The unfortunate news took fans by surprise, as it was just weeks ago that the former couple was publicly discussing marriage. Despite not revealing specifically what caused the split, it’s been reported that there’s “no chance” of the exes getting back together.

Things have now started to get messy online between the two of them, following Pippen’s claim that a brief break from the relationship offered her the “clarity” she needed to conclude it wasn’t a match. Jordan has a different recollection of events, however, and while he didn’t share many details surrounding the breakup, he was quick to clap back. He took to his Instagram Story earlier this week to respond to reports about Pippen deciding he wasn’t her “guy,” accusing her of making things up.

Ooooohhh thats that nerve, lol.” Clearly, this indicates that something happened behind the scenes that prompted the split, and Jordan isn’t happy about whatever it was. Either way, Pippen appears eager to embrace her newly single status. A source recently told Page Six that the personality is “excited to have more fun” following the breakup. “Larsa really just wants to focus on herself,” they also added. “The relationship felt all-consuming.”

“I feel like I have to be true to who I am, what I’m doing and what he’s doing, you know? The alleged split comes as a surprise to fans, as many considered this to be a “hard launch” of their relationship. Daily Mail reports, however, that they haven’t seen each other since. It also appeared as though Kim was ready to take things to the next level. Last week, sources told Life & Style that the SKIMS founder was even considering having a child with Odell.

“Now that the cat’s out of the bag and they’re going more public with the relationship and things are feeling solid, Kim’s starting to plan a future with him,” the source told the outlet. “She wants another child, and she loves the idea of having a baby with Odell,” they also added, “He has such great genetics and she can’t help imagining how beautiful their baby would be. She has plenty of frozen eggs so it’s really just a matter of talking Odell into this plan, even if that means making it worth his while financially!”

Angel Reese Reveals Breakup. Says She’s “Not Ready To Mingle”

Angel Reese has revealed tha she has broken up with her partner, FSU basketball player Cam’Ron Fletcher. “I’m single. I don’t got no man. Don’t attach me to no man. That’s all Imma say. That’s it. I’m not ready to mingle. I am single, but I’m not ready to mingle. I’m just focusing on my college career. I’m focusing on school. That’s all I’m focused on right now and I’m focused on me. I’m not focused on nobody else,” Reese announced on Instagram. The couple had been together since June 2023.

However, Reese won’t have much time to be in her feelings about the breakup. Reese will lead LSU into March Madness this week, where they will look to defend their 2023 title as a three-seed. However, after they open their tournament against Rice on Friday, things will only get harder for the Tigers. Their quarter of the bracket includes UCLA as a two-seed and Iowa as a one-seed, teams that LSU will have to beat to progress to the final four.

Elsewhere, Reese criticized Barstool Sports for a “double standard” in how they reported on two instances of the same celebration. “Lol I’ve seen this before,” Reese said in response to a post on X about Barstool‘s reporting of celebrations performed by Ja Morant and Quinn Ewers. On December 26, Ja Morant faced scrutiny for performing the “Rock Ya Hips”, a dance move popularized in New Orleans. Morant used it to troll the Pelicans. However, the celebration was initially misreported as a gunfire celebration. “Ja spraying imaginary bullets into section 113 after slam,” was the way that Barstool reported it on social media. However, when Texas QB Quinn Ewers did the same celebration during the Sugar Bowl, Barstool said that Ewers was “having fun”.

Of course, Reese is no stranger to the ire of Barstool. The outlet, and its founder Dave Portnoy, were some of the bi ggest critics of Reese after she hit Tony Yayo‘s “You Can’t See Me” during the National Championship. Barstool‘s coverage has long been criticized for racial bias, especially against Black athletes.

Larsa Pippen And Marcus Jordan Break Up, “No Chance” Of Reconciliation

Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan have broken up, with the split believed to be permanent this time. Despite reporting the breakup, TMZ did not specify the specific reason that caused the breakup. Pippen and Jordan had been together for close to 18 months and at one time were believed to be headed toward a wedding. The pair appeared to bounce back from a brief break in February but are now no longer on speaking terms.

Of course, the couple was a controversial one. Whether it was their age gap, the questionable history they shared due to their mutual connection of the 90s Bulls dynasty, or their PDA, there was always something about them that rubbed people the wrong way. “They talked a lot of sh-t. I wasn’t too familiar with the format of his show. Maybe that’s on us not doing our research or whatever, but I feel like the first half segment of the show was talking crazy,” Jordan said of the couple’s interview with Pablo Torre.

However, neither Pippen nor Jordan will be wanting for money. Last year, a judge ruled that Pippen is entitled to 50% of her ex-husband Scottie’s NBA pension fund. Signed on June 16, the court order ruled that part of the divorce settlement includes half of the account’s total between when they married (1997) and when they formally separated (November 2016). Furthermore, Pippen is entitled to the full amount that she is owed. This is regardless of whether the fund can currently afford to pay that out. In short, Scottie will have to compensate Larsa if the amount in the pension fund is less than half of what the 1997-2016 total was. Despite this, splitting retirement funds is a common practice during divorces in California. The amount, which must be paid into Larsa’s account as a “cash lump sum”, was not made public in the documents.

The divorce of Scottie and Larsa Pippen has been several years in the making. The couple initially separated in November 2016 and formally divorced in 2021. Since then, Larsa, who made her name on The Real Housewives of Miami, has continued to make headlines.
