Beyoncé has partnered with Levi’s in a new campaign titled “REIIMAGINE”, marking her latest creative venture with the iconic denim brand. Known for her inventive approach to art and culture, the Houston-born superstar will appear in a “series of chapters” aimed at reinventing some of Levi’s most memorable ads.

The first visual in the campaign, “Launderette”, is a modern twist on Levi’s classic 1985 commercial of the same name, which famously featured Marvin Gaye’s “I Heard It Through the Grapevine.” The original ad’s revival in this campaign honors its impact, which helped Gaye’s track re-enter the Billboard charts nearly two decades after its initial release.

This collaboration draws from Beyoncé’s history with the brand, recalling her “Levii’s Jeans” lyrics on Cowboy Carter, and showcases her continued influence across fashion and music.

“REIIMAGINE” highlights Bey’s visionary storytelling, seamlessly blending nostalgia with fresh, forward-thinking concepts. Fans can expect more inventive chapters as the campaign rolls out, celebrating Levi’s legacy while cementing Beyoncé’s place as a cultural icon.

Beyonce Shows Off Her Curves For Underwear-Clad Levi’s Jeans Campaign

Beyonce is following up a whiskey brand launch with even more brand collaborations to spread COWBOY CARTER across pop culture. This time around, it’s a Levi’s partnership in the form of a commercial that recreates one of the iconic denim company’s most well-known advertisements. Apparently, this is the first of various promo videos they will work together on. In this one, she takes inspiration from a 1985 ad in which a male model takes his jeans off and stone-washes them with rocks at a laundromat. Queen Bey swaps the rocks out for diamonds in this one and bares her underwear as onlookers’ jaws hit the floor.

However, even without all these extracurriculars, a lot of fans expressed disappointment recently over how Beyoncé didn’t get her due flowers for COWBOY CARTER. For example, the People’s Choice Country Awards did not give her any awards despite her 17 nominations, and many felt that the people missed the mark with this one. Regardless of whether you think the album became overrated or not, its success and impact could’ve merited at least one accolade. Alas, that certainly hasn’t slowed the Texas native down.

Back to this Levi’s jeans ad, though, Beyoncé’s “LEVII’S JEANS” with Post Malone soundtracked it to no one’s surprise. “My song ‘LEVII’S JEANS’ celebrates what I believe is the ultimate Americana uniform – something we all wear with pride,” she expressed via a press release. “I am honored to work with Levi’s® to create quintessential American iconography. Denim on denim has often been seen through a male lens, so this reimagining campaign, which celebrates the iconic female perspective, is important to me. I look forward to exploring innovative ways for our visions to align in empowering women and honoring their strength.”

Meanwhile, Levi’s stated that this Beyonce partnership will hopefully. “connect with our fans in new ways and supporting the growth of our women’s business as the definitive denim lifestyle brand.” She still faces some controversy and backlash here and there as a massive star, but there’s no denying that anything with her name on it has a big chance to captivate and resonate.

Beyoncé Strips Down To Her Underwear In A Recreation Of A Famous Commercial For Levi’s

One of the highlights on Beyoncé‘s Cowboy Carter album is her collaboration with Post Malone, “Levii’s Jeans,” in which she tells a lover that she’ll let them be in her Levi’s jeans, “so you can hug that ass all day long.” They say any press is good press, but this was great press for Levi’s, which has now enlisted Beyoncé for a new commercial that’s actually a re-creation of an old ad.

In “Launderette,” Beyoncé walks into a laundromat, takes off her jeans, and takes a seat in a white top and white underwear while waiting for the cycle to finish. It’s a nod to the famous “Launderette” ad from 1985, which was set to “I Heard It Through The Grapevine” by Marvin Gaye; the new one, as you might expect, is soundtracked by “Levii’s Jeans.”

AdWeek reports that the campaign was “brought to life by Levi’s agency of record TBWA/Chait/Day LA and Emmy Award-winning cinematographer Marcell Rév, who has already worked with Queen Bey as well as other artists including Miley Cyrus.” The Beyonce/Levi’s campaign will be targeted to major cities around the globe, including San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Paris, London, Berlin, and, of course, Houston.

Beyoncé’s Fans Are Swarming After The Singer Was ‘Snubbed’ At The 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards

The BeyHive are swarming to find out who’s in charge of the People’s Choice Country Awards. After Beyoncé’s latest album Cowboy Carter didn’t earn any nominations at the CMA Awards, the “16 Carriages” singer’s fans have been on high alert.

Dolly Parton may not consider the act to be a blatant dismissive of her record-recording release, but supporters feel otherwise. To add fuel to the Texas hot flame, Beyoncé didn’t take home any wins following the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards despite receiving the second-highest amount of nominations (17 total) including Social Country Star, Album, Song, two for Female Song, Collaboration Song, two for Cover Song, Crossover Song, Storyteller Song, Female Artist, and People’s Artist.

Following the blowout loss, fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to slam the award show.

“They definitely were hating on her,” remarked one user.

