Lampkin has also feuded with both Jones’s mother and manager. Additionally, she and Jim have had not one but two failed engagements. Fans have waited for the two to either call it quits or take the leap and make it to the altar. Nonetheless, their relationship has become catnip for the media. Here’s everything you need to know about Jim Jones’ time with Chrissy Lampkin.
2004: The First Encounter
Jones and Lampkin grew up in the same neighborhood and knew of one another through mutual friends. However, the reconnected in the early 2000s at a hometown Harlem lounge. Jones has jokingly insisted that Lampkin was all over him and “sweating for his number.” On the other hand, Lampkin claimed that she kept her cool. The pair began dating soon after that meeting.
March – December 2011: Love and Hip Hop Proposals
Chrissy Lampkin and Jim Jones were series regulars on the first two seasons of Love & Hip Hop: New York. The reality TV series closely follows their relationship, as well as their constant arguments about marriage. In the first season, Lampkin famously proposed to Jones, a move that angered his mother. However, after some delay on Jones’ part, he eventually proposed to Lampkin in the second season, solidifying their engagement.
September 2012: Chrissy And Mr. Jones
Despite the dual engagements, the couple didn’t get married anytime soon. Instead, friction with production led to Lampkin leaving Love and Hip Hop: New York. With Jones by her side, the pair started their own spinoff series on VH1 titled Chrissy and Mr. Jones. The series followed the pair as they navigated their often-turbulent relationship. Another main plot was Lampkin’s interior design ventures and business endeavors.
2016: Jim and Chrissy: Vow Or Never
After Chrissy and Mr. Jones, the pair signed up for yet another spinoff show. As the name implies, Jim and Chrissy: Vow or Never, chronicling the couple’s journey to the altar. The six-episode series followed the pair as they prepared to finally tie the knot. Additionally, it showed them going to therapy and jumping the final hurdles they needed to before marrying. However, despite their extensive wedding planning, the series did not end with the couple saying, “I Do.”
December 2019: Love and Hip Hop Season 10
After a seven-year hiatus from the franchise, Chrissy Lampkin and Jim Jones returned to Love and Hip Hop for its tenth season. In the press run for the season, Lampkin shared that she was no longer eager to wed. She spoke to the ladies on The Real, saying, “To be honest with you, it’s not a priority anymore. I thought that marriage was the natural progression, but it’s not for everybody. So, we’re good right now.”
November 2022: Chrissy Lampkin Is Over The Idea Of Marriage
A clip of the couple discussing marriage made the rounds in November 2022. Jim Jones asks Chrissy Lampkin whether she wants to marry him, and she responds with a sharp negative. “I can’t make you want to get married,” she explained. She also claimed that Jones has been “mean, cold, and distant” to her. The pair were last seen starring in the third season of Family Reunion: Love and Hip HopEdition. Nonetheless, their social media has made it clear that they are still going strong despite the ups and downs.
Travis Scott is currently going through numerous lawsuits related to the Astroworld Festival tragedy. Overall, he could have to shell out upwards of $1 billion due to these lawsuits. However, he is currently in the deposition process and there is no telling when all of this will come to a head. That said, it seems as though Scott is now going through a new monetary issue, according to The Blast.
It has been revealed that the artist owes the IRS $106,968.18 in back taxes. This is for the year 2021, which was not very long ago. As a result of his debt, he has been hit with a tax lien. He will now have to pay the money back quickly, or face harsh penalties and interest rates. As for the Astroworld tragedy, Scott recently spoke to GQ about how much the whole experience affected him and his album, Utopia.
“Making music, you think about things that go on in life and things that happen in your life, and you dial in on things,” Scott explained “That moment for families, for the city, you know, it was devastating. And when it came to making, like even finishing the album…I got back into it probably like, I don’t know, months and months and months after. And the idea of just even getting back into music, working on music and just even getting into that, was therapeutic of being able to channel some of the energy into production and sounds and finishing it.”
