Wack 100 Ridicules Top5 For Repeatedly Threatening Kendrick Lamar

Wack 100 has had thoughts all year. The West Coast veteran and music exec has been riding with Kendrick Lamar throughout the Drake feud. He’s made it clear that he’s team Dot, and predicted that his joint tour with SZA is going to be huge. Wack 100 also found time to rag on one of Dot’s self-appointed ops. Top5, a Canadian artist with ties to Drake, has been taking shots at the Compton legend since he was released from prison in September. Wack is not concerned, though. In fact, he’s kind of amused.

Wack 100 was asked what he thought about Top5 during a recent interview with DJ Vlad. The executive was informed that Kendrick Lamar and SZA would be performing in Drake’s hometown, and asked if he was concerned about Top5 taking action against them as a result. He was not, to put it nicely. “You ain’t nobody, bro,” Wack 100 told Top5. “We watched this same dude get mushed in the face and kicked in the a*s.” The West Coast figure claimed that Top5 was not as tough as he claims. “I don’t know where you come from, bro,” Wack added. “We off the porch at 12. Dude just do a lot of talking.” he went on to make fun of Top5’s physical appearance.

Wack 100 Claims He’s “Not Worried” About Top5

“Ain’t nobody worried about dude,” Wack added. In a more practical sense, the music executive said that Kendrick Lamar’s team will ensure his safety. He praised the rapper for knowing who he is, and his team for being similarly mindful of how they should behave in other cities. Wack 100 proceeded to make fun of Top5 and the Toronto scene, questioning whether they’re going to have “sharp shooters” on deck for the Compton rapper’s show.

Wack 100 also had some words for the 6 God. “Drake ain’t in control of Toronto, ‘cuse he ain’t stopping that show,” he noted. “Either it was a myth or how much pull he had.” Wack posited that Toronto listeners may be changing up on Drizzy, and shifting their allegiance toward Lamar. “Out with the old,” the veteran exec posited. “It’s a new king here.” Wack 100 also theorized that the fans are going to go “crazy” when Lamar plays his smash hit diss, “Not Like Us,” in Toronto. “The same thing that’s gonna happen at the Super Bowl,” he quipped.

Drake Affiliate Top5 Calls For Kendrick Lamar’s Death

Top5, an associate of Drake, has once again seemingly threatened Kendrick Lamar with violence. Appearing on a live stream with DJ Akademiks, he grew angry with another person on the call while roping in the “Not Like Us” rapper. “There’s two n****s I need dead, you and Kendrick,” he remarked. A clip of the moment has been circulating on social media.

Drake got these Canadians feeling themselves and talking greasy real crazy. I thought ya was nice & polite people up there,” one user on X (formerly Twitter) wrote in response. Another added: “Everybody like ‘omg why he talking like that’….’why would he say this and that’ …& I’m like…’no don’t stop…please keep talking’!!! I literally want to see this train fly straight off the cliff & into the ocean!! Don’t tell him to shut up, let that n*a talk!!! Cheers..”

It’s not the first time Top5 has threatened Kendrick Lamar. During an appearance on Late Night With Liyah Mai back in October, he warned him against coming to Toronto. “Tell him come to Toronto. Swiss cheese,” Top5 said at the time. “I’ll get the low, put on my Nike tech black, tell YG get us a driver, put the window down and get some fresh air. How disrespectful are y’all to ask me about Kendrick Lamar? Drake’s a bad boy. There’s a girl right there, you want [her] to get you? Don’t disrespect my homie Drake like that.”

Top5 Goes After Kendrick Lamar

The latest comments come weeks after Lamar dropped his sixth studio album, GNX, by surprise for fans on November 22. He makes reference to his feud with Drake at several points throughout the project. Drake, on the other hand, recently took legal action against Universal Music Group over the diss track, “Not Like Us.” Check out the clip of Top5 seemingly threatening Kendrick Lamar below.

It feels something has gone wrong for Drake at every turn this year. From the diss track battle with Kendrick Lamar, to the poorly timed UMG and Spotify pre-action petitions, he’s put himself in a bad light. Overall, most of these shortcomings have come at his own doing. But one thing he can hang his hat on is that he’s going to continue to have a strong legion of fans. Many of them have staunchly supported him throughout all of the hard times in 2024. It makes sense though, as he’s built up an established army for over a decade now.