“Not 1, but all 12 of her nominations? Oh yeah, I’m tearing some sh*t up today,” chimed another.

“The People’s Choice my f*cking ass,” penned another.

“How do you lose despite getting the most votes,” questioned another.

“So the People’s Choice Country Awards uses an electoral college,” asked one user.

Others began to predict that this could be a trend going into next year’s award season.

“This might be her first era without winning awards 😩,” wrote one user.

Beyoncé hasn’t publicly addressed the matter.

Do Nicki Minaj And Beyoncé Have Beef?

After Kendrick Lamar was announced as the Apple Music Super Bowl 2025 Halftime Show headliner in New Orleans, Louisiana, hip-hop heads sounded off online many taking aim at Jay-Z. One of the loudest critiques came from Nicki Minaj, would like hundreds of fans believed the spot should be given to hometown hero, Lil Wayne.

Since then Nicki Minaj has aired out her deeply rooter grievances with the show’s top level programmer and several of his associates including Steve Stoute. Now, users believe Nicki Minaj has turned her attention to Jay-Z superstar wife, Beyoncé. Continue below for more details.

Do Nicki Minaj And Beyoncé Have Beef?

On September 23, after Beyoncé posted two new SirDavis promotional gallery posts to Instagram, Nicki Minaj took to X (formerly Twitter) to write: “Robot on timing.” Although the upload has since been deleted, given Nicki Minaj’s cryptic code names for foes, many assumed that it was a dig at Beyoncé.

However, according to Nicki Minaj users online are mistaken. In the comment section of one TikTok user’s video (viewable here) laughing about the rumored beef, Nicki Minaj quickly shut down the claim.

“This is an absolute lie,” she wrote.

Beyoncé has proven to stick by her hubby even if it means confronting someone in-person, according to 50 Cent. Despite Nicki Minaj’s issues with Jay-Z, the two seems to have maintained a cordial relationship based on the flowers Bey sent to Nicki back in March.

Beyoncé And Levi’s Are Cooking Something Up, The Denim Icons Tease

Among the highlights on Beyoncé’s hit album Cowboy Carter is the Post Malone collaboration “Levii’s Jeans.” Not long after the track’s release, denim company Levi’s had a significant stock jump, so much so that Levi Strauss CEO Michelle Gass said the following: “I would just say that denim is having a moment and the Levi’s brand is having a powerful moment around the world. One of the things that really is significant about the Levi’s brand and we place a lot of emphasis and investment is making sure that Levi’s brand remains in the center of culture. And I don’t think there’s any better evidence or proof point than having someone like Beyoncé, who is a culture shaper, to actually name a song after us.”

Well, it appears Gass figured it wouldn’t be a bad idea to formally get into the Beyoncé business.

On Instagram today (September 23), Levi’s shared an illustration of Beyoncé riding a horse in silhouette. (They tagged Beyoncé in the post, so that’s how we know for sure it’s her.) The post is captioned, “INTRODUCING: A New Chapter.” Furthermore, the Levi’s Instagram now features a highlight titled “Levii’s.”

It’s not currently clear what’s going on here, as the aforementioned is so far all the publicly available information about the situation.

Beyoncé’s Mother Tina Knowles Slams A ‘Fake’ Viral Reaction To Dolly Parton’s Comment About The CMA Awards ‘Snub’

Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles doesn’t hesitate to protect her famed daughter from public ridicule. So, when she issued a response to Dolly Parton’s thoughts on Cowboy Carter not receiving any nominations for the CMA Awards fans figured it was another day of a momma bear defending her cub. However, according to Tina the now viral post didn’t actually come from her.

Yesterday (September 20), Tina Knowles addressed the upload in The Neighborhood Talk‘s comment section (viewable here), writing: “This is fake. Not from me!”

The message in question read: “Oh Ms. Dolly, we love you, but Bey did spend her WHOLE life workin’ hard, since she was 9! She got country roots too. She’s mastered her craft and broken records in EVERY genre. So sayin’ she didn’t ‘spend her life’ in country music dismisses all that work she put in.”

Although Tina claims she didn’t post a response to Dolly Parton’s defense of the CMA Awards, Beyoncé’s father and former manager Matthew Knowles has spoken out. During a conversation with TMZ, Matthew called out the CMA Awards voting committee. “[The voters are] showing it still comes down to white and Black,” he said. “There’s more white people in America, and unfortunately they don’t vote based on ability and achievements, it’s still sometimes a white and Black thing.”

Beyoncé, herself, still hasn’t addressed the CMA Awards nomination list.

Beyonce Once Checked Fabolous Over Old Bar About Solange Knowles

Sometimes, artists don’t even realize how far their words can travel. Fabolous found himself in an unexpected situation when what he thought was a harmless line from his 2010 track “For The Money” comparing Beyonce to her sister Solange came up when Bey pressed him about it later.

“Because if you could have Beyoncé, would you take Solange?” Fabolous rapped on the track, which also featured Nicki Minaj (who recently made her feelings about the Knowles-Carter family known). In a new interview with The Pivot, Fab was asked about that lyric. “I knew people were paying attention. I didn’t know Beyonce was paying attention […] It was like a mixtape freestyle. When she said it, I was like ‘oh, I get it,’ but in my head, I’m like, ‘who played Beyonce this s**t?’”

