Jermaine Dupri Calls Drake “Ignorant” For Replicating 2Pac & Snoop Dogg’s Voices On AI Diss Track

Before Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s viral lyrical battle reached its peak last month, Drizzy decided to get creative with his diss track “Taylor Made Freestyle.” He used artificial intelligence to replicate the voices of 2Pac and Snoop Dogg, sparking a great deal of controversy in the process. Many listeners found it to be disrespectful, and 2Pac’s estate even threatened to sue him. Eventually, he pulled the track from streaming services to avoid any legal repercussions.

Jermaine Dupri has been a vocal critic of the use of AI in music for some time. Evidently, Drake is no exception. During a recent appearance at Atlanta’s United Masters’ SelectCon conference, he sat down with Steve Stoute to discuss the dangers of the rapidly developing technology. He used “Taylor Made Freestyle” as an example, describing how “dangerous” things could have gotten.

Jermaine Dupri Shares His Take On Artificial Intelligence In Music

“If you’re going to use AI, you’ve got to use it in a smart way,” Dupri began. “Because the people that are touching it at this point, they don’t understand some of the things that it can damage, right? If you look at the Drake song where he used Snoop and 2Pac’s voice. I don’t think people listen to that and understand how serious people take 2Pac… I think Snoop understood why he shouldn’t answer to it because it could have gotten really dangerous.”

In the past, Dupri also criticized 23-year-old LA artist Sy The Rapper for using AI to replicate Kendrick Lamar’s voice on a track aimed at Drake. At the time, he similarly called it “dangerous.” What do you think of Jermaine Dupri criticizing Drake for using AI to replicate 2Pac and Snoop Dogg’s voices? Do you agree with him or not? Metro Boomin’s Sister Slams Him For Going After Drake But Letting Soulja Boy Slide

Metro Boomin’s sister has had a lot to say about him online in recent days, and one clip in particular has managed to get a lot of fans’ attention. In it, she calls out her brother for his responses to his recent feuds with both Drake and Soulja Boy. According to her, Drake’s “Make some drums” jab was far less serious than Soulja Boy’s unhinged rant. She points out that while Metro made an entire “diss beat” in response to Drake, he seemingly spared Soulja Boy.

For reference, Soulja Boy caught wind of an old Tweet written by Metro Boomin in 2012 last month and immediately took to social media to demand he delete it. “F*ck is you talking about Metro Groomin?” he asked, also bringing up the producer’s late mother. “You sacrificed your own mom @MetroBoomin you a puppet,” he said. “All the streams, sales, money, and fame not gone bring your mom back @MetroBoomin was it worth it?”

Metro Boomin’s Sister Questions Lack Of Response To Soulja Boy

21 Savage even ended up getting involved, and seeing the wrath of Soulja Boy as a result. Regardless, Metro kept quiet, refusing to acknowledge the wild insults. His sister finds this strange and wonders why dissing their mother didn’t upset him more. “This n***a get so out of his body and bothered about what [Drake] said that he goes out of his way to respond with a song,” she began. “This n***a Soulja Boy said he sacrificed our mama and what this b*tch say? Not a motherf*cking thing… So that’s something that you’re allowing people to think about you… And I’m the cr*zy one?”

What do you think of Metro Boomin’s sister calling him out for his seemingly disproportionate responses to Drake and Soulja Boy? Does she have a point, or not? Why do you think Metro Boomin decided not to clap back at Soulja Boy? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Childish Gambino Hilariously Shuts Down TikTok Critic With New Song Preview

It’s no secret that being a huge artist comes with quite a few perks, but it also means that your work is subject to intense scrutiny. This can likely get annoying to those simply trying to express themselves through their art, prompting them to fire back. Childish Gambino did just that earlier this week, getting creative with his response and giving fans a preview of some upcoming music in the process.

