Drake Looking To Get His Name Off Astroworld Lawsuit, Arguing He “Wasn’t Involved In Any Planning”

The hip-hop world suffered huge losses back in November of 2021. Of course, we are referring to when at least eight concertgoers lost their lives at the Astroworld Festival. It is crazy to think that it was nearly three years ago, and that night will never be truly forgotten. There is still a lot of uncertainty surrounding it, with families still looking for some answers. However, while Drake was certainly heartbroken, he also feels that his name should be removed from the Astroworld lawsuits.

AllHipHop reports that Drake’s legal team is arguing that his lack in planning makes him not liable. Their motion reads, “Mr. Graham did not receive any security briefings, was not informed of any crowd control issues, injuries or deaths in the crowd, or any stop show orders at any time either before or during his 14-minute performance.” Furthermore, they are saying that since he was “under oath” to not having any input on planning the event, there is no reason for Drake’s name to be tied up.

Drake and his team certainly have a compelling argument. All around this was a very poorly planned event, with security measures taking a backseat. It makes sense why Travis Scott, Live Nation, Scoremore, and Apple, are receiving the bulk of the lawsuits. Unfortunately, it may be a little while longer before anything truly happens. Bhad Bhabie and Chief Keef apparently had an unofficial fling going on, and she just dished some interesting info about it. Moreover, she recently appeared on the High Low with EmRata podcast with Emily Ratajkowski on Tuesday (April 25). Not only did Bhabie go into her experience a bit, but she also revealed that she has six Sosa-inspired tattoos at the moment. Of course, this isn’t the first time that the teen star-turned-rapper spoke on their relationship, even if she didn’t explicitly label it back then. Still, it seems things changed a lot since then, because she mentioned wanting to remove the ink one day.

“I have one guy that managed to make it six times, five or six,” Bhad Bhabie told Ratajkowski when asked about having all her exes as body art. “So, I have Chief Keef’s birthday, his last name, his name, his nickname, and I have ‘CK’ on my ankle, then I have his last name right here. Actually, I just covered his birthday, and then I have ‘So’ on my ear, and then I have ‘Keef’ on my wrist.” However, the Florida native said that she’s “sick of his s**t,” which is why she covered his birthday.

“I’m getting them removed, I’m just tired of being delusional. I’m so over it,” she continued. Later, the 20-year-old reflected on a conversation with a friend, who told her things will be better one day. “It’s been a long run,” she said before confirming that they were done. “But I would say we were pretty close. But it was like, I don’t know, I’ve known him for a minute.” Elsewhere in the conversation, she expressed regret and revealed that she was 18 when they started seeing each other.

Despite the bad blood, the “Hi Bich” rapper maintained that felt very close with Sosa. Unfortunately, it seems like their fling was unfruitful at the end of the day.