Like all artists, there’s different levels of support. For example, there’s the casual who will champion your music as long as it’s hot. Then there’s the obvious die-hard, which is an accurate description of most Drake fans. They will swear up and down that you have never missed and that every decision you make is the right one. Top5, Canadian native and rapper, falls into that category, however, he could also go in a separate tier all by himself.

A post shared by DJ Akademiks (@akademiks)

We say that because, yesterday he made some headlines in regard to Kendrick Lamar’s Grand National Tour announcement. One of his shows will be at the Rogers Centre and he said the only way he’d respect Dot is if he brought zero police escorts to the venue. As you could imagine, he was met with ruthless criticism and was roasted heavily for it.

Another man you can throw in Drake’s all-time fan camp is DJ Akademiks. He’s going to post any sort of Drake content possible, even if it’s not in direct relation to him. A perfect example of this, is the IG Live clip above with Top5 and J. Prince Jr., the son of record label founder, J. Prince. The latter is also a big Drake supporter, as his Jr. Ak reshared their link-up shooting the s*** and fans are just left confused as to why this is news. “‘2 clowns link up on ig live to yap about nuffin’,” one user writes back. “All of drakes Toronto homies are straight dorks and squares🤦🏽‍♂️” another adds.

Top5 Reacts To Kendrick Lamar Performing In Canada With An Absurd Take

On June 12, Kendrick Lamar will be performing GNX in Toronto, Canada at the Rogers Centre with SZA alongside him. When that day eventually arrives, it’s going to be very interesting what sort of developments come out of that for obvious reasons. However, the juicy side stories are already rolling out today just hours after Lamar announced the Grand National Tour. Top5, a local Canadian rapper who’s been team Drake all the way, has recently reacted to this grand reveal. He’s made it abundantly clear how much he despises Lamar, and you could argue he might dislike him just as much as The Boy. His opinions on the Compton MC are almost always against the grain and this one is no different.

This Grand National trek is a stadium tour. Therefore, it’s going to require a lot of security, perhaps medical personnel, and other forms of support. It’s an essential thing for every concert venue to have, no matter how big or small the artist is. So, with that in mind, this take from Top5 will assuredly drive you nuts. He feels that he will start to have some respect for Kendrick Lamar if he doesn’t have any sort of protection.

Top5 Gets Roasted Over An Open Flame For His Kendrick Lamar Tweet

Writing on an Instagram Story post, he says, “I’ll respect him if he comes with no police escort… 🤐” The internet has been quick to point out how asinine that request is. “Bro it’s not a small show it’s a f***ing stadium🤣🤣🤣 people are so ret****d,” one X user replies. “Meanwhile drake got the Canadian military at his house😂” another points out.

At this point, it’s a little difficult to take what Top5 says seriously, especially with how much he backs Drake. Kendrick supporters also made that a point of observation in their roast session. “DIS MF AINT GON DO S*** 😭😭 & HE KNOW DRAKE NEVER GON FEAT. HIM ON A ALBUM LIKE KENDRICK DID TO HIS HOMIES.” It’s going to be a major talking point next summer and this tour date couldn’t come any sooner.

Wack 100 Eviscerates Drake Affiliate Top5 Amid Kendrick Lamar Feud

Top5 still has his eyes on Kendrick Lamar to defend his fellow Toronto rapper Drake, and this has caused him to face pushback from K.Dot’s corner. For example, Wack 100 and DJ Akademiks were recently on the phone during the latter’s livestream, and Wack had some pretty harsh words for Top once Ak brought his freedom from prison up. “That dude ain’t nobody, bro, he’s a b***h,” the California music multi-hyphenate told the media personality. “You know he’s a b***h, you know that dude couldn’t survive nothing.” This is the latest chapter in the street cred debates and cultural battles going on between Toronto and Los Angeles as a result of this year’s explosive rap feud.

What’s funny is that pretty much everyone still seems particularly obsessed with this beef and looking for their surefire checkmate move against the other side… Except for Kendrick Lamar and Drake themselves. Sure, they will most definitely reference it and respond to it here and there, but it seems like they both have more grand things they want people to pay attention to now.

