Lil Durk Flashes His Money, Jewelry, And Video Game Skills In His Tk Video For ‘Lion Eyes’

Lil Durk is preparing to drop a new album, and his latest single suggests it could be a good one. The Chicago rapper released his new song “Lion Eyes” on Friday, which came with a new music video as well. It captures Durk in his home while he shows off his collection of watches, jewelry, and hundred-dollar bills. He also flaunts his video game skills. The track is the second that Durk’s released in recent weeks after “Pissed Me Off,” dropped last month.

The new song also arrives after Durk announced his next album. He posted an image of a whiteboard to his Instagram Story where he wrote, “7220 coming soon,” adding, “The voice [is] in album mode.” Durk also made sure to let his followers know that the upcoming project will be filled with “anthems and no skips.”

“Lion Eyes” also arrives after a view guest features from Durk. He and EST Gee recently joined Moneybagg Yo’s “Switches & Dracs” and connected with G Herbo and 21 Savage for a remix of Nardo Wick’s “Who Want Smoke??.”

Durk also expressed his desire to go back to school. “I’m going to get my high school diploma,” he wrote on Twitter. “I want to challenge myself on my goals and real life situations.”

Cardi B Fanned Out Over Meeting Robert Pattinson And It Was Pretty Freaking Adorable

One of the best things about Cardi B as a public figure and pop star, is she doesn’t resign herself to the remove that so many celebrities adopt once they get famous. Instead, she still acts exactly like a normal person would when they meet someone famous or exciting, and her reactions when these meetings do happen are pretty priceless. She gave us another hilarious and pretty freaking adorable moment of celebrity fandom this week, when she met Robert Pattinson, aka Edward Cullen, for the first time. “Look who I met the other day ! I felt like a teen!” she wrote to caption the quick video.

At first she pretends to just be primping for a forward-facing video, before revealing her true purpose: “Come on, look at my friend guys,” she begins. But when Edward — sorry, I mean Robert — pops into the frame, all she can do is yell. Yes, it seems like Cardi was also a Twilight stan along with the rest of us. Hey, she’s the right age for it! For his part, Pattinson seemed to think the whole thing was pretty funny, but he was a good sport which really just makes me like him more than I already did. ArrDee Flips Destiny’s Child On “Flowers (Say My Name)”

Who said that drill needs to be hard? As the genres expanded across the globe, the different variations of the sound have remained rooted in the streets, though not limited to it. In the UK, specifically, the drill rappers have been bringing other types of elements into the fold. 

ArrDee has been one of the most promising young acts to emerge from Britain’s rap scene in the past year. Each single he’s dropped has only boosted his profile further but his latest offering could be his biggest yet. This week, the rapper unveiled his new single, “Flowers (Say My Name)” where he puts his spin on the classic Destiny’s Child record. Interestingly enough, the song dropped a few days after Fivio Foreign previewed a song that also samples Destiny’s Child “Say My Name.”

“Stranger Things” Season 4 Trailer Shows Eleven Struggling At Her New School In California

It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally here. On Saturday, November 6th, Netflix revealed a teaser trailer for the highly anticipated fourth season of its hit original series, Stranger Things. 

In the video, we see Millie Bobby Brown in character as Eleven, adjusting to her new life in California. “Dear Mike, today is day 185,” she writes to Finn Wolfhard’s character. “I think I have finally adapted. I even like school now. I have made lots of friends. Even so, I am ready for spring break, mostly because I get to see you.”

Eleven may say her experience at school is going just dandy, but the visuals show that it’s really anything but. The young girl can be seen being ignored by others and even gets some nasty spitballs fired her way.

Complex reports that Wolfhard recently sat down for an interview with Jimmy Fallon during which he shared that he can’t reveal too many details, but fans can expect the upcoming episodes, which will be set in the spring of 1986, to be “really messed up.”

Some of the creepiest episode titles for season four include “The Hellfire Club,” “Vecna’s Curse,” “The Monster and the Superhero,” “The Dive,” and “The Massacre at Hawkins Lab.” All in all, the latest edition of Stranger Things will have a total of nine episodes, instead of just eight as seen in seasons one and three.

An exact release date has yet to be shared, but we do know that season four is set to hit the streamer sometime in the summer of 2022.

Magic Johnson Reflects On How He Felt After HIV Diagnosis

Tomorrow will be the 30-year anniversary of Magic Johnson revealing to the world that he had been diagnosed with HIV. At the time, very little was known about the virus, and it led to a lot of aggressive responses towards Magic. Some NBA stars didn’t want to share the court with him as some thought that the virus could be spread through sweat. It was also believed that Magic had been served a death sentence, however, to this day, HIV cannot be detected in his system due to modern medicinal advances.

With the 30 year anniversary of his diagnosis upon us, Johnson decided to speak to Gayle King of CBS about how he felt when the diagnosis was revealed to him. As he explains, he was in complete shock over it, and he was also terrified of telling his wife Cookie, whom he had been unfaithful with.

“You just sit there and say, what does this mean? Am I gonna die?'” Johnson said. “I had to really learn a lot about the disease, HIV as well as AIDS. I had to make sure that I was open-minded enough to ask a lot of questions, go get a lot of information from different people. I’m asking him 100 times, ‘Are you sure?’ And they say, ‘Hey, we ran the tests a couple of times, and yes, you do have HIV.’ And so I just lost it right there, you know?”

Now, Magic is as healthy as ever and he is an example of how HIV doesn’t mean you are going to die. The medical advances have been tremendous, and Magic is forever grateful for the care and support that he received through it all.