Fabolous And Beyonce Had A Brief Talk About Old Song Lyrics

Fabolous said the chat with Beyonce made him rethink some punchlines he used, as you never know who’s listening. In a previous recollection of the story on The Breakfast Club, he mentioned that he apologized to Solange in person for the bar. “I’m like, ‘Hey! What’s up?’ And I was like, ‘Yo, I just want you to know I didn’t mean it in any malice, but I do take responsibility for saying that and I apologize.” It is no secret that Beyonce and Solange are each other’s biggest fan. The two both started singing from a young age, though their individual rises to stardom were very different from each other. Beyonce started the group Girl’s Tyme at age 10 with her childhood friends. Girl’s Tyme turned into Destiny’s Child, and when they split, Beyonce jumped straight into a superstar solo career.

After early record label issues that plagued her first two albums (released in 2002 and 2008), Solange found her footing as an artist with the lauded A Seat At The Table, released in 2016. Rolling Stone later ranked it among the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time in the 2020 update to their list. Because of the strength of their relationship, it is not at all a surprise that Beyonce took exception to what Fab thought was a throwaway line. Hopefully, Fab’s story teaches some younger rappers the same lesson he learned.

Dolly Parton Doesn’t Think Beyoncé’s ‘Cowboy Carter’ Was ‘Shut Out’ From The CMA Awards, Despite Receiving No Nominations

Dolly Parton is arguably the Queen of country music. So, when Beyoncé decided to creatively venture into the genre, she was sure to tilt her brim to her classic “Jolene.” Despite the homages to country greats, rising stars, and critical acclaim, Cowboy Carter was notably missing from the CMA Awards nomination list.

While the BeyHive are fuming over the “snub,” Dolly Parton feels differently. During an interview with Variety, Dolly Parton said she doesn’t believe Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter album was intentionally ignored.

“Well, you never know,” she said. “There’s so many wonderful country artists that, I guess probably the country music field, they probably thought, well, we can’t really leave out some of the ones that spend their whole life doing that. But I didn’t even realize that until somebody asked me that question.”

Dolly went on to praise the project, saying: “But it was a wonderful album. She can be very, very proud of, and I think everybody in country music welcomed her and thought that, that was good. So I don’t think it was a matter of shutting out, like doing that on purpose. I think it was just more of what the country charts and the country artists were doing, that do that all the time, not just a specialty album.”

Dolly isn’t Beyoncé’s only Cowboy Carter collaborator to subtly address the matter. Although Shaboozey secured his own collaboration, he went on to thank Beyoncé for pushing the genre forward.

“That goes without saying,” he wrote. “Thank you, Beyoncé for opening a door for us, starting a conversation, and giving us one of the most innovative country albums of all time!”

Beyoncé hasn’t issued a response to the nominations list.

Megan Thee Stallion Pays Homage To Beyonce & Britney Spears At The MTV VMAs

As host of the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, there was a lot on Megan Thee Stallion’s mind last night (Wednesday, September 11). But one thing she certainly didn’t forget about was to pay tribute to iconic VMAs history, current big moments in pop culture, and two superstars who represent these pillars to a tee. The Houston femcee recreated Beyonce’s stunning one-piece outfit in red, white, and blue that she used to introduce Team USA for the 2024 Olympic Games. Then, she replicated Britney Spears’ classic outfit for her 2001 VMAs performance of “I’m A Slave 4 U,” complete with a snake that scared the living daylights out of her. “I tried to hold it down for Britney,” Meg shared.

Of course, we know how much Megan Thee Stallion loves her Houston, Texas sister Beyoncé. “Yall i have been ugly crying with my lace lifting all weekend lol,” she expressed on Instagram, where she posted a video of her performing with Queen Bey at their home city’s RENAISSANCE tour stop. “I will never stop screaming about this moment! I have loved @beyonce MY WHOLE LIFE. This means EVERYTHING TO ME!!! I love you [queen bee emoji] thank you thank you thank you for everything.”

Megan Thee Stallion’s Tributes To Beyonce & Britney Spears

Elsewhere, Megan Thee Stallion hasn’t said much publicly about Britney Spears to our knowledge, but this homage certainly makes that admiration and inspiration clear. Overall, it seemed like she had a great time as host and performer. However, now fans are wondering whether the “NDA” MC is sharing these moments with a special someone, as folks recently spotted her out with Torrey Craig in New York City. New relationship rumors are hot off the presses…

Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion might have even more stuff planned for 2024, as she just released a single with RM titled “Neva Play.” We wonder whether or not 2025 will be as busy of a year for her, although there’s certainly a lot to compete with when you look at the past nine months or so. A full album rollout and momentary Nicki Minaj beef sound absolutely exhausting. But when you don’t have a lot of motivation, inspiration, or energy, you can always count on the OGs to give you that spark again.
