Sei Less NYC Launches Valentine’s Day Menu Inspired by Ashanti, NE-YO & More

Celebrity hotspot Sei Less in New York City has created a special Valentine’s Day menu that honors musicians like Ashanti, SZA, NE-YO, Alicia Keys, Babyface, Miguel, and more with dishes titled after their great songs. The menu commemorates classic R&B/Hip-Hop love songs.

In addition to showcasing a variety of renowned romantic hitmakers who are regulars at Sei Less, the Lovers Menu will allow patrons to celebrate the season of love while indulging in the specialties of their favorite musicians. From February 12 through the end of the month, food enthusiasts will be able to savor the menu, which consists of appetizers, entrées, side dishes, desserts, and champagne.

The “Rock Wit You (Ashanti)” features edamame dumplings and miso truffle, two of the R&B singer’s personal favorites from Sei Less’ menu. The “Sexy Love (NE-YO),” which consists of spicy kung pao chicken with red bean sauce and peanuts, which NE-YO enjoys when he visits Sei Less. Look no further than “Boo’d Up (Ella Mai),” the shrimp fried rice specialty that Ella Mai and her colleagues enjoy as a delicious side dish.

Lola Brooke and Sei Less Team Up to Serve Thanksgiving Meals to Children of Promise

In a heartwarming collaboration, hip-hop artist Lola Brooke, Sei Less NYC celebrity restaurant, and fellow hip-hop artist Bleezy joined forces to bring Thanksgiving cheer to Children of Promise in Brooklyn on Monday evening. The event catered to 150-200 youth, ages 6-18, whose lives have been touched by the criminal justice system.

Lola Brooke and Sei Less co-owner Dara Mirjahangiry treated the young attendees to a delightful array of dishes from Sei Less. Since its opening in January 2022, this Asian fusion restaurant has swiftly become a favored spot for celebrities such as Cardi B, Kevin Hart, Travis Scott, and more.

Children of Promise is a community-centered organization dedicated to supporting children and families affected by mass incarceration. It stands out as the only NYC agency seamlessly providing therapeutic empowerment services and youth development under one roof, aiming to dismantle stigma and address trauma in Black and Brown communities.

Beyond serving meals, Lola engaged with the kids, participated in a dance contest, answered questions, and shared her personal experience dealing with her father’s incarceration. Her words of wisdom, delivered with her mother by her side, added a touch of inspiration to the evening, creating a memorable Thanksgiving celebration for all involved.

New York City’s renowned celebrity hotspot restaurant, Sei Less, celebrates HipHop50 with a special menu paying homage to NYC’s legendary hip-hop artists. The menu features dishes and cocktails named after iconic hip-hop albums and songs from different generations.

Food enthusiasts can savor the HipHop50 experience with a pre-fixed meal, including an appetizer, entrée, and dessert, all for just $50. There are two premium-shelf VIP cocktails inspired by JAY-Z and Diddy’s albums, featuring their respective D’USSE Cognac and DeLeon Tequila brands, also priced at $50.

Among the delectable offerings are the “Unforgettable (French Montana)” appetizer—a crispy rock shrimp tempura with spicy aioli and cilantro, a personal favorite of French Montana. The “I Like It (Cardi B)” entrée delights with Beijing Chicken, red bean sauce, and candied walnuts, a dish previously enjoyed by the Bronx superstar during her visits. For dessert, indulge in “The Last Temptation (Ja Rule)”—a vanilla crème brulee with raspberry and yuzu meringue, relishing a favorite of Queens hip-hop icon Ja Rule and his family.
