Gucci Mane Announces New Song With Pooh Shiesty

Pooh Shiesty has had one explosive 2021 so far. His breakout single at the end of last year, “Back in Blood” featuring Lil Durk, has become one of the few classics dropped this year and has quickly propelled him to the top of the Tennessee rap game. After releasing a deluxe to his debut mixtape Shietsy Season just a few weeks ago, the Tennessee rapper is back with a new track with industry staple and label head Gucci Mane.

The announcement made on Gucci Mane’s Twitter account shows the duo on what appears to be the set of a music video. Both of them are seen donning jerseys with their signature rap names on the back.

It was just last April that Pooh Shiesty, real name Lontrell Williams, signed to 1017 Records under Gucci Mane as well as Atlantic Records. After a string of consistent singles, Williams dropped Shiesty Season on February 5th of this year. This was accompanied by Shiesty Season – Spring Deluxe just a few months later on May 21st, featuring new collaborations with Lil Baby and G herbo.

This marks the second collaboration between Gucci Mane and Pooh Shiesty, the first being their “SolcyBoyz 3” track with Tay Keith and Foogiano which was released in March.

Are you excited for the new track? Check out the announcement below.

Boosie Badazz’s Alleged BM Backtracks Her Paternity Claim

Boosie Badazz is no stranger to being caught in the middle of other people’s antics. Earlier in the year, the Baton Rouge rapper explained how he was once mistaken for Flavor Flavin at a mall, a comparison he did not entirely find amusing. Flav himself didn’t find it all that funny either, eventually growing sick of the constant comparisons

In perhaps a more severe case of mistaken identity, a woman named Kirsten Siburt took to TikTok on Monday (June 7) to claim she “hooked up” with the rapper when they met backstage at his concert, later becoming pregnant and giving birth to a baby girl. Luckily for Boosie, however, the paternity drama has been quickly settled after she rescinded the claims.

“To the rapper I Hooked up with last summer after the show,” she wrote over a picture of herself posing with the Baton Rogue native. She added that she later became pregnant with his child whom she claimed to have his eyes, sharing pictures of her daughter. “She has your eyes,” she wrote.

She subsequently declared her love for the 38-year-old rapper, who is the father of eight children with six different women, on her Instagram page.  “My baby Lil Boosie love of my life,” she alleged.

The story quickly surfaced around the net, swiftly prompting Siburt to backtrack on her claims. Siburt, who also runs an OnlyFans page, reposted a headline of her false claims and simply added, “It was a joke.”

While Boosie himself has yet to comment on the matter, many fans are waiting for the outspoken rapper to, “cuss her out so I can laugh.” Others weighed in on the fact that it was obvious the story was made up, noting, “Y’all take tik tok too seriously.”

Regardless, it’s a good thing this battle was over sooner than it even began.

Charli XCX And Beyonce’s Mom Will Appear On The New Season Of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’

For the upcoming sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, the show will have a new home on the Paramount Plus streaming platform. The season is set to premiere on June 24, and ahead of then, Paramount Plus has shared a new trailer. Aside from teasing the upcoming season, the clip also offers a brief look at some of the upcoming guests on the show, including Charli XCX and Tina Knowles, aka Beyonce’s mother.

Towards the end of the trailer, we see Knowles talking to a contestant off-camera, saying, “It was right on point.” The video then cuts to a similar shot of Charli, who says, “I am obsessed with your outfit.”

Charli’s love for both RuPaul and the Drag Race franchise runs deep. But RuPaul: hit me up. I would love to be a part of it.” She also offered her recommendation for the song of hers that the show’s contestants should “Lip Sync For Your Lives” to: “I have a song called ‘Vroom Vroom,’ which I think would be really amazing for anyone to lip sync to.”

Conway The Machine’s ‘Scatter Brain’ Video With JID And Ludacris Gets Down To Business

Griselda Records’ Conway The Machine is fresh off the release of his new project La Maquina, dropping off the video for its lead single “Scatter Brain” with ATLiens JID and Ludacris. The three rappers menace the camera as they spit rapid-fire verses full of pummeling punchlines. While Conway plays mob boss behind a desk right out of a classic gangster film, JID and Luda do damage in the dimly lit warehouse from their Tonight Show performance of the track surrounded by razor wire and concrete blocks representing their sharp flows and brick-dense witticisms.

Conway and Griselda have maintained their breakneck from 2020, appearing on “Hood Blues” from the late DMX’s posthumous album Exodus, with fellow members Benny The Butcher releasing his Harry Fraud-produced The Plugs I Met 2 project featuring 2 Chainz and Chinx, and Westside Gunn preparing to release his latest Hilter Wears Hermes installment, the eighth in the series.

Meanwhile, JID recently gave an update on the status of his own new music, sharing photos with some of his collaborators on social media, and is preparing to appear at Dreamville’s On The Rocks concert in Colorado. You can catch Ludacris in theaters in the new Fast and Furious film F9 June 25 and rapping on the remix of Justin Bieber’s hit single “Peaches” with Snoop Dogg and Usher.

Tyler Perry Brings Madea Out Of Retirement

Tyler Perry officially retired his beloved Mabel “Madea” Simmons character a few years ago and ever since then, our world was turned upside down. While there hasn’t been a scientific correlation made between the state of the planet and Madea’s retirement, Tyler Perry has announced that the character will be making a return on an even bigger stage, coming to Netflix next year.

Making the announcement on Instagram, Tyler Perry kept being interrupted by Madea herself, who made sure to get her two cents in before the camera turned off. “This is Tyler Perry saying– this is Madea speaking and I’m coming back on Netflix,” said the actor.

It was believed that the character’s final screen appearance happened in 2019’s A Madea Family Funeral. While Tyler Perry has publicly stated a few times how much he dislikes wearing the Madea wig and portraying her, he noted that the world is in need of some laughter right now. Madea has never failed to make us giggle and her return couldn’t come at a better time.

Chris Brown Laughs At Young Thug’s Bizarre DMX Anecdote

Ahead of the release of Slime Language 2, the entire Young Stoner Life crew stopped by for an episode of Million Dollaz Worth of Game, answering questions from Gillie Da Kid and Wallo267. Being the main man behind the label’s success, Young Thug was the loudest voice in the room, speaking candidly during the interview, which came as a surprise to his fans.

The rapper clarified his controversial comments about JAY-Z from the last time he spoke to Gillie and Wallo, but he also shared plenty of other hilarious anecdotes that will live forever on the internet. One of them came after Thugger started speaking about DMX’s music.

“You know how you buy a Jeep and then you start seeing Jeeps? You will never see that car until you buy it?” asked the rapper to set up his story. “It’s like, once I finally heard DMX’s music, I started seeing dogs. It’s like, oh damn, there really is a lot of dogs.”

Right after Thug made the comment, Gillie looked dumbfounded, as though he had no clue how to respond to the story.

DMX’s brand was influenced by dogs, as he explained during his appearance on Drink Champs this year. “A dog doesn’t know how to lie to you,” said the legendary rapper. “A dog doesn’t know how to be fake, it is what it is.”

While Thug’s comments make sense in context, people have been laughing at the way he told the story. Even his close friend and collaborator Chris Brown shared the clip on his page and joked. “Yeah twin,” he seemingly wrote sarcastically with plenty of laughing emojis.
