Jeannie Mai Seeks Private Mediation Amidst Divorce Drama with Young Jeezy

Jeezy Describes Conversation With Jeannie Mai About Her 'Dark Meat' Comments

Three months after rapper Young Jeezy filed for divorce from his wife, Jeannie Mai, the legal battle has taken a new turn. Reports say Jeannie Mai is opposing her estranged husband’s request for a public hearing to discuss the custody schedule for their one-year-old daughter. Instead, she is urging the court to consider private mediation to resolve the matter discreetly.

In court documents obtained by Radar Online, Mai’s response counters Jeezy’s recent motion, where he accused her of “gatekeeping” their daughter. Jeezy claimed that the informal visitation schedule they agreed upon was causing unnecessary tension and confusion, and he sought a public hearing to address the custody issues.

In her recent response, Mai acknowledged that their child had been living with her in Los Angeles but denied acting as a “gatekeeper.” She highlighted her flexibility in accommodating Jeezy’s schedule and expressed her commitment to working together for the best interests of their daughter.

Mai’s lawyer emphasized her commendable commitment to facilitating cross-country visits and suggested that the matter be resolved privately through mediation. The attorney stated, “Ms. Jenkins has demonstrated a commendable commitment to working together with Mr. Jenkins in the best interest of their daughter.”

Jeannie Mai’s request for private mediation comes in the wake of public insinuations of infidelity in a court filing, where she hinted that Jeezy may have cheated on her. In her divorce response, she referenced a prenuptial agreement provision related to infidelity, seeking financial penalties for any adulterous actions.

The legal saga continues, with sources close to Jeezy denying the claims of infidelity. The judge has yet to make a ruling on the request for private mediation.

As the high-profile divorce unfolds, the public awaits further developments and the potential impact on the ongoing custody battle between Jeannie Mai and Young Jeezy.

Young Thug’s Dad Has Sharp Words for Lil Baby After He Dissed Gunna: ‘He Needs to STFU’

LilBaby3

Young Thug’s father isn’t holding back words toward Lil Baby after he recently dissed Gunna. In case you missed it, Lil Baby shaded his former friend on stage. Baby was on stage performing when “Drip Too Hard,” a collaboration with Gunna, played. Lil Baby said onstage, “Fuck the rats.”

Speaking in an interview, Thugger’s father, Jeffrey Williams Sr., had a sharp response to Lil Baby: “He needs to shut the fuck up because he doesn’t know what’s going on.”

He added, “Ask Lil Baby: has he ever come to a court date? That’s what I want y’all to ask these goddamn rappers and these bloggers with this old snitch shit.”

You can hear his full statement below.

In June, Gunna returned to music, but who thought he would drop a diss on the first release? The new single is “Bread & Butter,” and Gunna combats snitch allegations.

Gunna also reveals he was misled by the lawyers and district attorney:

“Lawyers and the D.A. did some sneaky shit, I fell for it
On my Ps and Qs because this time, I be prepared for it.”

But the real eyebrow-raising bars come at the end, seemingly shading Lil Baby, specifically a bar about “you in business with a rat.” The line can be connected to recent headlines involving Quality Control CEO Pierre Thomas.

“Peepin’ shit, I’m seein’ niggas fall back
You bitch ass niggas got me as the topic of the chat
You switched on me when you know you in business with a rat
And the boy that’s like your brother, and nobody speak on that”

SOURCE SPORTS: Jamal Crawford Says Draymond Green’s Indefinite Suspension is a Sign the NBA Cares About Him

r

Jamal Crawford appeared on Run It Back, FanDuel TV’s NBA-centric morning show hosted by Shams Charania, Lou Williams, Chandler Parsons, and Michelle Beadle, and gave an analysis about Draymond Green’s suspension.

“Indefinitely for [the NBA] just means care, that they care about [Draymond Green] as a person, they care about his future,” Crawford says.

You can hear the full clip below.

Draymond Green has entered counseling following his indefinite suspension from the NBA. The Golden State Warriors star forward was suspended after hitting Jusuf Nurkic during a game last week.

According to The Athletic‘s Shams Charania, Green will miss the next three weeks, but there is no direct timetable for his return to basketball.

“People around Green and the organization said the four-time NBA champion has been understanding and prepared to undergo the process required to return to the team in a full capacity,” Shams said. “Those sources would not reveal the specifics of Green’s counseling out of respect for his privacy.”

In a press release, the NBA issued the suspension by taking “into account Green’s repeated history of unsportsmanlike acts.”

Green faces a deduction of $153,941 for each game if his suspension lasts less than 20 games and $202,922 per game if the suspension extends beyond 20 games.

Green spoke to the media and apologized after the game.

“I am not one to apologize for things I mean to do, but I do apologize to Jusuf because I didn’t intend to hit him,” Green said. “I sell calls with my arms … so I was selling the call … and I swung and unfortunately I hit him.

“You guys have known me long enough, if I intended to do something, I am not apologizing. But I did make contact with him, so I do apologize. … It’s a hard hit.”
