Summer Walker Pretends To Snort “Over It” Like Cocaine

Summer Walker’s 2019 debut album Over It continues to be a fan favorite. The LP is widely believed to be some of her best work and features various high-profile features from the likes of Drake, Jhené Aiko, Usher, and more. It even inspired a follow-up album, Still Over It, which the R&B icon unveiled back in 2021.

It appears as though Walker likes to revisit the project just as much as supporters do, as evidenced by her latest Instagram post. She shared a clip earlier today, which shows her pretending to snort a powdery substance, with the album cover inserted on top. “Love this album forever stream ‘Over it,’” she captioned the post alongside a heart emojis.

Summer Walker Celebrates Her 2019 Debut Album

While it’s clear that she was only messing around, and that the powder was likely just makeup, the video has prompted mixed reactions from her followers. Most found humor in it, and are reflecting on some of their own favorite music by Walker in the comments. Others are upset that she joked about something as serious as drug use. “So this why I’m addicted to this album!!!!” one Instagram user quips. Someone else says, “Careful what we make jokes about.” She appears to be unfazed despite potentially raising eyebrows with her post, in typical Walker fashion.

She seemed similarly unbothered earlier this month when she took to social media again to shut down critics’ negative comments about her body. “We have to release these unrealistic body expectations, I’ve had 3 children. #wombpolice,” she declared. What do you think of Summer Walker looking back on her 2019 debut album, Over It? What about her pretending to snort it like cocaine? Did she go too far, or was she just having fun? Drake Makes Lil Wayne’s Top 5 Rappers List Instead Of Kendrick Lamar

Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s viral lyrical battle has left fans everywhere curious about who their favorite artists have sided with. The general consensus is that Kendrick came out on top with explosive diss tracks like “Euphoria” and “Not Like Us,” but evidently, that wasn’t enough for everyone to declare him a better artist overall. Recently, for example, Lil Wayne shared a list of his top five rappers during an interview. Kendrick didn’t even make the cut, but his longtime friend Drake did.

“My Top 5 rappers of all time are JAY-Z, Missy ElliottEminem, ummm… The Notorious B.I.G. — oh, and this is no specific order right here — and Drizzy,” he said. This doesn’t necessarily come as a surprise, as Drake and Weezy go way back. With that being said, it’s quite a statement to make right now considering the feud.

Lil Wayne Reveals His Top 5 Rappers Of All Time

Listeners have been especially curious about Lil Wayne’s stance in all of this, as Kendrick name-dropped him on “Not Like Us.” In the song, he accuses Drake of sleeping with Lil Wayne’s girlfriend while he was behind bars and mentions his Weezy arm tattoo. Lil Wayne seemingly confirmed that this did happen in an interview that resurfaced amid the beef, though he didn’t appear to be too hurt by the debacle. A clip of the track playing at a Lil Wayne concert later circulated online, which led to speculation that he was siding with Kendrick.

It was only a DJ getting the crowd excited for the main act, however, which likely means that the rapper himself had nothing to do with it. What do you think of Lil Wayne putting Drake in his top five rappers and leaving out Kendrick Lamar? Are you surprised or not? Where do you think he stands in their feud? Kodak Black Admits He Regrets “Super Gremlin” Bar About Fake Percs: Watch

It’s no secret that Kodak Black has struggled with substance abuse issues in the past, and recently, the rapper revealed that he has some regrets about glorifying that behavior in his music. In a new clip making its rounds online, he chats with fans about his Percocet habit onstage. He also refers to a bar from his 2022 track, “Super Gremlin.” In the song, he raps about knowing that a “Perc was fake,” but ultimately taking it anyway.

Kodak Black Reflects On Past Substance Abuse

His admission has fans split in No Jumper‘s comments section. Childish Gambino Wants To Focus On Fun After Drake & Kendrick Lamar’s Viral Feud

Childish Gambino is currently gearing up to drop one final album under his moniker, Bando Stone in The New World. It’s expected to arrive sometime this summer, though an official release date has yet to be confirmed. The release date for his new single “Lithonia” was leaked earlier this week, however, revealing that the track drops on July 2. In the meantime, the hitmaker took to TikTok Live to share some details of the upcoming project, claiming that his goal is to provide listeners with something he thinks society needs more of.

“The problem is, we’re not having enough fun. So this rollout that’s coming, it’s mostly about fun, I’m trying to have fun,” he began. “I feel like there’s just people not having enough fun […] When I was a kid, there were big things that would unite us, and I just feel bad for y’all. This generation just does not get — y’all get, like, bad stuff. Everything that everybody can get in on is usually f*cked up.”

