London On Da Track’s BM Drags Him For Alleged Absence From Daughter’s Life

It’s no secret that London On Da Track and his ex, Eboni Ivori, haven’t always gotten along. The two of them share a child together named Paris, whose life he’s not very involved in, or so Eboni alleges. She’s called the artist out for this, among other things, on multiple occasions. He even sent her a cease-and-desist in 2022 over her accusations against Shenseea‘s seven-year-old son.

Most recently, Eboni took to her Instagram to share a series of photos that feature sad-looking children, none of which are hers. In her captions, she alleged that London hadn’t seen their daughter since December. “My lil girl waiting on her dad since last Christmas,” she wrote alongside a photo of a sad child. “Another pic of my lil girl waiting for her dad on her birthday last year,” she captioned another.

She went on, also alleging that Paris didn’t get to see her dad on Father’s Day. He’s yet to publicly address her accusations. It looks like Eboni isn’t the only one of London On Da Track’s exes who’s struggled to co-parent with him, however. Summer Walker jumped into The Shade Room‘s comments section to empathize with Eboni today, writing “Same [eyeroll emoji].” In the past, she’s also put him on blast for his alleged absence from their daughter’s life. In 2022, for example, she vented about the situation on her Instagram Story, though she deleted it shortly after.

“I literally have the worst bd on the face of the planet lol I can’t wait till I can just get some peace,” Walker wrote. “It’s okay tho I have the most perfect bundle of joy in the world. Jason Lee Recalls Working With Kanye West’s Sexual Harassment Accuser

Jason Lee recently reflected on his time working with Kanye West and gave his thoughts on the rapper’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who is suing him for alleged sexual harassment. Speaking with VladTV, Lee began by describing her as a “great girl” and praised her as being one of the best assistants he’s ever met.

“She’s really solid and she was super loyal to Ye. The thing that I hate about watching her go through what she’s going through is she’s super non-problematic,” he said. From there, he explained how all aspects of West’s business ran through her.

“I can say that I never witnessed that,” Lee said of the harassment claims. “Every time I witnessed them together, it was professional, but she was– think about this, his entire world was managed by this one person and all the craziness going on. So, if Meta was taking down his Instagram, I was dealing with her and Instagram to get the Instagram back. If the divorce attorneys wanted to track him down to talk about court with Kim, she had to facilitate all that. Accounting, photoshoots, she literally was the gatekeeper. So, I know she worked closely with him. I know that Bianca, his girl, lived in her apartment building and they used to be cool I believe. He would then go to her house while she was at her house. It became this really crazy relationship. But, I don’t know. I didn’t see Ye sexually harass her.”

DJ Akademiks Responds After Alleged Court Documents From His Rape Case Surface Online

DJ Akademiks is coming under fire on social media after users posted screenshots of an alleged court filing from Fauziya “Ziya” Abashe’s sexual assault lawsuit against him. Included in the apparent filing are graphic photos of her alleged injuries from July 2022, when she claims two unnamed individuals drugged and assaulted her inside the streamer’s home. She is suing all three of them for sexual assault, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and defamation.

The alleged documents state: “Ms. Abashe was unconscious or incoherent because it is unconscionable to believe that any person who is a willing participant in these acts can endure the pain of being dragged back and forth on the concrete, incurring scrapes and scratches on their back, buttocks, and elbows, especially while there is an empty lawn chair in arms reach, as well as several empty rooms in the home.”

Ziya Abashe’s Court Filing Surfaces Online

Abashe claims John Doe 1 and John Doe 2 initially drugged her near a pool deck and began sexually assaulting her as she lost consciousness. Eventually, she woke up in Akademiks’ bed as he was allegedly “brutally raping her.” The alleged documents continue: “Mr. Allen and his two accomplices’ sexual assault severely injured Ms. Abashe, causing significant physical and psychological pain and suffering, loss of dignity, and invasion of her privacy. Mr. Allen’s public statements added to the harm Ms. Abashe was already silently suffering with.” Abashe’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, said she only came forward when she did because Akademiks allegedly lied about the incident publically. “Litigation is always the last resort. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this case privately, Ms Abashe was left with no choice but to file. Mr. Allen’s hubris will be his downfall,” he said.

