Folks have been waiting to see whether or not the general public would get a closer look at the footage of the Diddy arrest. Now, thanks to TMZ, we have new video showing federal authorities placing him into custody. In the clip below, you can see a group of men greet Sean Combs when he walks into a New York City hotel, and then he cooperates and accompanies them out of view of the camera. Eventually, they head right back out of the hotel and the rest, as they say, is history. Some of the footage also shows how the group moved around the hotel as well, and you can see the body language.
Moreover, this follows some alleged claims from the late Kim Porter in a recently published book that is supposedly a compilation of diary entries she apparently wrote. In them, she allegedly claims that Diddy – with whom she shares three children – sexually engaged with young boys and physically assaulted her multiple times. However, the book’s publisher has not been able to prove that these are actually Porter’s writings, so take these accusations with a grain of salt. After all, it’s entirely possible that they are just fake statements and perspectives.
In addition, this also comes as folks are talking about the big picture of the Diddy case now that news of his arrest is a few days old. For example, Method Man recently pushed back on a TMZ reporter who asked him how this case will affect hip-hop culture. “I don’t think that it has anything to do with hip-hop,” the Wu-Tang MC posited. “What are we talking about here, really? It has nothing to do with hip-hop. I don’t see the correlation. If we’re talking about music and creative and stuff, there are people still listening to R. Kelly s**t.”
Elsewhere, we also have new information on what items authorities found during their raids on Diddy’s properties. He allegedly promised to cover victims’ rent, intimated them into lying about the sexually abusive crimes he’s accused of, trying to convince them to say their alleged sexual activity was consensual.
The supposed documents sum it up: Diddy allegedly “used his considerable wealth and influence to make victims rely on him financially, for example, by paying for their rent or their cars or by offering them career opportunities.” In addition, they claim that after the Cassie lawsuit in November of 2023, he allegedly called one of his victims to offer “support and friendship,” plus full financial support. Allegedly, this is also a process the Bad Boy mogul carried out for his alleged victims after federal authorities raided his Los Angeles and Miami mansions back in March.

“The bail package proposed by defense counsel is insufficient because it fails to adequately protect others from the defendant’s violence, impose measures to prevent and detect obstruction, or prevent the defendant from accessing his vast resources,” the court reportedly responded to Diddy’s lawyer’s Marc Agnifilo’s proposed $50 million bail package. Prosecutors also claimed that the music and business executive attempted to contact Dirty Money member Kalenna Harper 128 times. Moreover, these weapons were reportedly found in his bedroom closet, broken down into parts along with loaded ammunition. Of course, Diddy is not wanting anything to do with that, which is why he offered a $50,000,000 bail package. We say that due to the fact the music mogul is offering to sell his real estate properties. According to another report on X from Meghann Cuniff, she has a copy of the defendant’s bail package. On the page below, it shows that Diddy’s bond is set at a staggering $50,000,000. However, perhaps what’s even more interesting are the exact homes that he’s willing to list for sale.
The first is his is Miami mansion, which has a current value of $48,000,000. Also worth noting is that the house in unencumbered and the mortgage of around $18,000,000 has been paid off to potentially secure a bond and not have to worry about that aforementioned payment. Overall, that’s almost enough to nearly cover the full price of the bond. But it’s still not, and it’s why his mother’s home, which is also in Miami, is listed within the package. It doesn’t include the appraisal, but it’s presumably enough to pay for his bond.
Furthermore, she’s willing to depart with the house, as she has co-signed it. Other advocates include Diddy’s sister, the mother of his eldest daughter, and his three sons. Other thigs that he and his loved ones have parted ways with include passports. However, those were given up to counsel earlier in the year, with Diddy’s being taken in April.