He shared a TikTok that begins with a fellow user criticizing him, saying “Here are the reasons I don’t f*ck with Donald Glover.” From there, the video cuts to Childish Gambino looking jaded with an unreleased song playing in the background. “He’s finding out that nobody gives a f*ck,” he sings on the track.

Childish Gambino Expertly Fires Back At Hater

Fans first got a taste of the upcoming song last week in another TikTok, which sees Childish Gambino sitting in a car, staring blankly as it plays. It’s tentatively titled “Lithonia (Nobody Gives a F*ck),” and listeners expect it to appear on his upcoming album, Bando Stone in The New World. The project, first announced in April of this year, will follow his latest release, Atavista. Reportedly, it will be the last album he drops under his rap moniker, and will also serve as the soundtrack for an upcoming film.

This isn’t the first time Childish Gambino supporters have gotten a preview of his new music, however. During a DJ set at the Gucci Cruise 2025 fashion show in London last month, KAYTRANADA debuted their upcoming collaborative track. It’s unclear if listeners can also expect to hear that on Bando Stone in The New World, or if it’ll be featured on a KAYTRANADA project. What do you think of Childish Gambino’s response to a fellow TikTok user criticizing his work? How does his unreleased song sound so far? Jay-Z Turned His Back On Beanie Sigel Amid Attempted Murder Trial, Former Roc-A-Fella Rapper Claims

Back in 2004, Beanie Sigel went on trial for alleged attempted murder, as he was accused of firing six shots at a man outside of a Philly bar during an argument. The man was struck twice, once in the stomach and once in the foot. Jay-Z took the stand at one point in the trial, but according to Oschino, he might as well have stayed home.

During a recent interview with Say Cheese, the rapper weighed in on the trial, criticizing Jay-Z for seemingly turning his back on Sigel. He recalled showing up for court and hearing the Roc Nation founder’s testimony, expressing shock that he opted not to fully vouch for his friend. “I came to court for Beanie when he allegedly shot somebody,” he told the outlet. “JAY-Z got on the stand and they said, ‘Are you gonna be responsible for him if we let him go?’ JAY-Z said, ‘No.’ I was there. This ain’t hearsay; this was me in the courtroom.”

Oschino Criticizes Jay-Z For Beanie Sigel Trial

“I was just thinking, ‘What did he come to court for then?’ If I got a homie and all I gotta say is, ‘I’m responsible for him for him to get out,’ I’m saying it every time […] The judge was trying to give him an out. He said, ‘No,’” Oschino continued. “And nobody didn’t say nothing, nobody flinched. Mind you, I’m a jail n***a so I’m looking around like, ‘Nobody not saying nothing?!’ Like it was normal […] Maybe I’m too street in my thinking and maybe he was being more responsible, but I was thinking, ‘Man, these boys is different.’”

Cardi B Promises To “Never Change The Way I Talk” Amid Criticism Of Her Accent

Cardi B says she’ll never change the way she talks after a fan on X (formerly Twitter) asked whether criticism of her accent is racist. The comments come after BIA joked that Cardi speaks like she’s in the “second grade” during her new song, “Sue Meee?”

The conversation on X began when one user wrote: “At what point does making fun of Cardi B’s speech patterns become racist?” Cardi retweeted the post while adding: “Awwwww thanks for defending me [pleading face emoji]. As for BIA’s remarks, they came amid her ongoing feud with Cardi. While the two have been at odds for at least a year, Cardi added fuel to the fire by dissing BIA on the new remix of Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla’s “Wanna Be.” After the two then traded shots on social media, BIA responded with “Sue Meee?” as a full diss track aimed at Cardi. “You should be home with your kids ’cause b*tch, you speak like second grade,” BIA raps. Cardi confirmed she was working on a response to the song when fans called on her to get active on X. “I’m hopping in the booth after I go to the gym, do this Zoom and get my pedi… GET OFF YOUR BREAK AND MAKE ME A CHEESEBURGER,” she replied to one user.