Childish Gambino Teases Bando Stone In The New World

He went on to use Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s infamous lyrical battle, which has easily become one of the most viral moments in hip hop of this year, as an example. “Even this year, the most fun we’ve had was from a fight. A song from a fight, from a rap beef,” he explained. “Which I enjoyed every minute of. It was very fun. But still, kinda negative in a certain light, I guess.” Of course, his remarks have fans even more eager to hear what he has to offer on Bando Stone in The New World.

Childish Gambino Puts Alleged “Lithonia” Leakers On Blast

Earlier this year, Childish Gambino announced that his final two albums under his moniker are on the way. He went on to deliver a reimagined version of his 2020 LP 3.15.20. in May, Atavista. Now, fans are waiting on Bando Stone in The New World, which he previously said would drop this summer.

Earlier this week, a release date for the project’s lead single “Lithonia” was revealed. At the time, it was said that the heavily teased track would arrive on July 2. Unfortunately, however, fans got the news a bit sooner than Childish Gambino would have liked. Recently, the hitmaker took to Instagram Live to share his reaction to the release date getting leaked, blaming streaming platform Audiomack. Needless to say, he wasn’t happy about it.

Childish Gambino Addresses New Single Release Date Leak

In a clip from the Live, Childish Gambino explained his frustration, also arguing that leaks like this are part of the reason fans don’t get more new music from their favorite artists. “That’s another reason why y’all don’t get good sh*t. Like, it’s just for what? It’s like we don’t treat… It’s not valuable enough like it’s just a single… And I know who did it, Audiomack. F*ckin’, no soup for you, you’re not getting the album now. That’s what time I’m on.” He ended the stream after that, leaving viewers with several questions.

It remains unclear exactly what this means for the release of “Lithonia,” or for the rest of Bando Stone in The New World. With that being said, fans can only hope that this won’t impact the rest of the project and that they’ll still get to hear the new album this summer. What do you think of Childish Gambino’s recent response to his “Lithonia” release date getting leaked earlier this week? Are you looking forward to hearing Bando Stone in The New World? Joe Budden Admits He Was Thrilled To See Drake Lose To Kendrick Lamar

Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s feud was easily one of the most viral moments in hip-hop of the year so far. While it’s mostly died down for now, it still has people talking. This is due in part to Kendrick reenergizing fans with his eagerly anticipated “Pop Out” performance in LA last week, which featured countless special guests. This could also be attributed to the new “Not Like Us” music video that he was spotted filming in Compton over the weekend. The track is widely believed to be one of the most explosive of their entire lyrical battle, and the one that crowned Kendrick the true winner.

Others, such as Joe Budden, are using the beef as an opportunity to dive into a much larger conversation. During a recent episode of his podcast, he argued that it was never really about Kendrick or Drake as individual artists. Instead, he claims it was about what each of them represents. He described Kendrick as representative of “culture” people and Drake as representative of “numbers” people. At one point in the conversation, he also revealed whose side he was throughout the whole thing.

“I absolutely love [Drake] getting his a** kicked,” he explained. “Drake is being used as a shield for what the real conversation is lying underneath… Which is culture people versus numbers people. It’s not really about Drake for me, he was just the person on the cross.” Despite the battle not being exclusively about the artists involved, Budden is clearly happy with the outcome and isn’t ashamed to admit it.

What do you think of Joe Budden admitting that he loved seeing Drake lose his lyrical battle with Kendrick Lamar? Do you agree with him or not? What about his point that there are “culture” people and “numbers” people? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

J Cole Pauses NYC Bike Ride To Take Photos With Fans

It’s no secret that it’s been a busy couple of months for J Cole, but fortunately, that hasn’t stopped him from showing love to fans when the opportunity arises. Recently, for example, the hitmaker was spotted cruising around New York City on his bike. Of course, some supporters eventually spotted him in the street, stopping him in his tracks to chat and take photos. He obliged for a short time before pedaling away, surely making the fans’ day with the fun interaction.

It may seem somewhat unexpected to spot J Cole in the wild, particularly considering his involvement in what’s become the most viral rap feud of the year. After catching a stray on Kendrick Lamar’s Future and Metro Boomin collab “Like That,” he fired back with a diss track of his own, “7 Minute Drill.” He later took it back, however, and issued an onstage apology. This was a controversial move at the time, though most agreed it was the right decision after witnessing how the beef panned out.

J Cole Mingles With Some Excited Fans

Since then, he seems to have gotten right back to his normal day-to-day activities. Last month, he was seen relaxing on the beach, looking unbothered as can be. He’s also taken part in various high-profile collaborations recently and appears to have a new one on the way. In May, J Cole teamed up with Cash Cobain for “Grippy,” which wasn’t necessarily well received by listeners. After that, he joined forces with Tems for “Free Fall,” and many saw it as a redeeming moment.

