Air Jordan 6 “Craft” Coming Next Year: First Look

Michael Jordan won his first NBA title back in 1991 while wearing the Air Jordan 6. Subsequently, the Jordan 6 became one of the best Jumpman shoes ever made. It is easy to see why the sneaker would become so popular as overall, it is just an impeccable silhouette.

Consequently, this sneaker has gotten a whole bunch of amazing colorways throughout the years. Every single year, Jumpman is looking to elevate the silhouette with a whole bunch of new offerings. In 2023, that is certainly going to be the case, once again.

According to the Instagram sneaker insider @zsneakerheadz, you can see that the Air Jordan 6 is getting a “Craft” model. The Air Jordan 4 and 5 have gotten one, so it makes sense that the AJ6 will as well. This one, however, contains some extra unique colors.

In the photoshop rendering below, you can see how the base is mostly white. What makes this unique is the mix of materials throughout the upper. Ultimately, this is how the Craft aesthetic comes into play. From there, the shoe has some gold trim on the back heel tab, and even the midsole.

If you love the Air Jordan 6 and want something a little bit different, then these are going to be for you. However, if you prefer that Jordan Brand simply stuck with the classic colorways, then you might want to wait around for something else. Either way, Jumpman will have you covered at some point.

Release Rumors

At the time of writing this, it looks like the Air Jordan 6 “Craft” will drop on July 15th of next year. However, an official release date has yet to be confirmed, so stay tuned to HNHH for updates. In the meantime, let us know what you think of these kicks, in the comments section below.

Serge Ibaka Goes After Kendrick Perkins Over Racist Trope

Serge Ibaka used to be teammates with Kendrick Perkins on the Oklahoma City Thunder. This was all at a time when Kevin Durant was just 23 and Russell Westbrook, as well as James Harde, were 22. Of course, this team never won a title together, although they probably should have.

Despite this, Perkins seems to have some resentment toward the team. In fact, he made some weird assertion today that Ibaka was lying about his age when he played for the Thunder. Ibaka was 21 at the time, however, that did not stop Perkins from using a racist trope against Africans.

“Kevin Durant is only 23, Westbrook is only 22, Harden is 22, Serge Ibaka is 21, although he was probably 30 at the time because we know how certain individuals lie about their age,” Perkins said. Many realized that this had some weird racial undertones, including Ibaka.

Serge Ibaka Responds

While taking to Twitter, Ibaka made sure to tell Perkins that he did not appreciate what was said on the air. He noted that it is a negative trope used against African people and that he wishes people would be less ignorant. Furthermore, Ibaka called out Perkins for being a bad teammate.

“I count my blessings every day and I don’t usually react to comments about me. But It’s disappointing to hear someone I shared a locker room with spreading misinformation to be relevant and get views on TV and social media,” Ibaka said. “You can talk about my game If I don’t play well, I will never have a problem with that. But to talk extra for no reason is really not acceptable. It is disrespectful to me and I feel like it is disrespectful to many Africans who have to live with that unfounded accusation.”

Perkins clearly did not care all that much as he simply wrote back “Bro it was a damn joke. Stop being so damn sensitive.” As you can imagine, this is a comment that did not sit well with fans, who know that Perkins has gone too far on multiple occasions.

Overall, this is a bad look for the ESPN analyst, who has already said some questionable stuff in the past.

From there, a fan told YoungBoy that he mentioned him to Trippie recently and that he laughed in response.

“Yo Trippie, fuck with YoungBoy y’all need to get back on that music shit, for real,” the fan recalled saying.

“That’s how a lot of n****s be though, man,” YoungBoy continued. “N***a never in his life had a problem with me but it seems like nobody like me.”

He didn’t provide any further details as to the reason the two are no longer friends. Trippie has yet to respond to the comments.

YoungBoy and Trippie have collaborated on numerous tracks in the past, including “Hate Me” and “Murda.” Trippie even once compared YoungBoy to 2Pac.

“Believe or not, love me or hate me, YoungBoy is Tupac, man,” Trippie said on IG Live, years ago.

Elsewhere during the radio show, YoungBoy listed his five favorite rappers.

“My top five rappers I’ll say Yeat, I’ll say [Young] Thug, I’ll say French Montana…Glizzy, I will say Shy Glizzy, yeah, the last one Soulja Slim,” he stated.

YoungBoy has had a chance to collaborate with all five of the artists, except for Soulja Slim, who passed away in 2003.

Broncos Fire Nathaniel Hackett As Russell Wilson Struggles

If you are a Broncos fan, then this season has been one from hell. The team was looking good a few months ago when they got Russell Wilson in a trade. However, Wilson has been playing some of the worst football of his career. In fact, one could argue he is one of the worst QBs in the entire league.

Additionally, the team’s head coach Nathaniel Hackett has been awful. This was his first year with the team, and there was hope that he would inject new life into the franchise. Of course, that has not happened, and now, fans are completely fed up with him.

Broncos Make A Change

Yesterday, on Christmas, the Denver Broncos lost to the Los Angeles Rams by a score of 51-14. Wilson threw numerous interceptions while Hackett did nothing to help his team’s fortunes. Overall, it was easily the team’s worst game of the entire season.

The Broncos’ front office was so mad that they immediately fired Hackett this morning. In a statement, according to TMZ, team CEO Greg Penner explained the decision.

“Following extensive conversations with George and our ownership group, we determined a new direction will ultimately be in the best interest of the Broncos,” Penner said. “This change was made now out of respect for everyone involved and allows us to immediately begin the search for a new head coach.”

This is probably the right decision, moving forward. As you can see below, the Broncos were a complete laughingstock yesterday. Consequently, a move had to be made.

Benny The Butcher Says B.Dot Must Be “Eatin’ Crack” Over Best Rappers List

Benny the Butcher and Westside Gunn were not happy with Griselda’s exclusion from Brian “B.Dot” Miller’s year-end list for the 10 Best Rappers of 2022. Miller selected Pusha T, Gucci Mane, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, JID, 21 Savage, Kodak Black, Drake, Ransom, and Lil Wayne.

“So no Conway Gunn or Benny but 2 guys who didn’t drop albums in the top 3…mmkay,” one fan wrote in response to the list. Benny then tweeted: “Fuck smokin crack he gotta be eatin it.”

When asked why he felt he was excluded, Benny revealed he had a run-in with one of Miller’s “rap friends.” Conway the Machine also once dissed him.

“That’s only based on the opinions of that blogger but who are they fr,” Westside tweeted. “I bet u they look goofy even standing next to US, wat makes them truly valid why just bc they say so, them MFs ain’t nothing by dickriders for a living with cheap pay.”

Last week wasn’t the first time Gunn had taken issue with a list made by Miller. Back in June, the Griselda leader slammed B.Dot’s “10 Best Rappers of 2022 (So Far).” He blamed his crew’s exclusion on “clickbait.”

“Click bait duuuuuuuh he knows by not putting them on there will give it the attn it is just like when I just tweeted it,” he said at the time. “That’s exactly what he wants for the conversation I know for a million fuckin Fakts this is intentional ain’t that right @bdotTM.”
