Meek Mill called out blogs on Twitter, Saturday, for their coverage of Eric Riddick’s recent plea deal, saying that they were busy focusing on “goofy shit,” a likely reference to his viral tweet about “vibrating panties.”

“Yesterday I help a innocent man gain his freedom back he had life in prison …. on the net I was trending for a pause basically lol them blogs got y’all,” Meek wrote on Twitter. “Go check blogs pages …don’t post positive post just the goofy shit… y’all sheep and be serious lol.”

The rapper also posted a meme with the caption, “Ever time the internet don’t understand me I be like this.”

“I need vibrating panties with the remote lol,” he wrote in the initial tweet that went viral. “They on Amazon? Lol.”

After spending 29 years in prison for murder, Riddick has been released after a Court of Common Pleas Judge vacated his 1992 first-degree murder conviction. Riddick has long-maintained his innocence.

While he will be released from prison, the court is not technically exonerating Reddick of the crime. Instead, he will plead no contest to a third-degree murder charge and time served.

“He’s going to be free. It doesn’t matter what they say because I know he’s innocent,” Reddick’s mother said. “That’s on the back burner because I already know the truth. I don’t need a piece of paper to tell me.”

Netflix has revealed its list of upcoming additions to its streaming catalog for the month of June. The platform will be adding a number of great films such as The Big Lebowski, Silver Linings Playbook, Million Dollar Baby, and more. 

Netflix is also releasing several original films and TV shows. Fresh, Fried & Crispy is dropping on June 9th and will follow food critic Daym Drops as he finds the best fried food in America. America: The Motion Picture will cap off the month of June. The film stars Channing Tatum as Geroge Washington and is described by Netflix as a “tongue-in-cheek riff on the American Revolution.” Killer Mike will also appear in the film.

Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic is listed as questionable for Game 4 of the team’s first-round playoff series against the Los Angeles Clippers. Doncic battle through a neck injury in the Mavs’ Game 3 loss.

“It’s just weird,” Doncic told reporters after the game. “I don’t know how you call it. It’s just some massage, some rest, and hopefully, we’re good.”

Mavs coach Rick Carlisle says he still expects Doncic to play, “but we’ll see how he feels tomorrow.”

Losing Doncic would be a colossal blow to the Mavs. The young star is averaging 38.0 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 9.0 assists through the first three games of the series.

The 22-year-old has dealt with numerous injuries throughout the year including quad, back, and elbow injuries.

“They had a great night and we did not,” Carlisle said of the Clippers’ Game 3 performance. “The crowd was great. They were into it. We’ve got to get them more into it by finding ways to get more stops and rebounds.”

Los Angeles was led by Kawhi Leonard who finished the game with 36 points.

Despite Friday’s loss, Dallas still leads the series 2-1.

Game 4 between the Clippers and Mavericks is scheduled for Sunday at 9:30 PM, EST.

Ahead of a long-rumored run for Governor of Texas, Matthew McConaughey says he has no sympathy for anti-maskers. The Academy Award winner says masks are a “short-term inconvenience for long-term freedom.”

“I’m not believing you’re really scared of this little cotton thing,” McConaughey said in a new interview with Carlos Watson, this week. “I don’t really feel that takes away your identity and your freedom. There’s no data that says it’s not a good thing. No data that says it’s harmful.”

“We have got to make some sacrifices for larger rewards tomorrow,” McConaughey added.

For months, McConaughey has teased a foray into politics that would likely begin with a campaign to become Governor of Texas. When asked about the rumors by Watson, he remarked that he’s “not interested in going and putting a bunch of Band-Aids on that are gonna be ripped off.”

He added that politics might not be the right outlet for what he’s looking for: “I’m interested in building something that can last, and I’m measuring what category that is. I don’t know if that’s politics.”

McConaughey isn’t the only Hollywood star rumored to be interested in a political career. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is also rumored to be considering the move.

Ricky Gervais responded to accusations of sexual misconduct from 11 women leveled against his longtime collaborator, Charlie Hanson, Saturday. The veteran comedian says he is shocked by the news.

“I am shocked and appalled to learn of the historical allegations made by a number of women against Charlie Hanson. The decision was made to immediately remove him from production and I am confident the matter is being handled thoroughly,” said Gervais in a statement on Saturday.

The 11 women detailed Hanson’s misconduct in a letter sent to BAFTA and Netflix that was published in the U.K. newspaper, The Times.

“Charlie Hanson is a predator who uses his reputation, connections and standing in order to groom far younger, impressionable and sometimes vulnerable women into trusting him,” the women alleged in the email. “At times he will promise them a starry career under his wing, and then exploits that trust in creepy and illegal ways. He then tries to diminish the seriousness of what he’s done by telling these young women — us — that it wasn’t as bad as it seemed, that it was somehow blameless. He does his best to convince himself — and others — that this method of operating is fine. But we know it is not fine.”

BAFTA has since suspended Hanson’s membership. He has also been removed from his role on Netflix’s After Life.

Hanson’s legal team released a statement denying the accusations: “Our client is shocked and appalled by these historical and false allegations of improper conduct towards women. He maintains that he has never acted inappropriately on any production, or at all, and has never had any complaints made about his conduct over the course of many decades in the media industry.”

Utah Jazz head coach Quin Snyder apologized to Ja Morant, Friday, after a group of fans yelled sexually explicit and racist remarks at the Memphis Grizzlies’ star’s parents, who were present for the Jazz’s 141-129 Game 2 win over the Grizzlies.

“First, I’d like to apologize to Ja and his family,” Snyder said after Friday’s practice, according to ESPN. “No one should have to be subjected to the kind of behavior that they were the other night. It’s deplorable. And the people that made those comments should be banned for life. I’m sorry for [his family] to have to endure that and as I said it’s deplorable and concerning and should not be tolerated.”

Jazz star Donovan Mitchell also spoke about the incident, comparing it to a handful of instances where fans have crossed the line in recent weeks: “You’ve seen guys say that the way they [would have] handled it would be totally different. It’s beyond unfortunate and it needs to change. It happened here. Trae [Young] got spit on in New York, [Russell Westbrook] getting popcorn thrown at him, and we obviously hear what’s going on in Boston, too. Enough is enough, man.”

Morant says the behavior was unacceptable, but he’s now focused on Game 3: “Obviously, it’s very unacceptable what went on. My family’s doing well. It’s just mind-blowing that that type of stuff still continues in the world today. But our focus now, me and my family, is Game 3. Probably go home, watch basketball with them tonight to prepare, and we’re very excited to be back home in Memphis, where we’re comfortable and have fans who embrace us and love us, treat us like their own.”