DJ Akademiks Denies Latest Allegations

Akademiks already vehemently denied the allegations stemming from Abashe’s lawsuit. He claims he already gave over all of the pictures present in the documents to police and has “nothing to hide.” During a livestream back in May, he immediately denied the accusations when the story went public. “Whatever this is will be handled in court,” he said at the time. “Just know, according to the law and according to the police and according to all sanctioning governing authorities, Akademiks is an innocent man who has not ever been charged with anything of the sort that has to do with any deviancy or anything like that, has never been charged, will never be charged. Diddy’s Legal Team Begins Fighting Back Against “Baseless” Lawsuits

Diddy is reportedly mounting a serious rebuttal to a rape and battery lawsuit with allegations dating back to the 90s. A woman named April Lampros filed the lawsuit in New York while also naming Bad Boy Records, Arista Records, and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants. Diddy’s lawyer, Erica Wolff, has responded to the claims, as caught by AllHipHop.

“April Lampros filed this baseless lawsuit more than twenty years after the end of her romantic relationship with [Diddy] represented by an attorney who regularly sues celebrities and was recently chastised by a federal judge for ‘improperly fil[ing] cases to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,’” Wolff said.

Lampros says she began a relationship with Diddy after he promised to help her in the music and fashion industries but it quickly turned abusive. She referenced several alleged instances of sexual assault spanning from the mid-1990s through the early 2000s. Regardless, Diddy’s legal team maintains his innocence. “Lampros does not allege how or where [Diddy] purportedly touched her, nor does she claim she sustained any physical injuries,” Wolff argued. Additionally, she says Bad Boy Records cannot be held liable as none of the incidents occurred on business property. Wolff is hoping to get the case dismissed on these grounds altogether.

Lampros is one of many alleged victims suing Diddy over the last year. Despite the drama, he’s been adamant about his innocence in all of the cases. He previously settled a lawsuit from Cassie in November of 2023. The terms were not disclosed although CNN later published footage of Diddy hitting Cassie at a hotel in 2016. Russell Simmons Issues A Warning To People Who Keep Attacking His Friends

Russell Simmons wants people on social media to stop criticizing his friends for supporting him after several celebrities have come under fire for visiting him in Bali. Addressing his followers, the music industry veteran argued that he’s more innocent than several former presidents of the United States. He’s faced allegations of rape and sexual misconduct in recent years.

“I have never spoken to a policeman about anything,” he began. “I have never spoken to a judge, civil or criminal, about anything. From what I can tell, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton, President Trump, all have more credible claims against them than I do.” From there, he brought up having taken nine lie detector tests and asked whether any of the men he just mentioned had done the same. “Knock it off. I love you, I just don’t want my friends attacked. I wish you all the best, but just leave my friends alone. Don’t attack them for visiting me,” he concluded.

The-Dream Attempts To Get His Rape & Sex Trafficking Lawsuit Dismissed

The-Dream is attempting to get the rape and sex trafficking lawsuit he’s facing dismissed. He argues the rape accusation is not a separate civil cause of action under California law and that Contra Paris LLC should be removed with regard to the sex trafficking claim because the allegation does not meet the definition of the law in California where it requires a “commercial element.” It is also based out of Delaware. Chanaaz Mangroe made the accusations back in June.

“The Complaint is a textbook example of a ‘shotgun pleading’ and must be dismissed in its entirety for failing to attribute specific factual allegations to each defendant,” The-Dream’s attorney, Desirée F. Moore, said in a statement. “Plaintiff’s Complaint contains dozens of allegations that are utterly irrelevant to her sexual battery and sex trafficking claims and are, instead, designed solely to smear Diamant’s name and reputation.” In total, he wants 300 paragraphs removed for being “irrelevant.” He also argued Mangroe only filed the lawsuit for “financial gain.”

Mangroe’s legal team wasn’t fazed by The-Dream’s motion. “The-Dream’s arguments seeking to dismiss Plaintiff’s allegations are wholly unpersuasive. We look forward to opposing the motions and proceeding to discovery in this case,” they wrote. In Mangroe’s initial filing, she accused him of keeping her in “an abusive, violent, and manipulative relationship filled with physical assaults, violent sexual encounters, and horrific psychological manipulation.” He allegedly promised to promote her and her career.

