Gunplay Arrested For Allegedly Pointing Rifle At Wife Holding Their Baby

According to reports, Gunplay was recently arrested in Miami. He is now facing charges relating to domestic violence, child abuse, and more. Allegedly, the 44-year-old’s wife had asked him to be more quiet as he played Xbox, in order not to disturb their daughter. According to his wife, this led the rapper to point a rife at her. Allegedly, she was also holding their six-month-old child at the time, making the offense all the more concerning.

Luckily, his wife Vonshae Taylor-Morales and their child are safe. She took to social media earlier today to comment on the situation. “My daughter safety is my first priority,” she began her message. “Unfortunately [Gunplay] is back using and developed a very bad drinking problem. I’ve tried everything in my power to help him and love him. This is a demon he has to overcome on his own. At this point I really believe it’s too late.”

Michael Jackson Accusers Will Get Their Day In Court After New Ruling

Wade Robson and James Safechuck, central figures in HBO’s Leaving Neverland documentary, will see their case against Michael Jackson’s estate go to trial. Both men allege that the “King of Pop” sexually molested them when they were children. A trio of appellate court judges in California’s Court of Appeals ruled against MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures. As a result, they ordered the case be heard in a jury trial in a lower court.

Robson alleges that Jackson abused him between the ages of 7 and 14 beginning in 1990. Similarly, Safechuck claims he was abused by the pop star between the ages of 10 and 14 beginning in 1988. The allegations were first made public in the aforementioned 2019 documentary. Furthermore, both men allege that employees of MJJ Productions were implicit in the grooming and sexual abuse of children by Jackson. Both men filed lawsuits in the mid-2010s but saw them rejected due to the statute of limitations. After California passed new laws in 2019, the men tried again in 2020. That suit, the same one that was just successfully appealed, was struck down as a judge ruled that Jackson’s companies did not have a legal obligation to protect the two men from sexual abuse.

“We are disappointed with the Court’s decision. Two distinguished trial judges repeatedly dismissed these cases on numerous occasions over the last decade because the law required it. We remain fully confident that Michael is innocent of these allegations, which are contrary to all credible evidence and independent corroboration, and which were only first made years after Michael’s death. We trust that the truth will ultimately prevail with Michael’s vindication yet again. Michael Jackson himself said, ‘lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons,’” said attorney Jonathan Steinsapir.

Furthermore, a source close to the estate spoke exclusively with PEOPLE. “The Estate will likely ask the California Supreme Court to review the decision. A settlement is not on the table.” However, for the time being, one of the landmark sexual abuse cases of the century is headed for trial. This is a developing story and we’ll have any updates as and when they emerge.

Jared Fogle, The”Subway Guy,” Bragged About Sexually Abusing Children In New Audio From Docuseries

He was once flying high as the face of Subway restaurants, but Jared Fogle’s fame has turned to infamy. Fogle traveled the world, sat for interviews with major publications, walked red carpets, and posed alongside stars from all industries. He rose to fame many years ago by claiming he lost nearly 250 pounds with a Subway diet. The news took off, and soon, he earned a pretty penny as a spokesperson. However, the lifestyle came crashing down after a federal investigation revealed he was sexually abusing children.

For years, unbeknownst to the public, the FBI was tracking Fogle. Following their investigation, his home was raided. In 2015, he pleaded guilty to traveling across state lines to have sex with a minor and possession of child pornography. Additionally, Fogle led a charity called Jared Foundation that centered around childhood obesity prevention. Russell Taylor, the director of the charity, was also charged and received 27 years. Fogle was given 15.

The ID channel has readied a three-part docuseries about Fogle and his crimes. Jared from Subway: Catching a Monster premiered yesterday (March 6), and in it, disturbing audio of him speaking about sexually abusing and trafficking children was featured. “We can get whatever age we want,” Fogle told journalist Rochelle Herman who secretly recorded their calls. The information she gathered was instrumental in taking down Fogle.

Fogle also spoke about sex tourism and traveling to Thailand to abuse children. “It’s just crazy,” he is heard saying. “It’s just easy over there — different ages. I mean, you just sort of choose what you want, and there’s a price for it, and off you go.” The Subway star met Herman while on a media tour, and they became friends. Soon, he was confiding in her, and she was shocked by his claims.

Fogle “Boasted” About Abusing Minors

Herman turned on her friend and instead began to record him. She gave over all of the information to the FBI, and now, the world hears several of those recordings. Watch the trailer for Jared from Subway: Catching a Monster above.