Cardi B Reveals Why She Came Back After Social Media Break

It goes without saying that being a megastar like Cardi B comes with its fair share of perks, but unfortunately, the “Bongos” also frequently finds herself at the center of relentless scrutiny. According to her, this tends to get in the way of her ability to express herself freely through her music. As a result, she recently opted to take a short break from social media, which was a major relief.

Ultimately, however, she decided that she wouldn’t let critics keep her away from her fans. During her recent interview with Rolling Stone, she opened up about her social media break, revealing that it was ultimately her children that motivated her to give it another shot.

“Being at home,” she explained. “When I was off social media and nobody knew what I was doing, I was at peace a lot.” Cardi continued, describing how she doesn’t want to set the wrong example for her little ones. “What am I going to do? Never post or never work again because that’s peace? No,” she said. “I don’t ever want my daughter or my son to ever give up on something because they can’t take the pressure of what people say about them. I got to set that example.”

“It’s like, ‘Y’all never going to break me.’ Because I got something to prove to myself. I also got to prove something to the haters. I’ve got to prove it to my own kids.” What do you think about Cardi B opening up about the peace she found while on a break from social media? What about the femcee second-guessing her decision? Cardi B Recalls Harsh Criticism Making Her Cry: “It’s Very Hurtful”

It goes without saying that hearing unfiltered feedback on one’s work is enough to ruin anyone’s day. According to Cardi B, she’s no exception. During a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the femcee opened up about the negative impact harsh criticism has had on her, particularly as it pertains to the release of her upcoming sophomore album. The “Enough” performer revealed that a recent TikTok even made her emotional, as she was accused of not taking her career seriously. She says that this is a serious mischaracterization. Cardi claims that the real reason she hesitates to put new material out is that she cares too much.

“Like yesterday, I was scrolling through TikTok and a b*tch made me cry,” she told the outlet. “She was just like, ‘She has got to give it up. She’s better off being an influencer. You was cosplaying being a rapper. Because you don’t take it seriously. That’s why you don’t put out your music.’”

Cardi B Takes Her Work “So F*cking Seriously”

“It’s like, I take my music so f*cking seriously that that’s why I don’t put it out,” she explained. “Because if it’s not perfect to my ear, if every f*cking word doesn’t sound like it’s pronounced right, if the beat is overpowering the words or the words is overpowering the beat, I don’t want to put it out.”

“When you give so much and somebody just drags it down, like you’re just playing with your p*ssy all day, just watching Netflix all f*cking day long, it’s very hurtful,” she also added. Cardi went on to shut down claims that she’s only pursuing music for money, arguing that she wouldn’t turn down shows if that was the case. Tiffany Haddish Seemingly Accuses Amanda Seales Of Criticizing Her For Clout

Earlier this week, Amanda Seales took to TikTok to react to a clip of Tiffany Haddish’s controversial comments during a recent comedy set at Netflix Is A Joke’s Outside Joke Fest. While onstage, the Girls Trip actress called out an audience member, ranting about the Israel and Palestine conflict and the college protests it’s prompted. “The colleges, right?” she began. “I don’t give a f**k about that sh*t. I’ve never gone to college. Why would I care about college?”

Her remarks quickly earned a reaction from Seales, who urged fans interested in global issues to come to her shows instead. “I’m not sure what’s going on with sis, but if you want to come to a comedy show where we do care about college and college students, and folks who didn’t go to college, and Black liberation, and Palestine, and Africa, and the Sudan, and Congo, and things that matter… [You] wanna maybe come to an Amanda Seales show,” she said.

Tiffany Haddish Shares A Message With Her Followers

Now, Haddish has come back with an apparent response, also taking the opportunity to promote her book I Curse You With Joy. “Some people out here will say they’re your friends, and they will constantly, actually, be hating your guts. Really just jealous, wishing they could be where you are, and then when the opportunity strikes, they show who they really are,” she explained in a clip shared on Instagram yesterday.