Shortly after the filing, The-Dream addressed the claims in a statement. “These claims are untrue and defamatory,” he wrote at the time. “I oppose all forms of harassment and have always strived to help people realize their career goals. Diddy’s Alleged Victim Files Police Report In Miami

Adria English, who recently accused Diddy of sex-trafficking her at his White Parties, has filed a report with police in Miami, according to a new report from TMZ. The outlet says she spoke with authorities about numerous allegations dating back to the early 2000s. She had previously made the claims in a civil lawsuit against the Bad Boy mogul, last month.

Law enforcement sources for TMZ confirmed the filing of the report, but say there’s not enough evidence to spark a full investigation. English’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, told the outlet that she still remains cautiously optimistic about the process and plans to file another report in New York City once she can travel up in person.

English previously claimed she took a gig as a go-go dancer at Diddy’s infamous White Parties in an effort to help her boyfriend land a modeling job for Sean John. Diddy had allegedly pressured the man to perform oral sex on him to earn the spot, but the boyfriend refused. In her lawsuit, English accuses Diddy of supplying her with alcohol laced with Ecstasy and forcing her to have sex with his associates. English is also suing Tamiko Thomas, who she likened to Jeffrey Epstein’s wife, Ghislaine Maxwell. She cited several damages in the lawsuit including emotional trauma, intimacy issues, painful memories, and more.

Moreover, it seems like Rodney Jones Jr.’s still waiting for his money and expecting Sean Combs to respond eventually, as he detailed in a new video. Uncle Murda ran into Rod at 50 Cent’s “Humor & Harmony Weekend” event, and teased him about being the one to sue Puffy for $30 million. Eventually, Jones Jr. said “I want my money by Monday.” It makes sense that the two men would be joking about this, as neither has much love for Combs and Fif is an even more ardent detractor of his fellow executive’s.

Furthermore, the last update we got on Diddy’s situation is another theory from the G-Unit mogul. “I’m the only person in hip-hop culture that has produced any hit television. Why wouldn’t I be the person to produce it?” he told US Weekly about the documentary he produced about the disgraced multi-hyphenate. “And I’m not on the tapes. See, some of the people who have been around in the culture who are not saying anything. That’s because they’ve been to the parties… They don’t know what part of their experiences are on tape. So it keeps them quiet. And it looks like I’m the only guy, but I’ve been [saying] for years that something’s not right.”

Meanwhile, as far as Diddy’s legal situation, there haven’t really been much updates on his whereabouts or his moves. Instead, a lot of recent conversation revolved around Yung Miami’s Caresha Please confessions about their relationship. As for his numerous lawsuits on the table, we haven’t really seen much development in any of them. I know she ain’t got no $30 million.” From there, he implied she’d be living a quieter lifestyle if that was the case. Fans joined in with unfounded theories in the comments section of Vlad’s interview on YouTube. “She won’t be able to enjoy that money,” one top response reads. “She might ‘mysteriously’ pass away too. It’s far from the first time Boosie has spoken on Cassie’s allegations against Diddy. He previously reacted to the Bad Boy mogul’s apology video that released in the wake of CNN publishing footage of him hitting Cassie at a hotel in 2016. Real Boston Richey has some questions to answer from fans after interrogation footage recently resurfaced online of him supposedly snitching. Moreover, the clip below sees him talk to police, identify suspects, recounting events, naming names, and even brought in someone’s mother into his testimony. For what it’s worth, this has caused a lot of debate among fans of the “Get In There” rapper, as some point out that this is old footage that apparently came out some time ago. In fact, there are even some fans in the replies of the post below that claim that Richey said that he fabricated this story to police (which is still a crime) and that no one saw any jail time as a result of this conversation.

Still, many fans are more skeptical concerning that narrative, and they instead believe that they caught Real Boston Richey in 4K. However, it’s important to understand that – especially for consumers that aren’t involved with the courts or street life – there are a lot of “snitching” conversations and incidents that the public misrepresents and misinterprets, so take all of this with a grain of salt. But that’s not the only controversy on the Tallahassee native’s plate. Authorities reportedly arrested him for conspiracy to traffic marijuana earlier this year.
