Richard Jefferson Slammed By Knicks Fans After Biased Commentary

Despite being a laughing stock for over a decade, the New York Knicks have managed to get things together and are now viable playoff contenders. They currently sit in sixth place in the Eastern Conference and they have a realistic shot of shooting up to fourth if they win a couple more games. Knicks fans are absolutely loving this season and after defeating the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night, fans are confident that this team is going to do big things in the future.

Unfortunately, Knicks fans couldn’t even enjoy the win as they were too preoccupied with hating on former NBA star and current analyst, Richard Jefferson. Throughout the game, Jefferson came across as biased towards the Mavericks and even seemed to hate on the Knicks a little bit, even though the team was playing well.

Knicks fans were livid about this and immediately took it as disrespect. This led to quite a few angry tweets, all while Jefferson started to trend on social media. As you can see below, Knicks fans had a lot of hatred in their heart for Jefferson and they are even calling for ESPN to stop assigning Knicks games to the former player.

While all of these comments are certainly harsh, there is no denying that when it comes to Knicks fans, you need to walk on eggshells otherwise you will become a trending topic.

Juicy J Fined Three 6 Mafia Members If They Did Too Many Drugs, Crunchy Black Says

There have been few parties prior to the pandemic that didn’t have at least one Juicy J song in rotation. During his comeback as a member of Taylor Gang, he became everyone’s wild uncle that took too many drugs and smoked more weed than humanly imaginable. It’s a public image that he carried with him from Three 6 Mafia’s heyday but he made sure that it never affected his business, according to Crunchy Black.

During a recent interview with VladTV, Crunchy Black recalled some of the strict rules that were put in place to make sure that no member of Three 6 Mafia went overboard with the vices. He explained that both Lord Infamous and Koopsta Knicca’s death were from health issues, not drugs, because Juicy J made it clear that he wasn’t playing.

“Nah, none of us actually OD’d or no shit like that,” he said, adding that Juicy J took on a leadership role within the group to make sure everyone was on a straight path. “Juicy is the father of all of Three 6 Mafia and he would tell you, ‘N***a, if you do too much? We fining you.’ And he’ll fine the fuck out of you and Paul would be with him with that shit. I appreciated them niggas for them fines. I’m still here ’cause if it wasn’t for the fines, I probably would be gettin’ high as fuck.”

However, it wasn’t simply taking substances that would spark a fining but rather, allowing the drugs to interfere with any of their operations. “[Juicy J didn’t fine Three 6 Mafia] if we got high but if we let the drugs get in the way of studio, shows, important stuff that they would set up for u because we wanted them to do it and that was they job,” he explained. “And then we’d come behind them when they set up big shit like this and then we don’t show up or we show up fucked up on drugs.”

But this is so dumb, got me so confused

ChillPill, Cousin Stizz, YBN Nahmir & Teejayx6 Shine On “Moonwalk”

Producer ChillPill has been developing an impressive portfolio as of late and if you’ve been listening to his music, then you would know that he can come through with a plethora of different styles. On his latest song “Moonwalk,” ChillPill demonstrates his artistry by delivering a song that features three very different artists in Cousin Stizz, YBN Nahmir, and Teejayx6.

The production is hard-hitting as one would expect, all while all three artists give us their best versions of themselves. While speaking about the song, ChillPill said he wanted to give off a cipher-type vibe and that is exactly what he accomplishes here. The lyrics from all of these artists are playful and overall, it’s a dope effort that you should definitely check out.

Young Thug Shares What It Was Like Creating ‘Slime Language 2’ With Some Of Music’s Biggest Names

Two years after its predecessor, Young Thug and his YSL Records collective returned with Slime Language 2. The highly-anticipated album dropped Friday, backed by 23 songs and guest appearances from Drake, Travis Scott, Big Sean, Meek Mill, and others. But it was supposed to come out much earlier. Back in August, Thug tweeted that the project would drop that month. He quickly retracted the news after he said his account was “hacked.” Now that the project is finally here, the rapper stopped by Zane Lowe’s Apple Music radio show to talk about making the compilation album with some of the industry’s biggest names.

“It seemed like a show,” he said. “It seemed like a Lollapalooza, Coachella. It just seemed like a show. Every moment was performing. Those was more a performance. You got to show up. You know what I’m saying?” He added, “Everybody’s watching there. Everybody here. Everybody in your shit. Everybody in your face, you got to show up. It just felt like that. Every moment.”

Quavo Hits YK Osiris With The Ankle-Breaker During Basketball Game

YK Osiris tried to show off his basketball skills last weekend although his attempt largely backfired on him as he could be seen getting blocked by a guy who wasn’t that much bigger than him. While his shot was fairly decent, it also seemed like Osiris simply didn’t have the dexterity necessary in order to play defense while out on the court. Unfortunately for him, those suspicions were confirmed recently as he took to the floor against Quavo.

This basketball matchup was formed as both men were in Atlanta for Legends Day. As you can see in the Twitter clip below, Quavo had the ball and was coming down the court all while Osiris was following him. That’s when Quavo made a quick move that ultimately put Osiris on skates. Osiris eventually fell out of frame, and Quavo went on his way.

Quavo has proven himself as someone who is not to be messed with when he is out on the basketball court. He’s a multi-sport athlete and over the years, he has made some pretty impressive moves that are undeniable if you are into basketball. If anything, Osiris could learn a thing or two from the Migos artist.

In the future, it will be interesting to see just how much Osiris is able to improve.

Jimmy Butler Calls Heat “Soft” Following Yet Another Loss

Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat were expected to thrive this season especially after going all the way to the NBA Finals last season. Unfortunately for Butler and company, things haven’t gone according to plan as the Heat are seventh in the Eastern Conference and have lost 10 out of their last 16 games. In fact, after last night’s loss to the T-Wolves, Butler called out his teammates for being too soft.

“We’re just being soft. That’s it,” Butler. “Not getting into bodies, scared of some contact. Soft overall.” Butler made sure to note that he actually believes this is a good thing as it will force the Heat to look within and improve.

“It’s not frustrating because we do it so often,” Butler said. “It’s almost like it’s expected, in a bad way to put it. We just think we’re such a good team, and then reality hits us, we’re humbled. And I’m glad because that’s what this game does for you. Home, away, no matter what opponent you’re playing against, you just stroll into the game thinking you’re nice, you’re good, this is what happens.

With the regular season coming to a close within the next month, the Heat don’t have much time to get it together before the playoffs. Despite this, the team is full of players with deep-run experience which will certainly come in handy once the playoffs start.