Now, he has a collab with Tee Grizzley in the works, as the duo was seen filming a music video just last week. What do you think of J Cole getting spotted riding his bike around NYC? Charlamagne Tha God Admits To Disregarding Tyla’s Interview Requests: “I Have A Job To Do”

Earlier this month, Tyla sat down for an interview with The Breakfast Club, which ultimately earned Charlamagne Tha God some backlash. At one point in the conversation, he asked the songstress about her identity as a South African “coloured” person. He was shut down right away. Her publicist made it clear that she wouldn’t be answering any questions about that particular topic, prompting some viewers to accuse her of denying her Blackness. She later addressed this in a statement, clarifying that this was not at all her intention.

Peter Rosenberg was among the first to call Charlamagne out. He claimed that he made the interview “miserable” for both Tyla and her team. Moreover, he accused the personality of going through the list of questions she preferred not to be asked in the interview and asking each one anyway. He was obviously onto something, as Charlamagne has now confirmed that more or less, that’s exactly what he did.

Charlamagne Tha God Discusses Tyla’s Breakfast Club Interview

According to Charlamagne, Tyla’s team previously asked him not to bring up Kai Cenat, her absence from Chris Brown’s tour, a recent injury, comparisons to other artists, her dating life, or her racial identity. “I said to them, ‘No,’” he revealed. He also claimed that at that point, it was up to them to either prepare Tyla for those topics to be brought up or just cancel the interview altogether.

“I am not a d*ck sucker for record labels,” he later added. “I have a job to do, and my job is for the people.” What do you think of Charlamagne Tha God admitting he asked Tyla questions included on her “do not ask” list? Are you surprised? Is he in the wrong for this or not? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Kendrick Lamar’s “Pop Out” Cost Roddy Ricch His Paris Fashion Week Plans

Last week, Kendrick Lamar hosted his highly anticipated “Pop Out” event at the Forum in LA, surrounded by several of his celebrity peers. YG, Tyler, The Creator, Dr. Dre, and many more made appearances. Roddy Ricch even came out to perform his hit track “The Box.” As expected, he had the whole arena jumping.

According to Roddy Ricch, however, he almost wasn’t on the lineup at all. During a recent chat with Big Boy, he revealed that he originally had other plans. Luckily, he ultimately decided to prioritize “The Pop Out,” though he had to give up Paris Fashion Week in order to do so.

Roddy Ricch Gave Up Paris Fashion Week For LA Show

“Yeah, Paris Fashion Week canceled,” he explained. “We just had plans, and I had talked to Dot. I’m like, ‘Man, I spent a lot of money in Paris already.’” Roddy Ricch says that after thinking it over for a couple of days, he decided that he simply couldn’t miss the LA show. “It’s bigger than us,” he added. “It’s a blessing to just see everybody from the different communities just being together.” While he’s surely disappointed that he had to give up PFW to perform at the historic concert, he doesn’t appear to regret his decision in the slightest. The rapper was among the first artists confirmed to be performing at the event, and made his excitement known early on.

“ITS LIKE INCOME TAX DAY IN LA TODAY!” he captioned a photo of a concert flyer the day of the show. Chris Brown Looks Frustrated After Facing Another Set Malfunction On His “11:11” Tour

Chris Brown is currently making his way across North America on his “11:11” tour, and so far, fans are impressed. The hitmaker has left audiences in awe with explosive performances, wild dance moves, and elaborate stunts. Unfortunately, however, he recently ran into some technical difficulties onstage. Earlier this month, he was left stranded in mid-air after some wires got stuck, prompting him to chastise his crew. He was uninjured, though he certainly seemed fed up.

Now, it appears as though he ran into yet another mishap onstage at a recent performance. In a clip making its rounds online, he’s seen closing a song and expecting to be lowered into the stage. Things didn’t play out as he expected, and he got stuck. As a result, he was forced to walk off like normal. He didn’t look happy about it either, though it’s unclear whether or not his team heard about it this time.

Chris Brown Forced To Walk Off Stage After Mishap

Luckily, fans can agree that the small mishap didn’t outshine the rest of the show. He has many more opportunities to make things up too, as his tour is scheduled to run until late summer. Brown is expected to close his “11:11” tour, which also features Ayra Starr and Muni Long, with a performance in LA on August 7.

Aside from his impressive performances, Brown is also offering fans intimate meet-and-greets, allowing them to chat with him and take fun photos. Reportedly, he’s charging up to $1K per person for them, which is certainly no small chunk of change. According to one fan, however, the photo she got with Brown was so up close and personal that it cost her her boyfriend.
