Cassie’s Lawyer Labels Diddy “Depraved” After House Raid

Cassie’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, who represented the singer in her case against Diddy has spoken out on the police raiding the Bad Boy mogul’s homes on Monday. In a statement provided to The Daily Mail, he applauded law enforcement for holding Diddy accountable for his “depraved” actions.

“We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct,” Wigdor declared to The Daily Mail. The raids were carried out by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York, HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement. They are related to an investigation into sex trafficking in the Southern District of New York.

In a statement provided to TMZ, a Homeland Security Investigations representative explained: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.” While Diddy hasn’t addressed the raids, he’s denied the allegations against him on several occasions in recent months. Footage Shows Police Raiding Diddy’s Property

Diddy was not on either of the properties and instead, his private plane reportedly traveled from California to Antigua during the incident. Joe Budden has come to the defense of Russell Simmons after over a dozen women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against him. The conversation arose while Budden was discussing Def Jam co-founder linking up with Usher in Bali. After Simmons shared the picture of himself with Usher, fans on social media condemned the iconic singer for being affiliated with him.

“They love Russell Simmons,” Joe Budden said on his podcast. “I know y’all don’t want to say it, y’all don’t want to admit to it. I know people seen whatever doc they seen, people believe what they believe. There’s nothing y’all can do to make people stop loving Russell Simmons. Not a thing in the world. Not a thing in the universe is going to make people stop loving Russell Simmons for as many lives as he impacted.”

Diddy Fires Back At Gang Rape Claims, Says Acuser Is Violating His Constitutional Rights

Diddy says his constitutional rights are being violated in the lawsuit accusing him of gang-raping and sex trafficking a Jane Doe in 2003. The victim alleges the Bad Boy mogul, Harve Pierre, and a third man gang-raped her at Diddy’s New York City recording studio. It’s one of several allegations of sexual misconduct Diddy has faced in recent months.

“(Combs) never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, relating to plaintiff in any circumstance whatsoever,” his filing reads. He goes on to argue that the photos of the accuser sitting on his lap at his recording studio lack proper context.

He continues: “Plaintiff’s decision to wait more than two decades to file her complaint has prejudiced defendant, as he has lost the ability to defend himself fully and fairly in this action.” From there, the filing adds that most evidence that could clear his name may be lost after so many years since the incident. He further argues that the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act (GMVA) is fundamentally unconstitutional. “Allowing this action to proceed violates defendant’s rights under the U.S. Constitution and the New York State Constitution,” the filing says. The slew of lawsuits filed against Diddy began last November with Cassie. After the two quickly settled, several more alleged victims came forward with stories of abuse.

Harve Pierre filed a similar response to the lawsuit in court on Tuesday. Tim Westwood’s Alleged Sexual Misconduct Leads To Victim’s Hotline

Tim Westwood has been laying low since his alleged sexual misconduct came to the forefront last year. Now, a British attorney has launched a victim’s hotline to start her investigation on the infamous DJ. Reportedly, attorney Gemma White KC was initially commissioned by the BBC to conduct a full independent investigation into Westwood. The hotline launched yesterday (April 20th). From now til May 19th, the hotline- which is only available in the UK- will be open 24 hours a day. There, people can call and share their experiences with Westwood.

The hotline aims to be an “expanded way for people to come forward” said White. Secondly, the initiative follows an investigation by The Guardian and the BBC. They found a history of allegedly inappropriate and predatory behavior by Tim Westwood between 1992 and 2017. One complaint was reported to the police. Through his legal team, Westwood denied the allegations made by seven women. According to his attorney, “Our client confirms that there has never been any complaint made against him.” He continued, “Whether officially or unofficially, relating to claims of inappropriate behaviour of the nature described.”

Since the allegations have come to light, it’s been quiet for Tim Westwood. One victim by name of Esther came forward and shared her experience with the freestyle DJ. She revealed that Westwood allegedly would have sex with her on several occasions in the ’90s when she was just 14, below the age of consent in England (Ew). Since then, Tim Westwood recently has officially stepped down from his weekly Saturday Night radio show on Capital Xtra “until further notice” after the allegations surfaced.

Tim Westwood, now 64, previously hosted BBC Radio 1’s inaugural rap show between 1994 and 2013. You may have seen some of rap’s heavy hitters bless his studio with a dope freestyle. He was also the host of MTV’s Pimp My Ride UK in the early 2000s. Thanks to the launch of the victim’s hotline, alleged victims can now come forward and share their stories to help with the investigation. Paris Hilton Claims Harvey Weinstein Pursued Her At Cannes When She Was 19

Paris Hilton recently recounted how Harvey Weinstein approached her in a Cannes Film Festival bathroom when she was 19 years old. Moreover, the alleged incident occurred at the ceremony in 2000, and she told Glamour UK that the fallen-from-grace movie executive “hammered” on her bathroom stall. Furthermore, Weinstein was a prominent figure in the film industry until his sexual misconduct caught up with him following accusations in 2017. During her interview, she detailed how she was having dinner with a friend at Cannes, and first met Harvey when he still maintained his industry recognition and power.

“I was at lunch with my girl friend and he came up to the table and was like, ‘Oh, you want to be an actress?’” she recalled. “And I said, ‘Yeah, I really want to be in a movie.’ I was a teenager, so I was impressed by him. I was like, ‘Oh my god, Harvey Weinstein is so cool!’ And he said, ‘Well, we should have a meeting. You can come up to my room and read scripts.’ And I just didn’t want to go, so I never went.” Then, Hilton maintained, she attended a gala that happened to have Weinstein as its host. In addition, she claimed that the 70-year-old, then 48, followed her into the women’s bathroom and screamed, “You wanna be a star?”

“I went into the bathroom and then he followed me,” the 42-year-old stated. “He tried to open the door, he was hammering on the door, banging on it. And I wouldn’t open it, because I was like, ‘I’m in a stall, why do you want to come in here?’ I just wouldn’t open it. And security came and literally carried him away and he was like [shouting], ‘This is my party,’ going nuts. Shy Glizzy Affiliate Ant Glizzy Claims They Spiked Women’s Drinks For 15 Years

Shy Glizzy’s affiliate Ant Glizzy isn’t denying the claims made by OnlyFans creator Sky Bri during her No Jumper interview.

During Bri’s latest appearance on No Jumper, she accused Shy Glizzy of sexual misconduct. Though she said she never had any bad experiences in the past, the “White Girl” video shoot opened her eyes. She said he forced her to take an unknown pill after saying no several times. Then, she accused him of trying to force her to perform fellatio on him.

At this point, Shy Glizzy hasn’t publicly responded to these claims. However, it seems that another member of Glizzy Gang has.

Ant Glizzy said he believed Bri’s account of the “White Girl” video shoot. He admitted Shy Glizzy’s notoriously known for spiking women’s drinks in the hope that they’ll have sex with these women. He even alleged in detail that the “Awesome” rapper taught him how to slip molly into drinks.

“I been told y’all Shy spiked them bottles,” Ant said on Instagram Live. “The fuck? I know he spiked them bottles. On GQ, I spiked a couple bottles with ’em.”

From there, Ant outed Shy Glizzy for adding molly to bottles of Patron before offering it to other women.

On the topic of Sky Bri’s allegations, Ant Glizzy said that he believes her, solely on his own experiences with Shy Glizzy.
