According to an extensive report from Variety, Marvel is reportedly considering what action to take over the ongoing Jonathan Majors situation. At a retreat in September, studio execs discussed various backup plans if the actor is found guilty at his trial, which begins later this month. Majors was meant to be the crux of the next era of the MCU. However, the actor’s assault charges have put that into jeopardy. While he has appeared in the most recent season of Loki, it’s likely that’s the final project for the time being Majors will shoot roles for.
“Marvel is truly f-cked with the whole Kang angle. And they haven’t had an opportunity to rewrite until very recently [because of the WGA strike]. But I don’t see a path to how they move forward with him,” one high-ranking executive said. This is especially given the upcoming finale of Loki‘s Season 2, which reportedly has major implications for the immediate future of the MCU.
Jonathan Majors Sees Upcoming Film Dropped From Release Slate
Meanwhile, Magazine Dreams, an upcoming drama starring Jonathan Majors, will no longer be released on December 8. Speaking with CNN, Disney confirmed that the film did not currently have a release date. Searchlight Pictures, a subsidiary of Disney, acquired the distribution rights to the film after it opened to rave reviews at Sundance. Furthermore, Disney’s live-action Snow White film starring Rachel Zegler has been pushed back from March 2024 to March 2025. Currently, the next major release for Marvel is The Marvels. That comes out next week and is expected to underperform at the box office.
However, the decision to delay Magazine Dreams was widely expected by industry experts. Majors’ trial for assault charges begins in late November. That makes early December an inopportune time to promote and release the film. Furthermore, the film features Majors as an amateur bodybuilder who resorts to increasingly violent means to pursue his dreams. Given the charges that Majors is facing in court, Disney would likely face backlash for being “tasteless” if they were to release the film.
Last month, Offset released his new album Set If Off to a substantial amount of hype. The project was met with some positive reviews and even more commercial success. The album sold 70k units in its first week which was good enough for a debut in the top 5 of the Billboard 200. It didn’t fare too bad on the Hot 100 either where two of its high-profile collaborations made their debuts on the chart last week. “SAY MY GRACE” with Travis Scott was the highest debuting song and stuck around for a second week on the chart placing at number 100 this week.
The second track to hit the charts was “Worth It” with Don Toliver. The track is a ladies anthem and for his standout second verse, Offset knew just who to ask. In a new interview he reveals that he went to his wife Cardi B for some suggestions. “I’m gonna call my wife because she’s gonna give me what the girls wanna say,” he says in the interview clip. In the comments of a repost of the video fans praise the wholesome moment. They denounce those online who endlessly hate on Cardi B. Check out the full clip and various fan reactions below.
During an interview last week Offset commented on the declining sales numbers in rap music. He credited the fall to a lack of originality in the genre and even claimed that it was getting boring. “I’m noticing that the no-content music ain’t catching nobody’s ear. I’m noticing that the numbers are down in our genre specifically because I feel like everything is so the same,” he concluded.
Set It Off was Offset’s first new album in 4 years. His second solo project followed Father Of 4 in 2019 and took a similarly lengthy and feature packed approach to assembling its tracklist. What do you think of Offset looking to Cardi B for help making his song “WORTH IT?” Let us know in the comment section below.
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s son Rocky was due this week, sources online say, and there’s reason to believe that he may have already been born. Moreover, the pop-punk drummer reportedly went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles this week, from Monday (October 30) to Thursday (November 2). In addition, TMZ alleges that onlookers also spotted Kylie Jenner at the hospital, which is where most Kardashians have given birth in the past. Considering a previous unclear medical emergency, many fans are speculating that it might finally be time. However, there’s a lot of other things to consider here that might inform this activity.
Of course, this is all purely speculative at the moment, as it’s based on alleged reports, sources, and eyewitnesses. On that note, many sources claim that the due date of this week we mentioned before isn’t just rumors. Also, they suggested that they might induce labor, as Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker previously said they wanted Rocky to be born on Halloween. As such, the baby’s birth this week makes sense. But then again, this could also be due to medical check-ups or other circumstances or emergencies that aren’t as obvious or highly anticipated as this birth.
Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker At A 2022 Runway Show
However, if you’re not interested in childbirth but love the Kardashians, there was also plenty of drama recently to unpack. When you have a reality TV show like The Kardashians airing right now, that’s kind of inevitable. For example, there’s a lot of media focus and public discussion on Kourtney and Kim’s rift, whether it’s right now with their current actions or in the timeframe presented in the program. Travis Barker himself denied speculation that he caused this beef, which is a narrative that many fans love to spew online.
Meanwhile, we guess that it’ll only be a matter of time before this all clears up, just like the previous medical emergency. If the socialite just welcomed Rocky into the world, then we offer our perhaps early congratulations. If not, then we hope the best for her on the rest of her pre-motherhood journey. Benny The Butcher has been subject to plenty of praise from other rappers in recent years. He’s collaborated with some of the biggest names in the genre and received plenty of high-profile cosigns. But despite all the respect he gets from inside the rap game, he still thinks rappers as a whole are disrespected. He recently stopped by Rap Radar to discuss a variety of subjects, including how rappers as a whole need more respect.
“It’s not a lot of respect on being a rapper right now. Rap gave me a lot. I should be able to say that loud and proud but people try to hate on that,” Benny began the discussion. “A lot of these podcasts, influencers, a lot of these characters, they criticize rap. They got whole platforms to criticize rap in a bad way. Rap is this, rap is that, sh*tting on a rapper. I hate that because we are almost the bar for how people live their lives. You’ll hear somebody say, ‘I’m richer than rappers,’” he continues. In his conclusion, he basically says rappers are living rent free in the heads of their critics. “People want to compare themselves to rappers so bad. They love us so much they hate us.” Check out the full conversation below.
Benny The Butcher recently released a song he’s been teasing for months. “Big Dog” is a collaboration with Lil Wayne and The Alchemist that he shared a teaser of a few months ago. Even before that he had been teasing recording a collab with Wayne for a while. The song is set to serve as the lead single from Benny’s upcoming new album.
Initially, Benny’s new album was expected to drop back in August. When the date came and went with no new album he had to explain to fans that it was delayed. He said that he thought the album would be done in time but it didn’t turn out to be and he was still working on it. What do you think of Benny The Butcher’s take that rappers should be getting more respect than they currently are? Let us know in the comment section below.

Regarding capturing vocals, Dr. Dre favors the Sony C-800G microphone. Known for its crystal-clear sound, this microphone complements Dr. Dre’s preference for clean and crisp vocals.
The DAW Landscape
While Dr. Dre’s choice of DAW is Avid Pro Tools, it’s worth noting that the landscape of DAWs is diverse and continually evolving. Other popular DAWs include Ableton Live, FL Studio, and Logic Pro. Each offers unique features and workflows, catering to different production styles and preferences.
For instance, Ableton Live is praised for its workflow speed and intuitive interface, making it a favorite among electronic music producers. FL Studio, on the other hand, is popular among hip-hop producers and is known for its pattern-based workflow.