Wack 100 Goes After Top5

It actually makes moments like this Wack 100 and Top5 situation all the more odd because the Kendrick Lamar and Drake beef was never really about Canada versus the West Coast. Maybe “Taylor Made Freestyle” turned it into that, but it’s a battle between two massive MCs that will always have a historical connection at the end of the day. Of course, that’s where things eventually landed thanks to social media and hip-hop kayfabe, but fortunately, it’s all been talk so far, and no one’s actually engaged with violence since the shooting near Drizzy’s home in Toronto. Hopefully things stay that way.

Meanwhile, a lot of folks have a lot to say about the Kendrick Lamar and Drake beef these days thanks to the former’s new album GNX and the latter’s recent comments about the wider 2024 battle during his stream with xQc. A lot of jokes ensued, some serious discussions and debacles followed, but overall, we’re glad to mostly get over the most exhaustingly confrontational fanbase war in rap… But not fully rid of it, of course.

Drake Affiliate Top5 Gets Yelled At By Russell Westbrook During Heated Raptors Game

Top5 is a Toronto artist who has some affiliations with none other than Drake. In fact, after beating a recent murder charge in the city, Top5 thanked Drake directly for helping with his legal fees. Subsequently, the artist has been riding hard for Drizzy, especially as it pertains to the artist’s beef with Kendrick Lamar. He has made some vague threats towards Kendrick and claims that he is currently in the midst of doing some “research” on the artist.

Last night, Top5 found himself in social media headlines, yet again, although this time, it was because of his antics at a recent NBA game. He found himself courtside, sitting on the baseline for a match between the Toronto Raptors and the Denver Nuggets. At one point in the game, Russell Westbrook was very close to Top5, and the rapper took advantage with some “You suck” chants. Westbrook even yelled back at the artist, who then turned the camera on himself.

Top5 And Russell Westbrook Go At It

If you remember, Westbrook was actually at Kendrick Lamar’s “Pop Out” show and at one point, he was even on stage with all of the other artists. Needless to say, it is pretty obvious why Top5 would target Russ in this way. Beyond just rap beef politics, Westbrook has been having a downturn in his career, which has led to a whole lot of clowning on social media, and real life. Either way, Russ got the last laugh as the Nuggets won the game by a score of 127-125.

Let us know what you think about all of this, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that Russell Westbrook is officially washed? Can the Denver Nuggets win the championship this year now that Russ is on the team? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. Top5 Claims He’s Still Doing “Research” To Take Down Kendrick Lamar

Top5 is a Drake ride or die. The Toronto artist was recently released from prison, and the first thing he did was thank Champagne Papi. “Shoutout big bro @champagnepapi for the Lawyer Fees & Gary Grill for being the best lawyer in Toronto,” he wrote on Instagram. Top5 has no problem heaping praise on Drizzy. The one thing he seemingly loves more, though, is going after Drake’s enemy, Kendrick Lamar. Top5 has made some extremely bold statements about Kung Fu Kenny over the last few weeks. And he continued to do so on October 10.

Top5 posted footage of him watching the music video for Lamar’s “Not Like Us.” He uploaded the brief clip to his Instagram Story with the caption: “Still doing my homework.” The specificity of the homework is not made clear, nor is Top5’s intent. Given how much he seemingly hates Lamar, though, the update is not surprising. The Toronto artist recently threatened Lamar with violence during an appearance on Late Night With Liyah Mai. He made it clear that K. Dot is not safe in his neck of the woods. “Tell him come to Toronto. Swiss cheese,” he asserted.

Top5 Previously Threatened To Shoot Kendrick Lamar

The threats didn’t stop there. Top5 went into detail with Mai as to how he plans to take down Kendrick Lamar if he ever sees him. “I’ll get the low, put on my Nike tech black,” he claimed. He then, inexplicably, claimed that Lamar’s peer, YG, would help him out. “Tell YG get us a driver, put the window down and get some fresh air.” It was all very aggressive, especially for a beef that has only played out on record. Top5 also included producer Metro Boomin in his offer. Metro, of course, collaborated with Lamar on the song “Like That.”

Hopefully Top5 doesn’t attend 21 Savage’s upcoming birthday party. Drake was invited to the party along with Metro Boomin, marking the first major event that both artists have attended since things popped off. Drake has seemingly made light of this fact on social media. Top5, presumably, will be too busy watching Kendrick Lamar music videos to accompany the 6 God. It’ll be fascinating to see if his research on K. Dot will actually result in some sort of diss record.
