Forbes Reveals Top-Five Most Expensive Sports Franchises

If you are a rich billionaire with more money than you know what to do with, owning a professional sports franchise could very well be the right move for you. Depending on which team you buy and the market the franchise resides in, you could stand to make a whole lot of money on your initial investment. Various sports teams have seen a tremendous uptick in value and a lot of it has to do with rising ticket prices and TV deals that are worth billions upon billions of dollars.

Every single year, Forbes comes out with a list which details the five most expensive teams in the entire world. Today, the list came out, and right at the top, we have the Dallas Cowboys who are worth $5.7 billion. Unsurprisingly, the New York Yankees are second at $5.4 billion while the Knicks are right behind at $5 billion.

Rounding out the list are two soccer teams in FC Barcelona and Real Madrid who are worth $4.76 billion and $4.75 billion, respectively. It should come as no surprise that there are European soccer teams near the top of the list as these brands are known on an international level. Meanwhile, the Dallas Cowboys have always been one of the most valuable franchises out there and we’re sure Jerry Jones is happy to be atop the list.

Let us know if you’re surprised by any of these inclusions, in the comments below.

Snoop Dogg, Mozzy, & Blunt Smoking Madonna Unite In “Gang Signs” Video

For weed-smokers of all shapes and sizes, a session with Snoop is among the most sought-after bucket-list endeavors. It would appear that the Doggfather is acutely aware of this, as he notes in his brand new single “Gang Signs,” a highlight from his recent From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites project. Today, Snoop has come through to drop off a new video from the album, and lo and behold, it features none other than Madonna puffing on a blunt.

“Crip walking with my homegirl Martha,” he raps, but alas, footage of Martha’s footwork was not provided. “While I’m passing joints to Madonna.” Cut to the pop icon living up to the bar, blowing smoke into the camera in a clip that’s already garnered viral attention. “Who wanna smoke with Snoop, let’s have a smoke or two / puff puff pass, that’s what real smokers do.” His celebrity smoking session continues as he finds himself posted up with Gary Payton, reminding haters exactly how he gets down. “You was smoking on Gary Payton, I was smoking with Gary Payton,” he flexes. “We not the same, stop hatin’.”

Check out Snoop and Mozzy’s new video for “Gang Signs,” featuring cameo appearances from Madonna, Gary Payton, and Mistah F.A.B. And while you’re here, be sure to offer your thoughts and prayers to Snoop Dogg and his mother in the comments below.

Lil Uzi Vert & JT Strip Down To Their Underwear For Their First Magazine Cover

Despite them only going public with their relationship a few months ago, Lil Uzi Vert and JT have quickly risen pretty high on the list of fan-favorite hip-hop couples. They’ve shown off their cute and goofy sides as they fall deeper in love and it looks like they’ve formed a pretty tight bond after playing around with each other during the early days of their relationship. They both have no problem being affectionate with one another on social media, pridefully showering each other with kind words, affirmation, and love

After keeping fans shielded from their relationship status for the first year of their coupledom, it looks like Uzi and JT have taken the next step in their love story, posing for a brand new magazine cover together as part of their first joint shoot. As reported by multiple blogs on Instagram, the couple will reportedly be on the cover of Arena Homme +, a fashion magazine for men. The two rappers stripped down to their underwear for the pictures, with JT caressing her man’s face and torso.

The sexy picture hasn’t gone without its fair share of criticism though. A ton of people are very confused about the cover, pointing out some things that are throwing them off. For starters, we all know Lil Uzi is a man of pretty short stature. He doesn’t stand much taller than JT, yet, on the cover, he towers over her. “What they got him standing on?” asked one fan in the comments. Others are wondering why Uzi’s face looks a little off in the shot, pondering whether he was edited in and asking why he had to make that facial expression. “Why it look like they photo shopped his head on his body,” commented another confused fan. “He couldn’t make another face,” said another.

Let us know what you think of Lil Uzi Vert and JT’s magazine cover debut. Are you a fan of the cover? Read some of the comments below.

