Christmas has just about come to an end for another year, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to stop flexing the presents you got just yet; it’s unlikely that they’ll top the flex that 41-year-old Gucci Mane dropped on us earlier this evening, though.

The “Long Live Dolph” rapper shared a photo of an icy new watch to his Instagram feed – a gift from his wife, Keyshia Ka’oir Davis, that reportedly cost her approximately $1,000,000.

“New Bugatti Chiron watch made by @jacobandco,” he captioned the picture of the gorgeous blue piece. “This ain’t for lil boys. Thanks babe for my great Christmas gift, @keyshiakaoir 1 mill on the watch no cap. #ThisAintNoRichardMille.”

Keyshia responded in the comments, writing, “you are welcome my love! Well deserved” followed by a trail of sweet emojis. “Been had this jewelry shit on lock,” one follower wrote, with another adding, “you winning. I watched you grow and mature, Gucci you will forever be a trap legend and congrats on everything.”

Elsewhere on his Instagram page, Gucci had more to flex. The Alabama native dropped off a series of pictures with his wife and their young son as they pose in front of a gorgeously decorated tree, surrounded by a mountain of silver presents. “Merry Christmas to you and yours from me and mines,” he wrote to his fans and followers.

“I am the luckiest man in the world. I got the best wife and perfect family. Thanks babe @keyshiakaoir, you and my son @icedavis1017 are the best gifts ever!”

Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian are spending Christmas together – sort of. The 28-year-old has been spotted driving around in his girlfriend’s unmissable Rolls Royce in California, most recently stopping by 7-Eleven earlier today to grab himself some cigarettes.

Paparazzi snapped photos of the Saturday Night Live star, who is staying in a hotel while visiting the west coast for the holidays, pulling up to a convenience store to grab his necessities, TMZ reports. Every year, the Kardashian family hosts a large Christmas Eve soiree, but this year’s event was scaled back due to the Omicron variant spread that’s been happening as of late. Davidson wasn’t in attendance, and neither were a ton of other familiar faces.

Speaking of scaled back, yesterday, Kim shared her family’s annual holiday card which saw only her and Khloe with their mother Kris and a handful of the Kardashian kids. For the past decade or so, as many members of the Kardashian clan as possible have gathered to pose for a Christmas card, but as they continue to expand, and life gets in the way, it’s become trickier to get everyone in the same place at once.

Davidson and his girlfriend have been taking turns jet-setting across the country to see one another as their relationship progresses. Initially, the mother of four was in New York City rehearsing for SNL, and over the past few weeks, we’ve seen the pair take on several Staten Island joints, as well as out on brunch dates and walks together in the socialite’s home of Beverly Hills.

Bobby Shmurda is expressing his gratitude for finally being home for the holidays. The recording artist spent the past several years behind bars and has been re-experiencing plenty of things for the first time over the last 11 months, including Christmas with his loved ones.

“This my first Christmas home in [seven] years. Don’t take this holiday for granted ya’ll. Hit the people you love! And answer those jail calls,” the 27-year-old his followers on Christmas Day. 

In another post, he offered up more holiday-related thoughts, sending “prayers to everyone who got a family to spend their Christmas with and prayers to everyone that lost people and they feeling it right now!!!” He added, “keep pushing!!! God gonna get you through it all. Just have faith.”

After spending so much time incarcerated, Shmurda knows firsthand how difficult the life of an inmate can be, and he regularly encourages his fans to pick up any jail calls they may be receiving from the people in their lives. “Answer those jail calls… You don’t know how much something so small could help a n*gga mental during they bid.”

Following his release from prison in February of this year, the “Hot N*gga” rapper has been using his platform to speak on plenty of important issues, including his struggles with sex addiction. “When I came home, I ain’t gonna lie… I just stopped like a month ago, I was having real sex addict problems,” he revealed in a recent interview.

“I was wylin’. I was having threesomes, foursomes, fivesomes. I had to chill out, like last month I just stopped. I had to cut down. You can’t be playing with people’s feelings like that. Real shit, every time you feel you get mad or something… Listen, [sex is] better than drugs, you know! Better than drugs and shooting people in the streets!”

Shortly after breaking the news that he’s expecting his second child with Tiana Williams, G Herbo has spoiled his fiancee/baby mama with a gorgeous new Chanel bag just in time for Christmas, as well as a tiny adorable matching one for their unborn daughter.

“I can’t wait,” the mother of one captioned a sweet clip uploaded to her Instagram story. “Herb got me a bag and he said that he got one for my mini-me,” she can be heard saying behind the camera. “I’m so excited, oh, let me see the other side.”

Just six months ago, Tiana and her man welcomed their first baby, named Essex. Prior to that, Herbo fathered a child with Ari Fletcher, who is currently in a relationship with Moneybagg Yo. They confirmed the exciting news of their family’s expansion on Christmas Eve with an emotional video in which she FaceTimes her partner to tell him about her positive pregnancy test.

Clearly, the excitement over their forthcoming bundle of joy has only been growing since telling the world yesterday; a Chanel bag is no small gift, especially for a baby. Little Essex is constantly fawned over on social media for how sweet and pleasant he comes across, so we can’t wait to see what their second child is like.

A few days before Christmas we learned that season three of FX’s Atlanta will premiere in the new year, on March 24th. On Christmas Eve, the show’s Twitter account dropped off a teaser trailer for the forthcoming episodes, reintroducing us to familiar faces like Donald Glover and LaKeith Stanfield.