“If anything, I’ll curse them with joy,” she continued. “I’m glad that my hard work and dedication has gotten me to such a point in my life where they need to use my name to make themselves relevant or to promote whatever they’re promoting … and I’m not going to sh*t on them because they do it enough to themselves.” What do you think of Tiffany Haddish’s apparent response to Amanda Seales? Cam’ron & Mase’s Controversial Reaction To Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” Prompts Backlash, They Respond

Kendrick Lamar’s eagerly anticipated response to Drake, “Euphoria,” finally dropped earlier this week. As expected, the diss track has since garnered passionate reactions from both sides of the fence. As for Cam’ron and Mase, they think Drizzy’s come out on top so far. Evidently, however, a lot of their viewers disagree.

During an episode of the Come & Talk 2 Me podcast posted today, the duo addressed the backlash they’ve received for their take on the song. “Drake is definitely winning from an MC standpoint,” Mase said during a previous episode. “It took a while for us to get the record from Kendrick and when you wait a while it gotta be outta this world. I think if Kendrick dropped this record right after ‘[Push Ups] Drop and Give Me 50,’ it would have been cr*zy.”

Cam’ron & Mase “Don’t Get” Why They Can’t Share Their Opinions On Drake & Kendrick Lamar Beef

Cam had a similar take, claiming that while the song isn’t bad, it’s just not as impressive as he’d expected. “I think Drake is winning,” he said. “‘Euphoria’ didn’t really move me. I’m expecting lyrics from Kendrick, you’re expecting certain things. The song was kinda long, it took too long to come out — pause. I’m not saying it’s bad.” Their stance certainly riled up some fans, but according to them, the backlash they’re receiving is unnecessary.

“Do you realize that n***as is mad because of our opinion on the beef between Drake and Kendrick Lamar?” Cam’ron began. “I’m like, ‘yo, bro. Why we can’t have our opinion?’ I don’t get that! I don’t really get why we can’t have our opinion! Secondly, this is what I wanted to say. And this is not to start a problem with anybody. West Coast people: East Coast n***as is not as big on the ‘coast’ sh*t as y’all are on the coast sh*t.” What do you think of Cam’ron and Mase’s take on Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” diss? Playboi Carti Has The “Most Easily Impressed” Fanbase In Hip-Hop, Adam22 Argues

It’s no secret that Playboi Carti has a huge and fiercely loyal fanbase. According to Adam22, however, he doesn’t necessarily deserve it. During a recent interview with VladTV, the podcaster turned adult entertainer shared his take on the Atlanta native. He had some harsh words for him, as well as those who support him. He claimed that Carti’s music feels “forced,” dubbing his followers “confused” at best.

“I listened to that song on the Future album with Travis Scott and everything,” he began. “The whole thing was good, and I don’t turn it off when it gets to the Carti verse because every time I’m just kind of marveling at how weird this verse is and how weird this voice that he’s using is. I feel like Playboi Carti might have the most r****ded fanbase in hip-hop, or at the very least, the most easily impressed fanbase.”

Adam22 Disses Playboi Carti & His Fans

“I feel like it’s impossible to be somebody that’s at our age and to be impressed by what he’s putting out there,” he continued. “Especially with my specific set of references where I grew up listening to a lot of hip-hop, a lot of metal, a lot of hardcore, a lot of punk. So like, all of the elements of those genres that he inserts into his music feel fairly forced and just not cool.” Adam22 went on to describe catching a glimpse of Carti’s crowd at Rolling Loud, recalling their all-black fits. “They think they’re goths because they dress in all black, but they’re like obsessed with Kanye and Playboi Carti and stuff,” he explained. “They’re just kind of confused from my perspective.”

Needless to say, the internet personality is not a fan. What do you think of Adam22 dissing Playboi Carti and his fanbase? Does the No Jumper host have a point, or not? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.