DJ Khaled, HER, And Migos Get Marooned In Their Dragon-Infested ‘We Going Crazy’ Video

If you were ever fell asleep on the couch watching TBS and had a dream combining Castaway, Pirates Of The Caribbean, and The Hobbit, it might look something like the video for DJ Khaled’s latest Khaled Khaled single “We Going Crazy.” The Jamaica-filmed video opens with a shipwreck that finds Khaled and his costars HER and Migos marooned on a tropical island littered with luxury goods, including watches, sneakers, and bottles of Ciroc.

After building themselves a shelter and feasting on shellfish, the newly island rich protagonists hold a banquet in a cave with pirate skeletons (and the extant treasures with which they were buried) and follow the pirates’ map to an underground mountain of gold — which is protected by a massive, Smaug-like dragon, naturally. There’s a lot more product placement and eventually, Khaled buys a helicopter(!?) to get them off the island, signing off with his signature catchphrase: “Another one.” Indeed.

Fire and tropical islands appear to be a running theme with this album’s rollout, as the videos for the Lil Wayne and Jeremih-featuring “Thankful,” Lil Baby and Lil Durk collaboration “Every Chance I Get,” and the all-star reggae jam “Where You Come From” all prominently feature at least one or the other. In fact, only “Sorry Not Sorry” with Jay-Z and Nas excludes flames and beach scenery — although if they want to film a remix video, I’m sure neither artist would be opposed.

Kodak Black & Pooh Shiesty Squash Beef With Miami Meeting

Kodak Black previously called out Pooh Shiesty for claiming he started the money-spreading trend on Instagram. The two clashed head-to-head for a couple of days, launching their short-lived feud after Pooh named Kodak one of his favorite rappers during his Rise & Grind interview with HNHH. They seemingly agreed that they had had a misunderstanding before putting their differences aside and leaving it to rest. On Thursday night, they proved that they’re not at odds anymore by meeting up in Miami, Florida, posing for pictures on social media.

During one of Kodak Black’s associates’ live stream, the rapper caught up to Pooh Shiesty and mobbed out for a minute, excitedly calling out their sets on camera and buddying up as though they weren’t insulting one another just a few weeks ago. Fans were happy (and a little confused) to see them together, with some using the moment to ask other viewers on the live what was going on, pointing out that they were beefing pretty publicly earlier this year.

It’s great to see that Kodak and Pooh squashed their issues. Hopefully, this precedes their eventual studio collaboration. These two would sound great on the same song.

What do you think about Pooh Shiesty and Kodak Black meeting up this week in Miami? Were you surprised to see them together?

Cordae Marvels At Young Thug’s Studio Expertise

Shortly after confirming that his upcoming album would be titled From A Bird’s Eye ViewCordae took a moment to catch up with Ebro Darden on Apple Music 1 show Rap Life Radio. During the conversation, Cordae opened up about his music yet to come, as well as offering some major praise to Young Thug, with whom he collaborated on his recent EP Just Until.

Despite the perceived stylistic difference on paper, Cordae and Thugger’s chemistry proved undeniable, making for a track that many deemed a project highlight. Hearing the way Cordae speaks on Thug’s musicianship and professional approach in the studio, it’s evident that the young emcee has nothing but respect for the trendsetting Atlanta chameleon.

“We did that joint one of the first nights we was in the studio just linking up,” explains Cordae. “And we’re just sitting down in a control room going back and forth and it’s incredible with Thug. This n***a is a master of cadence, flow and being able to create high-level music at an extremely fast pace. And he would stop what the engineer doing and shift the vocals and put a certain EQ and compressor on a vocal,  I’m just so impressed by that as well.”

“I tell Thug all the time I told him this in person, I’ll say it right now too,” he continues. “I feel like when it’s all said and done, he definitely belongs in the rock and roll hall of fame for sure.” One has to wonder if his positive experience, not to mention the praise “Wassup” garnered, will ensure Thugger a guest spot on Cordae’s upcoming body of work. On that note, he confirmed that H.E.R will be appearing on the project, though he opted to keep any other features close to the chest.

Check out Cordae’s appearance on Rap Life Radio below, and sound off if you’d like to see him and Thugger reconnecting in the booth.
