As well as the account number which they used to commit their wire fraud. Blackburn also claimed that Lil Rod would be willing to provide the identities of agents who helped Diddy book international flights. “The travel agent who booked all of the flights,” he explained. “And rented all of the chartered planes that Mr. Combs and the members of the Combs RICO enterprise used to traffic prostitutes.” It’s looking bad for Diddy, and increasingly advantageous for Lil Rod.
The list of allegations Diddy is currently is already quite long. However, it could grow even further. With the disgraced (and currently detained) mogul’s legal team ironing out a defense against for his sex trafficking case, they might need to prepare for additional civil litigation.
According to HuffPost, Diddy could face “at least 120” new sexual assault lawsuits, including 25 underage individuals (the youngest allegedly being 9).
In a statement provided to the outlet, AVA Law Group attorneys Tony Buzbee and Andrew Van Arsdale, claim to represent individuals who were allegedly assaulted by “Diddy (real name Sean Combs) and his associates.”
Buzbee and Van Arsdale claim to have been contacted by “more than 3,000 people” about “possible abuse.” Of those who reach out to the duo, they’ve taken on 120 as clients.
Both attorneys say these alleged victims were also in contact with several law enforcement authorities, including the FBI.
Van Arsdale went on to discuss the reason for the potential influx of filings. “They’re coming forward now because they finally feel a bit safer that he’s behind bars,” he said. “His influence and control over their livelihood and maybe physical health is waning, and so they’re coming forward in the numbers they are.”
Diddy has maintained his innocence against all previous allegations.
Diddy has applied for bond for a third time, this time with a new legal team. According to TMZ, the music mogul filed his third bid for freedom before trial after adding two new attorneys to his defense. They are Anthony Ricco and Alexandra Shapiro. Ricco was awarded Attorney of the Year by the Metropolitan Black Bar Association in 2008, while Shapiro is an experienced case attorney who served as a law clerk for the US Court Of Appeals.
Diddy was previously denied bail twice; in the first instance, US Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky denied his request over concerns about Diddy’s anger issues and alleged substance abuse, telling him, “Your lawyer asked us to trust you — [I don’t think] you can trust yourself… Your lawyer can’t control you.” His appeal was denied by Andrew L. Carter, due to Diddy’s potential for trying to exert influence over potential witnesses. Carter cited evidence from the prosecution that he’d already contacted witnesses during the investigation into his activities, despite promising a long list of restrictions on his travel and visitation rights.
The music mogul was charged with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution after a months-long investigation into decades of the supposed illegal activities.
Diddy has been denied bail twice, but that’s not going to stop him from finding a solution. Previously, the embattled mogul had his attorney offer up $50,000,000 which included the sales of his and his mother’s homes in Miami. In that same bail package was limited travel between Florida and New York for essential matters. After shutting down that proposal, Diddy and his legal team appealed and did so with a second option. He was willing to sacrifice not having any female visitors besides his family members and other vital contacts such as property caretakers.
There would also be no contact with witnesses, co-conspirators, daily logs would be taken of visitors each day, and he would do daily drug tests. The court voted no on that, so what does Diddy have up his sleeve this time? Well, according to a report from TMZ, he is adding to new pieces to what he hopes will be the defense team to get him out of jail before trial. One of those fresh faces is Anthony Ricco, who we previously reported on after the Bad Boy Records boss filed another appeal for Judge Andrew Carter’s decision to deny their requests for a release under any circumstance.
Diddy Is Recruiting Some Of The Best Attorneys In The Nation
On top of Ricco (who is a top-tier trial lawyer in the U.S.), Alexandra Shapiro is also onboard. TMZ hears that she is a real force as far as appellate lawyers go. Given how stingy the judge has been throughout the early stages of this case, this may not work out in Diddy’s favor. But since he’s facing a max of life behind prison walls, he’s going to scratch and claw his way out.