It remains to be seen if Scott will pay the money quickly. However, it’s probably better to do so. Let us know your thoughts on this story, in the comments section below. The first trailer for GTA 6 will be released at 9am Eastern on December 5, Rockstar Games announced. The news comes after Rockstar teased the trailer’s release in early November. Now, nearly a month later, fans finally know when they need to set an alarm.
GTA 6 has been stuck in a secretive development cycle for many years now. This has frustrated loyal fans, with the massively popular GTA 5 now being a decade old. An early build of the game was leaked to social media last year. The leak led to some minor drama online. Many believed that the test build’s low-quality graphics were indicative of the final game. While the game’s release date is still unknown, fans may be given a better indication of the release cycle during the trailer next week.
As mentioned, the development of GTA 6 has been incredibly secretive and many years in the making. The most recent reports suggest that the game will a female protagonist for the first time in the series’ history. Furthermore, it’s believed that the multi-protagonist mechanic from GTA 5 will also be returning. GTA 5 was the first game in the series to feature multiple protagonists, whom the player controlled in various missions as part of a wider, interconnected story. The leaks from last year appeared to show two protagonists – Jason and Lucia.
Furthermore, the game is believed to be set in Vice City, the GTA equivalent of Las Vegas. Previously, GTA 3 was set in Vice City in the late 1980s, meaning that players will be returning to a familiar location at a later point in its history, as GTA 6 is believed to be set in the modern day. Additionally, the leaks from last year appeared to show the inclusion of new stealth mechanics, a major shift for the franchise. There was also a significant improvement to AI pathing, especially in regard to when interacting with law enforcement. However, this is a developing story and we’ll have any updates and when they emerge.
Diddy’s legal battles and accusations of worrisome behavior continue, whether from unrelated artists or people close in the Bad Boy circle. This latest claim comes from the latter camp, specifically former label artist Mark Curry, who alleged that the record mogul broke Kim Porter’s nose once while they were together. Not only that, but these were claims that previously emerged in Sean Combs’ former bodyguard Gene Deal’s interview with The Art Of Dialogue, who asked Curry about it in the first place. In addition, his former signee claimed that he also wiretapped Porter’s phone, which was another bad sign of controlling behavior and rampant jealousy.
“Busted her nose, man,” Mark Curry said of Diddy and Kim Porter. “It was all insecurities. Anytime a man would go out of his way to wiretap someone’s phone or put taps in their home just to monitor their conversations, that’s a sign of insanity. So, when you see someone doing that, you can imagine everything else they do. What do you think he’s gon’ do if he found her on the phone talking to someone or feels that she’s cheating on him with somebody sleeping with his girl? What you think he’s gon’ say? ‘I caught you. I heard this.’ Nah, he gonna come in– it’s gonna be a fight.
Mark Curry Claims Kim Porter Got A Broken Nose From Diddy: Watch
“I think he’s very capable of doing it,” Mark Curry added regarding the multiple lawsuits against Diddy. “It’s in his character, that’s who he is. That’s what comes with power, that’s what comes with arrogance. That’s what comes with what makes him, that’s the selfishness that makes you be like that. He’s being humbled right now. It took a long time. It takes a long time to humble an arrogant person.”
Meanwhile, other figures in Puff Daddy’s life who spoke out against him during this time either left social media altogether or haven’t found the audience and reach they probably wanted. Of course, it’s impossible to tell what’s going to captivate people and what people are going to ignore. In this case, we can only hope that this doesn’t all get swept under the rug without fair scrutiny. For more news and the latest updates on Diddy, come back to HNHH.
Memphis, Tennessee has brought us a lot of exciting voices in rap over the past few years. One of those rising talents includes Big Scarr. If you have not heard his material before, he has that signature deep and intimidating voice. It is very similar to Key Glock and Young Dolph.