As Complex notes, it’s been a long three years since our favourite characters have graced the small screen – Atlanta, like many other shows, faced filming delays due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic – but the new visual sees the series stars pick back up right where they left off, with Earn, Paper Boi, Darius, and Van heading out on a trip across Europe. 

Thus far, the show’s two-season run has earned it five Emmys, two Golden Globes, two AFI Awards, two Critics’ Choice Awards, and several other noteworthy titles. At the time of publication, Atlanta has an impressive 97% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes, which sits alongside an 89% audience score.

The FX project has been praised for its ability to seamlessly blend the genres of comedy and drama with surrealism, using a star-studded cast including names like Brian Tyree Henry, Khris Davis, Harold House Moore, Cranston Johnson, and Matthew Barnes, just to name a few.

Joker actress Zazie Beetz also appears in Atlanta as Vanessa. When she finally got to return to set following the pandemic delays, the 30-year-old shared that “it [felt] so good” to be back in her element.

Of the many controversial relationships that exist in the world of rap, Lil Baby and Jayda Cheaves undeniably have one of the most interesting ones. While they’re not currently an item (in fact, the “Pure Cocaine” hitmaker is rumoured to be involved with Saweetie at the moment), Baby still made sure to take care of the mother of his child, as he does every year when the holidays roll around. 

When opening her gifts from her baby daddy this year, Jayda was ecstatic to find not just one, but two Chanel bags, as well as the keys to a brand new Rolls Royce. “I MEAN BOTH BAGS ARE FIRE,” she wrote on her Instagram story earlier today. “BUT AM I DREAMING RN. THE KEY b*tchhhhhhhh,” she gushed, clearly ecstatic over what she received.

On her feed, the influencer posed in matching pyjamas with the couple’s child, hugging him tightly in front of the luxury car with a flashy red bow placed on top of it. “Merry Christmas to meeeeee” the 24-year-old captioned the snapshot.

The Shade Room has reposted the pictures, along with a video from a friend’s story that shows Jayda examining the vehicle’s gorgeous red interior, the excitement evident in her expression. In the comment section, viewers couldn’t help but comment on how evident it is that Lil Baby cares for his baby mama, even though he has a history of doing her dirty.

“BABY LOVE HIM SOME JAYDA,” one user responded. Others added “mannn when, I can trade in my baby daddies! I hate it here,” and “together or not, Baby gone show out every time!”

In a recent interview with Hollywood Unlocked, the mother of one opened up about whether she would consider reconciling with her ex or not, saying, “It’s just a lot of damage as far as what has been done on social media, so once we can get over that part, I feel like maybe we could rekindle and rebuild another relationship. But as far as right now, it’s so much damage publicly to just put a band-aid over something and say, ‘Ok, let’s just get back together. No.”

We recently had the opportunity to sit down and chat with Joanna Levesque, better known as JoJo, for our 12 Days of Christmas series. During our conversation, the R&B songstress touched on her return to the music industry, tackling mental health and self-doubt, and finally finding herself in a healthy relationship after a bumpy past.

The “Spiral SZN” singer told us that her union with her current partner is the “healthiest she’s ever been in.” So healthy that they’ve decided to get married! On December 20th, JoJo shared the exciting news with her followers via a sentimental Instagram carousel.

“Forever with YOU? Sign me UP,” the 31-year-old captioned her photo dump. “Celebrating Christmas a whole fiancee!!! The most thoughtful, creative, positive, handsome, strong, loving, uplifting human being asked me to marry him, so obviously I said YESSS!!!”

JoJo then thanked her man – actor Dexter Darden of Saved by the Bell fame – for giving her the “most epic birthday surprise ever.” On December 20th, as they were on vacation celebrating the singer’s big day, he made it even more monumental by flying out both of their mothers and best friends “to share in the incredible moment” with the couple.

“You are one of one. LFG @dexterdarden,” she concluded, showing off her gorgeous sparkly new rock. The last clip shows a romantic trail of roses leading up to the spot where Darden got down on one knee, showing just how much effort he put into the special moment.

While chatting with Nardwuar on the seventh anniversary of his hit project, 2014 Forest Hills Drive, J. Cole confirmed that he played an important role in Dr. Dre’s signing of Compton hip-hop legend Kendrick Lamar. When asked if the rumours of his involvement were true, the “ATM” artist asked, “who told you that? Who gave you that piece of information?”

“…The answer is, yes. I did. I’m not gonna say I was the first to tell him…I was like, ‘Yo, you gotta sign this kid from Compton,” Cole explained to the journalist, adding that he mentioned Lamar’s name while Dre was working on his 2002 project Detox. 

Complex reports that one of the producer’s team members was already familiar with the up-and-coming “Collard Greens” artist’s work, and eventually, Dre would go on to sign him to his Aftermath imprint in 2013. “Shoutout to Dr. Dre. He made the right decision,” Cole told Nardwuar, who then asked the Fayetteville native if he had personal aspirations of signing the talent he had discovered.

“100 percent,” the rapper confirmed. “I don’t know what I would’ve signed him to. You know what I mean? We didn’t have our business intact, but that’s how much I rocked with him at that time. I met him and instantly was highly impressed. That would’ve been the first artist in my mind [to sign], but come to find out, he had bigger shit going on.”

Other parts of the interview see Cole being presented with a collection of gifts from Nardwuar, including a Dilla Turntable from J. Dilla’s estate, a Breaks & Beats Spaceman doll, and a handful of vinyl records (one of which was First Choice’s “Armed and Extremely Dangerous,” sampled by the 36-year-old on “Middle Child”).