Ralfy The Plug Continues Hot Streak With “Pastor Ralfy”

Ralfy The Plug has been going crazy this year with numerous projects under his belt. Alongside Drakeo The Ruler, the two have had a grip on the current state of the West Coast for the past year since Drakeo’s release from prison. Even when Drakeo was locked up, Ralfy was holding down the fort in his absence.

Ralfy returned with his latest body of work, Pastor Ralfy. The rapper’s new project is 15 songs in total with Drakeo The Ruler appearing three times across the tracklist.

“When I say I got the best tape I’m not just saying it you know pastor Ralfy will never lie #1-15 #nobloopers you wasn’t dropping heat on yo tape that’s #unprofessional,” Ralfy said of his new project on Instagram.

Bobby Fishscale’s New EP “The Evolution” Includes Features From Quavo & Juicy J

On Friday, November 5th, Bobby Fishscale dropped off his new EP, The Evolution, featuring the recently released tracks, “Role Models” featuring Kalan.Fr.Fr. and “Own Eyes” with Ink and Mozzy. The up and coming Roc Nation signee also nabbed help from Quavo on “Huncho Fishscale” and Juicy J and DJ Paul on “Rock Session.”

Over on his Instagram page, the Florida rapper asked his followers to “listen carefully” to the 7-track project, which also sees Zaytoven featured on “T.A.N.” Fishscale carries two of the tracks, “Make It Snow” and “Sellin Dat Shit” on his own.

As noted by The Source, the “Hot It Feel” artist received the BMI R&B and Hip Hop Social Star Award earlier this year, putting him in the same category as the likes of Joey Bada$$, NLE Choppa, Machine Gun Kelly, Zendaya, and the late Mac Miller.

Fishscale first gained attention after releasing “Hov Flow,” which samples “Renegade,” a Jay-Z and Eminem collaboration track. He later released his first mixtape, Big Fish, and has only gone on the bigger and better things in the years since.

Scarface Says He’s “Done With Rap”

One of the most influential rappers to ever step to a mic might be calling it quits. On the latest episode of the Geto Boys Reloaded podcast, Scarface dropped the bombshell announcement that he will officially be stepping away from rap to explore some of his other creative endeavors. However, the rapper will not be calling it quits without saying goodbye to his fans. Scarface also revealed he’d be hosting a farewell concert to offer his fans some proper closure.

“The cool part about it is, I get to say farewell twice,” he explained. “I get to go out there and say farewell by myself, and then I get to say it with you.”

He added, “I was saying some good sh*t. I probably could never write like that again. But it’s a beautiful thing when you’re able to express yourself with words and people fall in love with your ability to deliver a story.”

Though he might be departing from the rap game, that doesn’t mean he won’t be dabbling in other genres in the future. [I’m] done with the rap,” he added, per Hip-Hop Lately. “I want to do something different now … If I could, I would love to go into a different lane of music. Maybe blues or rock. Maybe alternative. I want to do something different now.”

Kanye West’s “Drink Champs” Comments Didn’t Phase Kim Kardashian: Report

Kanye West’s recent stint on Drink Champs has been raising the eyebrows of people everywhere – but not Kim Kardashian’s. According to E! News, the mother of four heard Ye’s cries of wanting to reconcile their family, but she’s simply not interested.

The “Jesus Walks” artist is reportedly “holding out hope and wishes they could still work it out.” During his interview with N.O.R.E and DJ EFN, he expressed a similar sentiment, saying, “[It’s] no joke to me. My kids want their parents to stay together. I want their parents – I want us to be together.”

Ye also addressed the starlet’s recent opening monologue on Saturday Night Live, where she publicly acknowledged the couple’s split. “SNL making my wife say ‘I divorced him’ on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off, and I have never seen the papers. We’re not even divorced.” 

A source close to the KKW Beauty founder told E!, “there’s no chance for reconciliation at this point,” and a second source added that Kardashian is “not surprised” by her estranged husband’s comments. “[Kim] tried for a long, long time” to make the pair’s marriage work, but eventually “reached her breaking point.”

The 41-year-old hosting SNL seemed to be a pretty major catalyst. Not only did her comment seemingly trigger Ye, but the experience also allowed her to cross paths with comedian Pete Davidson, who she’s been spending plenty of time with over the last week.

Earlier today reported that the two were rumoured to have been very touchy during their Staten Island dinner date, and the word on the street is that West isn’t too impressed with the new pairing – he’s even unfollowed the mother of his children on Instagram.

Offset Reportedly Owes $950,000 Towards A Rental Company For A Bentley He Misplaced

Earlier this year, Offset received a lawsuit from a rental company after a car he took from them was never returned. The rapper allegedly paid for a Bentley Bentayga to use for a video shoot from Platinum Transportation Group. The transaction occurred in the spring of 2020 at a rate of $600 per day, and while the agreement allowed Offset to keep the car for a few days, he repeatedly pushed back the return date. Finally, he confessed that he could not return the Bentley because he did not have it and couldn’t remember who last had it or where it could be.

That confession resulted in a $100,000 lawsuit, which was filed in February, but it looks like the price tag has been raised. HotNewHipHop and The Blast report that the Bentley Bentayga, which remains missing, will now cost Offset $950,027.35 after he defaulted on the rental on November 3.

In happier news, Cardi B gave birth to her second child with Offset at the beginning of September. “We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son,” they said in a statement to People. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”