Unfortunately, his legacy in the hip-hop genre was short lived. The then 22-year old rapper tragically passed away from a drug overdose. TMZ Hip Hop reported this, as well as a lot of other publications on December 23 of last year. It was obviously shocking news. As many estates have for other rappers, they are still getting some music out to help continue the spread of their artistry.
That is the case here for Scarr’s team. In fact, this is the second album from them this year. Gucci Mane’s 1017 Global Music label, which Scarr was a part of was behind this. Guwop announced it on his Instagram yesterday. This latest LP is called Frozone and it might be one of the best put together posthumous releases in recent memory. Clearly, Scarr was at a high level during these recordings. There is tons quality spitting and beat selection. One of the tracks to check out is “Still The Same.” The use of the constant piano keys bring a fast tempo style, which Scarr absolutely shreds. If you are looking for solid trap bangers with a Southern tinge, this is the project for you.
What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new posthumous album from Big Scarr, Frozone? Is this his best project out of The Secret Weapon and Big Grim Reaper: The Return? Which tracks are you enjoying the most so far? Did Scarr have some of the most untapped potential in the game? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest breaking news around Big Scarr. LeBron James has revealed that he plans to be at his son Bronny’s USC debut, even if it means skipping a Lakers game to do so. “Whenever he’s cleared and ready to have his first game, I already told my teammates that if they play on the same day we’re playing, I’m going to have to catch them the next game. Family over everything. But definitely got to see Bronny’s first game whenever he’s cleared and ready to go,” LeBron told reporters after the Lakers’ Thursday night loss to the Thunder.
Earlier this week, the James family announced that Bronny had received medical clearance to resume practice with USC “next week”. Furthermore, the family’s statement said that Bronny’s debut as a Trojan would come “soon after”. Of the Trojans’ next 10 games from December 11 onwards, four coincide with a Lakers’ fixture. If Bronny’s debut comes against Oregon State (December 30), Cal (January 3), Colorado (January 13), or Arizona (January 17), LeBron would be skipping a Lakers fixture. Of the four, only the matchup against Cal is a home fixture for USC. The Galen Center, USC’s home base, is a little over two miles from the Lakers’ Crypto.com Arena.
Bronny has missed USC’s first seven games, in which they have gone 5-2. The Trojans were upset by UC Irvine before losing to Oklahoma at the Rady Children’s Invitational. The Trojans’ next game features their first ranked opponent of the season – No. 11 Gonzaga. However, Bronny has made sure to remain around the team as the season got underway. Bronny made an appearance at the annual Trojan HoopLA but did not participate in the athletic festivities.
Despite this, Bronny’s return is nothing short of miraculous. Having suffered a cardiac arrest less than four months ago, many thought that he was going to miss significant time. Instead, much like Aaron Rodgers, Bronny is now expected to defy the odds and make an expedited return to the sport that he loves. We’ll have more on Bronny’s USC debut as and when the details become available.

Their tumultuous journey through love, fame, and scrutiny paints a vivid picture of the challenges of being in the spotlight. What started out as a loving relationship has quickly delved into a heap of animosity. In fact, Tyga and Blac Chyna are currently involved in a brutal custody battle over their son, King Cairo. From the initial whispers of their romance to cheating rumors and their subsequent breakup, here’s a look into their time together.
2011: The Genesis Of Love
Tyga and Blac Chyna first crossed paths in 2011 at Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E. Tour after-party. At the time, Chyna was working as a stripper at the King of Diamonds strip club. Sparks began flying between the two while they were shooting the music video for Tyga’s smash hit, “Rack City.” The two subsequently became an item and embraced their newfound fame, sharing glimpses of their romance on social media. Tyga, in particular, was open about his affection for Blac Chyna, often expressing his love through heartfelt posts and public declarations.
2012-2013: Building A Life Together
As Tyga and Blac Chyna’s relationship blossomed, so did their professional lives. Both stars were enjoying media attention, quickly rising through the celebrity ranks. In 2012, the couple welcomed their first child—a son whom they named King Cairo Stevenson. The birth of their son added a new dimension to their relationship, and they seemed committed to building a family together. Just one month after King’s arrival, Tyga and Black Chyna got engaged.
