Nene Leakes Sued By BF’s Wife For Humiliation, Emotional Distress: Report

She’s been at odds with Bravo TV following her abrupt Real Housewives of Atlanta exit, but that isn’t the only legal battle for Nene Leakes. The reality star mogul has reportedly sued Bravo while making claims that they allowed racism to take place during her tenure on RHOA. However, it was reported today that it’s Leakes who is being taken to court by the wife of her new boyfriend.

Following the death of Leakes’s husband Gregg Leakes, she slowly introduced her new beau, a man named Nyonisela Sioh. According to TMZ, Sioh’s wife, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh has filed a lawsuit against Leakes, alleging that the reality star was the reason her marriage ended.

Malomine put in her court documents that seeing her husband flaunted on Leakes’s social media pages has caused her humiliation, emotional distress, and even a “loss of affection” for her husband. If this all seems farfetched to you, it isn’t abnormal; in North Carolina, where Malomine reportedly resides, it is legal for spouses to file such lawsuits and many have scored major victories in court.

TMZ reported that Malomine is seeking $100K in damages, but Leakes quickly hopped online with a video that showed she was with Nyonisela. She returned with another video explaining that she didn’t steal anyone’s husband, joking that there are enough problems in the world.

Bobby Shmurda Takes Aim At Mass Shooters Who Target Schools: ‘It’s F*cking Kids!’

Bobby Shmurda is still finding his footing in the music industry after his release from prison last year. This process has resulted in him parting ways with his longtime label Epic Records and moving forward as an independent act. So far, Bobby has released two singles as an independent rapper, but he’s also used the past year to speak out about things that he’s deemed important. He shared his support for New York’s Rap On Trial bill, voiced his displeasure with not having control over his music, and more. In his latest message, Bobby addressed school shootings and what he feels needs to be done.

“We pay all this motherf*cking tax money,” Bobby said to TMZ which approached him as he was hanging out with Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast co-host Wallo267. “You know what my motherf*cking tax bill was last year?” He continued by suggesting that schools should increase their security. Next, Bobby took aim at mass shooters who target these schools.

“Let me tell you why they ain’t come to my block and shoot sh*t up or why they don’t go into the precinct and shoot sh*t up, cause they gonna shoot right back at your motherf*cking ass,” Bobby said. “It’s kids! It’s f*cking kids! Kids! Shoot at my black ass n****. Come shoot at me watch what happen.”

Waka Flocka Had Choice Words For Joe Budden Over Strip Club Post

A quick Instagram take on the lack of diversity in New York strip clubs has caused there to be a brief back and forth between Waka Flocka and Joe Budden. Gentlemen’s clubs are known to be hotspots for entertainers, especially rappers who often record themselves making it rain in strip clubs worldwide. Several venues have become staples after artists mention them in their songs or feature them in music videos, and many of the ladies who once worked the pole have found tremendous success as artists, themselves.

Joe Budden is a reported frequenter of such scantily clad establishments, and he noticed a trend that caused him to speak up. We previously reported on Budden’s post where he shared a photo of a group of women who worked at a club.

NY strip clubs, not only are you not hiring Black women, but you’re purposely hiring the SAME exact girl.. Your promoter having a type is gonna lose y’all money this Summer. this is disgusting (not the girls, the optics),” Budden penned over the image.

DJ Akademiks reshared the post and what some social media users missed was what went down in the comment section. It seems that Waka Flocka didn’t agree with Budden’s take.

“Man sh*t yo soft ass up,” wrote Waka. The mention wasn’t lost on Budden who replied, “Or what?” Things seemed to have stopped there, at least publicly.

Meanwhile, there has been a split reaction about this one, but many spectators have concluded that regardless of Budden’s opinions, clubs mostly likely won’t be hurting for money, especially considering this practice has been around for some time. Check it out below.

Vivica Fox Cries Over Will Smith Oscars Slap, Says Jada Has Taken “No Accountability”

Fans have been waiting for the moment that Red Table Talk addresses the infamous Oscars slap, and this week, Jada Pinkett-Smith delivered a brief take on the incident involving her husband, Will Smith. The beloved Fresh Prince actor changed the course of his career when he walked onto the Academy Awards stage and slapped his friend Chris Rock after the comedian cracked a bald joke about Jada. The incident has elicited passionate reactions far and wide, and The Academy returned with their punishment: Smith cannot attend any of the organization’s events for 10 years.

That same evening, Smith would go on to make history as he accepted the award for Best Actor, and as people continue to debate what lies in the future for both Smith and Rock, an interesting reaction from Vivica Fox has taken over timelines.

Following Jada’s message regarding her hopes that Smith and Rock can come together to reconcile this division in the future, Fox broke down in tears as she accused Jada of taking “no accountability” for her involvement in the incident.

“This is going to be difficult for me. These are my peers. I’ve done a movie with both of them: Set It Off with Jada and Independence Day with Will Smith, which absolutely changed my life,” said Fox during her stint guest-hosting The Wendy Williams Show. “When I saw this video last night, it made me cry, I’ll be very honest with you guys.”

“I really felt to be a partner to Will Smith who’s career basically took a crumble that night,” she added. “We were all rooting for Will Smith that night — Oscar night — we wanted him to win. Will Smith that night as far as I was concerned was going to be crowned this generation’s Sidney Poitier, which is a huge honor.”

“Will Smith was defending her honor, that’s the reason he walked on stage and slapped because he felt like his wife had been offended so for me to see no accountability as a partner,” she explained. “Also, let’s not forget, Chris Rock was assaulted. We cannot forget that for basically telling a joke that I really felt wasn’t that bad.” Fox added, “Let’s not forget the show was executive produced by Will Packer, an African American man. This night was a night of African American and diversity for brown and black people. That now will forever be scarred.”

“I have love for the Smiths. I know their children. I’ve watched them grow up,” she said. “I just wish we could have just a little more accountability and for it to not seem so self-righteous on Jada’s part and that’s my feelings.”

Fox’s response has caused a mixed bag of reactions, but you can watch the segment for yourself below.
