Jeezy Denounces Infidelity On New Song “Don’t Cheat”

Jeezy has had a surprisingly busy week. That began when he announced his new project. It’s a double album called I Might Forgive… But I Don’t Forget. The album features 29 songs which add up to nearly 90 minutes. One thing it doesn’t have is any features with Jeezy himself handling the entirety of the project. But one song in particular on the long tracklist is already grabbing the attention of fans.

The 13th song on the album is called “Don’t Cheat” and it lives up to that name. On the chorus, he explains why he believes that cheating is improper. “Tell me you gon’ hold it down baby girl ’cause this sh*t ain’t for the weak, Nah, real n*ggas don’t cheat, I be out here getting paper while you sleep, Once again, ’cause real n*ggas don’t cheat,” he says on the chorus. He also takes time on the song to talk about how he’s been the victim of infidelity in the past, which really got fans’ attention. Listen to the entire new song below.

Jeezy Speaks Out Against Cheating

The reason so many fans are honing in on this song comes from another bit story Jeezy has dealt with in 2023. Back in September, he filed divorce from his wife Jeannie Mai. In the petition, he said that his reason for ending the marriage was that it was “irretrievably broken.” The marriage was relatively short-lived with the pair only tying the knot two years ago.

While he’s been cagey about identifying cheating as one of the reasons for the divorce, some fans online jumped to conclusions. For those that were already curious, the new song “Don’t Cheat” feels like a full-on embrace of the talking point. The divorce absolutely shocked fans online. Pardison Fontaine and Megan Thee Stallion used to be a music power couple of sorts. Overall, the two were going very strong and seemed to be enjoying life together. However, when the Tory Lanez trial happened, there seemed to be some sort of shift. There were reports that Pardi was uncomfortable with everything that was being revealed. Moreover, by Valentine’s Day of this year, it appeared as though the couple was basically finished with one another.

Now, things have taken a bit of a turn thanks to Meg’s return to the music world. Today, she dropped a new solo track called “Cobra.” Throughout this song, we get some very emotionally harrowing bars about how the artist has gone through so much mentally. She spoke about suicidal ideation and a plethora of other struggles. Moreover, she made the claim that Pardi cheated on her, in her own bed. She even recounts how she caught the alleged encounter as it happened.

In fact, she dropped a song with some subject matter that actually surprised quite a few people.

Throughout the track, there were plenty of bars about her mental health. For instance, she talks about wanting to slit her wrists and how people profited off of her despite her pain. It was all deeply personal and a far cry from the subject matter of her previous works. Furthermore, she dropped a personal bombshell on the record. At one point, she seemingly hints at the fact that she was cheated on by Pardison Fontaine. She claims she caught the man in the bed where she sleeps.

According to a recent interview on The Viall Files, Jenner was only 16 when she and the “Rack City” rapper’s romance began behind Chyna’s back. “I feel like it ran its course, and then he started talking to Kylie [Jenner] at the time, which I think she was like 16 [years old] or something. And we were, like, engaged and stuff, so that was kind of like what ended it,” the makeup mogul told host Nick Viall.

Finding out about your fiance flirting with a teenager via the internet can’t be easy, but things only became worse when her co-parent “threw her out” of the home they shared in Los Angeles. “[Kim’s] little sister started talking to Tyga, which was kind of [wild] because she was like underage, and everybody kind of came at me and started attacking me, and it’s like, nobody seen the betrayal that was going on behind my back,” Chyna noted of the backlash she faced at the time.

Offset Reveals How He Mended Relationship With Cardi B After Cheating

During his recent appearance on Call Her Daddy, Offset opened up about mending his relationship with Cardi after cheating on her in 2017. According to him, the key to rebuilding the trust that was lost in the debacle has been communication.

Papoose was in attendance at Busta Rhymes’ career celebration event in New York City on Monday night amid rumors that his partner, Remy Ma cheated on him with battle rapper Eazy the Block Captain. A video of Papoose arriving at the event is circulating on social media.

“Just got finish crying in the car,” one user joked when 2Cool2Blog posted the clip on Instagram. Another theorized that the lack of Remy Ma at the event should be a concern: “Okay NOW I think something is up because there’s no reason why Remy wouldn’t or shouldn’t be with him at an event for Busta Rhymes.”

The rumors of infidelity in the relationship began back in June when reports surfaced that there was a confrontation between Papoose and Eazy at a Chrome 23 event. Geechi Gotti apparently referenced the affair while battling Eazy. Remy shot down the rumors on Twitter afterward. “I’d like to apologize to everyone that was disappointed tonight because we couldn’t get 3 full rounds from all the opponents… I tried…and can y’all pleasee STOP with the Eazy & Pap LIES,” she tweeted at the time. “There’s NO place like Chrome! Remy also recently said that she was “comfortable” with Geechi Gotti’s original accusation because that’s “to be expected” in battle rap. “I’m comfortable, I’m comfortable.