2014-2015: The Rocky Road & Kylie Jenner Rumors
DONT BELIEVE THE RUMORS, BEEN FRIENDS WITH THE FAMILY FOREVER. WERE ALL JUST FRIENDS.
The path of love rarely runs smoothly, especially in the world of fame. Rumors of discord began circulating in 2014, leading to speculation about the stability of Tyga and Blac Chyna’s relationship. The whispers intensified when Tyga’s “friendship” with Kylie Jenner, who was a minor, started making headlines. The budding friendship understandably raised eyebrows, and Tyga faced immense backlash. Soon after, he took to his Twitter account to deny the rumors, stating: “Don’t believe the rumors, been friends with the family forever. We’re all just friends.”
Amid the speculation, Tyga and Chyna officially ended their engagement in 2014. The breakup played out in the public eye, with both parties addressing the split on social media. Although the reasons for their separation remained largely private, the public was convinced Kylie Jenner had something to do with it. Sure enough, by mid-2015, Tyga and Kylie confirmed they were dating.
In an October 2023 interview with Nick Viall, Blac Chyna claimed that she was kicked out of the house she and Tyga lived in at the time. “It was actually when Tyga’s friends threw me out of his house,” she said. “Yeah, they packed my stuff up and put it in my, well, his truck at the time.” She also said that she found out about their relationship on the internet, along with the rest of the world.
2017-2019: Co-Parenting & Unfinished Business
Throughout the years since their son’s birth, Tyga and Chyna managed to navigate the complexities of co-parenting their son, King Cairo. While their romantic endeavors had ceased, their connection endured through shared parenting responsibilities. The public eye continued to follow their interactions, with fans speculating about the potential for reconciliation. Rumors of a rekindled romance sometimes circulated, but neither Tyga nor Blac Chyna confirmed any reunions. Instead, they focused on co-parenting and individual pursuits.
In 2022, Blac Chyna took to her social media page to post a series of tweets alleging that she received no child support from the fathers of her babies. However, Tyga wasted no time refuting her claims, stating: “I pay 40k a year for my son’s school and he lives with me Mon-Sat. Why would I pay child support?” As of the most recent update, Tyga has submitted legal paperwork requesting exclusive legal and physical custody of his son, King Cairo. The documents additionally express his desire for Blac Chyna to be granted visitation rights.
SZA is an artist with a diverse music taste. Quite frankly, if you want to be on her level, you have to have multiple frames of reference. Overall, you can hear these various influences in her music. However, there are a few artists out there that you probably didn’t know SZA actually champions. Two of those artists are none other than Nickelback and Creed. These two post-grunge bands have been ripped apart by critics, however, the songstress believes they are amazing.
During an interview with Variety, SZA made her fandom be known. “The other day, you know what I pulled up?” she asked. “Creed, Nickelback, Train ‘Drops of Jupiter,’ just a whole bunch of that. I know, I know! Wait, you know what’s crazy? Do white people hate Creed and Nickelback? Black people love them! They rock! That shit is bomb! Why do you all hate it so much?” She then went on to profess her love of Creed’s massive hit, “Higher.”
“I like Creed so much — ‘Higher’? Why are you hating on it? Have you ever felt more inspired and uplifted in your life?” she asked. “I’m in the car and I’m blasting ‘Higher,’ I feel like it’s a gospel song, the vocals are going crazy and it’s also somehow slightly romantic, it just feels so fun. Because even if it’s cliche, he’s so fucking dead ass! I will be a Creed fan forever. Like, it started just on a whim in the shower, ‘Oh, let’s play this,’ and then it became a week of Creed and Nickelback.”
Hopefully, her co-sign will lead to more people listening to these artists. At the end of the day, they are extremely over hated. Let us know what you think of her comments, down below.
